Flight from delhi to raipur on 09/08/2016 time of departure 6.50 morning
This is with reference to above that i reached indigo counter at airport at 5.55 in the morning and was not allowed to check in stating that i was late and they made and forced me to pay rs. 4500 extra for next flight at 8.35 flight which i have to pay due to negligence of your staff. I missed the flight not because of my fault but because of long que at counter, absence of additional counter for raipur or ready departure flight, non announcement at the counter and non assistance and rude behavior of your staff on and off the count
In view of above i request you to kindly refund rs.4500/-.In case no response / refund is received by me in 7 days i shall be forced to take the legal action.

    I have booked a ticket for my wife mrs. Nupur kabi from bangalore to delhi and back on 9th of july 2016 and got the pnr details as bed7sk.
    The flight details were - 6e 714 18 aug blrdel 0945/1230; 6e 131 20 aug delblr 2055/2340
    I was trying to re-schedule the flight to 1st sep 2016 to delhi and return back to bangalore on 4th sep 2016 with the same flights as above but unable to do so as the customer service executive putting my call on hold for 30 minutes before disconnecting. From 9th aug 2016, a total of four such calls were made but i was put on hold every time. The customer care people further informed me that they have re-scheduled the flight to 11th aug for blr to delhi and 14th aug for del to blr but i have not made any payment and unable to understand how come they have re-scheduled the flight without the payment. I have spent more than 120 minutes following up with the customer care but they have not bothered to call me back to resolve the issue. I even tried to re-schedule the flights online and understood that i am denied to do so since the rescheduling amount is pending which again as described above, is wrong.
    I want to reschedule the flight to 1st sep blrdel and 4th sep delblr asap but unable to do so.
    I again tried connecting with the customer care executive yesterday (10th aug 2016) evening and after holding the call for more than 40 minutes, i was advised that the customer care team will arrange a call back with the resolution of the problem after 4 hours from the time i discussed with them (Scheduled time to call back was 10:30 pm ist). Needless to mention here, that i have not received any call back from them and is still wandering what went wrong. The wrong schedule date of the flight is today and is at 0945 hours and after dropping another email to the nodal team (The 1st email was sent on 10th aug 2016 and the 2nd email on 11th aug 2016) to resolve the issue but unable to get any response from them and i now ended up losing the money for a flight which i have not availed.

      I was harrassed by the staff of Indigo Airlines today when I had my flight from Hyderabad to Delhi at 7:45am. I happened to reach the check-in counter at 7:05 and the staff, including their senior manager refused to let me board the flight saying that some print had been signed by their captain and it cannot be altered now. They made all of it seem like a task IMPOSSIBLE to achieve, like the plane had already taken off and I was asking them to tell their pilot to pull over and land the plane on any ground it sees so I can rush and board it, figuratively speaking. From what I have experienced and heard before, the other airlines have always been so helpful to the passengers and they do everything possible from their end to help the passengers be able to board the flight even when they just manage to reach the airport by the skin of their teeth, incidences where time left for the departure has been as short as 20 min. Here, there were 10 complete minutes for even the boarding to start and I was refused even when I mentioned that I had an emergency at my place and my mother had been hospitalized. They said they would have allowed me if I had done a web check-in, which unfortunately I hadn't and which also seemed like a futile promise made to me when I saw them turning down 2 other passengers(from the US) from boarding who had already done a web check-in and reached the counter 2 minutes later than when I had arrived, which is 38 min before the flight departure time. These people made all kinds of tactics to push them and me into taking the next flight which cost Rs7800 and they said that the most they can do is adjust some amount from their booked flight to the next, making it sound like some big favor that they were doing despite the passengers' fault, which is apparently not true. I asked them to at least let me board it and my luggage could be sent in the next flight, but they said that it could be done if I have someone outside who could take care of my luggage until the next flight. Now, this made me doubtful of whether or not there even existed a provision at any airline in the world to let the passenger board when they fail to make it in time and get their luggage be sent in the following flight in case they're all by themselves with no friend of theirs to take care of their belongings. I wonder if they actually ask the visitors to get inside the airport carrying an identification proof of themselves along and help the check-in counter staff in being able to check the luggage in, because they are incapable to do that all by themselves and need passengers relatives'/visitors' help for the same. Here comes the funny part too, the staff seemed to make contradictory statements to one another too. When I informed the manager about me having someone who can take care of my luggage, he said even you cannot board the flight and when I mentioned about his junior telling me to get someone to take care of my luggage for being able to board the flight, the junior sounded ignorant and completely denied of having said that to me when his manager tried to confirm with him. I am very sure that there is some sort of scam going on within Indigo Airlines aimed at swindling passengers out of a lot of money. Given the amount of fare the airlines charge for the tickets, it's really heart wrenching and pointless to be unallowed to board the flight even when the boarding has not started and the passenger has reported well before time if not exactly in the standard time mentioned of 60 minutes for domentic flights. I have been a frequent flier and never before have I experienced such an ill treatment from any airline. I'm very disappointed and would never ever travel with Indigo Airlines in future. Such a shame on it.

