Bad behaviour of customer service staff

Loss of time and money

I had a flight on 25th of Jan, 2016 from Hyderabad to Cochin. The departure time was 10:40 am. i already checked in via online. I reached in airport before 10:00. By the time i reached for baggage drop its said as if i'm late. the funniest part is i recevied a message informing that i should reach the airport early on 10:10 am 25th Jan, 2016. How am i supposed to know that i should reach early. i[censored] cannot inform early that's not our fault....

Excess charge

RICHA PRUTHI was booked by indigo executive (Booking Reference
RFGNMH Date of Booking * 06Jan16 03:13:40 (UTC)) from Mumbai to delhi flight 6E 124 ) and was charged Rs.4479 against Rs.4000/- as was showing on indigo website and Rs. 4049/- for the same flight . i was informed hat the difference amount will be refunded. i have not received the difference amount as was overcharged.

Kindly arrange to refund the amount ASAP...

Complaint about hospitality indigo not allow to enter into aeroplan

I have been flying Jet air for last many years'
For the first time I flew Indigo to Chennai on 21st this month ( Jan. 2016) -Flt 6-E 431.I was served a free breakfast though on the boarding card under the column special services it was mentioned 'NIL'
On the return flight on 22nd Flt. 6 E 545despite having similar boarding card I was charged price for breakfast
Why this distinction?

Booking on flight # 6e 775 from delhi baroda on 1st feb.

I have received at least 15 calls from indigo regarding delay of this flight.
I am receiving atleast 2 messages every day regarding this.

What is this - a decision to harass the passangers by calling them atleast 3 to 4 times a day and sending umpteen messages. Is this any way for an airlines to keep their customers.

Loss due to flight delay

My self with family travelled to CCU on 20 Jan 16 by 6E0322 which was delayed by nearly 4 hrs for which I could not board Duranto 22201 at 8 PM from Sealdah resulting to financial loss, had to stay at kolkata, hotel & taxi fare Amounting to Rs (3436+ 970+ 3135+ 310)= 7851.00
