Email received on 18.11.2021 stating Flight Number changed 6E 5319
and take off 7.30 PM and Landing at 11.00 PM . Further emails
on 28.11.2021, 03.12.2021 (time stated 7.30 AM), 05.12.2021 Time 7.30 PM.
07.12.2021 Time stated 7.30 PM. i.e. 4 mails time 7.30 PM and in one email dated 03.12.2021 time 7.30 AM. On 10.12.2021, at aboput 7.00 AM received phone call, you are yet to board the flight. When I informed that flight is 7.30 PM, line disconnected.
Matter taken up with customer service centre of Indigo, forwarding screen shots of all emails. Reply reeived on 14.12.2021, PNR No.FKFMSM went vacant and therefore the reservations was closed as No Show. As per policy, an amount of Rs.1478 will be refunded as applicable taxes. We have to contact our Bank to claim the amount. Due to misinformation, flight missed. No fault of on our part.
