Indigo is giving option for rescheduling cancelled flight tickets during corona flight cancellations. Its not clear if the passenger would be travelling same route/ same flight or required flights would be available within indigo.
In such a scenario, indigo is charging cancellation fees if the passenger is not opting for rescheduling within indigo.
Its totally unfair and illogical to charge any amount as cancellation fess

    I booked an indigo flight on 14th march, 2020 from bengaluru to kolkata. It was scheduled at 15:20hrs takeoff from bengaluru and it was a direct flight to kolkata. I successfully paid the fare online (Rs 6943) through upi using google pay. The payment was successful, but after that i received error 1018 on the website. I tried contacting the support at indigo, and after much hassles which continued over 4 hours, i finally got to talk to someone. He said my refund would be done within eight days. I also talked with a indigo staff at the airport and he too said the same thing. But it has been two weeks and i have not received any sort of refund. The upi transaction id is[protected] and google transaction id is cicagkdbodyahq.
    Please look into thhe matter. I am a student and i do not have too much of money in hand all the time. This is a really big amount and very important for my education. I am attaching couple of screenshots as a statement of proof.

    Some body using the alias of Consumer Complaints tried contacting me saying that they will refund the money. They sent me two fraud mails, and the link attached with the mail was also fake. They also tried to verify my credentials in the GPay chat. When I said I would report this to the police, they immediately blocked me.

    I had booked a TKT of 3 passenger from Bangalore to Chandigarh, but I APIs the payment it shows TKT hot cancelled?

    Emergency I had only 50 k
    What should I do now to go to Chandigarh
    Plz help

      received no refund for zero cancellation ticket

      I had booked tickets from bhubaneshwar to bangalore on 11th april 20 on indigo 6e 431 scheduled at 20:50 with the booking id if[protected] through ixigo with zero cancellation fee and the return ticket from bangalore to bhubaneshwar on 26th april on indigo 6e 411 scheduled at 15:20 with booking id if[protected]. The total amount paid for both ways is rs 15, 602.

      Due to covid issue, i cancelled the flight and i have received...

      Dear sir,
      As i don’t have any plan of travel at later dates, i wanted refund without any charges as flight cancelled by indigo based on government directives
      Hence cancellation charges shall not be applicable
      If you insist then we are the hapless victims of your policies and in such case the matter shall be referred to indigo ombudsman, indigo grivance cell & also to pm office for justice to common public like us

Flight currently unavailable service but airlines not in mood to refund money to customer account. I am requesting to you guidelines given to him should that without any reduction money refund me.

          Indigo is violating own terms and conditions of refund which mentions that if the flight is cancelled (Suspension results in cancellation) or rescheduled/ delayed for more than 3 hours than customer can claim full 100 % refund. They are providing full refund for international routes but for domestic they are only providing shell credit that too conditional (Only can be used by same person, what if my program is totally cancelled due to corona virus) upto 30th sept. Which is not acceptable as as per terms and condition i have full right to claim full refund but they are not listening. It is creating lot of mental harassment to me. Kindly look into the matter immediately and order indigo to provide full refund to me. Pnrs are qig6gm, phghfp and fj9iyj. The screenshot of the terms and conditions of indigo is attached for your reference.
          Hope you will not let me down at the time of this crisis.

            Have booked flights via makemytrip in indigo airlines with pnr# wcu5vr and vl6m9t dated for march 29 and 30 between chennai and hyderabad.

            Due to corona outbreak, all flights and trains are cancelled, hence indigo should refund back my amount to my original payment method, instead indigo is asking for cancellation fees or its giving the option to hold our money in credit shell and they are forcing us to use that money for future bookings until sep 30, that too for the same passenger names.

            My reason for travel is no more and come they are expecting the same person (Earlier booking made) should utilize that credit shell wallet before sep 30 or it will expire.

            I would request the concerned authority to take some necessary action and refund our amount back.

            Did government informed indigo to hold our money in credit shell?

