Baggage did not arrive at destination

Address: Delhi

I took a flight from HYD to Delhi on 30/10/2021.

At the boarding gate, staff told me to check-in the black trolley I was carrying.
The baggage did not arrive in Delhi, and at the baggage enquiry, they told me that they would transfer it to Chandigarh directly on the next day.

I still haven't received any updates about the bag and they have stopped picking up my calls.

I want the baggage...

Desirable resolution: Reimbursement for the stolen cash value, and reimbursement for the damaged suitcase.

I'm a regular IndiGo flyer, but today I had an appalling an harrowing experience. I was flying Mumbai to Delhi on flight 6E5519 on 30th Oct, 2021. On landing at New Delhi Airport, I fetched my suitcase from Belt 7. I immediately noticed that the suitcase had been tampered with! It's a brand new suitcase that I purchased specifically for this trip. The digits on the numerical lock had been changed and the suitcase had clearly been broken into. Even on changing the lock key to 000 (opening number key position), the suitcase didn't open. I immediately rushed to the IndiGo staff to submit a complaint. But the staffer, Mr. Lallensang, kept arguing and stalling me with weird and illogical arguments instead of assisting me. He refused to accept a written complaint at the airport. The same can be clearly seen and heard in this video that I recorded as proof.

On reaching home, I forced open the suitcase with a lot of difficulty and noticed that an envelope containing Rs.8000 is missing from the suitcase. My husband and I got married last week and this was our wedding gift from our family. This is not only hard earned money of our families but being a gift, also holds a lot of sentimental value to us. I am feeling cheated, harrassed and angry about the entire affair. I expect better from IndiGo. Please advise on how I can recover the stolen cash.

    we a team Of members 8booked ticket Indigo for travelling on' 28 October 2021 from Jod pur to Cochin Hight.6 E336 and PNR AN12KQmat 17 hours and reached Mumbai and then boarding time it is found that a power bank in the bag and it is cleared but my baggage did not receivd and ask me to collect another day and i am from palakkad district . It is the fault held from jodpur aorport by the authority during ecurity check up so take immediate action on the matter

      Today 20th oct 2021I arrived Bhopal from Lucknow via Delhi by IndiGo 6E 2235 and 6E 5183 . When I reached hotel I found 1.25 lakh was theft during transit.My PNR NMGUSD.

        Auto seat not allotted while doing web checking. so, delay in creating boaring pass.
        why the consumer has to pay for seat allotment. its against the consumers right.
        why I should not file being a consumer for compensation being the right for seat when the flight tkt was booked and paid.

          Damaged check-in baggage

          I am writing to request that Indigo Airlines to compensate me for damage to our checked baggage.
          On 23rd October 2021, I flew from Tiruchirappalli to Hyderabad on flight 6E-7282 . I checked in 2 pieces of baggage, bearing baggage tag numbers 6E [protected] and 6E [protected].

              After tht they call me and they told me your resume now shortlisted.after that they said give us 2500 rs for registration, i would send him, after that they told me, you are selected now they had send me a hdfc bank new account form and said 5000 pay us. So i didn't pay 5000 but i paid 2500 please we are not strong financially that's why i apply here.so i would request you please return my money

                  I had applied indigo airlines job from Google after 9 months ago I first got the call from this number protected I told me that is indigo airlines department was talking.they asked two or three questions in the name of interview. They said you should paid 1, 30000 and then yo get the job.In nowdays they are not responsible for me . So please return my amount or promote my job opportunity sir.

                    I booked my flight from Kozhikode to Delhi for 22nd October 2021, But unfortunately I tested covid positive, gave request for cancellation after uploading the RTPCR valid report, they offered the full amount will be repaid, but now seems like they've cancelled the booking and not even paid the amount which they've offered, Why is it so ?                       I had applied indigo airlines job from google, after 1 day I first got a call from this number [protected] It told me that its May Indigo airline department was talking and it got me talking to another number +[protected] It asked me two or three questions in the name of interview and after keeping sall hold for a while, I said Shashank, you have been selected.And then it said I talk to your sir who is telling his name Rohit Sharma[protected] It called me and asked me to pay Rs.1500 for the approval letter which was refundable by doing so Called this number from this number +[protected] It gave its name as Nitesh Ahuja to these logos of Indigo from the accounts department.These people have paid me more than 1 lakh till now and are still asking for 25000 for refund, out of which Rohit Sharma demanded all the money from me And he is still calling to me please Help me please.

