Please note that I travelled from Kolkata to Mumbai on 29/01/2022 with Flight 6E 139 at 05:30am reached Mumbai at 08:40am.
Name : SAQUIB ANWAR.
Please note that my Big luggage was damaged with portion near the wheel was found broken when I reached Mumbai.
On informing the Indigo personnel, near luggage pick-up area, I was told that it was not Indigo’a mistake & nothing can be done.
It was my new & first time use Safari luggage that was broken. Kindly compensate for the damage done from Indigo. Attached here are pictures. The Indigo staff was very rude & just tried to escape from the scene. Very poor service from Indigo throughout the journey .

      Payment is done and the transduction id is-T2201301019456241194606, at 10:19 am on 30th Jan, 2022 but PNR is not generated. I have not received any PNR or Booking confirmation. The customer care number is also not responding. The flight I booked is from BLR to CCU on 7th Feb at 11:35.

          Hi On dec 21 I have booked direct flight from Goa to kolkata and paid 11k for that. Then on Jan 22 suddenly indigo changed to a connecting flight via HYD. Where thorough connecting flight the price is less and indigo never bother to compensate that. Now on the top of date they are charging me for seat twice (from goa to hyd and again from hyd to kolkata). As i have booked 2 tickets under same pnr i am entitled to get two adjacent seats. But Indian take that an opportunity and giving me one seat for free then the next seat with charge. I like to draw the attention of Govt of India that this type of scam is going on by this airlines and due to which common people are getting affected.

          We try our best not to cancel any flight but in case of your confirmed flight, gets cancelled due to certain travel restrictions, you will receive the Plan B option on your registered email address and contact to opt for an alternate flight or choose a full refund.

          Regarding the seats, please know it is not mandatory to buy a seat. If you do not wish to pay for the seat, while doing the web check-in, please click on the 'auto-assign' option which is available till 6 hours prior to the departure and a seat will be assigned to you as per the availability.

            I was denied boading a flight from DEL-AUH as I didn't have rapid PCR test. But AUH guidelines doesn't require rapid PCR tests for transit passengers. I had an onward flight to YYZ and also 48 hour transit visa.

            Abu Dhabhi airport website didn't ask for the rapid pcr for transit passengers and also indigo website has the same written in it.

            I need a resolution for this case as I lost money for both DEL to AUH and AUH to YYZ tickets.

              I would like to inform you that Indigo airlines has re-sheduled the flights on 15 Feb 2022 and therefore I had to cancel the flights of the above booking.

              15 Feb 2022 Hyderabad to Delhi and return on 20 Feb 2022 Delhi to Hyderabad.

              I want you to refund full amount because of the Airlines problem.

                  I was traveling from mumbai to patna, on 30.12.2021, I boarded the flight of indigo through gate no.47b, in the lobby the announcement was made so sudden and delayed that I left my shoulder bag, though I remember that I have left my shoulder bag, I ran to get it, but was not allowed and the crew members said that will be send to my destination airport at patna after informing the loss and found dept.i did that...I got a reference no.also as they got my shoulder bag, my ref#28046, but they are not ready to send it to the patna airport.I need my shoulder bag as it was having few docs along with a Raybam sunglass .

                      I forgot my JBL Bluetooth headphone’s charging box in the front netted storage section that’s behind everybody’s back seat.

                        Your Role Designation wills:-Cabin Crew.
                        1. Training Period:
                        The training program would consist of classroom training and on-the -job training. The duration of the
                        classroom training would be purely based on business requirements. Your confirmation will be
                        based on your positive contribution to the Company’s objectives. Based on business requirement,
                        period of training can be extended for a further period of six months or part thereof. Your
                        continued employment with the Company is subject to your meeting the qualifying criteria

                          I, Anji Reddy Puli, booked Indigo's flight 6E 1775 on 24th Nov 2021 to fly from Chennai to Doha. Whereas booked Pegasus flights from Doha to Istanbul, further to Stockholm on the same day.

                          I am yet to receive the confirmation from Indigo that they denied issuing a boarding pass for my family and me.

                          One of my cousins alerted me that Indigo does not allow boarding the transiting people. I was worried and tried to seek confirmation from Indigo about the same.

                          I tried to contact the customer relationships team, which led me to the link and asked me to check with the HIA about the transit documentation process.

                          I tried to get in touch with the HIA team as Indigo's customer relationship team suggested I reach the HIA and receive a firm response that I could avail the transit facility without a transit visa to enter QATAR.

                          I was trying to get a similar response from Indigo, so I contacted Indigo's nodal officer, but she led me to the customer relationship team again.

                          I struggled to receive a firm response, so I continued to follow up with the nodal officer, and she diverted my case to the customer relationship team again. This time CRT guy responded like my case was exceptional, and he sought OKTOBOARD confirmation from my onward flight operator Pegasus.

