Hi my name is dimple bherwani and i was flying from mumbai to jaipur on 3rd may 2016 (Flight number - 6e 217, seat 26 a) and the flight was scheduled for 6:30 p:m in evening. I was carrying my laptop in my check in bag and specially mentioned this thing to authrorities that this bag has a fragile item and it needs to be transit accordingly against which they put the sticker on my check in bag and advised me to continue the travel. Since my handbag was already 7 kgs i couldn't carry it in my handbag. When i reached jaipur and opened my bag at my home was reallly disheartening to see that screen was broken. I called up couple of times on the same day to indigo care but didn't get any help. Finally i'm writing to you when my check in was already declared fragile how could it be taken so casually due to which my laptop's screen got broken. I'm paying 7000 rs. For the screen repair for no reasons. I need your assistance on this not sure how would you do that but i'm certainly expecting help from you.

    Recently I booked a ticket through indigo app and flight no. is 6E 251. I made the payment through net banking but after making the payment PNR no. was not sent to my email or phone no. But the amount was debited, So far there is no cash refund. So if anyone knows how to solve this. And I, am not satiafied with the service provided by Indigo and I didn't expect such things from indigo.

      1).I have book my ticket from Chennai to Delhi on 29 Mar 2016 for travelling on 7 May 2016, by Indigo Airlines the PNR No. of the same is RF7E5H, the ticket which is received by me clearly shows that the payment status is confirmed and Approved for 42, 760.00
      2.)The scheduled date of travelling at chennai Airport I was shoked due to non received of Payment by indigo boarding pass counter of indigo staff and they was denied to issuing of boarding Pass, after that they have taken 60, 000.00(Rupees Sixty thousand) from me to issuing a new ticket PNR No.GDKGTN.
      3.) Now they are paying 21, 360.00 instaed of 42, 760.00
      4.) Now you are requested that please refund my balance payment an early.

        I boarded indigi from delhi to bangalore 6E-109 today. On bangalore airport when i collected my bag i noticed that my bag was a bit torned, i didnt mind that much and i was getting late came out of the airport where i noticed that the tear was a actually a big damage and some products were also missing from it.

        My flight was already delayed and was pissed with indigo's degraded service and upon facing this I felt a deep regret to have opted indigo.

        I didnt expect this from a reputed airline, but looking at the serviec these days they are providing i think they will soon lose their market name and value.

          I was reported correct time there is checking people rush in counter after that the lady counter she is not allowed go inside she said your miss the flight but flight is still thre in airport not even closs the count she tray to take money but i dint given after that she says that you cant go this flight you need to booked new ticket why ? this is not good i am not traveling free flight was imphal to bangalore PNR: UC923Q kindly look into this i want refund money...date was 18/04/2016 indigo 6e 202 allway time imphal airport people are doing like this

            My wife and younger daugher (In one pnr) and elder daughter in another pnr (Two different ticket) travel to delhi by 6e796 indigo flight today i. E. 21-5-16. Despite being issued boarding passes and completing the security check - in 45 min prior to departure, we were not allowed to board. They were right at the boarding gate with the display board still flashing "final call", but the rude staff did not let us in despite several request. Despite report to the manager but due to his unethical behaviour, he did not allow my family to board flight.

            After argument, request but the adamant manager did not budge. My wife later agreed to board a flight at 6e286 after paying an amount of rs.8309. She verified again from the counter staff that the ticket is for three persons as there is different pnr, the counter staff told that the amount was charged for the three tickets and allowed the boarding pass. But at the entry gate the staff did not allow that there are two different pnr ticket. She was asked to go back again and was not allowed to board the flight 6e286.
            The manager informed that there was mistake by the counter staff and he charged again rs.16208/- from my family in order to board for 6e704 flight which leaves at 2230 at chennai.


            I would like to complaint against the indigo airlines and its staff for rude and unethical behaviour causing lots of mental trauma and financial loss during my family journey.

            Why they were not allowed to board the flight despite they were in time. They were charged an amount to board the next flight but again due to the negligence of the indigo counter staff, my family had to undergo again trauma.

            Now they were in the airport and they charged huge amount despite they were well within their time. I dont know yet what trauma they need to face again at the time boarding flight at 2230 hrs.. Is there any possibility of getting refund of the amount charged and compensation of the trauma they faced due to mistake committed by the indigo counter staff and rude behaviour of the manager.

