Dear Sir,

I have booked a ticket to Hyderabad to Raipur and Raipur to Hyderabad today i.e on 03.09.2016. The journey date is[protected] and return journey date is[protected]. From my Bank account amount is deducted twice Rs.6678/- vide transaction No. BWY/XFER [protected] and transaction no. BWY/XFER [protected] Rs.6891/-.

Passenger has to travel from Hyderabad to Raipur and Raipur to Hyderabad.

When I have initiated the transaction first time amount got debited and I have received a error message. So I have contacted Indigo call centre, they have confirmed they have not received the amount and advised me to book again.

Therefore, again I have initiated booking and an amount of Rs.6891/ got deducted and received PNR.

For refund of first amount deducted, I have contacted call centre through land line number and call got connected to one Mr Kumar at around 11.50 pm (midnight) and representative Mr kumar behaved very rudely and used unparliamentary language. He had not answered my calls and disconnected the call abruptly. He didnot disclose his employee id number.

Refund an amount of Rs.6678/- is pending and not replied to my e mail and initiation of necessary action against said employe not known to me.

    Sir i booked a ticket from Guwahaty (gau) to Mumbai journey date 26/sep/2016 on 26/8/16 but could not competed the process and charged amount from SBI debit card NO 519XXX7024 with POS INDIGO at INDIGO txn GU[protected] FOR RS 3707 ON 26/8/16 in this connection a complaint booked in c/care of indigo with complaint no NI3RGS they said the charged amount will be refund in 5-7 working days but today is 9th day but the amount not refunded yet to my account please check and submit a fruitful result . thanks

    I booked ticket in indigo from guwahati to mumbai on 27/7/16 reservation did not go through and amount got charged from debit card with
    Transaction Id:fe64ea5d0ac[protected] for INR 5992.00 please refund the amonut as soon as possible

      I had traveled by Indigo flight from Delhi to Bangalore on 2nd Sept, 2016. I found that my luggage was missing on Bangalore airport. I have complain immediately to onduty person. This flight was already delayed around 1 hr, by the time I have complain it's around 12:45 am. As its late night, they are reacting very lazy not irresponsible with some wage excuses like may load to some other flight, or may not load from Delhi airport. So far 11 hr is over, but still they are not trace my luggage, just responding searching in all the possible airports. How long it will takes, my today plan to visit Munnar is spoiled due this issue. I can easily make out, Indigo management is worst, they are very irresponsible to deal with end customers. Now they are not picking my call.
      I lodge a complaint about missing of samsung head phone and pendrive to the Airpost Manager, Dimapur. Please intimate the present status

        Sir i have done booking for flight on 29 august 2016 by net banking through indigo site but the ticket has not been confirmed and my balance has been debited from the bank . I have done booking from chennai to delhi on 16 december 2016 at 10 :
        45 am to 13 : 30 pm but till now my account has not been credited for 3677 amount . I have later on done two more booking on indigo .

        And there is one message also comed from indigo which i am sharing below -

        Dear MR Singhal, your payment for INR INR 3677.00 has been initiated. TXN ID is 7772c4d74fc[protected]. In case your reservation is not made and payment debited amount will be reversed in 3-4 working days.Quote TXN ID for
        queries.

        Please kindly see to it and please provide us our amont as soon as possible

          I traveled by indigo from Chennai-Kolkatta-Dimapur on 29/08/2016 by flight No.6E527 and 6E605 PNR : NIZWGB. I handed over my shoulder bag to indigo counter at Chennai after scanning. In which, I kept one white colour samsung head phone of mobile set and 8GB sandisk pendrive in side of bag which was not tied. The items are found missing when I took the bag at Dimapur Airport. Some of the indigo workers who are transporting luggage might have been stolen. Please esquire about the theft and arrange to return if possible and ensure that this should not be happened again.

