I have paid 1800 rupees for change of flight at Chennai counter on 23.11.2021 they not given receipt.where I have missed my 6E515 and taken 6E2062 which is attached in this mail.

    Worst experiences of my life while flying
    I have seen an ex of zero CUSTOMER service, zero compassion and negative logical approach to problem solving with Indigo Airlines.
    My parents (senior citizen) were travelling to Australia from Chennai via Singapore and they were denied entry in the flights on the grounds which even Government of Singapore doesn't recognise. They were asked for a Singapore Visa & VTP certificate which apparently, you do not require when you are transiting through Singapore and have valid documents for entry in Australia.
    Something which is easy to understand, which Singapore Airline could understand but sadly Indigo couldn't.
    Executives at Indigo counter didn't even try to understand the situation and denied boarding. My parents were stranded at Chennai airport, disoriented, traveling for the first time internationally and this is treatment they get for travelling with Indian cargo. Well, dear Indigo Airlines, just to let you know we booked the tickets of Singapore Airlines for the same day and same time and made it to destination without VTP & visa, because it was never ### required.
    My decision to book flight with Indigo was purely because I wanted to give business to them but looking at the state of things, I would never travel with them again. I reached out to there CUSTOMER Care via chat and they said that they cannot initiate refund and will have to go to Indigo Counter which is again illogical as my Parents booked a flight on the spot, cleared security and immigration and how can they go out again and ask a indigo counter for refund of the flight. And without providing any solution the CUSTOMER Care Executive disconnected the chat which shows the level of CUSTOMER Service.am trying to call your CUSTOMER care.Looking forward to getting my refund .

    Please train your staff about rules and regulations around travelling during Covid. My parents were denied boarding (with already checked in flight, mind you) because of VTL requirement. While all the Singapore websites clearly states, it is not required for transit. Thanks to your incompetent staff, I had to buy a high priced ticket on tbe spot for Singapore Airlines, whose staf[censored]nderstood the case and let my parents travel the same day, without the ### VTL. I demand full refund of my Indigo tickets and reimbursement for Singapore airlines.

      2 days ago I was contacted by Pooja Sharma. She told me she was the hr of Indigo Kolkata. And there was a opening for Kolkata airport. Asked for 2000 rs for interview and document verification. I already told her the way I have been scammed before in the name of the same company.. but regardless I paid as she told she wouldnt do anything like that being a girl.. few minutes later varsha called as said from the headoffice of Indigo.. then I was sent a mail Regarding job confirmation from FRANCIS XAVIER DEFTON claiming to be assisstant manager of Airport Authority of India. In the the mail attached was an Id card and training form. And mail written by the manager saying to pay ₹ 5830 for airport security fees.. since I saw the sign of airport authority of India written I thought it was genuine so I paid it.. Next morning, which is yesterday I was sent a mail with a 1yer bond soft copy from IndiGo airlines along with Hdfc bank account opening form. First in the bond soft copy, it is a one year bond which says I start with Indigo from 6/12/2021. And I need to pay rs8900 for tool kits+ 2gb server data+ bond security. By this time I was a little skeptical.. but I still had faith in them and I did not do my research till then.. so I paid them yesterday.. now today morning I receive a mail with a picture of a hand written letter in my name which states my time of training @ Kolkata airport. And documents which I needed to carry.. also stating I needed to pay another 13900 and this for the final time.. this was alarming for me.. I denied paying to my mom.. but since my mom was hopeful.. she thought I was screwing mysel[censored]p.. so she told me to pay up.. but there was something telling me there was something wrong.. but still I paid.. then I researched everything about Pooja Sharma and varsha and the online scam they run.. now I am writting this in the hope of getting my money back.. I have all quite a lot a call recordings.. their account number to which I have paid.. It was in the name of indigo as I was told but the name show was susmita barman... I really need the money back.. the written letter which came in today has 2 different stamps of Indigo airlines.. signed by FRANCIS XAVIER DEFTON. PLEASE HELP. IT IS A BIG SCAM. I BELIEVE SHE GOT ARRESTED EARLIER IN THE THE YEAR 2017... She has done the same thing earlier.. Indigo airlines this is the second time.. do something.. enhance your brand security a little more.. and help me get my money please..

        I booked my tickets on 12 Nov 2021 for me & my family for a round trip to Kochi & back on from 17-26 Dec 2021(PNR#HQK92H). The total value came out to be Rs 39992. I cancelled my tickets on 1 Dec 2021 which is 16 days in advance, I got deduction of Rs 26400 which 66% of my total fare. I am not sure I understand under calculation allows them to keep 66% of my fare on the account of me cancelling the tickets. I can understand if they keep 10-15% of ticket value since I cancelled the ticket.

