Incident desc - indigo has over booked the tickets and have tried to pacify us stating that we are late.
We are 3 passengers travelling from hyderabad to ahmedabad on 12/march/2016, 1. Sreenubabu dasari, 2. Mounica, 3. Ratnavali.
1. Flight no: (6e 372) from hyderabad to ahmedabad
2. Issued boarding pass @ 5.20
3. Went through security checkin
4. Indigo representative put the timestamp 5.47 and has rejected stating that the gates were closed. However were not closed.
5. When we said that we had to wait at the security checking for more than 20 mins they simply stated that security checkin is not our head ache, however, the very same indigo representatives have taken other 3 people thru the security checkin and was the same with other airline service provider representatives (Spice jet, indian airlines etc...)
6. No representatives have come to us at security checkin whereas other airline providers were eager to get their people boarded.
7. After reaching the gates, there was a bus of indigo in front o[censored]s displaying the details of the same flight hyderabad to ahmedabad, however, the indigo representative priya did not let us go in and she had a chat with manager and they said that there were other people allocated on our seats which was very bad to hear.
8. When questioned sent to manager: shagun and she was trying to say the same rules and regulations which was not the consent rather was our tickets sold to other people.
9. After couple of minutes was sent to another person named: chetan and he was bluntly saying that it was our mistake and there was nothing from their side that they could help with and when asked about the indigo representatives who were trying to get other people boarded he simply said he need to check why other indigo representatives were trying to get other people boarded and we felt very bad about this person.
10. Based on this travel there were many dependent plans, all of which have gone vain as i had to cancel all other dependent tickets which is very huge loss of time and money.
11. Finally had to book train tickets which took lot of pain as my mom is an asthmatic patient and having severe problems with her bones. There was not even smallest of the concerns shown on us from the staff.
12. Having faced this pathetic situation caused by the indigo airlines, i request a refund to be provided by the indigo airlines for this sort of poor service.

    This is to inform you that i'm serving in army, currently posted in leh, ladakh (J&k). I had booked ticket from delhi to indore but due to bad weather conditions in leh on 18th and 19th march i was unable to catch my delhi-indore indigo flight. Then on 21st march goair provided an additional flight from leh-delhi. So due to bad weather conditions on 18th march i couldn't catch your indigo flight which i had booked earlier. So kindly understand my problem that missing your flight was not my mistake but because of nature i was not able to board your flight on 18th march. Here i'm attaching the pics of goair matter saying that it was bad weather on 18th and 19th march. Kindly refund my amount for my 18th march reservation.

      My wife was traveling yesterday on delhi ahmedabad sector on 31 march 2016. The flight was at 6.20 a.M reaching ahmedad at 7.55 a.M. She checked in, did security check and got the bording pass with 1 hour remaining in flight departure.

      She went for a coffee and returned to the gate for boading with 35 min remaining however she was not allowed. All the staff were extremely rude specifically kiran khatri. I think she is the manger over there.

        The flight had been rescheduled due to the illness of my grandmother.The behaviour showed by your airline staff was unbelievable.The security check was closed even thirty five minutes before the scheduled time of the flight's departure time.The worst thing that could be done is that the flight took off ten minutes before the scheduled departure.We do respect timely arrival but before time departures unethical and not appeciated. Your airlines might be doing well but your staff has just forced us to pay extra amount by closing the boarding gates 35 minutes before departure. The time of closing boarding gates for domestic flights is 25 minutes.This incident has left an impression o[censored]nbelief and doubtfullness in your capacity to satisfy your costumers.
        Extremely sad about the incident.Tortourous to the costumer ..

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          Please note I would like to official register a complain against your airline.

          Kindly forward this mail to person concerned & forward his details for further communication.

          Please note I had booked my flight ticket from the Indigo airline for Travel between Bangalore-Mumbai for travel date on 9th Feb 2016.

          I called up your call center asking them to confirm if my booking has been confirmed or not inspite of telling him that there has been deductions reflecting from my bank statement.He advised that my booking has not been confirmed & i should re-book my ticket.

