Travelling 6E7966/on 24/04/2022, PNR: HUG3XB
No cabin cooling was maintained till plane started. It’s devastating n suffocating in hot summer to sit in hot box which is neither supported by outside/inside cooling system.
Please maintain the temperature inside.
In short distance & in small flights we reach destination till cabin temperature gets to desired level, which is definitely not up to INDIGO STANDARDS.
IndiGo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

In certain conditions the Ground Air Conditioning Unit can't be used immediately. Also, depending on the temperature outside the aircraft, it may take approximately 15 minutes to cool the cabin.

    Why airline ask money for seat selection in web check in?

    It is not mandatory to buy a seat. If you do not wish to pay for the seat, while doing the web check-in, please click on the 'auto-assign' option which is available till 6 hours prior to the departure and a seat will be assigned to you as per the availability.

      PNR: RMSVGZ

      This is Kiran Kumar Boddeti. I had travelled from Chandigarh to Hyderabad on 18-Apr-2-2022.

      I booked a connected flight with PNR: RMSVGZ. I clearly asked during check-in what would be the case if first flight (Chandigarh to Delhi) was delayed. Staff informed me that it will be taken care and they will make sure that we will board the second flight in any case.

      Flight got delayed, on top of it, the bus that took us to T2 in Delhi Airport not sure why took almost 15 minutes to take to T2. There is a sudden rush at the transit check-in and no one from Indigo to guide.

      "GoAir" helped their passengers to check-in. No one from Indigo side. And finally when we went to the gate, they said boarding counter is closed.

      Problems I faced:
      1. I travelled with one 3 year old and 9 year old kids and my plan was completely disturbed.
      2. Actual flight was at 21:15PM. They boarded us for next day 1:150AM flight.
      3. One of the male Indigo staff even argued that it is not their responsibility. I mentioned a point about the gap between two flights which is not even 2 hours. For us, generally will ask to at least check-in before two hours. Then how can you guys plan a connected flight with short gap between the two and how can you blame customer for that?

      I reached home next day morning and my Work on that day got affected.
      My Wifes job, my kids school got affected.

      Only after insisting they provided dinner.

      This is the worst experience I had in my life. If you can't guarantee to manage connected flights, you should inform to customer in advance.
      It's your responsibility to make sure customer catch the second flight.
      Finally my family did not eat the dinner which I pre-booked in the flight as it was late mid-night (2:15AM).

      Staff should not be rude towards the customers as it is Airlines responsibility and should accept the fault.

      I hope some action will be taken regarding this incidence and same should not be repeated to any other customers. Else, we will not prefer Indigo from next time.

        I was travelling with 2 special needs children who are 5 years old.
        I had my flight booked for 7:25 and my previous flight from London was delayed by 2 hours.
        I reached indigo departure @ 6:35. I was refused entry stating as I cannot go past check in and security in 10 minutes time.
        I was desperate as I don't want to be stranded in the airport with no mobile(no Wi-Fi in airport too) for 3 hours with 2 exhausted non verbal child for a 45 mins flight. I wasnt prepared as I had 4 hours gap between flights.
        I literally pleaded to the manager in charge to let me take the flight @ 7:25. I was told to rebook ticket for 10:55 and was sarcastically questioned "whats wrong with your kids".
        He point blank refused to allow me to board the flight and closed door on my face. I had my boarding pass, made seat reservations and check in luggage tags printed.
        I had to pay Rs.7500 in spite of having ample time. Funny part is once I paid for next flight I was taken to the boarding lounge in 5 mins time via fast track check in and security. Why didnt they do it for 7:25 flight.
        I never felt humiliated so much in life. They sensed my vulnerability made me wait for 4 hours for a 45 mins journey. Its the wait after exhausting flight from London makes one furious. I was left with no choice with no wifi or phone. Attachment of 9.55 ticket shows paid and printed @ 7.11am and was denied to board 7.35 flight. When expressed my concern in FB I'm heard so many internationals treated with no civility.

          And They told me you have been selected for a airline job an you have you have to pay 6000 rs for interview charges and we will we provide interview they said,

                Applied for job...they call me and ask for my documents and 2500rs as processing fee..I paid...then they sent me joining letter and as for 6500rs as varification fees..i paid...then ask for 10500...for uniform, laptops etc...and said all will be refundable...told them not possible to pay any more and ask to refund...then they are asking for cancellation charges...

                  Dear IndiGo,

                  I had booked a ticket on 11 April 2022 from Dammam to Lucknow [Departure on 30 April].
                  After successful payment I received an email [screenshot attached] that showed status payment initiated and there was an important note written that if you did not receive the confirmation within 20 minutes kindly make another payment and the deduction amount will be reversed in 5/7 days so I waited for more than 48hrs and then i booked the ticket again.
                  And then on 4rth day [14 April 2022] I received PNR # FGKB7L while I was expecting my refund because I have already booked another ticket.
                  Please cancel my ticket and refund my full amount as i did not get confirmation within time as per your imp notes. Kindly check the attachment.