            I've booked a flight from hyd to cjb and cjb to hyd. i've done they payment of rupees 11, 576. after the payment the page showed error. the money have been deducted and i got my pnr number but the booking has not been conformed. i request you to help me with this issue.

              Yesterday, I tried to book ticket from trichy to Dubai by indigo mobile app(As a guest).Finally my amount deducted from my account and also today morning I received mail from CCAvenue for payment successful.But still i didn’t receive any mail or message from indigo for confirm the ticket.I tried to call customer care and spoke with them two time still I didn’t get any clear solution for this.please confirm

                  The complaint regarding the absence of the receipt of the ticket shall addressed to:-

                  - the operator of the web site, where a customer tried to purchase the ticket, regarding the immediate issuance of the ticket
                  or
                  - to the bank or to the financial service provider, which debited the account, regarding the unauthorized transaction.
                  The bank or the financial service provider shall provide the air ticket or shall refund full amount within 7-10 days from the receipt of the complaint on refund.

                        Hi, This is regarding the PNR no: HSE8TE.
                        Passengers name Priya K T and Thanvi Pratheesh, Travel date 29/11/2021 8:10 pm.
                        Passenger named priya was unable to travel on that date so we tried to cancel that passengers ticket. But even after ticking that passenger and cancelling, the whole ticket got cancelled.
                        Now I had to book a fresh ticket for the other passenger and incurred a loss of around 16000/-.
                        Kindly advise if there is any way I can get my loss compensated.?

                          I applied on freshersworld. com for job,
                          I got text message that I have been shortlisted for ground staff job in Indigo Airlines. After that, they whatsApp me to share documents and Rs 1700 as registration fees.. I did what they said,
                          Then they said I will received a call from training staff and they asked Rs 6000 for security purpose which will be refunded in salary.. But now they are not picking up my calls and not even reply on whatsApp

                            Hello,

                            I booked a return flight via Indigo earlier today. Departure date 14th Jan 2022 arrival date 17th Jan 2022 for 2 passengers. I paid via Google pay. The transaction was successful but I didn't receive the ticket confirmation, when I call Indigo they are unable to trace my booking and are of no help.
                            IndiGo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                            No evidence of any pnr/ticket is visible.
                            The submitter can request refund due to unauthorized transaction from the card issuing bank.

                              I received call from a man who told me that he is an employee of airport authority. And he asked for amount of 1850 and then 6523 rs for the interview rounds.                                 I was on Flight No. 6E 193, PNR:JWKMWD, Seat No. 5B, from MAA-HYD 7:40pm (Traveller Name : Abha Jajoo). I forgot my iPad (in a brown cover) in the seat pocket. Request if Indigo Team could confirm how can i get the possession of the same. I'm a frequent traveller with Indigo, Awaiting a prompt response. Thanks!

                                The passenger, who disembarked the cabin of the aircraft, following the landing, can not demand the lost unchecked item from the air carrier in 1 hour after landing of the flight.

                                It can be a good will of the staff of the air carrier, if the cabin crew transfers the unchecked baggage of the passenger, found in the cabin after landing, to lost & found service.

                                  Dear Indigo,

                                  I am really very much disappointed with you and your management team. I have planned a trip on my 1st wedding anniversary to portblair and just because of your poor airlines and services...My planned got cancelled. On the big note you people were not even concern to provide us some other option... Refund should not be in options for a full fledged plan.

                                  Just because of wrong management/managing team, i have to gone through a loss of around 2 lakh rupees including hotels booking, return flight tickets and other expenditure. I belongs to a middle class family and you people has shown no respect for us and our feelings.
                                  I am a simple women not a celebrity and i understand there is no look around on a Simple women's request and complaint.

                                  Please return my whole expenditure.

                                      I traveled in indigo 6E 804 Port blair to Chennai and then to Bangalore(6E 6381). My PNR# is SEPBQR, flight was at 01:25 pm yesterday (22nd Nov, 2021). I was travelling with an Infant. I had iWatch and other personnel belongings in my checkin luggage. while scanning the luggage, i was asked abt the watch and i saw them sealing the bag with blue tag. I got the luggage back after landing only to find out someone had opened the bag and stolen the iWatch . It is obviously been done by either airport authorities or indigo employees and if they have to blame someone else for this act it would in turn prove their worst security for customer's belongings. I can't think of anything more unprofessional than this. We pay a full amount and board the flight being relieved of our worries of the luggage which supposedly is been taken care by the airlines. I believe for such a hideous act, even a full compensation does not suffice. Please provide me a solution to this before I could take any further action against it. This is so not acceptable.