            I am complaining at 2100 hours on 23-05-16

              At the boarding gate I noticed that a passenger was not having a security tag with today's date. Mr. Mahesh who was at boarding just replaced the tag with a tag from his bag. How and why he had a tag with today's date in his bag. Upon complaining he showed his name and asked to complain. Protested with the security at the gate who refused to take any action starting he was just guarding the gate. When other passengers protested a senior member came and took the passnegr for screening . this is a serious lapse. May pl be looked at seriously. My PNR NO: Y6EC9V regds chandrakant

                I would like to share my experience with indigo. I had planned to travel from

                Jaipur to kolkata (I. E from jaipur to delhi and then from delhi to kolkata) on

                Friday 19 may (Flight details: date :19 may 16 time: 20:25 from jaipur to new

                Delhi flight no. 6e687 indigo z6ey8v). I had arrived the airport 45 min prior

                To the departure time and was stuck in the long queue. I would have really

                Appreciated if the attends would have enquired about the passengers before

                Closing the boarding. I reached the counter after waiting for a long time

                And was sent to another counter informing that "i am late and it will be

                Difficult for them to generate the boarding pass". One of your employee asked

                Me to wait and she will check if its possible or not. I told her i was standing

                In the line since last 15min and had arrived 45min prior to departure time,

                Ince there was no announcement regarding my flight i was waiting in the

                Queue. She tried to adjust me with one of the passenger who was late in

                Boarding the flight and she generated the boarding pass aswell but then she

                Cancelled the pass and informed that its not possible. I am really upset and

                Angry with such services provided by such a big airline.
                I want some action to be taken against this kind of issue.
                Note:i would like to mention that i was having a connecting flight to kolkata

                  I had booked a round trip for kolkata to bengaluru and back again on 16/05/2015 at 07.40pm. I had paid a total of rs.12, 942.00 including non vegetable meal of rs.300.00 for the forward journey, the pnr no. Is ih7wtr. To my surprise, i was served with a rs. 50/- water bottle and a tin canned biscuit of rs.50.00 totaling to rs.100.00 against my pre-booked meal of rs. 300.00 and that too only after being demanded by me by producing my boarding pass. So, what shall i do? Should i demand my balance amount or should i go for other alternatives that will compensate the discomforts caused to me?

                    On 17 th may my son had to fly from mumbai to chennai by indigo flight no. 6e 279 for which he took boarding pass before 13:30.
                    On asking again and again about boarding, the staff did not respond appropriately and finally at 14:40 said that the plane had already flown.
                    The authorities admitted their mistake and said that they would adjust him in an evening flight for which he would have to pay an amount of 4800.
                    My son had to literally take financial help from a co passenger.
                    There were about ten more people who had similarly missed their indigo flight!!!
                    I have only two questions to indigo.
                    Q1.- is this callousness a part of corruption to earn money?
                    Q2 - is this indigo's way of providing opportunity to terrorist activity?

                      On 20.5.16, i was supposed to travel with my wife & two children (Total 4 passengers) from delhi to mumbai via 6e-175 flight which was scheduled to departure at 13.10 hrs. When we arrived airport at 12.40 hrs. After showing id proofs of all four passengers, i asked one of indigo staffs whether we would be able to get the flight or not. He replied that we will get the flight easily. But when we reached the counter of indigo airlines at 12.48 hrs., he refused to issue the boarding passes saying that the security gate no. 6b was closed. He then asked us to take the next flight by paying the difference of fare. My entry time of 12.48 hrs. On the counter to get the boarding passes is registered in the computer. However as per his advice i choose the next flight (Flight no. 6e-191 at 16.55 hrs.) by paying the difference of rs.63, 812/-. It had caused a lot of inconvenience to me & my family. It is came to know that the flight no. 6e-191 was not fully occupied. There were 5 seats lying vacant. We would have easily accommodated in indigo flight 6e-191 without any extra fare.

                      This is a clear case of harassment and extortion.

                      Same issue here they had such long queue at the check in counter and they didn't let us check-in saying we are late, when it is their fault not to inform us that they are closing the counter. when reached the counter the staff working made us wait and then said check in closed just now. Then we were asked to take the next flight by paying 59000INR which is ridiculous. we were literally mugged by these [censored]s. Shame on you indigo go [censored]rself...

