I had travelled from Bagdogra airport to Udaipur on the 7th of November 2021. It was a connecting flight from Delhi T2 terminal. I did not get my checkin luggage at the arrival belt. I filed the PIR at the Udaipur airport and was given the assurance that I shall get my luggage delivered by the next working day that was 8th.
I am a college student who had travelled all the way from Sikkim to Rajasthan with all my valuables in my luggage. It's been more than 50 hours and I keep calling the helpline and they keep telling me they haven't even tracked my baggage. I have been having a lot of difficulty here and I am tired of complaining time and again only to have my call on waiting or hold.

IndiGo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Booking id ( EMT[protected] and PNR ( QF3JJB ) are agreed codes of the air carrier and of the general reservation system only. This code can assist in tracing of the reservation, but useless in the complaining procedure regarding the lost luggage.

The procedure of the missing luggage starts with the complaint of passenger to the air carrier or to agent of the air carrier. The air carrier has to deliver the luggage (property of the passenger) within not later than 2 hours after landing of the flight in the busiest 4-5 star airport by 4-5 star air carrier (Skytrax indexes).

The passenger can submit the complaint within 7 days after the landed flight is over.
The passenger has aright to conclude that his luggage is lost by the air carrier, if the air carrier did not return baggage in 21 days following the flight had been landed.

The secondary proves are PNR and/or ticket.
The primary proves (evidences) are small baggage tag and
P.I.R. which shall be completed by air carrier in duplicate following the first complaining attempt of the passenger (complete rules are not published by the Department for unknown reason) .

    Indigo cancelled a flight in my itenerary UNWN8A.
    Now they have charged me cancellation fees when I cancelled the planned trip.

    This is probably a computer glitch, but is still unfair and needs correction.

      I had made an onward booking for seven passengers from Kolkata(CCU) to Varanasi(VNS), onward journey 7th November vide airline PNR NR6MTX and return journey from Varanasi(VNS) to Kolkata(CCU) for the same seven passengers on 9th November, 2021. The onward flight got cancelled by the airlines and the option I was given of the alternative flight did not suit my timings. Hence I opted for cancellation & full refund for both onward & return journey even though the return flight was not cancelled. The logic was very simple, if the passengers do not travel, how would they come back. On 1st November I had a detail call with Indigo's customer care representative which they might have recorded for quality & monitoring purposes, where I was assured of a full refund on both the PNRs. However when the refund got initiated I discovered that the airlines has deducted "airline cancellation charges" & cancellation service fees" for each passenger both way. Please help me in getting full refund as the onward itinerary was cancelled from airlines' side and I had nothing to do in this.

        I took the flight from kolkata to jaipur on 30th of Oct'21 and the flight departure time was 16.15..

        By mistake I have placed my brand new unused trimmer in my baggage and the same thing I have mentioned while baggage registration... And the Indigo lady said.. if we find anything will take your permission and will remove it.. but without even informing me they have removed my trimmer.. and now it's been 8 days I'm not getting solution from them

            I have Booked my Ticket from Mumbai to Prayagraj (Allahabad) on 26 Oct While booking and also after booking in there so called long list of Rules they have;t mention anywhere about the carrying RT-PCR test report, I have to come this from a person just travelled few months a back with same flight and they send him back from Airport just because of same Problem...

            I claim and request from Airline to kindly inform all passenger about this prior of their booking, And Refund my full money of Cancellation.