                    This is something I have seen for the first time. Senior citizen is being treated as orphan...no one has guided which gate no they need to go, no one has taken the luggage at the counter even they have requested...

                    I guess this is the worst experience in the history of Indigo...in fact I was among the first fifty customer of international flight from mumbai to Singapore in the year 2011.

                    This is something you need to introspect and provide the justice with compensation on such issue.

                    If not resolving the same means I will fill definitely that I have given the charity of 13200/- to the Indigo.

                    Please look into this serious issue and revert asap.

                      He called me and said that you have got your cv, you applied for the job, then you send your document then your selection process will be completed, after that he mailed me an offer letter and said that you have to make a payment of 2500 rupees. Then you will be given an I card and batch number, then you can join by going to the airport, whose name was Anu Sharma and HR's name is Rahul Sharma.

                              I was on flight 6E 628, Rajkot to Mumbai on 10th April 2022. The plane arrived from Mumbai with passengers & within 5 mins the boarding for the return journey began. It’s impossible that any sanitization was even carried out let alone a thorough one.

                              Despite that, the crew announced that Indigo sanitizes prior to every flight. Would appreciate if such false claims aren’t made.

                                  PNR is JIYT7F - 6E 6244, 10Apr, AMD(T1)-LKO(T[protected] HRS
                                  They did not display proper information on tv screen about my flight status.
                                  I reached airport 2.5 hours before the departure of flight .
                                  I continuously watching on screen they do not show that chekin is open .
                                  When i asked at counter after some time they says checkin is closed.
                                  And they do not allow me to take my flight.
                                  I really very disappointed from indigo service.
                                  Then i also book another connecting flight by giving payment .
                                  I lost my money and time both .
                                  All of because indigo bad service.

                                    I am really dissatisfied with IndiGo service and staff behaviour.

                                    My story includes the same ill treatment by IndiGo staff, denial to onboard, off loading my luggage and no assistance or announcement or phone call or a mere sms was sent to me during the process. Forget fast tracking or helping out passenger during pre travel they rather harassed me saying make your own arrangements and they further charged me saying they are accommodating me to next flight.
                                    Inspite of poor health conditions I was mentally harassed, humiliated and I'll treated continually.

                                    Such disgusted behaviour never did I face from any airlines and even more unexpected from IndiGo while being a frequent flyer and loyal customer to them . Shame on IndiGo . Justice needed

                                      I had booked Goindigo flight on 09.03.2022 from Ranchi via Delhi to Mumbai to travel on 13.03.2022 (PNR= HW42YG & cost = Rs 5472) . The details are as under:

                                      I had choose this flight because of certain work at Delhi instead of several direct Flight.

                                      On 11.03.2022 at 08.06 IST, I had received a message from said airline that your flight has been cancelled. The message is reproduced below:

                                      Indigo: Dear Indigo Customer: PNR-HW42YG, your flight 6E 171 from DE to BOM on 14Mar2022 is cancelled due to operational reasons. You can select alternate flight at no additional cost or cancel and process refund by clicking https://bit.ly/2GVpIHb. We regret inconvenience caused.
                                      Unquote

                                      From the above, it was understood that flight was cancelled and I can select alternate flight or cancel it. As flight was cancelled, I did not took any action in respect of cancelled flight and booked a new GoIndigo flight from Ranchi to Delhi on 11.03.2022 to travel on 14.03.2022 (PNR=YJUESV). The detail are as under:

                                      Thereafter, on 12.03.2022 at 08:35 IST, again Indigo has sent a message which states as under:

                                      I could not saw the above message because I was travelling on that day too from Delhi (11:00) to Ranchi (12:30) from Indigo PNR: CKLYWP. On that day 12.03.2022 and any other day, I didn’t got any call from Indigo airlines. In the above message, they had given following options:

                                      (i) to accept,
                                      (ii) choose alternate flt at no charge
                                      (iii) or cancel and refund.

                                      I didn’t accepted any of above option as I was not informed about the rebooking of canceled flight. Also they did mentioned in the message that they will rebook my cancelled flight without my consent, in case I would not respond. I did not confirmed for the acceptance of alternate flight and indigo airlines on its own rebooked my cancelled flight without my consent.

                                      Subsequently on 14th March I saw the above message and called customer care and they told rebooking of cancelled is part of policy and only half of amount will be refunded in the form of Credit. Further on Indigo has sent mail dtd 26.03.2022 of Travel Voucher of RS 2434 with validity up to 22.09.2022.

                                      I think this is absolutely not fare, when i did not give my consent for booking of my cancelled flight how Indigo has booked the flight and also they have given travel voucher of RS 2434 under which method i did not understand.

                                      In the foregoing scenario, cancellation and again booking of cancelled flight were all done by Indigo without my consent. Then why i should suffer.

                                      I request to intervene for my full refund Rs 5472 of cancelled flight (Ranchi via Delhi to Mumbai on 13.03.2022 (PNR= HW42YG) not in the form of Indigo Travel Voucher.
