I cancelled my domestic flight tickets(PNR - SYHF4Z ) and the refund amount after deducting the cancellation fee sums up to around 6000.
After cancellation I received an automated response that specified that the refund will be credited to my account within 5 to 7 days. It has been more than 10 days and I haven't received any communication regarding this.
I hope this will be resolved soon.
I am complaining about misbehaviour of ground staff and I was 3 minutes late for boarding and they haven't allowed me. I had to book another flight immediately as I was having presentation in Mumbai but the flight delayed and they is no information till. I could have taken another flight. I am very disappointed. Please do the needful.

    Sir.I would like to inform you that on 2nd dec2016 my journey was from BBSR to Chennai boarding at Hyderabad but till date I am not received my luggage.i the same day The PIR report was raised .The ticket having PNR no IF9T8X Till date there are so many times I contact to bellow providing number give n by airport staff at the time of arriving.

      This was the worst trip i ever had in my life...

      I don't want to travel with indigo anymore. The flight time was at 5:35 am and we reached airport at 4:52 am. They people were not ready to give us the boarding pass and even not listening us. They redirected us to the man who was arranging next flight with high additional charges (8282) + flight charges (9034)=total (17316) amount paid by us. Then the second flight got delayed by three hours and we decided to cancel the ticket. We also requested them to allow to board any one o[censored]s without any luggage but they were not cooperating with us.

      Indigo people literally cheated us. We are feeling like being looted by indigo.

      The staff was not helping us to catch the flight they have made their mind to make money from their customers.

        Dear sir/madam,

        I travelled in indigo airlines on 04/12/16 (6e367) from patna to delhi. Subsequently my plan was to travel from delhi to muscat on the same day and the departure time is 15:25. But unfortunately the indigo flight from patna to delhi got delayed than the scheduled time by 3.30 hours. So i missed my oman air flight from delhi to muscat.

        The initial scheduled departure time for indigo flight was 11:00am from patna. It got delayed and finally the flight departed after 14:30 and reached delhi at 15:45. As all my family members are travelling together with me i got no other option rather than booking other flight, which eventually i did on jet airways.

        Due to the above mentioned issue myself and my whole family struggled a lot. I request you to pay my losses which i spent for purchasing new tickets for my travel from delhi to muscat. The total cost is inr 54000.

          I booked 3 tickets to goa and 3 returning tickets from goa to bangalore with indigo airlines. But i had to cancel all the tickets because the venue of the event in which we were suppose to go, got changed to mumbai. I was suppose to book the tickets to mumbai with the indigo airlines after the cancellation of the tickets but 60% of the money was deducted and only 40% was refunded back to my account. I understand if the cancellation was done few hours prior or few days prior but i cancelled the ticket 3 weeks prior to the date. Isn't 3 weeks an enough time for the cancellation? Is this how they do the business? What services they have provided? There seat will not go empty as there is enough time when people will make the booking.
          They charged me rs.10, 666 for the tickets and deducted rs.5878 for the cancellation eventhough the cancelltion was done way prior 3 weeks. These people are simply looting the customers which is unacceptable.

            I have booked flights for my family before 2 months as they were traveling to attend the marriage. Now because of you they couldn't attend the marriage. So now i will tell each and every one that "do not travel from indigo." you have ruined some ones marriage bcoz of your last minute cancellation message. I am taking this to the consumer forum. I will not let you go this easy. You dum* @$.
            Have not got any reply from airlines yet regarding the refund or anything.the worst in the business.

              Sir, it is very torturing to see that in spite
              Of reaching on airport around 1and 1/2 hour before time and getting boarding card, even cleared security check i was told u r 30 to 40 second late and not permited to enter into flight. Even there was no any warning announcement. I was referred to indigo reservation where he showed his helplessness in arranging other flight and told me to buy new ticket. They just blaming cisf people for delay and free himself from any responsibility to customer. They even denied to refund. I am sending u my ticket and boarding pass photo. Kindly look matter and help us. Today there r lot of other people who were victimised by the same situation.

                Indigo airlines ground staff made all indigo passengers stand in same queue and by the time i reached checkin counter they asked me for seat preferences & were extremely slow and after few minutes they told that checkin is closed. As bangalore airport is silent airport staff should have informed people and formed separate queue for people who have to board first. Even after standing in queue for more than an hour no one helped. Later i got to know that same flight was already delayed by 20 minutes then also didn't allow us to get in. Airlines didn't even refund money. Extremely disappointed by indigo airline services.