            Sir, i am mr. Thomson varghese. I had my ticket to travel by indigo 6e-222 on 22 august 2016 from guwahati to delhi and onward journey by 6e-929 from delhi to nagpur. The flight from guwahati took off late and so reached delhi late, hence i missed the connecting flight. I approached your office for help to proceed. And there i was treated very badly. At the end of all, i had to pay from my pocket and book another ticket, travel through different routes to reach my destination. I travelled late into midnight through strange circumstances, had to undergo lots of struggles, all due to the irresponsible behaviour of the officers in delhi.
            I fully agree with flights getting delayed at times.in which case, i also know, as per the law what action the the company should take for the safe passage of the passengers.
            Instead of the support, what i experienced was rude and rough interrogations like "why did you choose this mode of flying" "could you not choose a flight which had more lay over time" etc... I just do not want to repeat the words i heard from the officer at delhi.
            Thanks be to god, my life is now fine after that day's hectic travel. I can never think of travelling any more with indigo or recommend anybody for the same. I do not want anyone to be punished or any compensation too.
            I just want to tell you that honour people and thus you will be honoured and recognized for what you do.

              I, jayakrushna sahoo had booked a ticket in goindigo flight from bhubaneshwar to bengaluru on 24/08/2016 around 18:02 hours. Due to some technical problem amount deducted but ticket was not confirmed. Immediately message came from goindigo that your ticket

                My booking reference is kdrbwa. Please you should mention the (Am/pm) on the reservations sent on mails. On31st august i missed my flight as i thought its an afternoon flight, but when i reached to airport, i got to know the flight is already gone, it was a night flight. I dont expect any refunds as you people even dont offer a frequent flyer cards but atleast you can show the am/pm on the itenaries sent.

                We are following the 24 Hour clock time for schedule timings of flight in the Aviation Industry. So it cannot be mentioned as am/pm as all the world its the 24 Hour timings which is being followed.

                  Hii, my name is vikas and my e-mail id is [protected]@gmail.com. This is my complaint regarding damage of my baggage during my travel from delhi to chennai on 30th august 2016 (Booking reference no. J3lgub & numeric booking id[protected]. After completing the journey when i received my baggage at baggage belt, i was shocked when i saw the condition of my bag. Its upper chain was broken and it was torn from two places. It was looking like someone had dragged my bag on a oily/greasy surface. One of the portion of my bag was severally damage and side stitching of the bag was fully torn out and it leads a big hole near chain. At another portion one more torn was there. When i raised the issue there itself, your customer executive (A lady) told me that there is no such policy for compensation of damage of baggage and she told me that if i have any complaint about this i can raise the issue through online complaint system. When i asked her to call the senior person, she told me that she is the in-charge and nothing can be done with this. She also had taken pictures of my damage bag and she told me that she will forward those pictures to customer care department for resolution. When i asked her about any contact no. Of any senior person, she has given me no. Of mr. Maniraj ([protected]). It was was a new american tourister (Rs. 6, 000/-) bag and just because of indigo persons careless attitude, it is a waste now. Kindly look in to this matter and resolve my issue.

                      First indigo did not allow us to board a flight a at 11:17am which was suppose to departure at 11:55am from hyderabad to delhi and then we did second booking for 2:40pm flight which was support to arrive at 4:45pm in delhi also got delayed by more than 1 hour and caused us to miss second connecting jet airways flight, its a huge lose for time and money for us, please help us.

                        I was not allowed to board the flight (713) from bangalore to kolkata even though i was having the boarding pass. There was a huge queue in the security check because of which it took me some time to reach the boarding gate. As i was approaching the boarding gate i saw the indigo crew leaving the gate. When i arrived at the boarding gate the time was 5:05am. The boarding gate was also supposed to close at 5:05am. However, since i was stuck in the long queue & i was holding the boarding pass, i believe it was the responsibility of the indigo crew to come near the security check & give me a call-out to make sure i can get my security check done on priority. But nothing happened. Nobody came. You guys made me miss my flight even though i was on-time & ready with my boarding pass. Do you folks have any idea how important it was for me to board that flight? I had to re-book another flight the same day by paying a sum of rs.4993. I believe you folks in indigo need to be more responsible & co-operative towards your customer. Please consider repaying me my amount.

                          My brother Ketan Choksi, had traveled on 23rd Aug 2016 afternoon from Mumbai to Cochin from Flight number 6E 223 along with his family and my mother.

                          PRN number was NI58UR

                          He has kept cash of Rs 30000 (mixed of 1000, 500, 10), inside a plastic bag under the cloth) in check-in bag.

                          After reaching Cochin, when he was trying to pay the cab person, he could not find the amount in the checked in bag.