          In view of change of price I opted for alternate flights which was more expensive then Indigo ticket but there was no choice.

          After my arrival to Mumbai on 9th Feb from other airlines I got a call from Indigo office asking me our boarding time for which I advised them I already arrived at Mumbai as I was told by the Indigo call center that my flight booking was not confirmed.

          I also called up the Indigo call center and advised them all the details of the incident which the person assured me that necessary action will be taken.

          Now this incident is more than one month old but I still did not get refund of the full airfare from your airline & any further advise.

          Kindly note that I am an NRI and could not follow up on this issue at regular intervals.

          Would appreciate if some one from your office can urgently look into the matter and resolve.

          I have been totally disappointed with the experience I had with your airlines.

            I had reached the counter by 2 pm and the flight was of 2.40pm. since i was travelling with a 98 years mother-in-law of mine i requested the staff to let us board as it was emergency. they nor did help nor gave solutions for cancellations of tickets..Is this the service what you provide?

              I was so disappointed with all the customer service involved in my case. I am an expat visiting Delhi from Dubai and booked returned flight from March 23- March 30, 2016 (PNR K4HZRL).

              On March 27 1am i called them to rebooked my flight tru IVR and they have confirmed that they could not accept the payment tru phone as they dont honour an international debit/ credit card. I was advised to made the payment in the system. I did pay online but it end up receiving an error.

              Called around 10am to confirmed booking but they said payment has not been done because there are some issues on the connection. The CS did not even bother to tell me that the seat has been confirmed and if i will not pay it will be counted as "no show".

              I called the customer service at 2pm to check my booking, and I was put on hold for more than 30 mins as she could not figure out the issue. The system shows pending payment but the seat had been confirmed.

              My question is: How can you guys confirmed my rebooking without receiving the payment? I came to know that I am a no show on the 27th at 3pm and the flight is at 5pm. Thus I have not able to board the flight.

              For me to go back to Dubai the next day (28th). I have to pay 19k rupees for my return flight because the most incompetent staff who did not give any proper explanation to the customer and needs to suffer.

              I have spoken to the Zubar ( assistast manager for security) at the airport and ask the same question. How will you able to confirmed and re booked flight if you have not received the payment? And his answer is NO they should not have rebooked the flight before the payment has been received.

              I need to get a clear picture into this and refund my money back (returned flight) if investigation has been made clear.

                I am sorry to bring to your kind notice that this case is one of those cases when a fool is made out of passenger. I was supposed to be travelling from Patna to Delhi through Indigo flight and therefore I reached the airport one hour before schedule. After waiting for long in the que for boarding pass, when my turn finally arrived, the attendant told me that the luggage weighed extra 4 kgs and therefore I should shift a few stuffs to my hand baggage. I did that, as said. After that she told me to go for security check-up. I did that too and then she says, "Sorry, counter is closed". She knew that it wasn't that I was late or something. I had been there for an hour. Even after requesting, she denied. Just a matter of one minute and I wasn't allowed to catch my flight. I do understand that 10-15 minutes late comers cannot be allowed since the boarding already begins by then. But, 1 minute? I mean, Patna airport is not even that big that getting a boarding pass and checking in would take another 30 minutes. Does Indigo airline realize that these "just one minute" incident can hamper how many careers? I missed my exam, and lost my job. Is Indigo employing robots that they cannot even excuse one-minute? And again to remind you, I wasn't late, I was there one hour before schedule. I have been travelling from Indigo for, I don't know, 3 years maybe. And every time I opted for Indigo above others. But Indigo is indeed caught up in real money-making business than customer assistance. Very much disappointed. My next flight is again from Indigo and hopefully the last one.
                This is not yet resolved. Please look into the matter.