                          Pegasus didn't provide OKTOBOARD explicitly but confirmed that Swedish immigration authorities' guidelines are applied implicitly for my journey, and Swedish Authority guidelines allow me to enter Sweden with a valid covid vaccine certificate and a valid residence permit.

                          I was confident that my trip could happen post seeing Pegasus's message.

                          I urged here Indigo Customer Relationship team to provide OKTOBOARD by forwarding the Pegasus response to avoid inconvenience with their ground staff.

                          Indigo Customer relationship team kept me waiting for the firm response.

                          I was happy to see the response as Indigo confirmed they weren't responsible if my onward flight operator Pegasus denied boarding in Doha. I inferred it as Indigo would allow me to board.

                          I was bemused to hear from Indigo's ground staff that they wouldn't issue me a boarding pass saying transit passengers aren't allowed. I wonder why Indigo's customer relationship team didn't provide such firm responses in multiple attempts.

                          I am yet to receive the confirmation from Indigo that they denied issuing a boarding pass for my family and me.

                          I felt helpless and annoyed with their arguments like I should carry a Covid -ve certificate where we gave the samples in the last 24 hours. Still, their travel advisory clearly states that the travelers should provide the samples in the last 72 hours. I tried to convince the Indigo's ground staff but had no mercy. It was brutal to hear their conflicted responses when traveling with children of age 7 and 8 years old.
                          They didn't respect their own Customer Relationship team's confirmation. At the same time, HIA authorities and Swedish authorities' confirmation went in vain. And I am not sure what Indian authorities say about the cases like mine.

                          Indigo ground staff suggested me😊 to book a flight operated by Qatar Airways, which had a transit in Doha. I managed to secure it upfront, boarded the flight on 15th Jan 2022 at 02:30 AM without any hassles, and transited successfully to the flight to Stockholm immediately.

                            I booked a return flight from Indore to Nagpur for travel from Tuesday, 7th Dec 21 and return on 8th Dec, 21. On reaching the airport, I got to know that the flight is cancelled (even after generating the boarding pass), and they have shifted me to another flight which reaches late at night without even notifying.
                            There was no notification for the flight change and I couldn't take that flight as it was reaching very late. Due to airline's negligence, I had to travel all the way from Khargone to Indore and lost my working day.
                            I explained this to the Indigo representative at the airport, but they casually said that since they moved me to a different time, they don't need to notify me.

                              I have book the ticket from indigo, ticket was confirm. when I was gone to mumbai international airport to checkin. they say we don't take passenger to kuwait transit. why they didnt tell while booking. I want to fly to frankfurt. this the all time problem with indigo they dont tell while booking and they waste your time on airport and dont cooperate at all. I want to complaint asl well appeal to refund my money ASAP, already im in deb. due to indigo.

                                While flying from Bangalore to Agra yesterday l forgot to carry my laptop bag but immediately as l came out l realized that l forgot to carry my laptop, immediately informed executive who sent a runner to fetch my bag later on in evening when l opened my bag my HP Laptop was missing so loss of not only laptop but important data as well

                                  I paid on indigo website on 13th January 12.33 a.m with UPI id[protected]. the amount shows deducted. Bank says amount is deducted, Paytm says payment has been made but indigo agent says payment not received. Where should I go now?. The ticket was to be booked for Bangalore to Delhi.

                                    Change in itinerary without notification

                                    Indigo changed the flight time for my Mumbai to Delhi flight without any notification from 5 am to 7:45 am. Extremely frustrated as I arrived at the airport at 3am only to find out that I could have gotten at least 2 more hours of sleep. Indigo has lost my vote of confidence, will be avoiding this airline in the future. I am not annoyed about the itinerary change but at giving absolutely no heads up when the change is quite significant....

I called Indigo customer care on 11th Jan, approx 11 am to cancel these tickets and checked with them about the options of cancellation. executive confirmed that he will provide the full refund with voucher of Indigo of same value. FLFSPZ- approx 11k and HKFF9M- approx 16k. Executive also confirmed that I will receive the cancellation confirmation in 1 hour.
                                    I waited for cancellation confirmation for one day but did not receive the confirmation so I again called customer care and then it was told to me that voucher is not issued only refund will be given.

                                    As per the initial promise of customer care executive I should receive the full voucher amount. Please help.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      With reference to the captioned subject, i am esteemed customer of indigo airlines and today on 12.01.2021 i was travelling from varanasi to chandigarh via delhi. My PNR no is GIZ5SI in the name of Mr. Sajal Kapoor.
                                      I have to wait of 1 hour due to poor services by indigo staff( recieved my luggage bag onr hour late), due to which i have to cancell my important meeting, which was scheduled after 2 hours of my landing. I have to bear huge loss because of poor services by airlines.
                                      I request the concerned officer to do the needful and look into the matter as utmost priority.