            I have only got 800Rs as a Refund form 4200 of Ticket...This is a organized scam

                On the 25th September 2021 we had booked a ticket though Make My Trip for Kolkata to Delhi but via Varanasi for 25th October 2021 - for 5 people who was accompanying me for my Liver Cirrhosis treatment to get me listed to DDLT listing & undergo further evaluation, but i had to reach AIIMS by 11 am by the 25th of October 2021, so although the flight was booked through make my trip but I called up the Airline directly asking them to change the flight to 24th October 2021 but with a direct flight from Kolkata to Delhi on the 28th Sept 2021, for the change we had had again pay more than 17000/- for 5 people. But the Airline people divided the ticket into 2 PNR, the First PNR (IndiGo Itinerary DLR19G, was for 3 Passengers, Namely Mr. Soumen Das, Raju Sarkar & Mr. Dipankar Ghosh) & the 2nd PNR (Your IndiGo Itinerary WWVHNQ, Passenger Namely Mr. Abir Mondal & Mr. Bijoy Mondal). Both the PNR was on the same flight 24th Oct 2021, flight number 6E 2521, DEPT TIME 6:05 AM. But when we reached the Airport at 4:00 AM, while accessing the boarding pass, we learnt that at around 2:45AM someone by the name TA (Travel Agent) called & cancelled the PNR (IndiGo Itinerary DLR19G, was for 3 Passengers, Namely Mr. Soumen Das, Raju Sarkar & Mr. Dipankar Ghosh), which we were completely unaware. And when we enquired with make my trip (according to them the flight was Directly cancelled with Airline). None o[censored]s called Make My Trip or Indigo to cancel the flight. Moreover, when we were 5 members why would we cancel the tickets for 3 Passengers & not 5 passengers (When we did the change we did make change for 5 passengers) and if we had known about the cancellation why would all 5 Passengers would arrive at the Airport at the same time.And since we had to travel the 3 passengers had to instantly book again tickets each paying near to 10, 000/- each & fly to Delhi in the next flight. Moreover according to Make My Trip & Indigo the deduction amount for cancellation is 17, 226.00. Dont you think this is completely il-logical what happened with us. Nobody both from Make My Trip & Indigo helped to figure out what exactly happened. When we talk with Indigo Helpline they say it has been cancelled by our Travel Agency & when we ask Make my trip they either say we cancelled it or it was Directly Cancelled With the Airlines.

                    Missing Luggage Description: Medium sized trolley bag, Blue in colour, Tommy Hilfiger brand, with red and white stripes.

                    My one of the luggage has not been sent to Delhi airport from Bangalore Airport in the mentioned flight. Ground staff assured me that I will receive my luggage by next day. Also, I have tried reaching indigo customer care thrice on Monday, 1st Nov morning. However, I haven't received a positive response from the team and the airline is not supporting at all. Today also, I was told by the customer care team that I will receive the bag by today, 2nd Nov. I have come home for Diwali. I need the luggage asap.

                    I haven't received a single message or call from indigo till now.

                      This is regarding the claim for my lost baggage. I travelled from Delhi- Hyderabad- Portblair on November 1 and 2 on flight number 6E2478 (Delhi to Hyderabad) and 6E6305 (Hyderabad to Portblair). We checked in our luggage in the wrong terminal by mistake but we were told that our baggage will arrive at the destination. However its been 9 hours and we haven't got our luggage yet. Kindly enquire this matter as soon as possible because no other helpline number is working.

                        Hi team,
                        This is regarding the most awful experience my dad ever had to face while traveling by Indigo Airlines!. Not to mention that his first option when it comes to flying to Sharjah had always been Emirates, I for once convinced him to travel by Indigo as it was my personal favourite and also the prices were really cheap which was very much helpful.

                        The moment he landed at the airport which is on the 1st of November, you guys have made his experience miserable as he has not got his luggage till now. The travel purpose was for various important work and emergencies which has all gone for a toss and moreover he is diabetic and requires his pills(gemer) which he has not had since the day he landed and is unable to find it any pharmacy there. He has been following up with your CUSTOMER care but they just SOUND LIKE THEY DONT GIVE A ### as we want an update since it has been 24 hours already which is enough time to track the baggage and see where it has ended up for god sake!.

                        Do not reply to this with your policies and stuff as we have already heard it some hundred times, reply with a SOLUTION as to where our stuff is. His name is VM Mohamed Azeem and Here is his ticket number- VPMN6N and check attachment for the PIR report.

                          Hi,

                          I'm Ashish and I travelled via Indigo with my family (spouse and kid) via Flight 6E2514, PNR ZKYSUC from Bangalore to Delhi at 1720 on 31st Oct 2021.

                          We checked-in 3 bags, out of which we received 2 small ones but our biggest/largest bag was found missing (which had one Lenovo Laptop & other costly items, besides many other items catering to essential needs of the complete family). The color of my lost Samsonite bag is BLUE (with a blue coloured US lock on it) and I got it purchased in USA during my last visit.

                          (Note that I've got all required documents in original with me - original boarding passes, e-tickets, baggage tags, filled-up baggage-loss complaint form and emails sent to customer care, bill of my bag, laptop bill etc. handy, in case the concerned department needs it).

