    Indigo airlines has started a new technic to fleece the flyers, i was flying to Pune with my family on PNR number T3B6VR. first we were told to go to a separate counter for which they said is exclusively for Pune Check in and when we reached there we luggage we were simply told to buy the tickets for the next flight? why ? the flyer ahead o[censored]s was given boarding pass and we were told to take the next flight and were asked 21000 as tickets and the 12, 075/- paid for existing tickets were not being adjusted for this new tickets.
    this is how Indigo airlines is fleecing customers. this is my formal complaint against them

      I travelled on10 th may'16 with my 1.5 yr old baby pnr-lbbzft rpr to del.
      1. Reached more than 2 hrs early to airport, and asked for assistance at reception which she was unwilling and asked me to leave baby outside and chech in luggage by myself, after several requests she gave one
      2. When reached with assistance provided denied giving boarding pass as i didnt come without assistance.
      3. Asked me to pay 12000 for next flight while giving passes to others of same flight
      4. Charged me for babysbaggage which was allowed for baby and even didnt allow me to take to cabin
      5. Had to drop baby bag
      6. Need compensation of 100000rs for the loss and mental trauma

        On sunday 8th may 2016 i was travelling through indigo from mumbai to udaipur when i reached at airport i was 55 minutes prior to check-in but due to security checking i reached at checkin counter 40 minutes prior.The counter executive had just refuses to issue the boarding pass.There was no fault of mine to being late but the not a single ground staff person had helped me out..they fully refuses to accept me at that flight and clearly said to purchase another ticket for tomorrow by payout 3000rs. At the end i have to purchase another ticket..it means i had paid twice for the same flight to travel through. Although i asked them will i get refund of some amount for that ticket then they clearly said no no thats not our fault. Tell me this is all the criteria pf your company to make fool of the customer and just make money. Will you help me out for this cause or either i have other option to drag you at consumer forum. Reply if you are agree to refund or i will approach to court to get my refund. Seriously worst travelling through indigo and i will post to everyone on social media to not to choose indigo flight ever.

          We have been travelling in Indigo for years and this is the first time we faced an absolute rude treatment from the ground staff Pratik k of Mumbai city who wouldn't mind allowing one extra kilo ! We were 3 passengers and this request is normally accepted by every airline we have travelled around the world. Train your staff how to behave Indigo ! For frequent travellers like us we expect some decency by the airline staff. I'm also from a corporate business field and this is not the behaviour I expect . Hoping there is some action taken here else the airline is deaf to complaints .

            Sir, I traveld on 21 Apr 16 from Hyderabad to Delhi Flight No 6E724 my PNR No. A9H7QW. Sir, My problem is that my suitcase which I booked in drop bag counter while chek in. After completion of my journey when I collect my brand new suitcase from Safari company at delhi I saw that my suitcase was torn off and it was small whole in two three places. Immediately I reported this matter to your custmor service counter. They took the photograph of my suitcase and noted the PNR number also. Till that I have not got any reply from your side . Please do the need ful. It was my brand new suitcase from safari company. Since I belong to middle class family I can not afford another suitcase. Please look into this matter, how lodder are working how they carry luggage from airport to flight.

              Hi,

              Me and my faimly travelled from flight no 6E336 flight Goa to delhi on 8th may 2016.
              PNR NO -DBNVSD I left my sunglasses (brand-Armani)at my seat 6E, I reported the same to onground team at delhi airport on that I asked to wait for 10 mins and they gone to check the same.

              After 10 min onground executive called the person who is on flight and confirm whether he seen anything left on that seat and the confirmation was yes from other end confirming basic details like color of cover case, brand etc.before that I asked to wait for 10 mins to more to get my stuff but no one reponsded and the executive who was on duty vanished away and some other gentlemen came with some other glasses and telling we found this from my seat this was really surprising because I was the last one to de board the flight and after confirming by the colour of case etc etc .

              So I would request to look into this matter on priority because it's now a integrity issue with your onground staff .

