Please your pnr ud4whd, 4 tickets, from bengaluru to chennai. 6e 233, 0620 flt. After much difficulty we, reached the gate, the blue bus was waiting, the gate keeper was ready to let us in, but the lady at the counter refused to let us go and hasttily ordered the bus to go, took our 4 boarding passes and cancelled and said the gates are closed and that we should go by 09.35. Am flt.
Kindly probe into this inconvenience metted out...

Upon arrival i had stuffs worth inr 20, 000 missing from my bag (Blue trekking bag). I realized my stuffs are missing only after i reached home since there was no external damage on my bag. It was shocking to see at delhi that out of 50 check in counter only 5 counter is working for normal check in and rest is bag drop this totally unexpected. You must understand that india is a country of kisan and we all in trouble with your hi technology system. First we have to take self service boarding card and again stand in que for bag drop.