                          He has raised the complaint in customer care yesterday evening with the compliant number same as PRN number - NI58UR.

                          He had 3 checked in Bags with the sr number of [protected], [protected] and seq number 0006, 0008. The money was kept in the blue color trolly bag.

                          I have also met Indigo manager Mathew T on 24th Aug 2016 morning at Mumbai domestic airport. Gave all details to him and explain the issue.

                          I have given my contact number ([protected]) to Mathew. He confirmed that he will do the investigation and will share the inputs and will give me a call.

                          I have also raised the complaint and sent the mail to customer.[protected]@goindigo.in, but did not received any update from Indigo.

                          It has been more than 5 days and I have not yet received any update from Indigo for my complaint.

                            I am traveling from South Africa to India, i booked Indigo for domestic connections Indigo flight was delayed for 30 minutes, wrong gate number has given in ticket and no one announced or instructed passengers for gate change .Baggage allowing is very worse for international flyers, Indigo charged me 2000 rupees, they charged for laptop bag and duty free things also.Staff doesn't know hospitality, they always busy in phone and they don't respond to passengers in polite way.Even they don't know how to greet the passengers.My reference number:X67ERY .

                            Indigo is the worse then any Airlines, non of the airlines charges money for laptop and duty free things.Indigo is robbing money from International flyers. Indigo staff doesn't know hosting or customer service, if any passenger asks any query indigo staff tells passenger to find out them self.Indigo staff doesn't assist Passengers.

                              I booked ticket through www.cleartrip.com for Indigo flight on 27/08/2016. The flight should be from Bangalore to Kolkata on 2nd September 2016 and from Kolkata to Bangalore on 6th September 2016. I did a mistake and altered the destination. Next day morning I realized and called Indigo call centre for rescheduling it in a correct way. But as per them sector rescheduling is not possible an they asked me to cancel the complete ticket and to buy fresh ticket. I asked for a cancellation charge and the charged Rs.5000 (Approximately for round trip), whereas the total ticket fare was 7584. I had to cancel the ticket and again had to bought fresh ticket which costs 12000 approximately through cleartrip.com. This cancellation charges are so huge and airline company is earning this without providing any service to me even though I opted for early cancellation, also they did not allow me to reschedule the ticket which could help me to save much. this is a totally consumer unfriendly policy and cheating in my opinion.

                                On 24th Aug'2016 we took Indigo 6E-447 flight (pnr SEV7YN) from Lucknow to new delhi Terminal 1. our samsonite suitcase was number locked and was checked in the baggage at lucknow . on arrival, The baggage belt announced in flight was no.4 ; we kept waiting - our luggage didnt come. suddenly being late night around 11:55pm we realized our bag was on belt no.2. we went and took our bags. the suitcase was packed with indigo tapes four times around it which was suprising but we thought may be to ensure safety.
                                when we reached home and cut the tapes we realised the suitcase locks were cut open and all money (20, 000) was not there. suprised and aghast to see Indigo doing this. The staff broke the lock and packed it nicely with indigo tapes and we cudnt realise the issue. We request refund/compensation for the same. Also they shud apologise for the same.

                                We sent feedback. Called and reported to which they say they cant do anything after leaving airport.

                                First you send a notice on available address & ask for relief's you want. Don't forget to mention that if they fails to comply then you will be constrained to file consumer complaint. Send notice by speed post. Keep track of Postal receipt. If Opponent failed to comply then you can move to consumer court where opponent has office. In case you have done transaction online then you can file your complaint in your areas District Forum if yours demand is below 20 Lacs. If above 20 Lacs you need to file the same complaint before State Commission.

                                  Indigo flight no 6e 293. 12.00 pm flight time date 22nd aug 2016
                                  Mumbai to Coimbatore

                                  11.15 am baggage closing time.
                                  And 25 minutes later boarding closes at 11.40 am that comes to last time to step in.

                                  I mr imran batliwala was at the web check in at 11.20 but it dint happen so I rush to the counter staff an I was asked to go to counter no 38 a as she said boarding just closed.

                                  I was at the counter by 11.25 am There was just 1 counter for all different and change flights. So I had to stay in the que despite I was running out of time.