                  We put boarding card on 26th March 2016 at Chennai to fly to Hyderabad in indigo flight 6E 384 and after frisking reached Gate 12 but not allowed to board the flight. We were put severe mental agony and pecuniary loss and missed an important function for which we planned to fly. The Indigo should not have let the consumer in such a position. The company should have taken care to board them in the flight after having put boarding card. This is a severe lapse on the part of the staff put on duty. Due to tension on account of this we spent on medical care too for myself and wife.
                  Indigo should refund the ticket cost
                  Indigo did no service to the passengers at the airport and made them to suffer a lot. It is slow In responding to the complaint also. I do not know what is the remedy going to be offered Refund is the only suitable remedy. Hope the indigo will certainly consider it.
                  I do not know, how long indigo will take to resolve or offer remedy to the complaint. If not early, there is no point in having a site of this kind.
                  After a long gap, I am seeing this hoping some action would have been taken. But no action has been taken so far. No message recd in this regard. I feel very much bad and unhappy for having chosen indigo to fly.

                    My wife travelled in Indigo 6E 538 on 22March from Kolkata to Hyderabad. She collected the luggage from the belt and came home. When she opened the bag she realized some items are missing. (In the top pocket of the trolley, 4-5 items were missing). Later we also realized someone tried to open the number lock (the sticker was removed from the number lock which the airline staff put in Kolkata Airport after the trolley check). She did not check in the airport otherwise she would have lodge complain. We did not expect this from Indigo. I am a frequent flyer in Indigo, but from now on I have to be more careful while travelling with Indigo.

                      Dear sir,

                      This is kanchana, living and working in banagalore and i would like to lodge a complaint against indigo about their unethical act i endured while i was travelling yesterday(24/03/2016) from mumbai to bangalore.

                      I was supposed to travel by the flight 6e 615 (Pnr no.Jyp3kg- confirmed ticket) @16.55 flight. I have done check in (Direct and not web check in) at 1.00pm and taken boarding pass and crossed all security checks. Since then i have been waiting near the boarding gate 13. During boarding kiosky no 13 displayed that flight is an hour delay. I have been waiting but no announcement were made again. Then myself went to check with one of the indigo staff about the flight at 17.10 but the staff ms.Latha said i missed my flight, in a rude way. Trust me they neither announced about the flights details nor called me out and i was sitting next to the gate since i have done my check in by around 1.00pm. Yesterday was so crowd like a market in the indigo launch and most of the flights been delayed. They said they called out my name but here nothing in that crowd. They also said they called me over phone, i did receive the call from unknown number and didn't hear a word from other end.

                      They forced me cancel my boarding pass and sent out to get another flight ticket. Though i explained everything to them and requested but they didnt consider and made me pay for my next flight of around rs.3, 300/-

                      This is to be noted that the staff personal at the check in counter giving instruction to the other staffs they should not call any passengers and intimate about the flights.

                      I have also been denied the proof of having my boarding pass back.

                      Yesterday, i am not the only case. 3other passengers also faced the same issue with the airlines and they took 7'oclock flight back to bangalore and i took the 8'oclock flight back to bangalore.

                      During my another flight the staff personal in the checkin counter instructed that the gate number will be keep changing and asked to check with the staff's near the gate about the gate number during boarding time.

                      But this kind instruction were not given earlier. They neither given proper directions nor proper announcement made.

                      Even my 8'oclock flight there were lots confusions about gate numbers. Gate 14 displaying about our flight but were made to stand in gate 9, then changed to 10. And gate 10 kiosky had no display/announcement.

                      When they themselves have such confusions and made me to pay to my next flight. I endured such a loss. Each paise is hard earned which made me upsed and endured such a stress.

                      Hence, i kindly request you to consider my case help me get me answered for the trauma i have gone through.

                        Respected sir/madam,

                        I was not allowed to board on the plea i should have reported before 1 and a half hour of scheduled departure. I reported the boarding counter at 06:42 hours, exactly one hour before the departure time. I booked the ticket on emergency at 01:49 hours of 26th march, 2016 as there was a serious patient in my home at guwahati. I explained all things to the staff at counter. It is very unfortunate that i was a female passenger and was in a hurry to reach to reach my destination. It is not only unfortunate but it is inhuman also. In such a situation, the company must refund the complete fare rather only rs.386 is refunded. I am an sub-editor of news agency. I shall take up the matter to the higher ups of indigo and the government of india if necessary.

