After much difficulty we, reached the gate, the blue bus was waiting, the gate keeper was ready to let us in, but the lady at the counter refused to let us go and hasttily ordered the bus to go, took our 4 boarding passes and cancelled and said the gates are closed and that we should go by 09.35. Am flt.
Kindly probe into this inconvenience metted out to us.
Sir, for your kind information, at the security check, there was hectic rush and when we requested to give us way, the kail officials said chennai flt has still time. Then they called chennai passengers, when many non-chennai passengers intruded before us.
I am sure a difference of a few minutes would not have made big difference in the flt, that too when our boarding passes were issued. I do honour punctuality, but in this case we were put to hardship at the security check and to top it all, the final desk lady official (With due respect to her), was certainly adament. I being a senior citizen, was put to much hardship, and dissappointment.
We were not given seats in 09.35 flt. We were given 12.50 flt. We were hard pressed to reach chennai.
May i request you to please examine and revert to me compensate, for the physical and mental agony caused to us and to me in particular.
I do believe your great organisation, does care for passengers like us, who opt for your services, when there are other
Airliners around.
