Incident desc - indigo has over booked the tickets and have tried to pacify us stating that we are late.
We are 3 passengers travelling from hyderabad to ahmedabad on 12/march/2016, 1. Sreenubabu dasari, 2. Mounica, 3. Ratnavali.
1. Flight no: (6e 372) from hyderabad to ahmedabad
2. Issued boarding pass @ 5.20
3. Went through security checkin
4. Indigo representative put the timestamp 5.47 and has rejected stating that the gates were closed. However were not closed.
5. When we said that we had to wait at the security checking for more than 20 mins they simply stated that security checkin is not our head ache, however, the very same indigo representatives have taken other 3 people thru the security checkin and was the same with other airline service provider representatives (Spice jet, indian airlines etc...)
6. No representatives have come to us at security checkin whereas other airline providers were eager to get their people boarded.
7. After reaching the gates, there was a bus of indigo in front o[censored]s displaying the details of the same flight hyderabad to ahmedabad, however, the indigo representative priya did not let us go in and she had a chat with manager and they said that there were other people allocated on our seats which was very bad to hear.
8. When questioned sent to manager: shagun and she was trying to say the same rules and regulations which was not the consent rather was our tickets sold to other people.
9. After couple of minutes was sent to another person named: chetan and he was bluntly saying that it was our mistake and there was nothing from their side that they could help with and when asked about the indigo representatives who were trying to get other people boarded he simply said he need to check why other indigo representatives were trying to get other people boarded and we felt very bad about this person.
10. Based on this travel there were many dependent plans, all of which have gone vain as i had to cancel all other dependent tickets which is very huge loss of time and money.
11. Finally had to book train tickets which took lot of pain as my mom is an asthmatic patient and having severe problems with her bones. There was not even smallest of the concerns shown on us from the staff.
12. Having faced this pathetic situation caused by the indigo airlines, i request a refund to be provided by the indigo airlines for this sort of poor service.