                  Dear sir/madam,

                  I had flight from dehradun on 2nd dec 2016 to delhi (Zer15n) at 14:25 pm and then connecting flight at 17:50 pm from delhi to pune (T63d7y). I booked through goibibo. At 12 noon around i received sms that flight got delayed frm dehradun to delhi and leave at 16:30 pm and again changed to 17:25 pm and finally got cancelled till then i tried reaching them then they told we can only arrange ticket from delhi to dehradun. By the time delhi to pune flight got delayed and changed to 20:55. I again contacted them to reschedule my flight frm dehradun to delhi at 18:05 pm to 19:10 pm and they did, but this flight also got delayed and end up at 23:05 pm. At this time, i called them many times to reschedule my delhi flight but sadly no one attended the call. I called on goibibo for the reschedule and they were telling me that its ur fault. I was very angry because i did everything for rescheduling then they called indigo assistant but no picked and they said sorry that u r right. They were not responding. Now my flight is missed from dehradun to delhi as well as delhi to pune. Also i am unable to visit there, my return tickets on 5th dec is also not used. Pune to delhi and delhi to dehradun (Jbv3kg). I request you to please look into this matter as i had to visit pune urgently for job interview which i missed. I saved money for this flight but worthless. Hope you will understand and take up my matter seriously for refund. Ticket cost was dehradun to pune (Flight 6e755 and 6e763) : 5337 +300 (Seat preference frm delhi to pune) = rs 5637 and pune to dehradun (6e148 and 6e632) =rs 5896. Total = rs 11533

                    I have booked flight 6e246 del - ded for 2nd dec 2016. Sceduled to depart at 16.35 from delhi. At arround 3.10 i have recieved a meesage from indigo airlines that the flight is delayed and resheduled for 20.20 which was further resheduled to leave at 20.50 by another massage. The websight suggested in the massage le. Goindigo.in does'nt work nor the number given in the message [protected] were connecting. Even customer care number-[protected] was continuslsy busy from 3.15 pm till 8pm. Even the website of indigo did'not respond to my request for cancellation and refund. How am i supposed to cancel my booking when flight is delayed for 4hrs and reaching at destination at very odd hours and purpose of my visit is not fulfilled.

                          I have misplaced 2 of my luggages. I was flying from Bangalore to Kolkata. And out of 4, 2 of my luggages have been misplaced. The customer service agenta here are not very helpful. I had my train at 1:50, which i missed due to the irresponsible service given by Indigo. It's a mental harassment for me as i had VERY necessary and essential elements in the bag which i need by today at any cost. The customer services number aren't receiving the call.

                          Kindly help me get my luggage today itself, failing which i will have to file a consumer complaint due to the irresponsible services provided by your Company. And you will be liable to pay damages for the losses suffered by me.

                            I am writing this to kindly bring it to your notice, that I have booked a flight on 30 nov 2016 from hyderabad to new delhi by flight number 6E 766 which should has scheduled to departure at 22:05. However due to some reason flight 6E 766 was canceled and brought to my notice at 16:00 hrs IST. For which I have being informed on telephone so I called the call center and rescheduled my flight to a earlier flight 6E 564 which should be departing at 22:20. I have checked in on time and after checking in the flight was delayed 3 times, first time for 1 hour again 35 mins, and finally flight was airborne on 00:30 1st december. Due to the delay in Indigo Flight I have missed my flight to Japan via shanghai which was suppose to be airborne on 3:30 am 1st december. Now, Due to your flights delay I had to pay 60000 INR to get a new flight to Japan via hongkong by Cathay pacific airlines. I need an explanation and compensation in this regard !!!.
                            P.S Other flights such as air india, spicejet travelling from HYD to DEL are on time.

                              It's been some time that as an appreciation of your time schedules I have preferred travelling with Indigo. However, my experience this time while travelling to Kolkata from Mumbai vide flight 6E 5153 was scary and I may never consider travelling again. As a senior citizen and as a retired government employee though we do not expect sympathy however it would have been good if some kind of empathy was shown. Me and my wife irrespective of our feeble health were almost made to run with around 25 KGS of luggage from the baggage booking counter to the security check stands at Mumbai airport on 20th November 2016. Despite our repeated requests to the lady Manning the check in counter no help was extended as there was a shortage of staff and we were 5 mins delayed to report (though we had done a web check in). As a result of this my wife who suffers from Parkinson's was almost at the verge of a break down. Even while boarding the bus he saw and heard rough language from your staff but not a single personnel came up for assistance. My only submission is if that's what you call flyingflying on time at the cost of such conditions then I am sorry to state that Indigo has a way to go to engage with customers. As a senior citizen of this country I ask the competent authorities of Indigo that I deserve for an explanation, compensation may be far off for such kind of pathetic treatment we received on 20th November 2016 between 7 PM to 8 PM from your ground personnel for not much fault of ours.