                To whom it concern

                I am leichombam prashant, a frequent flyer of indigo airline. On 08/05/2016, i was traveling from delhi to imphal via guwahati. My pnr number mfkt9u and the flight number 6e-939.
                Upon arrival in imphal airport, while i was disembarking the aircraft i saw three staffs huddled up at one spot, gagling amongst themselves and rashly and indifferently tossing and dumping passengers' baggages into a cargo trunk, as if they were some worthless garbages, from the aircraft. As i was waiting beside the conveyor belt for my brand american tourister luggage, which i had purchased recently, after a long wait when is finally arrived, i was horrified to discover that; the my luggage handle was broken, it had skid mark all over it, it's edges were torn off very badly. So i rushed to the nearest staff in sight with my indignation and implored her to address my grievance. Thereafter, i was lead to the departure terminal and i was asked to wait outside while she went in to get someone. There too after a long wait, she emerged out accompanied by another girl who did brief inspection of my damaged luggage and declared to claim any responsibility and instead tried to irrationally reason with me by rudely saying that the only way to handle the baggages of 180 maltitude passengers is only in that manner as the plane is under the schedule and i shouldn't hold them accountable for it.
                It is quite appalling to know how big companies treat their loyal consumers like trash. I was treated badly and my disappointments and indignation were disregarded and it all went unnoticed. It was very demeaning experience from the company i had so much respect.
                The least that i am expecting from indigo to take immediate measure to address my plight and to take necessary actions against the concerning staffs.
                Hoping to get prompt response.

                  On 1st may 2016, i tried to book a ticket from bhubaneswar to bengaluru for the flight 6e 492.
                  At 00:41 (12:41am) i made the payment through internet banking (Sbi).
                  The amount debited was 5210.00

                  When i contacted the customer care they told me i will get the money back after 3-4 days. But its been 7-8 days.
                  Please refund my payment.

                    Dear Sir,

                    I was booked in Indigo flight flying to Bengaluru from Kolkata, ( PNR - YY5HSM). I reached the airport at 5.20 and asked the staff to help me out with the boarding. But they asked me to stand in queue. Ultimately, when I reached the counter, at 5.49, was informed that boarding was not possible owing to late reporting.
                    I then approached the manager in site, Ms Nandita Bala, and requested her to help me, was rudely dismissed and asked to get on the next flight. On pleading with the other personnel, was informed that the flight was overbooked and there was no way they could accomodate me, respite having a valid ticket.
                    I was left with no option but to go to the reservation counter and get myself booked in the next flight against a payment of Rs 3569.
                    I am a frequent flier and usually avail of the services of Indigo, but have never been treated as such. Especially Ms Bala's attitude towardsa customer was really not expected from a customer check in personnel and have never faced such treatment before.

                    I would now reconsider taking an Indigo flight as the last option now onwards, if such is the treatment of an airlines staff.

                    Hope you take this matter seriously and avoid future grievances from loyal customers of Indigo Airlines.

I booked a luggage at the counter by declaring fragile laptop inside the luggage. On reaching Bangalore I found the screen of my laptop was broken as if the luggage was mishandled. I have enclosed the photographs and other docs for necessary action and claim. Please also provide us the details where to submit the hard copy of the above said complaint. Please do the needful.

                        Yesterday i have booked one ticket from jaipur to ahmedabad for 15th may 2016 in the name of ayush malu under booking reference i71cus[protected] but ticket came from ahmedabad to jaipur.

                        Immediately i have cancelled it but you have deducted cancellation charges.

                        Any how i booked ticket through yatra.com under ud1rwd from jaipur to ahmedabad. For your information i may add here that from ahmedabad to jaipur already ticket booked for 24th may 2016 under k5q18f.

                        I look forward to refund me cancellation charges deducted by you.

                          Complaint 3 4 times
                          but still my prob doesnt resolve and it is pending from last 2 months..worst response from.such a big airline company
                          and they were saying me to replace it with delsey...but my bag is of v.i.p..
                          so replace it with vip red trolley bag..as it is available with me as a combo
                          and i will not accept any other brand.
                          Or else compensate me as the direction given by your reprensatative mr amit rangwani...@ 350 per kg and my bag weigth was 17.40 kg..

                              मैँ प्रदीप सिंह पंवार जो मुंबई से देहली फ्लाइट नंबर 6 E 186 dated[protected] का यात्री था. जो सही समय पर चेक इन करने क बाद वहां वेटिंग रूम में अपनी फ्लाइट का वेट कर रहा था मैँ वहां वाशरूम में गया इतने देर में चेक इन काउंटर बंद हो गया जब मैं वहां गया तो कहा गया की आप लेट हो गए हो मैं उन्हें बताया की में वाशरूम गया था जिस कारण देर हो गयी मुझे कहा गया की आप दूसरे गेट से चले जाओ मैं वह गया तो उसे वापिस दुबारा वापिस पहले वाले गेट से जाने को कहा। अब टाइम काफी हो गया था वहां खड़ा व्यक्ति मुझे CISF के पास ले गया और मेरा टिकट कैंसिल कर दिया। मैंने दूसरी फ्लाइट के बारे में पूछा तो उसी टिकट तो मुझे मिल गयी पर मेरा पहले टिकट का अमाउंट रिफंड नहीं हुआ। मेरी आप से विनती है की कर्प्या कर आप लोग इंडिडगो की फ्लाइट का इस्तेमाल मत करे मैंने अपने फ्रेंड सर्किल, रिलेटिव्स मैं भी इस बात को रखा है। और अब में लगातार whats App के जरिये भी यही रॉय देता हु social media से इंडिगो फ्लाइट बारे में अपनी यात्रा का जिक्र करता हुँ। मुझे काफी SMS मिल है की हम भी इस इंडिडगो फ्लाइट का इस्तेमाल नहीं करेंगे।

