I am sorry to bring to your kind notice that this case is one of those cases when a fool is made out of passenger. I was supposed to be travelling from Patna to Delhi through Indigo flight and therefore I reached the airport one hour before schedule. After waiting for long in the que for boarding pass, when my turn finally arrived, the attendant told me that the luggage weighed extra 4 kgs and therefore I should shift a few stuffs to my hand baggage. I did that, as said. After that she told me to go for security check-up. I did that too and then she says, "Sorry, counter is closed". She knew that it wasn't that I was late or something. I had been there for an hour. Even after requesting, she denied. Just a matter of one minute and I wasn't allowed to catch my flight. I do understand that 10-15 minutes late comers cannot be allowed since the boarding already begins by then. But, 1 minute? I mean, Patna airport is not even that big that getting a boarding pass and checking in would take another 30 minutes. Does Indigo airline realize that these "just one minute" incident can hamper how many careers? I missed my exam, and lost my job. Is Indigo employing robots that they cannot even excuse one-minute? And again to remind you, I wasn't late, I was there one hour before schedule. I have been travelling from Indigo for, I don't know, 3 years maybe. And every time I opted for Indigo above others. But Indigo is indeed caught up in real money-making business than customer assistance. Very much disappointed. My next flight is again from Indigo and hopefully the last one.

this should not happen to common people .
Affecting and discarding common man's need will adversely affect the future operations due to pathetic service!