                                  An by the time my no came it was 11.35 am. You can check the recording at the airport for authenticity.
                                  I had no luggage so I was less worried as the dead lock time was 11.40 am. But to my horror she the lady at the counter denied me boarding saying you are late.

                                  Somebody pls explain how can I be late when I was at the counter at 11.20 am and later as they had just 1 counter to handle so many people of different flight.

                                  It had to get more late. Still according to the airlines 11.40 am was the last time.. I was before time.
                                  Isn't it there duty to help there clients to get through this hassle and take to any counter an issue a boarding as I had no luggage.

                                  When I asked for refund she said the ticket is forfeit, she rufused to help me with the next flight also later after asking so much an requesting she asked me that I had to pay 4000/- Rs. For later later flight. No refund at all. No exchange no adjustment.

                                  I was told by people they indigo take Rs 1000 and adjust in next flight but with me this dint happened at all.

                                  Wow superb amazing work by indigo.

                                  I need a refund for this ticket at any cost.
                                  We Indians are very unfortunate that we have only 2-3 airlines running at our desire time. We have no choice and again we have to fly with them with no options

                                  Pathetic ground staff of indigo.
                                  They need to upgrade themself in all category.
                                  Worst experience 0/10 on hospitality an humanity ground.
                                  Pls solve my problem at the earliest.

                                    Below is the complaint lodged on 23/5/16

                                    My wife and kids have reported about Denying boarding to the passengers having valid ticket and reported at proper check - in time at the last moment due to over booking or some unknown reasons.

                                    Indigo Airlines — Rude behaviour and excess charging of amount due to negligence by the indigo counter staff


                                    My wife and younger daugher (In one pnr) and elder daughter in another pnr (Two different ticket) travel to delhi by 6e796 indigo flight today i. E. 21-5-16. Despite being issued boarding passes and completing the security check - in 45 min prior to departure, we were not allowed to board. They were right at the boarding gate with the display board still flashing "final call", but the rude staff did not let us in despite several request. Despite report to the manager but due to his unethical behaviour, he did not allow my family to board flight.

                                    After argument, request but the adamant manager did not budge. My wife later agreed to board a flight at 6e286 after paying an amount of rs.8309. She verified again from the counter staff that the ticket is for three persons as there is different pnr, the counter staff told that the amount was charged for the three tickets and allowed the boarding pass. But at the entry gate the staff did not allow that there are two different pnr ticket. She was asked to go back again and was not allowed to board the flight 6e286.
                                    The manager informed that there was mistake by the counter staff and he charged again rs.16208/- from my family in order to board for 6e704 flight which leaves at 2230 at chennai.


                                    I would like to complaint against the indigo airlines and its staff for rude and unethical behaviour causing lots of mental trauma and financial loss during my family journey.

                                    Why they were not allowed to board the flight despite they were in time. They were charged an amount to board the next flight but again due to the negligence of the indigo counter staff, my family had to undergo again trauma.

                                    Now they were in the airport and they charged huge amount despite they were well within their time. I dont know yet what trauma they need to face again at the time boarding flight at 2230 hrs.. Is there any possibility of getting refund of the amount charged and compensation of the trauma they faced due to mistake committed by the indigo counter staff and rude behaviour of the manager.

                                      Sir our flight departure time was 145 pm we entered inside the office i mean airport right at 1235 as u can check the time while taking boarding pass bill ..we sat for a whilo for a coffee no passengers were entered inside plane as we didnt see anyone going inside, as u have all the facility inside ur aiport kindly check n confirm my messeges. no announcement made from ur side in our name also kindly confirm vide cctv camera too.
                                      unlikely if needed i will have to take this matter to higher level.

                                        I missed my flight from bangalore to pune on aug 19th and bought a seat on the next available flight and paid the difference amount. When i received the itinerary from the lady executive, she mentioned that the receipt for the difference amount paid will be sent via email by putting in a request at the call center.

                                        I spoke to a kumar and a vishwesh and both of them were rude and not ready to understand my query. I spent 20 minutes trying to explain to both of them of what i needed and they kept repeating the same statement over and over again as if they were "programmed' to repeat it. This call was made today, aug 24th between 2:00 pm and 2:20 pm.

                                        You folks really need to get your call center executives trained on soft skills and to listen to customer requests. Highly disappointing!!