                                  Sneha Sinha of the security check - We were flying indigo route GOA mumbai flight 6e 438 : 4 May 2016 at 1400 hrs. Merlin Fernandes.
                                  Local alcohol fenny was packed in a 2 liter bisleri bottle well sealed with a tape was rejected because it wasn't branded

                                  Beware travelers Indigo do not allow passengers to carry home made unbranded local Goan alcohol fenny urak.
                                  Or Probably ms sneha Sinha isn't knowledgeble about Goan traditional drinks. That fenny available in shops isn't authentic always as compared to homemade.
                                  We was asked to keep back alcohol of 6 liters, because it wasn't a brand . Please note that Go air had no problem accepting the same.

                                  If indigo has decided not to allow local homemade fenny then it should be make it clear with passengers. It was indeed disappointing to see the unprofessional arrogant manner in which this entire case was dealt with by ms Sinha, the staff of indigo were all trying to convince her but her ego got the better of her.

                                  'Go air 'immediately stepped in to our rescue by accepting the same bottles in the same condition.

                                  We have previously been traveling with 'go air 'and have always carried this alcohol but fortunately this was the first time we took the indigo flight and it will be the last, beware travelers who want to carry unbranded local home made fenny urak etc indigo employee ms Sinha will be totally inconsiderate and unprofessional.

                                  Since indigo airline has no courtesy to inform passengers, Iam doin the needful to inform passengers that love the Goan traditional homemade fenny, urak etc, if you choose indigo please carry only the branded labeled fenny as instructed by ms Sinha (caution : you wanna check with ms Sinha which 'brand ' is accepted by her).

                                  There is s fine line between security check and arrogance and certain indigo staff members seems to be crossing it.

                                    I am putting up the case of indigo check-in staff entire hierarchy for playing games for pulling more money from customer pocket. I also suppose to board flight 6e-494 delhi-patna which is scheduled to depart at 6:45a.M. Now let me take you step by step. I was standing in que to get the baording pass. Their few counters were operation and loaded with passenger it was 6:05 when i reached the counter, the gentle sitting their straight way said no to me because i was late by 5 mins than later getting into arguments & all he sended me to another desk, where lady named ms. Sushmita straight way said you cant board it because you are late. They both were repeating it in loop but not ready to even listen and she offered me to buy another flight. When i asked for escalation she said to reach another desk. It was already 6:40 when i reached to their so called customer care manager ms. Kiran. She was rude and arrogant and not even addressing me and was over the phone and fighting with someone in his family. She was not able to manage work-life balance and bursting out on customer. After 20 mins of argument she told me to go and buy another ticket because we will not refund and when i asked how much it will cost then they came up with price of rs.7000/- whose break-up was cancellation fees ( which is something i was not able to understand that why would be a cancellation fees because i didn't made anything), ecom charges( which again not understandable to me) and then base fare.

                                    They were neither agreeing on refund nor on giving me a solution. Upselling product considering customer is in bad situation clearly show how they take advantage to the customer situations.

                                    I agree that i was late by 5 mins but if their was no que or their counters were operational i would have reached on time. This situation was created by them only.

                                    Again charging any amount is also something which was in their hand because their is no transparency in that.

                                    And charging money against a service which i had not availed is not acceptable.

                                    And the most pathetic is the way they treated me and ruined my day, money and tortured me for hour is forcing me to write this.

                                      I had been a regular customer of indigo and i used to book tickets on line for myself and my family members for travel between kochi to dubai and vice versa. It is more than an year an amount of rs.2763/= shown in my account no: [protected] as balance in my favour after some transactions.
                                      Though i purchased several tickets after that i was charged full every time and the said balance of rs.2763/= not adjusted.
                                      When i spoke to your customer care official on phone regarding this a few days ago, he said that my account balance is frozen and suggested to write my complaint on line.
                                      I therefore request you to look into this matter and unfreeze my account for further purchases and adjustments

                                        Sir m in armed forces. In indigo flight from dibrugarh to delhi armed forces quota does not show availability till August 2016. Sir indigo is the only way for our traval to save our precious time of leave. From last month i faced this problem. Pls look into the matter and give me relevant feedback and reason about all this so that we can avail this scheme in better way.