                        Flight Missed

                        As a frequent flier of your airline, I am incredibly disappointed with my recent experience (18/10/2021) with your #IndiGo.
                        I arrived for my scheduled Flight 6E2001 Delhi to Guwahati. The timing of that flight was 3:35 PM (1535 Hrs). The boarding time was 2:50 PM (1450 Hrs). Having done the security checks and arriving the Bag Counter around 2:45 PM (1445 Hrs) we were informed that the Luggage cannot be taken as we have arrived late....

                        My name is Bezaleel and i just booked a ticket using the indigo site from Mumbai to kochi and the ticket was not generated due to a site error from indigos end, the payment has been deducted and credited to indigo and I have proof of deduction as SMS as well as the site shows I have zero balance to pay. I called the indigo customer service number which did not respond on time, after calling Mumbai airport helpline I got indigo personnel no. who told that they don't have any idea of such payment. I called my bank and they too told me to contact indigo as they are the beneficiary...Please get back on this issue, I have to immediately travel and there is zero interest from indigo to resolve the matter other than their standard automated answer. I am a student and i wont be able to afford the ticket as soon as it hikes price due to an system error from indigo.

                          It is very much disappointment to write this post. But I am writing because IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd) costumer care executives are not able to resolve my refund issue.

                          PNR2- JFT9TL

                          1)Miss Payal - 06oct, Timing -17:18, 19 min - to listen call record.
                          02)Mr. Swadhin - 15 oct, 17:49, 46 min

                          03)Mr.Miss Komal- 18 oct, 15:00, 15 min

                          My flight ✈️ got canceled due to Pune runway closer. After that I opt for refund on 06oct process been initiated my Miss Payal and she assured me that I will get my refund within 5 days.
                          But nothing happend

                          On 15 th oct I called to costumer care and relate same story. After listening Mr Swadhin told me that all amount credited in your account, then I asked for proof but he didn’t provide. After that he admitted it’s not credited since we have some technical issue. After that I asked when will I get ? He replied today’s EOD you will get or wait max 3 days and if not credited.
                          But nothing happend

                          On 18th Oct means today’s

                          Called to costumer care call picked by Miss Komal she was so arrogant and She don’t want to listen anything.
                          Simply she told that it take 5 days time.

                          Since 06oct till today’s it’s 10days but not a single rupee I got.

                          Hope IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd) will action on that.

                            6E 345 departed 9 minutes prior to scheduled departure time on 17 th Oct 2021, and our family of 4 was not allowed to board in spite of 3 members being at the boarding gate on time. We are being forced to take a different flight at a higher price

                                Hi, I has my tickets for Pune to Ahmedabad on 6h November through indigo flight 6E 547 with PNR no MQSP2U which standard time of departure was 7:10 am which has rescheduled by airlines on same day 18:00 hours. Which has cause inconvenience to me. As I have important meeting to attain on same day morning. So due to rescheduling by airlines it get deviated. So kindly cancel my tickets and provide me full refund for same.

                                  I have been chasing IndiGo Airlines and their related service providers pertaining to Cancellation Assistance.
                                  I have booked a ticket from Prayagraj to Mumbai for travel date 19th Oct, 21.
                                  I have paid for Cancellation Assistance to safeguard the ticket liable for cancellation.
                                  I have not received Travel Kit Insurance from them.
                                  I also contacted Segura Services Private Limited(underwriter :Liberty General Insurance) and mailed to [protected]@asego.in
                                  Indigo and Segura both of them are passing the balls to each other.Asking me to contact source of purchase.The booking has been done from IndiGo website.

                                  Please redress my grievance at the earliest.
