    Please your pnr ud4whd, 4 tickets, from bengaluru to chennai. 6e 233, 0620 flt. After much difficulty we, reached the gate, the blue bus was waiting, the gate keeper was ready to let us in, but the lady at the counter refused to let us go and hasttily ordered the bus to go, took our 4 boarding passes and cancelled and said the gates are closed and that we should go by 09.35. Am flt.
    Kindly probe into this inconvenience metted out to us.
    Sir, for your kind information, at the security check, there was hectic rush and when we requested to give us way, the kail officials said chennai flt has still time. Then they called chennai passengers, when many non-chennai passengers intruded before us.
    I am sure a difference of a few minutes would not have made big difference in the flt, that too when our boarding passes were issued. I do honour punctuality, but in this case we were put to hardship at the security check and to top it all, the final desk lady official (With due respect to her), was certainly adament. I being a senior citizen, was put to much hardship, and dissappointment.
    We were not given seats in 09.35 flt. We were given 12.50 flt. We were hard pressed to reach chennai.
    May i request you to please examine and revert to me compensate, for the physical and mental agony caused to us and to me in particular.
    I do believe your great organisation, does care for passengers like us, who opt for your services, when there are other
    Airliners around.

      Name- 1.Mr. Hitendra Joshi
      2. Ms. Khushali Modi

      Initial gate- A6

      There was a last minute gate change of the above departure from A6 to A8.
      But there was no announcement made regarding the same.

      Myself D - 15mins went to Gate A6 and the staff diverted us to Gate A8.

      Staff Mr. Pranay was boarding the flight.
      Myself asked him regarding no gate change informed to the guest.

      Myself being a frequent flyer of this airline was told that im drunk and staff Mr. Pranay didn't let me board the aircraft.

      Even the Pilot in charge didn't allow me to board the aircraft stating that im drunk.

      I had some urgent work to be done in BBI and had to stay back due to ur staff error.

      You are requested to kindly look into this matter with the CCTV footage as to if the guest had done any nui
      sance as to why was he offloaded?

      Kindly look into the same and revert back asap before i end up taking this matter to the court.

        During traveling from Hyderabad to Raipur on 18/08/2016 flight no 6E466 and PNR no BEH87H
        A person named Vikas Kumar sitting beside my son harassed him in such a way that he is unable to talk and crying continuous. And he misbehaved with other passengers and air hostess too.
        Before landing Raipur complaint has been wirelesed to airport authority. When authority person came to take him he refused to go and used vulgar words publicly.what action taken from ur side????

          On 15th aug 2016, i was traveling from del to hyd on 6e-841 (Dep 0850 hrs). I checked in at 0500 hrs at delhi airport. My pnr - acj5uq. Upon arrival i had stuffs worth inr 20, 000 missing from my bag (Blue trekking bag). I realized my stuffs are missing only after i reached home since there was no external damage on my bag. Theft is a serious crime and by the looks of it, if anybody can remove items from my bag so neatly, they can easily put things inside without my knowledge. This is a serious lapse of security issue. When i complained to indigo customer service, they informed me that they have issued a complaint and didnot give me any complaint number when i asked, insisting that they will look it and call me back within 4-8 hours. After 24 hours, upon receiving no feedback, i called them up again and this time they were asking me a complaint number. When i further enquired to various pr teams, they are citing rule book clauses stating that they wont be able to help either since i had not lodged any complaint at the arrival hall. As per iata regulation, airlines are liable for any pilferage case registered within 6 days of arrival. I would request you to kindly check the cctv cameras at del and hyd bma/bba. I would request you to look into the matter with bit seriousness since this is not a matter of inr 100-500 but inr 20, 000. I am contemplating legal issue if i dont get any better response as every second matters in the matter of theft.

            It was shocking to see at delhi that out of 50 check in counter only 5 counter is working for normal check in and rest is bag drop this totally unexpected. You must understand that india is a country of kisan and we all in trouble with your hi technology system. First we have to take self service boarding card and again stand in que for bag drop. Fully nonsense idea...

