2 passengs whose pnr number is Olni8z, The flight got cancelled by the airline after reaching the transit station Delhi.Now we are not continuing our journey ahead and want to go back to the origin station Lucknow. Acording to the cancellation policy of Indigo which is mentioned on the website and indigo application to provide the free journey to the origin station Lucknow and to get the full refund of the tickets.

    We had a connecting flight from Goa to Indore via Bangalore. Departure time for the flight (Goa-Bangalore) was 2:30 AM. We reached the airport at 1 AM sharp and were in the queue for almost 45 mins for giving our checkin baggage. We were 3 girls and we all had different PNR numbers. At the checkin counter there was a lady who checked in 2 of our baggages and the 3rd bag ( PNR - HUZ6UB) was overweight so she asked us to transfer some of the stuff in our hand baggage. We clearly denied and asked her we would like to pay instead because we were running late and it would have been a mess for us. But she was continuously insisting to transfer the clothes and in fact she opened our baggage without our permission and started giving us our clothes to put in the hand baggage. She wasted 15 mins doing this. And then finally when she was done with this, she tried to checkin that bag and the checkin for that flight got closed. Usually there is an announcement at the checkin counters specially at Goa airport for the passengers who are running a bit late so that we can skip the queue and get our luggages checked in. But this time there was no announcement because we were not late, we were at the checkin counter for almost 15 mins, your staff wasted our time and our 2 bags were taken and the third one wasn’t taken. How come this is possible when we were all in the same flight? How can the checkin be closed when our 2 bags are taken and for the third bag checkin got closed. Then she told us now that the checkin is closed, you have to give this bag at security check. And it was almost 1:55 AM by then and we had a flight in 30 mins. We rushed to security gates and after a lot complications and explanations to the staff we somehow got that luggage inside. Our all the liquid stuff, my cream, my perfume, my liquor bottle which was in the checkin baggage, all the stuff was thrown at the security gate. My perfume and the liquor bottle was more expensive than my round trip flight to goa. That bag was an XL size baggage which was supposed to go as a checkin baggage because even we know liquids are not allowed in hand baggage but because of your staff we had to take it to security gate and all our liquids were forfeited. Those were the gifts I got for my family and it was really disheartening for me. And when we were giving that bag at the final gate after crossing security, another of your staff gave us the reference number slip and asked us to collect the luggage at Bangalore airport and get it checked in again. We waited at Bangalore airport, the luggage did not come. There was no staff at Indigo service counter for almost half an hour and we had our next flight to catch. After half an one of your staff came and she told that the luggage has been sent by another flight which is (Indore-Jaipur-Goa) and it will reach indore by 10:30 AM and that your luggage will be delivered to you. Now if the luggage did not come in our flight and was checked in to another flight then why was the liquid forfeited from our bag? Anyway, it did not come as hand luggage. And after reaching Indore airport we provided our details and address over there and they assured that the luggage will be delivered to us by 12 PM. Later on, they called and asked us to collect our luggage from the airport as it could not be delivered because we were late for the flight so it was our mistake. We had to go to the airport to collect that bag. This whole situation would have been avoided if your staff checked in our luggage at goa airport. She purposely delayed the checkin and I’m still not able to figure out why.
    I was already not well and It was all so hectic and so stressful that I fainted once in the flight. I’m a frequent flyer but I have never faced this in my entire life. Even if any other provider provides me a cheaper fare, I still always choose Indigo because of the service and comfort. But this time what happened was really unexpected.
    I really don’t know what kind of help do I expect but I really want you to do something about this because it affected my health, you guys took the gifts I got for my family and my fiance and even after all this I had to go to the airport to collect my bag. You did not even provide me delivery.
    To sum it up, I really need your help because it was not our mistake. We were on time. We were ready to pay for the excess baggage, we wanted to board our flight calmly but because of this service it was a havoc for us and on the top of it they threw our stuff in the dustbin like it was nothing.
    Please please please look into this matter and please help me out regarding the same. I’m waiting for your response.

      I was flying with PNR EM5TUJ. My flight from Varanasi to Calcutta(CCU) was cancelled and the rebooked flight was also rescheduled several times. It was not only due to weather conditions/ fog but several times due to operations issues. The flight that was to be taken by me, 6E 6414 was taking too long to be scheduled.