                                Hi Indigo/Yatra,

                                I want to bring a very serious glitch in Indigo management of flights.

                                Find below mail where i have been called as "Mr Rajnish Kaushal" but boarding passess are on correct name. This might be seems to a normal issue but once you will go through the mail will realise the gravity of it.

                                I booked Indigo flight BLR-DEL(2nd Dec) and DEL-BLR(6th Dec) to attend my sister engagement on 3rd of Dec @ 11AM. A must family function to attend.

                                when i was set up to leave for airport at 4PM on 2nd Dec, i got msg ( attached) that my flight been cancelled without any further options. I know how madly i was calling the customer care number of Indigo "[protected]" from 4pm to 5pm and was helpless to hear same msg that indigo number is out of coverage area. i have attached the voice recording to prove my point.

                                giving up with Indigo customer care number i tried to call Yatra( from where i booked my ticket), i eventually got connected to them and lady informed about flight cancel. on my request of option she mentioned that there is only flight available which is next day (3rd of Dec 6Am), i asked her to book it but she could not due to web check in issue. She said its taking time but ticket will be booked in 3rd Dec 6Am flight. after 10 min call got disconnected, leaving me again clueless.

                                To my surprise i got msg in 5 min since call disconnected from Yatra that i have rostered into flight at 7PM. Was it a joke that someone flight was pre-ponded by 2 hours when you have only 90min to catch flight. Given Bangalore traffic and pure distance it need a rocket plan to reach Airport. This time I got call from Yatra that i have been rostered into 7PM flight by me.

                                On my objection to booking me for a flight which is impossible to catch given 90 min, i asked who authorized for it, lady again took me to conference with Indigo. 2016 biggest foolish reply i got from Indigo that i replied on SMS sent to me to book me for 7PM flight. I can prove it wrong or you prove me wrong kind of discussion went on for 40 min. Finally this guy acknowledged issue and requested me to take full refund or take flight at [protected]@3rd Dec. i agreed to get 3rd Dec 6AM flight but again he put me on hold, critical 5 min lapsed which turned into me not getting even seat in 6AM or 6PM @3rd Dec flight.

                                Back to square one.

                                Eventually i had been forced to take a connecting flight from BLR-MOM-DEL which will take 10 hrs to me to reach Delhi well post social event i was supposed to attend at 11AM.

                                Executive keep on arguing that he got confirmation form 9818******* number of min but if you check tickets and my information on Yatra and Indigo, i have only one contact number [protected]. Who would have sent the msg to Indigo for rescheduling at 7PM from 9PM? May be Mr. Mr Rajnish Kaushal.

                                Who's is fault is this if Mr Rajnish Kaushal confirmed for flight prepones of Mr. Amit Kumar @ 7PM. Please decide between Indigo or Yatra as i am going to escalate it which has caused me great inconvenience and social stigma of not attending my sister engagement.

                                let me know if you need more proof to prove my facts above, i could not send due to size constraints.

                                  My flight no - 6e 164 has been suddenly cancelled which was scheduled to depart today from bangalore (2nd december) and i have just been informed 5-6 hours ago. This is horrendous.
                                  If you cancel a flight then give me another option in the same price. But none of their customer care numbers is working. I have been trying since last 3 hours. They are illegally pushing your customer to buy a costlier ticket. I want them to learn a lesson so that they don't play with people like this in future.

                                    I had a flight from pune to ahmedabad at 11:45pm from flight no 6e673 on 2 dec 2016. They messaged me at around 3 in the afternoon that the flight has been cancelled without any reason and the number which they stated in the sms i. E., [protected] is not reachable at all. I have no means of communication to the airline. Due to this i will not be able to board the flight back from ahmedabad to pune from spicejet. They are charging me a cancellation fees for the wrong doings of indigo
                                    I want an answer for this and i need my money back for all the losses that have been incurred.

                                      I have booked indigo flight 6E 466 from Bangalore to Hyderabad which was actually scheduled to depart on 2nd December at 11:40. The flight was then delayed to 15:45 and again delayed to 17:45. We have booked the flight on October. We had to attend a very important marriage at Hyderabad.. This is highly unacceptable and I am ready to go to any extent to proceed with the complaint legally.