              Sir/ madam, it is harsh & terrified issue i would like to bring in your notice. respected, yesterday on 16/08/2016 indigo flight 6e-579 from varanasi to mumbai (e-ticket no. wcy5qg & nevl5x) observed very few passengers due to heavy traffic created by some government activity in vicinity of varanasi airport (in figures 48 passengers were not able to catch the flight). sir i had booked 4 tickets with my family. respected because of this i had to come across heavy losses, because due to that booked the next day's ticket as it was urgency for us. sir we are not even in good financial condition. so sir i request you to refund our amount as soon as possible. thanking you. sir kindly give me further feedbacks on my no.                 I along with my wife and kid (Infant aged 1.1 yrs) were supposed to take a flight from del-vtz (Delhi-visakhapatnam) on indigo flight no.6e 305 to visakhapatnam on 06-aug-2016 at 12:35 pm (Booking reference no. Wbc27g). As per the time schedule we reached check-in counter at 11.40 am. The booking staff present at the counter took more than 15 minutes to check and said that "booking for the flight is full" and denied me boarding pass at around 11.55 pm saying that i need to reschedule my flight as there is no vacancy and its past scheduled boarding time. Added to that i was forced to reschedule my flight for next day i. E on 07-aug-2015 at an additional cost of rs 11, 286/- (Receipt attached) on indigo flight no 6e 239.

                Its due to gross negligence of the indigo airline staff and the unethical predatory practices like overbooking that i had to lose my money. I request the authorities concerned to look at the issue seriously and refund the money paid in due course for rescheduling at the earliest.

                  I called indigos customer service at 7.18 am on the following number [protected] today. A gentle man answered the call.

                  I wanted to know how much cash can be carried on flight he said 19990 i reconfirmed on which he said he wil confirm and get back. He got back but didn't answer my query so asked him to transfer to a supervisor he agreed and put me on hold and never came back.

                  I was on hold for 30 mins someone after 30 mins came on line as your hold music stopped i said hello twice yet the call was disconnected.

                  Poor experience with indigo lookw like they don't you train their folks???

                  Is this the way to handle queries??? Place the cal on hold and forget abt it???

                    This time i found that luggage was not handled properly. The trolley bag was
                    Damaged as its trolley is no more working. I do not know who is responsible
                    For handling luggage at airports (Airline staff or airport staff) but end result was

                      I was supposed to travel by indigo flight 6e 644 to dehradun on 12th august with my two children... I had the most harrowing experience of my life with your ground staff... I got delayed due to heavy traffic in roads and reached airport at 1225hrs.. The eta for the flight was 1300 hrs.. My boarding passes were issued as i had requested indigo office and the same were apparently kept on counter g-10, i reached and asked them but the ladies simply refused than i ran to the other counter g-1 where a mr. Ajit was sitting... I requested him and put him on call with the indigo gentleman from gurgaon office who got the boarding passes issued, this rude fellow ajit just refused to talk on the phone and said he will not do anything and even when he was put on phone he simply accused me of misbehaving... Post that he simply dismissed me saying go to another counter which was vacant... Eventually in the end after waiting for 30 mins and no help from your ground staff i had to buy spice jet tickets and fly to dehradun...
                      It seems that you guys in the run of being number 1 airlines have forgotten to train your ground staff... Lets not forget this is a service industry first.. Please pay attention to the training of your ground staff who actually think that they are no less than gods sitting on those chairs.. Had it been any other airline i can guarntee you that i would have boarded the flight... Wake up guys...
                      I hope some action is taken against this fellow ajit...

                        I traveled from kolkata to bankok flight 6e-77 on 6th aug 2016 at 20:45 hrs along with two non-indian friends. There were only 2 counters operating, at that time, on one there was a man and other there was a lady (The one who cheated us - i suppose indigo can identify this lady using these details).

                        At the counter, we requested her to provide seats for all 3 o[censored]s together. She checked her system and informed that there are no such seats available.
                        She said if we want to sit together we have to buy seats from row number 12 (Which has extra leg space) at the cost of 1000/- inr for each seat (Total 3000/- inr). At this time i never doubted her credibility and agreed to buy the seats.

                        After boarding the flight we noticed that there were other seats available where all 3 seats are together. (I remember one such empty seat throughout the journey was row number 3-abc).

                        This unprofessional and cheap tactics to sell extra leg space seats in-front of my foreigner friends not only brought a bad name to the brand 'indigo' but also to india.

                          Surprised that Indigo stated that we are not responsible for cabin bag picked-up by co-pessenger. I was sitting on seat number 6E and hence it can be picked-up by passengers seated on seats ahead on me. No announcement by crew or the customer service was made. No camera recording is available to trace who picked up the bag. No bags were left behind for us to believe that someone exchanged by mistake. My bag has my business cards, cloths, charger, power backup etc.