      During this entire time, we were provided with no transport or logistics or accommodation assistance. If I am not refunded or compensated sufficiently for this journey, I will complain against Indigo to higher authorities.

            Indigo Airlines operates from both airports at Mumbai. They also mix and match flight schedules for transiting flights. My flight from Coimbatore indicates a landing at the Domestic Airport, while my connection to Ahmedabad takes off from the International Airport. While the worthless airport does not provide internal transfer services to passengers, several other flights provide shuttle services between the domestic and international airports internally, meaning a passenger does not need to go through security nor do they need to leave the boarding area. Indigo however provides no such service (per their policy), which is a blatant violation of code of ethics for passenger airlines. How are they getting away with this? How is this legal? For passengers unfamiliar with the mess of Mumbai, how are they supposed to navigate from one airport to another? How are international passengers transiting thru Mumbai supposed to figure this out? How is the Airport authority permitting this?

            My point exactly. Indigo per their policy clearly indicates they don't care how a passenger manages their transfer from one airport to another. Had this been from one terminal to another within the same airport, I'd understand. If the two flights were purchased separately, I'd understand too. I have never come across a more inconvinent situation where both the airport and the airline have raised their hands leaving it up to the passengers to "figure it out" for an internally transiting flight. I am angry that passengers availing wheel chair accessibility or elderly or otherwise disabled have absolutely no option per their "policy". Something that Indigo customer service has been very clear about on the multiple calls I've had with them at this point. Trying to resolve an issue is besides the fact, the only answer provided is "...the passenger has to figure out their transfer from one airport to another..."

            Consumer Complaints Admins please help me out here. I will be out of my misery in a couple days, but I do not wish the 1000s of other passengers to go through this bureaucracy between airports and airlines, especially in my India! We pretend to be a world class country, and we WILL NEED to abolish such idiotic policies and policy makers/companies such as these, if we are to improve the sorry state of this country!

                I travelled from Mangalore to Delhi via Bangalore in Indigo flight on 30th of December. PNR is TM9JVM. Flight was delayed by more than an hour at Mangalore airport due to which there was rush at Bangalore airport at security check.

                There was final call for Indigo and the staff was asking to rush fast. In this chaos, i left the bag after security check and rushed for flight but just after crossing boarding counter, i remember missing the bag, Indigo staff at boarding counter did not allow me to go back for the bag nor sent anyone to get my bag after repeated request and gave me lost and found number and said that bag will be sent to Delhi and you can receive at Delhi airport later.

                Bag is in lost and found department of Bangalore airport. After reaching Delhi, i have not got proper support from Indigo staffs as well, they were just giving me numbers to call as they themselves were confused whether they can help or not.

                I am not a resident of Bangalore and there is no relative of mine in Bangalore. I came to Delhi only because Indigo staff at boarding counter said that you will receive the bag in Delhi.

                I have already mailed the details to
                customer.[protected]@goindigo.in and del.[protected]@goindigo.in as suggested by Indigo customer care at delhi airport but have not received solution till now.

                It not only a case of rude or non supportive behavior of Indigo staff at Bangalore airport or delayed services but also providing misinformation and not helping later. How and when will i get my bag back? I have failed to get a response from Indigo customer care.

                      This is not a complaint, but l wanted to inform the airline staffs regarding my lost gold ring.
                      I was travelling from Chennai to Coimbatore today morning 31 dec 2021. Seat nbr 13E, Flight 6E782, PNR MMW3MJ. I was wearing a sweater, unfortunately while removing the sweater my left finger's gold ring got removed and lost inside the flight.Kindly inform me, by any chance if anybody of your crew, cleaning staffs or other airline staffs happen to find it.

                        I had booked a ticket with Indigo airlines on the 4th of December which was later canceled and indigo claims to have refunded the amount on the same day.
                        It's been 25 days and I haven't received the amount and I am just making futile calls to indigo as well as my bank, to locate my funds.
                        Initially, Indigo provided me with Order Numbers which were invalid to locate the said amount. They keep saying that they have transferred the amount, without giving me any proof of the same. They are unwilling to share the bank transaction details and in turn giving me an ARN number: _SBI_ONUS which does not give my bank any details of the said credit or transaction.
                        Indigo is just asking me to keep checking with my bank regardless of the fact that Indigo has failed to provide me with their bank details of the said refund.
                        Off late, when I make calls to their customer support, they ask me for my PNR and then keep me on hold for 2 minutes and then disconnect my call. If I call again, the same issue.
                        I am very disappointed and upset over the fact that I am unable to locate my money as no one knows where the money is gone and everyone seems to be washing their hands off the matter. !!