            Till date, not even a single response from Indigo on my issue.
            I even mailed them, messaged on Facebook chat and commented on their official Facebook page post, no reply still.
            This is really horrible with Indigo.
            Kindly look into this matter at utmost priority and refund our amount back to our original payment mode.
            I don't really understand their concept of holding our money in so called credit shell and forcing us to use the same for same passenger who we booked earlier.
            I had booked at ticket for round trip. Of mumbai to lucknow but due to corona virus & government lock down flights have cancelled & I wanted refund but Goindigo airlines don't refund the money please help to get the money refund

              Hi, this is with regards to cancellation of indigo flight of our booking from mumbai to goa (To &fro), due to current lockdown until 14 april. The indigo team has refused to give refund for my cancelled tickets of 9 april and 12 april and instead providing credit shell which has to be used by 30 sep with same passengers. Now in this lockdown situation how can one expects that he /she would be able to take leave again within 5 months period. My tickets details are booking id - nf[protected] pnr - ypcurx

              I have booked flights with Indigo for 21st March and now have to cancel the flights first indigo told that they will refund around 20% on my card and remaining with vouchers having validity for 6 months. Now they have even stopped that and told me no vouchers. This Iam talking about 14th''March and today is 17th March.

              Indigo is telling me to speak to easemytrip and easemytrip is telling me to speak to Indigo simply passing the buck on each other where the customers are suffering because of cancellation charges. The Govt has advised to all travel operators/airlines to refund complete amount to customers and even rescheduling without any charges.
              Dont know whom I need to speak to get my refund.

                  Due to complete shut down for next 21 days i. E. Till 15.04.2020, i have cancle booking schedule on 03.04.2020 from nagpur to mumbai. Company has deducted huge amount towards cancellation which is against government guidelines. Please therefore looked into and refund entire booking amount.in case i have not received full refund i may require to take this matter with appropriate authority including govt. Of india.

                      Indigo airlines has recently cancelled all flights due to covid-19 outbreak as per government regulations. After cancellation, they are not providing option to credit amount to back accounts. They are charging cancellation fee of 3000 per person per sector. I paid 29k for tickets and now i am getting only 3500 as refund. This is cheating.

                      In their site, it clearly says that if cancellation is due to gov regulations, they will return full amount.

                          I cancelled the ticket with pnr numbers as mngqyn & scmyyr and only rs. 3231 was refunded.
                          Scmyyr : rs.7, 876.00 was deducted and a refund of 1659 given and for
                          Mngqyn : rs.6, 500.00 was deducted and a refund of 1572 given.

                          Given the panic and concern on covid19, we are unable to proceed with the travels owing to the fear of virus.

                          In the event of covid19 pandemic, as per announced policy by dgca, we want to ask indigo why this amount was held. Kindly look into the matter and initiate the full amount of refund.

                          Looking forward for a reply in regards.

                              This is kosha majithiya pnr - xjrhmz travelled from calicut to ahmedabad via bombay in 6e 399 and 6e 215. This is to report a complaint about my luggage being broken on arrival to ahmedabad. I would want indigo to look into it and compemsate for the same. This is highly unacceptable on the part of airline and needs to be resolved soon.

                                Ticket was booked through yatra.com. Travel was april 25th (Return) from dehradun. Since india hikes cancelled the trek. Indigo ticket was cancelled on 24th mar and the cancellation charges of rs, 3000 have been deducted. When asked indigo saying to speak to yatra. But there is no yatra support no. Have written to the support and to the ceo. No reply. Please help us in this covid situation

                                    We had our travel plan for 7th to 12th april to portblair from delhi. We booked air india flight for 7th april from delhi to port blair and booked indigo flight from port blair to delhi for 12th april.
                                    Due to unfortunate situation globally air india cancelled our flight. Request indigo to also provide us full refund on our return flight booked with indigo as inward flight is already cancelled.
                                    Below are the pnr for 3 tickets booked with indigo:

                                      I booked my tickets with indigo airlines on thursday, the 19 march and my travel was on saturday, the flight was cancelled on saturday and then it was rescheduled for sunday, again on sunday indigo airlines cancelled the flight and then i rescheduled it for monday. But as government announced full lockdown. I had to cancel monday flight myself, which i did monday morning itself 4 hrs before the departure of flight.

                                      Indigo airlines is claiming that i have to bear the penalty and hence they deducted 3000rs because i cancelled the flight. But i just followed the government orders. I explained them full scenario even then they were adamant to refund the whole amount.

                                      I want my full refund. Why should i bear any loss when i was just following what government said?

                                      Please look into this and i request you to resolve my matter asap.