While i was paying then it went to citrus pay after that payment was succesfull and i didnt get any confirmation or any pnr number only i got message was payment was successful it got strucked in citrix pay only.           I traveled from singapore to chennai by flight no.6e-54 on[protected]. Out of the three baggage i carried two came in damaged; stained and to a great extent drenched status when the same was delivered through conveyor. I have been travelling in indigo flights for the past six years and never it happened like this. Apart from this crew was also not courteous either in their behavior with the customers or in their announcement. They were discharging their duty in a ritual manner. This also appeared strange to me. My humble suggestion is that if you are not in a position to maintain your standard better you reduce the number of flights or the routes. Do not make the customer to suffer after charging them enough. My last bitter experience had made to think several times hereafter before booking a flight with your company. Should you require any further proof for the damage i can send across the snapshot of my baggage.

          I travelled from Singapore to Chennai vide flight No.6E54 with booking reference No.Z594HL on 02/08/2016. On 01/08/2016 night I did check the departure terminal for which I got the reply as "Terminal-1" (still I have the proof with me). Accordingly I reached Terminal-1 at 4.20 am and shocked to learn that indigo counter is functioning at Terminal-2 for which I had to rush there with mental agony about the uncertainty for catching the flight. Why do you want to play with customers by giving such wrong information. Had I missed the flight that day, your people at the counter would have been taken to task. You are lucky that way. Your services are deteriorating in all possible ways day after day. Do you have any plan of closing down your show? Unless otherwise you step up your services (another complaint had already been posted) you will be left nowhere in the tough competition.

          The reply received from airlines was not satisfactory. They just replied in a ritual manner and washed off their hands in the usual way as expected. I am not going to leave this as it is. My dissatisfaction will be posted repeatedly in the social media whenever I come across an occasion to leave my opinion about the airlines.
          Please provide individual ticket charge for E-ticket BOOKED NUMBER[protected] BY YATRA.COM, Journey all ready finished on 2nd july 2016 from Jammu to Ahmedabad by 7 memebers. booked on the name of KIRIT RAVAL . This is required for LTC claim .

                With reference to the above, I would like to bring to your notice that the Agency has not paid my outstanding dues of Rs.661.00(Rupees Six hundred sixty one only) in respect of the cancellation of the above mentioned Air Ticket of Indigo which was purchased from the above mentioned Agency inspite of my repeated request, reminders and visits (Since Feb’16 to first week of April 2016) and I had left Kolkata permanently after completion of my training on 10th April 2016.

                It is necessary to mention that due to some unavoidable circumstances I have postponed my journey and cancelled my air ticket on 12/02/2016 with the help of Indigo Help Line number and as per information given by Indigo Help Line my transaction ID. is[protected] dtd. 12/02/2016, Amount Rs.661.00

                So, I, hereby request you to instruct the Agency (Riju Xerox) to refund the necessary payment/amount of the above mentioned cancelled ticket in my following bank account without further delay as because I am permanent dweller of Guwahati, Assam, India.

