I have made payment on 22 March for my flight from Mysuru to Bhubaneshwar scheduled on 24 March through CC Avenue payment gateway. I got order successful message in my email from CC Avenue but my ticket wasn't booked. Please tell me when n how will I get refund asap. And your customer care services are at the worst level. Please reply me back.

    My name is aman kumar gupta.
    I was booking a flight today from kolkata to chandigarh for 4 adults today at 2:40 pm.
    I had done the payment through upi ([protected]@okhdfcbank) mobile no: [protected]. Payment of rs 13, 704 was deducted but ticket was not booked.
    Kindly look into it and refund the amount.

      I have got of refund of only 8000 against a total of 36, 861. The journey on 20 march and 22 march should get more refund now. I cancelled early because two of the passengers were from usa and because of corona problems they cancelled early. So we also had to cancel. Even vaishno devi for which the trip was is closed now. Please help, the problem is that we were only two senior citizens left we had to cancel in the absence of the people coming from us. If i had cancelled it later i would have got a full refund. The whole process is computerised without a human face or talking. I tried to talk to indigo and make my trip but could not go beyond the recorded messages.

      As per the directives received, we are offering a full refund for reservations made between 25th March to 14th April, with travel date from 25th March to 03rd May. Your booking was not made in the mentioned timeline. Therefore, cancellation charges were applied and balance amount is refunded.

        Hello,
        I am writing to you in connection with flight ticket booked on april 4.
        Flight was supposed to be departed from (Airport) but we weren't able to travel due to the recent corona virus outbreak and have cancelled the ticket pnr fi9wtm.
        I would like to know the current refund status of the ticket and request you for a full refund as the condition was not favourable for travelling due to increase in corona cases at that time.

          Dear sir/ madam
          I had booked a flight from mumbai to amsterdam via indigo

          As indigo (Along with turkish airlines) does not operate the direct flight from mumbai to amsterdam i was given the one stop flight with a lay over at istanbul. The ticket was issued as under one pnr

          Due to the out break of covid-19 the flight from istanbul to amsterdam was cancelled by airlines. I was informed the same by airlines via sms and mail. It was also stated that i am eligible for a full refund

          However when i actually cancelled the ticket, cancellation charges were charged to me. On raising this issue some i was answered that mumbai to istanbul flight was not yet cancelled by us so we are charging the cancellation charges. This would have been acceptable if i would have booked to separate tickets. However when i have booked this as a single ticket this is not acceptable

          Can some one at indigo please look into this case and do the justice

            We have taken indigo airline flight from kolkata to bangalore on 14/03/2020 and made check of 3 baggage at kolkata airport at about 13:15 hrs. When i reached at bangalore airport and as per direction i have taken my baggage from belt no-5 and found that my newly purchased trolley bag (Which purchase rate rs-4200) damaged. Then at this time i reached to indigo baggage complaint office at bangalore airport and there present stuff checked my baggage and take a photograph of damage bag. After that he (Staff of indigo) lodge a complan regarding my damage of laggage trolley bag on 14/3/2020 at about 17:20 hrs. Again on 18th march 2020 i have reached at bangalore airport but there have't taken suttible reply and he told me that you have to complant through indigo website or castomer care. I also called to castomar care but thay have't received my phone. Now i want legal justice and legal financial compensation for my damage of trolley during journey of indigo airline.

              I have submitted my profile for a job opening in quikr for the cab driver position and i received a call from indigo airlines and took my telephonic interview., they asked to send my id proof, driving license. They sent me an email stating i'm selected and asked to pay a depository amount of rs.2000. They mentioned
              {if you have any reference id letterhead, signature, the id of any hr at hyderabad airport then provide us.
              Otherwise, you have to generate or create a reference id via india jobs.

              This reference id is available for 30 days at the given date for which you have to pay a charge of rs 2000/- this amount will be refund after your joining.}

              They also gave me account details to deposit money

                  As per the government guidilenes over global coronavirus pandemic and avoiding travels in such second stage situation in india. I, alok kumar is compelled to cancel my trip which was scheduled for
                  Tomorrow i. E. 21 march 2020 in indigo flight no : 6e 6325 (Pnr : ng93rf).

                  I have requested for reschedule on 18th march 2020 through the partner site
                  "happy easy go" (As i booked my ticket) which is 3 days prior to departure. On these two crucial days both happy easy go and indigo has done a lot of delay on confirming for rescheduling request and upon confirming multiple times with them they have cancelled my reschedule request by giving invalid reason and asking me to raise a new reschedule request.

                  Now as per, indigo t & c's rescheduling has to be requested 3 days prior to departure which is already over due to delay made by indigo primarly and happy
                  Easy go in second.