                          Can u help any which way...

                          In each flight u must write in BOLD - "Passengers are responsible to take care of their cabin bags on their own".

                            I am jyotsna singh. i was going to travel to from bangalore to varansi.. on 12th aug at 5 am. unfortunately i missed my flight because of long queue. my pnr no. is (rh3s2r) i almost stand for 50 mins. at 4.50 i reached counter because of long queue of indigo. it was not my mistake i stand for 50 mins and i got forced to miss my flight. i requested then alot and they din give me a option of taking just cabin bag and travell. i was ready to leave my checkin. it was emergency travelling. it was 1st year of death pooja of my grandfather. i just missed it because i dont hv 20000 rs to book next flight for today. please notice it as complained againt indigo. because i am forced to miss my flight. please refund my amount asap otherwise i will raise it to consumer forum. i am a flyer of indigo but i loosed all my respect towords you. you do not care for your passenger. please reply back asap. pnr.                               I swapnil mahajan booked a flight from raipur to chennai via hyderabad and return via the same route on 9th of august 2016 and return on 11th of august 2016. But due to some personal reasons i cancelled my flight. Flight cancellation charges were deducted amounting to rupee 4750 and a refund of rs. 9751 was scheduled to be made within 5 to 7 days. But today is 12th of august but i have not received any refund. The cancellation was done on 3rd of august 2016.

                                Flight from delhi to raipur on 09/08/2016 time of departure 6.50 morning
                                This is with reference to above that i reached indigo counter at airport at 5.55 in the morning and was not allowed to check in stating that i was late and they made and forced me to pay rs. 4500 extra for next flight at 8.35 flight which i have to pay due to negligence of your staff. I missed the flight not because of my fault but because of long que at counter, absence of additional counter for raipur or ready departure flight, non announcement at the counter and non assistance and rude behavior of your staff on and off the count
                                In view of above i request you to kindly refund rs.4500/-.In case no response / refund is received by me in 7 days i shall be forced to take the legal action.

                                  I have booked a ticket for my wife mrs. Nupur kabi from bangalore to delhi and back on 9th of july 2016 and got the pnr details as bed7sk.
                                  The flight details were - 6e 714 18 aug blrdel 0945/1230; 6e 131 20 aug delblr 2055/2340
                                  I was trying to re-schedule the flight to 1st sep 2016 to delhi and return back to bangalore on 4th sep 2016 with the same flights as above but unable to do so as the customer service executive putting my call on hold for 30 minutes before disconnecting. From 9th aug 2016, a total of four such calls were made but i was put on hold every time. The customer care people further informed me that they have re-scheduled the flight to 11th aug for blr to delhi and 14th aug for del to blr but i have not made any payment and unable to understand how come they have re-scheduled the flight without the payment. I have spent more than 120 minutes following up with the customer care but they have not bothered to call me back to resolve the issue. I even tried to re-schedule the flights online and understood that i am denied to do so since the rescheduling amount is pending which again as described above, is wrong.
                                  I want to reschedule the flight to 1st sep blrdel and 4th sep delblr asap but unable to do so.
                                  I again tried connecting with the customer care executive yesterday (10th aug 2016) evening and after holding the call for more than 40 minutes, i was advised that the customer care team will arrange a call back with the resolution of the problem after 4 hours from the time i discussed with them (Scheduled time to call back was 10:30 pm ist). Needless to mention here, that i have not received any call back from them and is still wandering what went wrong. The wrong schedule date of the flight is today and is at 0945 hours and after dropping another email to the nodal team (The 1st email was sent on 10th aug 2016 and the 2nd email on 11th aug 2016) to resolve the issue but unable to get any response from them and i now ended up losing the money for a flight which i have not availed.