                        I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue, I regret to inform you that the IndiGo luggage/bag handlers and other staff at Raipur Branch/airport of your office is not rendering satisfactory services to its customers. I have been a regular indigo customer for the past 5 years.

                        On 20May16, I traveled on your Flight No. 6E-384, Booking Reference: C7CMYC, Numeric Booking ID:[protected] with my 5 yrs kid, Avanish Khare from Hyderabad to Raipur. Upon my arrival, I proceeded to the baggage claim area. There I found my VIP SPACELITE STROLLY 360, 4 Wheel Spinner luggage, Dimensions (75 cms) - 47 X 32 X 80 and was thoroughly dismayed to see that it was badly (Major) damaged ENCLOSED PIR Report for your reference . What happened to my suitcase I’m sure was not typical. It looked as if it had been run over by a truck.

                        I am very unsatisfied with your service and policy, even they have no maturity that how to discuss / deal with Leady Customer having 5 yrs.’ old kid. Even no one is ready to take responsibility and no manager are available and interested to solved my issue, they offer me 1000 Rs to me as I am beggar and the situation is very embarrassing for me. However, none has been able to get proof of such events.

                        I just want to ask one thing as a customer that is this what you claim a better service or is this your normal way to treat your customers who have shown such a faith on you guys and spent their hard earned money on your airlines with a belief in your organization. This whole episode has been very disappointing and disheartening!!

                        Needless to say I did not expect this type of service, and resultant damage, from your company. I do expect immediate replacement of my. I also expect that you will speak with the ramp personnel responsible for the damaged condition of my personal property. Travelers select the carrier to travel on.
                        And as per The Consumer Rights Act, which came into force on 1 October 2015, says that the retailer is responsible for the condition of the goods until the goods are received by the consumer, or by someone else they have nominated to receive them on their behalf like a neighbor.
                        I do hope and believe that you would take an appropriate action so that customers like me do not face such issues and above all do not loose the faith in IndiGo.

If any suggestion to get money or another indigo flight on next day in the same amount may be provided to me

                            On 08/05/2016, products worth 9000 were cargoed from Agartala to Delhi vide AWB No.[protected].On receiving, the following commodities were found broken and irrepairably damaged: 1)Induction cook top 2)Microwave based bowl 3)Plates 4)Wall clock(1each in number).careless and rash handling by the staffs led to the damage inspite of proper packing by professionals.Also I didnot get any phone call from the airlines upon arrival of the cargo at Delhi.I called myself and found that my cargo had already reached day before and I have to collect it on the same day i;e09/05/2016.From the next day I will be charged extra.So, had to run to the cargo terminal and collected my articles at 10p.m.Rough handling coupled with late communication has caused me incredible harrassment.I seek appropriate and early compensation for the damage.Kindly intervene and expedite.                               Following an emergency, i was to travel to guwahati by indigo flight 6e939 (Del-guwahati) along with my family on may 20, 2016. Pnr: p7q4gc and a416vl. Despite being issued boarding passes and completing the security check - in 45 min prior to departure i. E. 7:45 am, we were not allowed to board.
                              We were right at the boarding gate 10b with the display board still flashing "final call", but the rude staff did not let us in despite several requests.
                              As it was very urgent, i had to shell out r 19990 extra, to get tickets for the next available flight.
                              I wonder if the indigo management would bother to care about the discomfort and financial loss suffered by me and my family and consider to refund the extra money i paid for absolutely no fault of mine.

                              I still am optimistic and expect a quick response.

                                This morning, my wife was booked on a flight from pune to kolkata non-stop at 6:05 am. I dropped her off at 5:25 am at the airport. After the id proof in gate, she was at the counter of indigo airlines by 5:30 am. She was carrying only a cabin luggage. Nothing to check-in.Indigo staff didn't give her the boarding pass as she was not present at the gate 45 mins before departure.

                                The flight has not started boarding! She had no check-in luggage. It would have not inconvenienced the indigo staff one bit to give her a boarding pass.Instead the sold her a 14, 000 ticket on 2:20 flight to kolkata via bangalore.

                                This is a clear case of harassment and extortion.

