      Description: Sliver Anklet worth Rs 35000 stolen from checked-in baggage.
      I'm a regular IndiGo flyer, but today I had an appalling an harrowing experience. I was flying Ahmedabad-Madurai on flight 6E5364 on 14th, Dec 2021. On landing at Madurai Airport, I fetched my baggage, I immediately noticed that the luggage had been tampered and while checking items in my luggage I noticed my Silver Anklet worth Rs35000/- is missing, I immediately rushed to the IndiGo staff and customer help desk to submit a complaint and even I have filed an case against this incident. I am feeling cheated and angry about the entire affair.
      I Request Concerned IndiGo airlines and Govt authorities take immediate actions.

        PNR No. FKFMSM - Guwahatti - Mumbai - Date 10.12.2021
        Orignall schedule 8.10 AM

        Email received on 18.11.2021 stating Flight Number changed 6E 5319
        and take off 7.30 PM and Landing at 11.00 PM . Further emails
        on 28.11.2021, 03.12.2021 (time stated 7.30 AM), 05.12.2021 Time 7.30 PM.
        07.12.2021 Time stated 7.30 PM. i.e. 4 mails time 7.30 PM and in one email dated 03.12.2021 time 7.30 AM. On 10.12.2021, at aboput 7.00 AM received phone call, you are yet to board the flight. When I informed that flight is 7.30 PM, line disconnected.

        Matter taken up with customer service centre of Indigo, forwarding screen shots of all emails. Reply reeived on 14.12.2021, PNR No.FKFMSM went vacant and therefore the reservations was closed as No Show. As per policy, an amount of Rs.1478 will be refunded as applicable taxes. We have to contact our Bank to claim the amount. Due to misinformation, flight missed. No fault of on our part.

          We have booked 10 tickets on 26/11/2021 to travel to hyderabad and return and the following are the pnr booking references:

          pnr/booking reference

          1. DIIIMS
          2. MT2YNE

          these bookings are for 7 persons (6 adults and one child) for travelling on 26 12.2021 by 6e 269 and return on 31.12.2021 by 6e 668. Out of 7 tickets, 3 are to come from singapore to take the above domestic flight.

          3. ZWEHD

          these booking are for 8 persons (4 adults and 4 children) for travelling on 26 12.2021 by 6e 269 and return on 31.12.2021 by 6e 668. Out of these 7 ticket. 4 are to come from united kingdom and take the above domestic flight.

          Now that due to omicron/covid pandemic, govt. Of india has announced on 28.11.2021 revised guidelines for the travellers from these countries, they are not able to travel to india due to various testing, quarantine rules/guidelines.

          We therefore wish to cancel all the tickets in view stricter travel guidelines and get the refund in full. Please advise the refund amount.

            Hello I'm Ashwin bhatkar. I travelled from mumbai international airport on 10/12/2021 to agartala via kolkatta with my senior colleague and noticed my bag was missing at agartala airport.. i filled up a form about missing luggage at agartala airport and later agartala airport called me and said due to mobile powerbank equipment available in my luggage it was not carried ahead at mumbai airport after scanning process. But yesterday i filled up another form for removal of the power bank and later send rest of my luggage asap.. im still contacting indigo airlines but i haven't got any responce.. agartala airport staff already mailed in mumbai to indigo airlines regarding the issue.. I need to know when will i receive my bag?
            Another thing PNR sticker attached to my bag belongs to one of my colleagues named ashfaq Mohammad khan who was travelling with me which was terrible mistake done by the lady who checks the boarding pass and ticket.. Because i have to travel another place tomorrow from agartala I request you to sort out the issue asap.. thank you.

              I have booked a flight to Delhi from Banglore with PNR GJ929P, the ticket cost was around 4600 when I booked it. The departure is on 24th Dec and I am trying to cancel the flight today which is 13 days prior to my flight day, the cancellation charges are close to 3500. How fair is this.?
              Looking at the conditions outside, I badly don't want to travel. What is govt doing bout this. Letting these companies loot our money?

                My flight 6E 7232 which was on Nov 22 2021 from Rajahmundry to Cochin at 8 .20 pm.I reached the airport by 8 pm at the Indigo customer representative at Rajahmundry airport told me that flight took off at 7.50 pm itself due to weather issues and told me they will provide me seat for next day flight and asked to pay an amount of 1200 as penalty.When the next day when l arrived they told me all the seats are full and can't provide any tickets and told me if l cancel the ticket l will get 8200 as refund amount.So l cancelled the two tickets.After 14 days when the refund was not received l contacted the customer services and they told me flight on that day took off on 8.20 pm only and l won't be getting 8200 refund only service charge will be provided.Why did INDIGO customer services provided me misleading information .I felt cheated twice and l lost heavily both by financially and mentally.This incident happened when all modes of transportation by train and by road was cancelled due to flood in South India.
                I need proper explanation and refund on this issue. Because Indigo industry is in billions doesn't means you can cheat common people make your money our meagre wages .

                What all fraudulent that was done to me by Indigo is that although l arrived the airport at time they told me the flight took off already.

                They asked me to pay penalty to extend the ticket and next day when l went to airport they took 1200*2 money from my hand checked the computer screen and told no tickets available .And told to cancel ticket so l will get 8200 that is half ticket money as refund. Which also didn't happen.
                How can l obtain justice for the emotional mental and financial torture l suffered

                    As mentioned in the above subject, we had blocked 100 tickets from Hyderabad to Udaipur and return through a travel agent from Hyderabad as we thought we would organize a family gathering for my Grandfather's 50th Marriage Anniversary. Also we had informed the agent the very next day saying that the venue in Udaipur was not confirmed and it got changed to Jaipur. Agent confirmed that he sent mail to Indigo and it can be done. Suddenly yesterday he stated that it was not possible and the entire amount of 5 lakhs was forfeited and he shared the contact details of the Station Manager at Hyderabad.