                  Sometimes airlines depart or reach hours late. No penalty is charged by any passenger. Only announcement that the flight is late due to so.. and so..reasons is sufficient to satisfy the passengers. However, when i make avlate of just 5 minutes, i was not allowed to check-in, telling me that i am late and showing me tje counter to reschedule the flight. I paid Rs.3200 for rescheduling. This is passenger harassment. The airline could have warned me and halped me for quick entry. The airline should avoid harassing passengers.
                  I was traveling from Delhi to Indore by Indigo (6E8) 656 on 8.8.2016. The Indigo flight was at 5:35 am. I reached the counter of indigo at 5:08am. The lady at counter queried from her senior one and refused boarding.

                    This is with respect to my indigo flight from Chennai to Delhi on August 03, 2016 (flight number 6E 286 seat number 6E). I checked in at the counter in Chennai 10 minutes before the counter closure time. I specifically asked the lady at the counter to mark my bag as fragile since it contained glass items.. The Lady at the counter agreed, however, somehow for whatever reason paniked and sent the bags without putting the fragile tag. While the bags were on the conveyor belt only in front of my eyes, I checked again if the bags were marked fragile, she apologized and said that she inadvertently forgot and will immediately call the sorter/ground staff to mark them as fragile. I trusted her and boarded the flight. To my utter dissatisfaction and shock, when I received the bag in Delhi, it was completely ruined. It had scratches all over, shape has been completely distorted and the pull up handle (pulled) has stopped working (here it is important to mention that the bag was just 10 days old and was used just the second time, as someone may think that the bag was already in this condition). Even the glass painting inside the bag was broken. When I raised the issue to the ground staff in Delhi, the person accepted that the bag seems damaged and apologized for the damage to the glass painting. He asked me to fill the complain form, and assured that indigo will take this on priority and make an exception in this case as it was really a case of mishandling. I even wanted to leave the bag at the airport, but the staff assured that indigo will surely take an action and I should take my bag along. On this assurance, I brought the bag, however, again to my dissatisfaction, nothing has happened since then. Looking forward to hear from you at the earliest.

                      I made a booking through MMT and cancelled for some personal reasons. MMT says Indigo has taken 10, 000/- as cancellation charges yet I have no confirmation from Indigo's end. When checked with MMT they say they have given the money to Indigo so I want a confirmation from the Airline if they have received the same or the money is taken by MMT. Request for a confirmation mail from INDIGO ASAP.

                        I had boarded flight 6E 307 from Delhi to Kolkata on 2 August 2016. The passenger behind me was eating and therefore refused me to recline my seat. I extended him the courtesy. However he continued to eat throughout the flight and rudely asked me not to recline my seat. I was suffering from a backache and I refused to oblige him. Thereafter your flight attendant asked me not to recline my seat. This was inspite of the fact that the passenger concerned was himself enjoying the benefit of a reclined seat. This is a clear case of discrimination. My seat number was 20 C. I hope a company like indigo will address the issue.

                          Indigo dropped us at jammu on our flight from mumbai to shrinagar because of there internal reasons. We were requesting them to arrange a flight from jammu to shrinagar but they failed and promised us to pay us full amount of freight from mumbai to shrinagar. Attached herewith the ticket boarding pass with indigo person signed and stamped for full refund.
                          We faced lot of problems to reach from jammu to shrinagar, cancelled our trip calendar, put extra money, one of my friend got injured in accident which indigo can never pays off.
                          Now indigo is refused to pay us full refund, which we are going to lodge a complaint as we have a proof with us.
                          Please don't consider indigo for your travel. Spread the word.

                            I booked a shipment with indigo cargo dtd 24/06/16 including 2 nos of lcv tv. The items booked from bhubaneswar, odisha and destined airport was chennai. The packing was checked properly at the time of booking and also fragile item was declared on it.

                            But few days back when i unpack at chennai i found both tv are damaged. This is to my extreme surprise how such service can be delivered from one of the reputed aviation company.

                            My awb no is[protected] for reference and do revert back to me at [protected] with solution as the loss occurred was due to mishandling of item by airlines only.

                              My name is sumer singh iam a armed force personnel. My flight was scheduled on 24th july from delhi to kochi (Terminal 1d), flight no. (6e223), booking reference - w9crvp, departure time was 10:40 am. I have reported 09:30 at counter of indigo. But your receptionist miss. Ekta told me that you have to wait. I briefed to counter receptionist. That my flight is at 10:40 hrs and i have to board the flight. She tells me to wait in queue you well get your flight there is sufficient time available to board the flight. However after 15 minute of wait again i approach to counter to check in. But she told me that the counter have been closed you can’t board the flight.