                                  I would like to complaint against the indigo airlines and its staff for rude and unethical behaviour causing lots of mental trauma and financial loss during my journey. I was travelling from mumbai to cochin on 17th may evening on an emergency as i had lost my father and had to reach kerela on an urgent basis. I was travelling with my 4 year daughter and elder sister. Grief striken and in a very sad state of mind. We had checked in early and got the boarding pass. The airport was full with passangers and no space to sit. We were waiting for the flight announcement which was not made. When we realised that the queue for boarding is not moving. We went in front to check with the indigo staff and they said that the gates are closed. They did not call our names or any announcement made. We pleaded for help as this was an emergency situation and asked to speak to the supervisor, however we were very dissapointed at the supervisors behaviour instead o[censored]nderstanding our case and helpding us. She was very rude and started arguiing with us and told us to go and find another flight. There no empathy shown to a single lady tyring to attend her fathers funeral not any attempt made to help us find another flight or to resolve the issue. The flight was not taken off, so as a special casse they should had accomodated us. We were also forced to surrender our boarding pass as they did not allow to leave the check in area to book another ticked wiyhout surrendering the boarding pass, as we had already checked in our baggages. We had to take book another flight to calicut instead as there was no other flights for cochin availalble. We lost the flight charges for indigo and had to pay lot more for a urgent ticket for calicut. We had also booked a cab from cochin airport whic had to be cancelled, we had to travel alone from calicut airport to pallakad at mid night with a small child. This not only caused financial losses but also mental trauma and i will be filling a legal case against the airlines. As i know this complaint will not serve its pupose and there will be no action taken. The case i will file to ensure no one ever goes thru this trauma as i did,

                                    I refer to my indigo itinerary and travel certificate procured from indigo website, for the travel i undertaken on 18th april 2016 by air, from srinagar to mumbai. Please note, i wanted to have bifurcation of airfare charges, as i won’t be able to claim lts from my employers, which includes base fare, fuel charge, cute charge and agency commission payable to travel agents.
                                    Indigo is charging rs. 200/- per passenger to issue travel certificate. I have purchased three certificates paying rs. 600/- from their website. But to my disappointment, the same format of invoice was sent to me.In spite of my repeated request, i have't received the same. And indigo customer center executives told me i cant get fare invoice in detail.

                                    Please help.

                                      Just to let you know about your policy and staff behavior. I have booked flight from bangalore to ahmedabad at 6.15 am for 7th may, 2015. My pnr number is j5m5fv. Becuase of heavy traffic at airport and there were only few counter was working from indigo big queue was there. By the time i reached to the counter i was 2 min late for boarding time. As per indigo person has to reach atleast 45 min before and i was there with my pregnant wife 43 mins before.

                                      Even though these people had not allowed me to check in. I requested them multiple times as i have to reach ahmedabad any cost that day.Instead of helping they were routing us to from one counter to second counter and finally asked us to take next flight.

                                      They have not called also as other flight people used to do. When i asked about same they said bangalore airport comes under silence zone. But other flight people like air india they used to call in same airport only.

                                      There were almost 10-15 family who had missed their flight because of indigo people inefficiency.

                                      Finally, i had to book next flight from indigo as it was urgent to travel. New pnr is j5m5fv. I paid 9000 extra for this and earlier 10, 000 paid. So it costs me around 19, 000 rs for one way flight for two people.

                                      If you have observed boarding pass, it says person has to reach before 25 mins of departure. It is no where written about 45 mins then how one can know about 45 mins. They should have communicated well in advance if there are any changes.

                                      I want my all money back as it is fault from indigo people. If this is continue then very soon, indigo will be sued.

                                      Just to clear your doubt, 25 mins is the timeframe for the "boarding gates" to close (which is obviously strictly not followed in all cases). And for "check-in" at the counter (like for issuing the boarding pass), the timeframe is 45 mins before departure.
                                      And I agree, Not allowing the passengers who are just few minutes late at the check-in counter, is not right. Indigo tries to show to be way more punctual when actually its not that perfect either.
                                      Few of the times, they make us wait for boarding even past the departure time.
                                      I also feel, indigo only believes in making money.

                                        Im complain that 2 hours i was waiting inside of airport and people are saw me. I was waiting in line for a registration. Go fly... But when i reach to that people they told me that i be come late they are close before 25min and still they was there. I come to them 4:49 and they was speaking so bull. And make me missing my fly... Later on they told. Me that book new ticet for next fly for 8am. For 8.000 rupy and like making fun.. Where is the respect? What kind of people they are. Or they did becouse im not india or what? Even i called the office no one is know the english everyone speaking hindia.. How i have to complaint?