                    I spoke with him personally Mr. Chary and requested but no use.

                    Sir, First of all the amount of Rs.5, 00, 000/- was very huge for an individual and now the entire program was upset and halted. I personally request you to adjust the amount to Jaipur Flight instead o[censored]daipur. So that we all can plan our trip to Jaipur and celebrate the anniversary in Jaipur.

                    My only request was to change the tickets from Udaipur to Jaipur Flight on the same dates and will pay the difference fare. Else we have no option except to cancel the event.

                    Request you to consider the same on humanitarian grounds and confirm asap for organizing the event.

                    Group PNR - XHBCGL. Hyderabad to Udaipur on 05th Jan 2021 & return on 08th Jan 2021.Request you to change the tickets to Jaipur Flight on the same dates

                        Was travelling from delhi to srinagar on 2nd dec 2021 . Pnr number = THF2ML . WHILE BOARDING, my bag was in perfect condition, when I reached srinagar airport, my bag was torn, complained to there manager he took pics ND accepted its out fault, we can only tell u to complaint via email ND they will provide u compensation . Then I mailed ND they started giving me coupon on 500rs, then 1000rs, I don't want ny coupon or ny money just my same bag return . When I called customer support they agreed to give bag in return ND said will call u . But no call came . They destroyed my 5k plus american tourister bag ND they are saying it's handled at many places by man ND others . He'll with dere coupons I need my bag back in same condition. They made my travel hell . Plus the delhi metro card, pnb atm plus my work ID card was list too . Dey don't care gimme my bag back

                        There airport staff is pathetic ND even more is there overall service . My company has hundred of employees travelling monthly from airlines but dey are pathetic . Nobody accepts torn currency . ND give us torn bags . ND plus have shame of giving me coupons . He'll wid ua coupons, all dere staff has accepted mistake ND update on dere system but dey still torturing me mentally

                          Worst people! They mentioned luggage accepted until 1 hr before of the departure but denied my luggage when there was still 1.14 hr remaining for the department!! I have never such useless people, I had to throw my luggage in dustbin because it was not allowed I'm cabin!!! What a loss, and nobody cares!!

                            My first brand new Check-in Baggage is damaged and connecting Sub bag to it is missing with my belongings, requesting to provide an update as we have registered the case on ABU Dhabi Airport on 2nd Of Dec morning (AUH6E10882) and haven’t heard back anything from you till date, please sought out the issue ASAP. attached FYA.


                            My Second Baggage was lost on 2nd of DEC and received it on 4th of DEC from indigo Airlines Officer, the baggage condition was pathetic hence we negotiated and agreed on common grounds also received confirmation from indigo Airlines Officer that the charges/Kg will be capacitated from Indigo Side.

                                  I have paid 1800 rupees for change of flight at Chennai counter on 23.11.2021 they not given receipt.where I have missed my 6E515 and taken 6E2062 which is attached in this mail.

                                    Worst experiences of my life while flying
                                    I have seen an ex of zero CUSTOMER service, zero compassion and negative logical approach to problem solving with Indigo Airlines.
                                    My parents (senior citizen) were travelling to Australia from Chennai via Singapore and they were denied entry in the flights on the grounds which even Government of Singapore doesn't recognise. They were asked for a Singapore Visa & VTP certificate which apparently, you do not require when you are transiting through Singapore and have valid documents for entry in Australia.
                                    Something which is easy to understand, which Singapore Airline could understand but sadly Indigo couldn't.
                                    Executives at Indigo counter didn't even try to understand the situation and denied boarding. My parents were stranded at Chennai airport, disoriented, traveling for the first time internationally and this is treatment they get for travelling with Indian cargo. Well, dear Indigo Airlines, just to let you know we booked the tickets of Singapore Airlines for the same day and same time and made it to destination without VTP & visa, because it was never ### required.
                                    My decision to book flight with Indigo was purely because I wanted to give business to them but looking at the state of things, I would never travel with them again. I reached out to there CUSTOMER Care via chat and they said that they cannot initiate refund and will have to go to Indigo Counter which is again illogical as my Parents booked a flight on the spot, cleared security and immigration and how can they go out again and ask a indigo counter for refund of the flight. And without providing any solution the CUSTOMER Care Executive disconnected the chat which shows the level of CUSTOMER Service.am trying to call your CUSTOMER care.Looking forward to getting my refund .

                                    Please train your staff about rules and regulations around travelling during Covid. My parents were denied boarding (with already checked in flight, mind you) because of VTL requirement. While all the Singapore websites clearly states, it is not required for transit. Thanks to your incompetent staff, I had to buy a high priced ticket on tbe spot for Singapore Airlines, whose staf[censored]nderstood the case and let my parents travel the same day, without the ### VTL. I demand full refund of my Indigo tickets and reimbursement for Singapore airlines.

                                      Recruitment scam

                                      2 days ago I was contacted by Pooja Sharma. She told me she was the hr of Indigo Kolkata. And there was a opening for Kolkata airport. Asked for 2000 rs for interview and document verification. I already told her the way I have been scammed before in the name of the same company.. but regardless I paid as she told she wouldnt do anything like that being a girl.. few minutes later varsha called as said from the headoffice of Indigo.. then...
