I have received constant fraudulent calls for employment at rajiv gandhi international airport whereby, i submitted my documents copy of pan card, highest qualification and passport size photo.
I luckily took up the initiative to verify it i am getting mails from • goindigo.[protected]@aol.com

Forced to pay rs. 2000 and the calls i have received are from delhi location

I want necessary actions to be taken so that we layman are not duped and cheated by paying our hard earned money or our sensitive information compromised at the hands of crooks in the name of employment.

    I got the message from Mr.Amit HR in IndiGo airlines . it is no chargeable job . but Rs.100 charge for the apply form . then today ( 17.04.2020 ) he send the approval letter, you will be pay Rs. 450 for the gate pass. It is true or fake . I attached the documents sir .

      Dear sir/madam,

      I had booked an indigo flight from athens to mumbai. Following are the details of my booking:

      Date of booking: 22 feb 2020

      Date of travel: 18 may 2020

      Pnr: [removed]

      Refundability: fully refundable

      Yesterday, indigo cancelled my flight. To compensate, they did the following:

      1. Firstly, they charged me a hefty cancellation fee [rs. 12, 000 on a booking amount of rs.55, 000]

      2. They didn't even issue a refund - they gave a credit shell to me which i am in no need of.

      I understand indigo is issuing credit shells for bookings that have travel dates during government of india mandated lockdown. However, my travel date of 18 may 2020 clearly falls outside the lockdown period, and yet i am not being issued a proper refund.

      When i complained, their staff is unnecessarily wasting my time by referring me to indigo's cancellation guidelines, which does not allow them to charge a hefty cancellation/not issue a proper refund to source credit card. I have sent them enough e-mails, messages on facebook/twitter, but to no avail.

      I request a proper full refund to my source credit card for this booking.

        I had attempted a booking for self and family on 25 mar 20, but the txn was not complete and the amount was deducted from my card, however despite writing again and again to indigo that the amount is not refunded back to my icici credit card. This i had communicated to indigo through numerous mails and on tweeter, but no positive response from them. I am requesting again as it has been more than three weeks now. This may please be conveyed to higher authorities.
        Please try to understand that, with the present situation, many other payments have to be made by an individual to others also, therefore blocking the money for so long may not be in the interest of the individual.
        Hence, you are further requested to refund the amount at the earliest. I have also attached latest screenshot of my credit card statement through mails. Further more, a total of three txn were made, one from sbi account and two from icici card. Sbi wrongly deducted amount has been refunded. The second attempt was made from icici card, the amount has not been refunded and the final third attempt, the booking got confirmed. Therefore, you are requested to refund the amount from my second attempt that was made at approx 1230h on 25 mar 20.

          I have booked tickets from Rajahmundry to Tirupati for Two persons (1) Koteswara Rao (2) Eeswari the date of travel was on 09/04/2020.
          Due to Carona the flight was cancelled.
          I have cancelled my ticket for Full Refund Amount.

            The flights are cancelled by goi and the decision is followed by all citizens.

            So as per my knowledge neither indian railway nor any air travel companies are applying any cancellation charges. Hence i request you to reimburse total charges.

            In case still you want to deduct some amount, i will have to approach minister for civil aviation.

            I am an old traveler with you & have good opinion about your customer care. Hence this request. Else it could be a news.

              I booked ticket with pnr - befkti for indigo flight by happy easy go application.
              Flight date was on 11th april'20 & i booked ticket on 17th feb'20
              This flight was cancelled by airlines & indigo wants to make a credit shell for the pnr amount.
              But i had a family function to attend which already took place & i dont have any other reasons to go to destination anymore.
              I have repeatedly emailed/called indigo to give me full refund as i dont want credit shell (Because i will not travel anymore), but indigo always declines with answer "you have credit shell" & happy easygo never responds to any calls/emails..

                      I had booked 2 tickets from bangalore (Departs - 5.35am) to bagdogra (Arrives - 8.30am) on 9th may in indigo 6e 443. The booking was made on 25 feb 2020 where covid-19 was not that big a scare.

                      Indigo introduced this scheme of credit shell if flights are cancelled due to covid-19 which is instead of giving me my money it gives us a one year valid credit voucher which doesn't seem fair in the first place. It is nothing but looting its customers instead of giving them their money which rightfully belongs to them on the event of the flight cancellation.

                      Now due to india lockdown and its extension till 3rd may i am not able to get credit shell for my flight which is on 9th may.in the initial lockdown till 14th april indigo extended the flight credit shell offer for flights departing till 30th april but now since the lockdown is extended to 3rd may, indigo has exactly made the date for getting credit shell for flights departing only till 3rd may. How is that valid?

                      I tried to contact them over phone but all their customer support is suspended. The recorded voice in the call told us to chat with them or send them an email but even those options are surprisingly disabled on their mobile website.

                      Desirable resolution:
                      To provide refund/credit shell (Because indigo looted the money already) for customers who have booked till june 2020. The airline company should be reasonable and not make its customers bear the pain for their loss. Everybody is going through problems because of corona. The worst thing indigo can do is to loot its customers.

                          I booked a refundable ticket for myself from Kochi (COK) to
                          Kolkata (CCU) Via Bangalore and on 15 March'20 for travel on 18th April 2020 through Indigo website (Indigo flight no 6E-592 & 6E-172).
                          As the flight cancelled by the authority so please refund my full amount without deducted any amount to my account.

                            I have booked tickets twice with indigo, one is on 24th march, name of akash das, and the other one is on 15th april, name of sourav mondal, but both the times they cancelled their flights because of corona virus outbreak. Now indigo refused to get refund our ticket amounts to my source account instead of they are providing the balance in a form of credit shell which we can use it for later journey within one year for the same passengers.in this situation we don't have any plan to journey within one year, so i want my money back into my account. I have tried to reach indigo's customer support but in vain, they didn't provide any suitable answer. So i want to file a complaint against indigo to refund my full amount of money to my source account.

                              Firstly they called in the morning hours and then said to pay 1900 rupees and then another lady called and said to pay 7500 rupees and then again another lady called and said to pay another 15000 rupees and they made such a plan in the sense that all the circumstance became in such a way that we need to pay all the amount hour by hour. These people don't have any of the moral values or any feelings towards any of the person, these people just need the money in any of the sense by hook or cook. These all people are just like the same, these all indeed and shine job apps are all the same they all are fake and fraud and these people are all involved in the phishing which is a serious crime.

                                Since the flight has been cancelled. I request to refund my amount. I do not need credit shell as this will not help me in booking other airline like goair which much cheaper on dates like 4th & 5th may... So it's my humble request to refund my amount via makemytrip.

                                      I had travelled from Bhubaneswar to Gauhati in Indigo airlines on dated 15th January, 2020.But I regret to inform you that I am unable to find my boarding pass.

                                      It would be a great help if you help me to sort out the matter. I need the boarding details or my boarding pass details for the date of 15th January, 2020 as I urgently need it to get my reimbursement for the same.