                            I had booked a Delhi to mumbai ticket with indigo where ticket fare was approx 7500 and 1500 were taxes

                            Ideally they should be deducting only the taxes a d refund the ticket amount

                            However when I cancelled my flight they refunded only 1500 to me

                            These guys are being non transparent and charging any arbitrary amount to passengers in distress

                            Pls help and look into this activity

                              I was flying to Mali on Indigo with connections to Dubai and NY. I was stopped for check in on Dec 25th with reason that I needed hotel reservation and return ticket. I explained with all the documentation that I was just on transit at Mali with 5 hours to catch my flight to Dubai. I had even shown the email communication with IMUGA that I did not need any VISA and the transit desk at Mali was going help for the baggage transfer and boarding passes at Mali.

                              Your Asst Manager Mr Joel who was in charge on Dec 25 at Bangalore was lacking this information and just asked me to wait. They made me wait for 2 hours, not interested resolving with all the documentation I had shown. I had to get to them every 30 min to look into my issue and resolve it.

                              Train your staff with the right rules instead of treating customers badly even though when giving them all the required information. Let them at least approach their higher ups if they lack some knowledge in some area. Instead they tell us that they will not allow me to check into the flight.

                                Actually i have traveled yesterday from sharjah to kannur airport.and due to your mishandling of baggage our tv got damaged.when we call customer care they are telling they are not responsible we need to open and check from airport itself.very poor customer service and most verst thing is that you have taken handling charge 150 from us for nothing.

                                  Days before i applied for the job in some of the job site, then few days later i received msgs that i have been shortlisted in few of the aviation jobs with few mobile numbers.
                                  I wasn't knowing about this fraud before so i fell for it.
                                  Hr simran +[protected]From one of the numbers i received) picked my call on 22/12/2021 accepted my resume nd told that i was selected for the job (Gave false employee verification). She asked for my id proof, marksheet, nd photo, which i gave (Then she said that i need to pay 1800/- free, nd will be receiving it back 15 days later after training gets over & gave phone number to which payment is to be done (I gave).

                                  She also told me that, next day a member from senior department gonna call to guide me for the next process (23/12/2021 call didn't went, my phone ws power off).

                                  Today the person from senior department called (+[protected] me said you have no experience so we'll be providing u with the 15 days of training, dress code, id, etc 03/01/2022 is your joining date blablabla... Then said that i need to pay 6000/- for the outfits through (She said that she will be providing me with account details or phone number (And she did send me a phone number to which i need to make the payment this very second 12:20 pm i. E. "google pay phone pay number [protected]".) googlepay/phonepe/paytm (I replied her by saying that my phone is misbehaving, so i'm waiting for my sister, cuz she will be doing the transaction as she arrives nd then closed the conversation.

                                  I don't know what to do, but i think that i need to inform you regarding this matter.
                                  I don't even know if writing this can help me or not.

                                      Lost Baggage

                                      I travelled from Delhi to Abu Dhabi on 13th December and have not received my luggage yet. Even after multiple follow ups and putting so much effort to reach indigo, there has been no positive response from Indigo.

                                      It was communicated to me that the luggage will be arrive on the next day flight and indigo will contact you to ensure there is no communication issues. However, I am encountering such issues from any airline first...

                                      I was held at the airport and denied boarding on DBX flight (PNR: NRIQ9U) due to ‘ok to board’ approval which didn’t come for over five hours and I missed the flight. I later learnt that no such approval is required on that leg for visa on arrival. I had to fly via another airline which did not insist on such non-issues and had no issues at Dubai immigration. I expect full refund from Indigo for unnecessary mental harassment and was even kicked out of the airport as it was the last flight and all airline attendants left the airport. Bad experience made worse by poor customer service of Indigo airline staff.
