Cancellation refund

I booked indigo air ticket for 12th Apr. 2016 through Via.com site. Airline PNR: LFS5YH. Due to a medical emergency traveller couldn't board the flight & informed indigo customercare over phone & even tried online cancellation. Gate closed and no help from airlines staff

Not boarding on closure of check-in time

I had booked ticket from del to bbsr in indigo flight. But due to traffic I reached to the check in counter exactly at 1509 hrs. Since the closure of check in time was 1510 hrs, they did not allowed me to check in and not even provided any support. Failed transaction refund

When i contacted customer support they informed me that money will be refunded back in my account after 3-5 days. But its been 7 days and i didn't get my money back....

Stolen request

My parents were travelling from Bombay in Indigo flight and they had a camera . They gave their luggage in checkin and when they received the luggage after landing on delhi airport, camera was stolen. we were not expecting such service from your airlines. How can someone take our valuable item from luggage. This never happened in other airlines. Kindly consider the issue on urgent basis or i will file a complaint in customer court.

I had heard very nice reviews of indigo airlines and experienced some good journeys with them till today when i encountered an issue and experienced how the indigo staff dealt with it. Needless to say.. This was my worst experience with any airlines ever. Fraud by indigo staff

Indigo staffers named: Gurprit, Wilbur and Anupam at Kolkatta airport, first spoke very rudely to me and stopped me by saying that visa on arrival for Thailand is not available for 30 days but for 15 days only! They didn't even try to verify the information. They just said that either I buy another ticket of previous date or else I should leave!! Misleading and causing fraud to the customer

As soon as I return, I will lodge a legal complaint against Indigo airlines, as their staff gave me wrong information and looting me by charging nearly 9000 extra as well as reducing my trip days. The visa on arrival for Thailand is available for 30 days (also confirmed by immigration people) but the indigo people didn't even check that information but just gave me ultimatum that either I should buy a ticket of earlier date or I should leave!...

Harassing the customer badly

The staff at Kolkatta airport harassed me like anything. They spoke very rudely, like I am a downcast beggar! They said that Visa on arrival in Thailand is available only for 15 days!! When it is mentioned clearly on the Thaiembassy website that a person can get visa on arrival for 30 days! Not only I had to pay extra 9000 INR but also had to cut short my trip by 2 days as they weren't even ready to verify whether visa on arrival is available...

Refund for e tickets

Inconvenience to senior citizens-seat change - pnr b3ye4y