                          Last month I traveling chennai to vizag from 18th Feb.I was buy wishkey in international air port. local flights not accepted in carrying in hand. So I put inside my bags. Two bag's also I send to cargo when I collect my bags I was forget to check my gold. When I see my bag inside don't gold..return I asking vizag airport.                             This is Gaurav S Tomar, me and Sister had a flight on 22-03-16 from Udaipur to Delhi . I reached airport before 45 Min . we reached there and I went to the wash-room still having 15 Min for the last call but as we reached there they closed the gate before 10 Min ago with out the final announcement. When i told the same to the indigo incharge and airport manager sitting the reply was "Aab kuch ni ho skta, 7 Refund bhi ab kuch nhi hoga and boarding ho chuki hai. " This reply was rude and they not refund amount.

                              This is Satnam kaur Juneja, me and my son had a flight on 17-03-16 from Delhi to Raipur (flight no. 6E 485). We got our boarding pass 45 min before the take off, had to go to gate no 8B, we reached there and I went to the washroom still having 15 min for the last call but as we reached there they closed the gate before 10 min with out the final announcement. When i told the same to the indigo incharge sitting the reply was "Aab kuch ni ho skta, bakki passenger aagaye thai toh boarding close ho chuki hai, thodi dair phle aana chiye na boarding ke liye" This reply was ryde and not acceptable even after having 10 min in hand for boarding, I had to face a loss of approx 15k (including the ticket for next flight) As a regular customer of Indigo I would like you to take some action in my favour.

                                The boarding card issued for Flight Ticket No 6E 383 indicates gate no 28. for boarding.
                                I am Mangalam Balasubramanian, a senior citizen waiting till 8.30 but there was no indication of Indigo staff at the counter. Suddenly I receive a msg saying the boarding will be closed since Hyd Airport is silent airport and no Flt announcements will be made.
                                When I contacted there was no clue and one co passenger going to Mumbai came tony help and ran towards gate no 26 which is few distance away. I rushed and they were about to close the counter.
                                After that I had to come down and pass through aero ridge.which was Herculean job for a senior citizen. This has caused immense pressure on me and I am now in bed,
                                How would you react. Why did you put a wrong gate no I'm the boarding card. I would like to sue for the pressure I have gone through

                                    Today i have travelled from delhi to hyderabad by 6e 635 pnr uyy51ipl .

                                    1. They have announced the baggage to be collected from belt no 2 in the flight but the baggage has been delivered in belt no.3.. I have been waiting at belt no 2 unnecessarily. Even though number of indigo staff moving around no one announced the change. After some time suspecting some thing wrong i checked the other belt.
                                    2. Fligh cabin was full of mosquitoes

                                    3. Flight started 45 min late while they announced at checkin counter that it was 30 min late but the display board was showing 15 min late right upto actual boarding time at delhi.

                                    4. The worst part is that they dont have a complaint book at the counter in delhi and when i told them i want to give a complaint they were serching for a piece of paper...

                                    At least i expect them not to announce that they have the award winning service...

                                        Harassment with lady & infant child at check in counter - (Pnr y8h3fp)

                                        Scheduled flight:14:45. Passengers(Lady with 20 month child) arrive more than an hour-and-half in advance(1305 hrs to be precise). They are not able to present the birth certificate of the infant. They are not allowed to board the plane. Then why are the mother and her child help up till 1510 hrs (25 min post departure of flight). Why are they continuouskly told that tkt will be cancelled and refund shall be of the amount rs2500.
                                        Terrible experience with indigo. A shame.
                                        A ungentlemanly mr.Ankur/ankush grover stands out during this episode somehow. He tried his best to beat around the bush and not suggest exact solution even after being repeatedly asked for the same.

                                        Dear airline, have some mercy on mothers carrying their child. Just because they are not able to voice their concerns (Loud enough for u ppl to hear), doesnt give you the right to outright exploit/harass them .
                                        I intend to take special care in booking my tickets with indigo next time onwards.