                              2. Submitted i have approached to counter well in time i. E. (Check in time 0930 hrs). But my flight was been missed due to error/mistake of indigo counter receptionist.

                              3. This has been shocked to me and i was thinking that why my flight has been cancelled without sufficient reason.

                              4. This is the exclusively fault of your company.

                              5. If you have some problem/issue to cancel my ticket than your coy should have been informed to me well in advance. I have urgent reporting to my unit at kochi for some service requirement.

                              6.In the view of forgiving, it is requested that cause of cancellation of my ticket without sufficient reason. Please be updated to me and refund of amount may please be credit to my account at the earliest.

                              7. Non refund of amount which may force to approach to consumer complaint cell or rti.

                                This is regarding the pnr ifnwnh. When my parents reached the counter to get the boarding pass, the lady (Quite rude) asked to wait saying still time is there for the flight (6e 482) and gave boarding pass to other behind travelling for delhi. She wasted atleast 10 minutes.

                                I want to make complaint against ms. Shalini singh, terminal 1d, domestic airport delhi.
                                I am amazed to know from her that she is not reporting to any body.
                                I was in need & went to her for help. But her irresponsible & ill mannered behaviour has given me a shock.
                                How could be a person be so rude to the customers.
                                I was supposed to board the flight 6e 177 from delhi to pune @ 02:35 am on 31st july but as my train shatabdi express 12003 got delayed by 4 hrs due to issues at track. I realised i wont be able to make for 6e177 & resheduled my flight to 6e179 @ 08:15 am.
                                On reaching at delhi airport 1d, have simple requested to shift me in 05:15 am flight if availability is there but she replied in very bad tone and misbehaved and denied to provide any help.
                                Have made a telephonic complaint against her as well and want it to be recorded in the pnr pe2bgn status.
                                Please higlight it to the higher management and take strict actions so that such staffs won't ever behave like this with customers.

                                  My name hitesh pithadia, i had not missed my flight if indigo person co-operate me n board me to flight, because i was on last gate and just to board in flight in a second, difference is 1 min only and indigo person closed the gate and tel me gate closed now it is not possible to board. at that time i was on last gate and i had complete all the formalities of airport authority also, pls see my security check also done and stamp no : c-313
                                  and indigo person also confirmed me with their another representative in flight also, that there are two person with me (amit barod and hitesh pithadia) you pls hold the take-off of flight. Then also they not waiting for us closed the entry. Even i was on last gate, n request indigo person to board me the flight but they not reply not possible.

                                    We have booked the ticket from ahmedabad to delhi vide booking reference no n7g26c on 29 july 2016 for flight no 6e158, date of journey being 1 august 2016. the scheduled reporting time was 5.35 a. m. i reached the indigo counter at 5.20 a. m in the queue. by the time, i reached the counter, it was 5.30 am. it was told that the counter was closed and i was not allowed to board. my wife is heart patient and there was appointment with cardiac surgeon at delhi which is missed. i also requested to refund rs 5370 which was denied. there were 5-6 passengers suffering of the same thing and their money was also forfeited. this is a very serious matter and such mal practices being adopted need to be addressed in the interest of consumers. i therefore request to take up matter with the company to refund my ticket amount and rs 5000 for the mental agony caused to me.

                                      For the flight of 0940 from mumbai to jaipur on 24th july 2016, i reached at gate after taking boarding pass at 0925 (15 mins prior), and indigo didn't allowed me to board in the flight standing in front of me with pathway attached to it. so worst services i've been into, they didn't announced, even no call was done for the passenger who has taken boarding pass already... simply pathetic!! and after that no compensation was given by them against it.

                                      And while coming back on 29th july 2016 from jaipur to mumbai flight time was 1220 and due to some pending stamp; indigo allowed me to board at 1215, because its fault from their side.

                                      I are just fool standing along with boarding-pass and requesting your stubborn representative and he didn't even tried once to allow a passenger who is standing in front of the pathway with open gates of flight. totally not acceptable and intentional befooled by their services.