                          I'm currently in Faridabad and had to cancel all my professional and personal plans because the bag hasn't arrived till now. I have followed up multiple times with airlines in last 36 hours or so but the only response I got from the customer care executive is "we are unable to connect to baggage team", "we are unable to contact Bangalore team", "please wait we are connecting", "wait for next 24-hours", "wait till morning", "wait till EOD" etc and all that communication too was done only when I'm reaching out and after waiting in long telephonic queues of ~20-30 minutes.

                          Note that this flight was originally scheduled to depart at 4:40pm on 31st Oct but it was first preponed to 4:30pm and then postponed to 5:20pm.

                          There is surely a v. big negligence and mis-management at part of Indigo's end and something for which end customers like me had to pay a lot of price and our complete family had to go through tremendous pain and we don't know for how long it will continue further.

                          Note that not even a single staff member from Indigo nor the bot has shared clear status of my baggage loss till now / till date.

                          Indigo Airlines must take all this into account and MUST first ensure delivery of our baggage today only and be ready to compensate for this huge loss and pain we're passing through.

                          Request concerned authorities to take a look at it immediately. Request respective government agencies to also pitch in pls.

                            Travel certificate generation

                            I have lost my boarding passes & need travel certificate of a round trip journey from vadodara to delhi (PNR- WN4Y7N & XW3VYN). I am unable to generate the certificate through indigo website as the journey is older than 18 months .                             Baggage did not arrive at destination

                            I took a flight from HYD to Delhi on 30/10/2021.

                            At the boarding gate, staff told me to check-in the black trolley I was carrying.
                            The baggage did not arrive in Delhi, and at the baggage enquiry, they told me that they would transfer it to Chandigarh directly on the next day.

                            I still haven't received any updates about the bag and they have stopped picking up my calls.

                            Description: Brand new suitcase damaged, cash stolen from suitcase
                            Desirable resolution: Reimbursement for the stolen cash value, and reimbursement for the damaged suitcase.

                            I'm a regular IndiGo flyer, but today I had an appalling an harrowing experience. I was flying Mumbai to Delhi on flight 6E5519 on 30th Oct, 2021. On landing at New Delhi Airport, I fetched my suitcase from Belt 7. I immediately noticed that the suitcase had been tampered with! It's a brand new suitcase that I purchased specifically for this trip. The digits on the numerical lock had been changed and the suitcase had clearly been broken into. Even on changing the lock key to 000 (opening number key position), the suitcase didn't open. I immediately rushed to the IndiGo staff to submit a complaint. But the staffer, Mr. Lallensang, kept arguing and stalling me with weird and illogical arguments instead of assisting me. He refused to accept a written complaint at the airport. The same can be clearly seen and heard in this video that I recorded as proof.

                            On reaching home, I forced open the suitcase with a lot of difficulty and noticed that an envelope containing Rs.8000 is missing from the suitcase. My husband and I got married last week and this was our wedding gift from our family. This is not only hard earned money of our families but being a gift, also holds a lot of sentimental value to us. I am feeling cheated, harrassed and angry about the entire affair. I expect better from IndiGo. Please advise on how I can recover the stolen cash.

                              we a team Of members 8booked ticket Indigo for travelling on' 28 October 2021 from Jod pur to Cochin Hight.6 E336 and PNR AN12KQmat 17 hours and reached Mumbai and then boarding time it is found that a power bank in the bag and it is cleared but my baggage did not receivd and ask me to collect another day and i am from palakkad district .                                 Today 20th oct 2021I arrived Bhopal from Lucknow via Delhi by IndiGo 6E 2235 and 6E 5183 . When I reached hotel I found 1.25 lakh was theft during transit.My PNR NMGUSD.

                                  Auto seat not allotted while doing web checking. so, delay in creating boaring pass.
                                  why the consumer has to pay for seat allotment. its against the consumers right.
                                  why I should not file being a consumer for compensation being the right for seat when the flight tkt was booked and paid.
                                  IndiGo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                    Damaged check-in baggage

                                    I am writing to request that Indigo Airlines to compensate me for damage to our checked baggage.
                                    On 23rd October 2021, I flew from Tiruchirappalli to Hyderabad on flight 6E-7282 . I checked in 2 pieces of baggage, bearing baggage tag numbers 6E [protected] and 6E [protected].