                                    I was harrassed by the staff of Indigo Airlines today when I had my flight from Hyderabad to Delhi at 7:45am. I happened to reach the check-in counter at 7:05 and the staff, including their senior manager refused to let me board the flight saying that some print had been signed by their captain and it cannot be altered now. They made all of it seem like a task IMPOSSIBLE to achieve, like the plane had already taken off and I was asking them to tell their pilot to pull over and land the plane on any ground it sees so I can rush and board it, figuratively speaking. From what I have experienced and heard before, the other airlines have always been so helpful to the passengers and they do everything possible from their end to help the passengers be able to board the flight even when they just manage to reach the airport by the skin of their teeth, incidences where time left for the departure has been as short as 20 min. Here, there were 10 complete minutes for even the boarding to start and I was refused even when I mentioned that I had an emergency at my place and my mother had been hospitalized. They said they would have allowed me if I had done a web check-in, which unfortunately I hadn't and which also seemed like a futile promise made to me when I saw them turning down 2 other passengers(from the US) from boarding who had already done a web check-in and reached the counter 2 minutes later than when I had arrived, which is 38 min before the flight departure time. These people made all kinds of tactics to push them and me into taking the next flight which cost Rs7800 and they said that the most they can do is adjust some amount from their booked flight to the next, making it sound like some big favor that they were doing despite the passengers' fault, which is apparently not true. I asked them to at least let me board it and my luggage could be sent in the next flight, but they said that it could be done if I have someone outside who could take care of my luggage until the next flight. Now, this made me doubtful of whether or not there even existed a provision at any airline in the world to let the passenger board when they fail to make it in time and get their luggage be sent in the following flight in case they're all by themselves with no friend of theirs to take care of their belongings. I wonder if they actually ask the visitors to get inside the airport carrying an identification proof of themselves along and help the check-in counter staff in being able to check the luggage in, because they are incapable to do that all by themselves and need passengers relatives'/visitors' help for the same. Here comes the funny part too, the staff seemed to make contradictory statements to one another too. When I informed the manager about me having someone who can take care of my luggage, he said even you cannot board the flight and when I mentioned about his junior telling me to get someone to take care of my luggage for being able to board the flight, the junior sounded ignorant and completely denied of having said that to me when his manager tried to confirm with him. I am very sure that there is some sort of scam going on within Indigo Airlines aimed at swindling passengers out of a lot of money. Given the amount of fare the airlines charge for the tickets, it's really heart wrenching and pointless to be unallowed to board the flight even when the boarding has not started and the passenger has reported well before time if not exactly in the standard time mentioned of 60 minutes for domentic flights. I have been a frequent flier and never before have I experienced such an ill treatment from any airline. I'm very disappointed and would never ever travel with Indigo Airlines in future. Such a shame on it.

While i was paying then it went to citrus pay after that payment was succesfull and i didnt get any confirmation or any pnr number only i got message was payment was successful it got strucked in citrix pay only.                                         I traveled from singapore to chennai by flight no.6e-54 on[protected]. Out of the three baggage i carried two came in damaged; stained and to a great extent drenched status when the same was delivered through conveyor. I have been travelling in indigo flights for the past six years and never it happened like this. Apart from this crew was also not courteous either in their behavior with the customers or in their announcement. They were discharging their duty in a ritual manner. This also appeared strange to me. My humble suggestion is that if you are not in a position to maintain your standard better you reduce the number of flights or the routes. Do not make the customer to suffer after charging them enough. My last bitter experience had made to think several times hereafter before booking a flight with your company. Should you require any further proof for the damage i can send across the snapshot of my baggage.

                                        I travelled from Singapore to Chennai vide flight No.6E54 with booking reference No.Z594HL on 02/08/2016. On 01/08/2016 night I did check the departure terminal for which I got the reply as "Terminal-1" (still I have the proof with me). Accordingly I reached Terminal-1 at 4.20 am and shocked to learn that indigo counter is functioning at Terminal-2 for which I had to rush there with mental agony about the uncertainty for catching the flight. Why do you want to play with customers by giving such wrong information. Had I missed the flight that day, your people at the counter would have been taken to task. You are lucky that way. Your services are deteriorating in all possible ways day after day. Do you have any plan of closing down your show? Unless otherwise you step up your services (another complaint had already been posted) you will be left nowhere in the tough competition.

                                        The reply received from airlines was not satisfactory. They just replied in a ritual manner and washed off their hands in the usual way as expected. I am not going to leave this as it is. My dissatisfaction will be posted repeatedly in the social media whenever I come across an occasion to leave my opinion about the airlines.
                                        Please provide individual ticket charge for E-ticket BOOKED NUMBER[protected] BY YATRA.COM, Journey all ready finished on 2nd july 2016 from Jammu to Ahmedabad by 7 memebers. booked on the name of KIRIT RAVAL . This is required for LTC claim .
