Aaj mene indigo ka mumbai to delhi 15/7/2016 timeing-2.00am ka ticket book kiya. ticket booking k time passenger and payment details feel ker de or one time password bhe feel kerne k bad ok kiya to error page aaya... bank s payment bhe cut gye.. but ticket book massage, email bhe nhi aaya...
Plz answer... and massage ya colling me [protected]...

First of all i should inform all please avoid indigo airlines. They are cheaters. I had booked tickets from mumbai to trivandrum on 04/07/2014 on make my trip with indigo. (Booking id-nf[protected]. Flight departure time is at 2:15 pm. I had reached santacruz domestic airport at 01:45 pm. I had reported the indigo counter. But they simply avoid me. They had make me wait upto 2 pm then they told that counters are closed....

I have taken a flight no 6e446 seat no 30 f. was attendended by shimsharat and was asked for water and cotten she convinently forgot and on repeted request pooja flight superviser came in to play and was trying to convince me.infront of this shimsharat is telling me she never heard my request and was aurguing this kind of patahtic and arrogent behivior not acceptable. i need a explanation on action taken my mail id [protected]@gmail.com...

I had booked a round trip ticket on 11 june. but i did not receive the boarding pass via mail for my return ticket.

I have booked my flight ticket on 1st of july and it has been confirmed and suddenly after 15, 20 minutes message was sent to my phone saying it has been cancelled and with different booking reference but i don't have that that much idea and i thought that my booking has been cancelled due to availability of seats and i didnt travel and now i am not getting my money refund......

A young airhostess ms neelima has interfered, quarrelled and abused with our family and hold us on the track after alighting for nearly an hour...
That too with my wife and a ten year old kid at 1am...
She connived with one of the pilot who later apologised to fellow passengers when few...

I ranjan saha have reached in airport in time and after standing 45 minutes in queue your counter staff has delayed to issued boarding pass but he didn't hand over that pass to me because i have forgotten to scan my luggage and he told me to scan when scaning was closed. I have booked a ticket in Indigo airlines from Delhi to Bhubaneswar with a Booking ID:H49JT for my husband. He reached before 2 hour and done with all the formalities before an hour. Still the staffs of Indigo did not allow him to board the flight. They provided the boarding pass also. At the meanwhile the crew members behaved so rudely and asked to leave without any cause. I am deeply distressed to write you that despite my confirmed booking ticket of your company and timely arrival at the terminal you did not permit me to do so on frivolous reasons that i was late. even when i was talking to your staff i had 75 minutes from the schedule departure and no reason at all was there to deny the boarding pass. your staff were feeling inconvenience to reply me because what they simply kept me engaged...

We are a family of four travelling with a 8 month infant, and wanted to use the web checkin facility to make it easier for the family and especially the infant at such young age.

I was surprised to learn that the web checkin isnt available for group with Infant, in my view this is utter stupidity as this facility is most needed for families with infant.

Im not sure if this are rules made...

Selling food and beverages is preferred over giving water to a thirsty passenger.

Flight attendant, pratiksha on indigo flight: 339 on july 06 was rude and unapologetic - i waited almost 15 minutes for water while she was selling other food items out of her cart right there in my aisle.

When questioned she reasoned that a passenger had medical emergency. how come she was selling other food items then?

I was travelling from new delhi to dehradun on 07/06/2016 my flight was around 1300 lt and they cancel flight due to unknown reason becoz of this i miss the meeting . After that they rebooked my flight on same day 1640 lt . For that i have to wait 6 hours on airport .. u airline should provide hotel which was not provided ... in futur i ll nvr ever will travel with the indigo i will rate 0 star for ur airline...

My sister wasnot allowed to do checkin becuase she was 5mins late, she needs to reach becuase my grandpa passed away. the airport authority "Miss Naddem ada" in Mumbai Airport didnt allow her saying that she is late but in front of her she allowed allmost 10more people and a family of four member for checkin. Now i would like to know if INDIGO follows such...

While travelling to Delhi from dxb today at indigo 5.35 am flight we reached the counter as early as 2.40 am and was on the counter checking in. As ur indigo staff was rudely scolding another passenger I intervened because of it all ur 3 staffs in counter harassed me and kept me waiting and I lost my time to evn eat my dinner prior to fasting.highly rude and when I told I will complaint they had the least concern and were sarcastic.highly...

This is to inform you that I had my flight yesterday Indigo 6E 939 for Guwahati at 7:45 AM (Departure Time) and I reached Airport at 6:54AM and when reached to Check in myself i found that not even a single Machine was working. I couldnot even found a single Indigo executive to help me out there. I immediately rushed towards Indigo members and despite of me saying that I might miss my flight none of your member supported...

Today morning reached airport at 5.am and reached indigo counter at 5.15am, in front of me one passenger traveling same flight got boarding pass, during my turn to counter they informed me check in closed, check with next counter, I went to next counter that gentleman informed me boarding closed we can't do anything, I surprised within few seconds how it possible??? Hi, i am dr. santosh kumar bind was travelling for indigo flight no.6E 308, flight was at 8:55am from new delhi terminal 1D to varanasi, i arrived there at 8:15am due to some emergency reason..they given me boarding pass and did not told that i am late, when i went to gate no.11B, they told i am already late and cant fly now...and cancelled my ticket, , when i came to indigo counter mr.AJIT misbehave with me, so please resolve this problem...