                  In such global pandemic, we are trying to follow government guildelines as much as possible but indigo and partner sites are not at all supporting and nor refunding our booking amount and its a mental harassment for me now. As per mr. Parvesh (Indigo customer care staff),
                  He is mentioning that its my fault eventhogh delay is from their end.

                  No show was obvious as "Happy Easy Go" has sent request for reschedule on 18th March 20 to indgo but indigo has delayed for two days and then indigo has rejected my reschedule request. I was in regular check. Both Indigo and Happy Easy Go are torturing me for last 6months and playing blame games only but my issue is not resolved even after 6months.

                    I am ujjval jain. I had booked 5 air tickets from pune to goa on 1 march 2020 through make my trip which is scheduled for 17 march 2020 at 12:30 am. My pnr number is gkw8wt.
                    We were to fly today but because of the ongoing scenario of corona virus we decided to postpone the trip. We have been trying all the customer care numbers since morning, tried to get help from the website but in vain. The call doesn't connect and by any chance if it connects then nobody comes on line for assistance after waiting for more than half an hour also. The website asks to modify the booking but when i am entering the details it doesn't allow me to modify anything, there's no online assistance too. I want to change my travel dates and the website is asking for money not less than rs.23000/- why am i being asked to pay such a hefty amount. Had it been a normal scenario, i would have understood that i am changing my dates on my wish so i am bound to pay it but due to coronavirus cases increasing day by day on such a fast pace i am forced to change my travel dates and it is not my wish.
                    I even thought of cancelling my booking for today as i see no point in paying so much, but the refund amount is rs.0/-

                    We are travelling with a 3 year old child. I hope you understand the risks involved. Also, section 144 is imposed in our city; malls, multiplexes and schools are shut since the past 3 days, retail markets are shut. The police and army personnel (Pune airport is a defence airport) are sending people back and asking to avoid unnecessary travel. Corona cases in pune are now the highest in maharashtra whereas maharashtra has the highest number of cases in india.
                    I think at least we should be able to reach you for assistance somehow.
                    I don't think you should show this cruel behaviour when you know what problem the world is suffering from.
                    It's not my personal choice to cancel or postpone my trip.
                    Either i should be allowed to cancel it with full refund or i should be able to change the dates without giving change of date charges.
                    This is like taking advantage of the situation when one cannot do anything but suffer the harassment caused. I have wasted the whole day in trying to contact indigo.
                    I demand full refund on the cancellation of my tickets.
                    Ps: my return flight from goa to pune was with spicejet on 20th march and they have shifted my ticket free of cost without any date change / difference of fare charges (New travel date is 24th april). We expected the same amount o[censored]nderstanding and kindness from indigo.

                            On16th march2020 i was denied boarding from flight 6e 1783 to mle saying that visa on arrival and tourist visa has stopped due to corona but actuallly circular came from maldives goverment that male city hotels and three specific resorts like male, hulhumale and villimale are only banned but not my medhufushi island resort.
                            Without knowing full circular indigo air line staff told me that visa on arrival is cancelled and they cancelled my tickets from airport.

                            Same circular and my flights tickets, voucher for resort i had attached please go through that. I have spent 148900rs to resorts and they are not going to refund because of indigo air line declined tickets.

                            Please its my humble request kindly refund my full package money or you can give me complete justification for cancelling my yesterday morning onboarding to male so same i can forward to travel agency and can reshedule my honeymoon pacakge.

                            Its clearly fault from indigo air lines staff.
                            Today 17th march on mumbai air port i talked with the customer service but they are not accepting they are telling that indian embassy denied visa on arrival for maldivses.

                              This is to bring to your notice that we had to travel to Bengaluru for our annual holy pilgrimage of visiting the Mahasamadhi of Sri Sathya Sai Baba at Prashanti Nilayam on 24/03/20 via Air India and were supposed to return on 26/03/20 via Indigo6E-2032 / PNR KFDSKV.

                              However, in view of the advisory issued by the Government of India, MoHFW in wake of the global epidemic of Covid-19, we decided to defer our plan o[censored]ndertaking the annual pilgrimage, for personal safety and larger public health concerns.

                              Since all passengers travelling with me were senior citizens and suffering from medical ailments, (myself a cancer patient, my wife a kidney patient and sister a BP patient) so it would have put all o[censored]s at a greater risk of contracting the disease if we were to come in contact with an affected person during our travel or stay in Prashanti Nilayam.

                              These considerations, and the fact that the ministry had assured full refund (Web Link http://bit.ly/2WmfTpu), convinced us to go ahead with cancellation. But, unfortunately your airlines have deducted the complete amount and not given us back any refunds.

                              It is my humble request to you to kindly help us in getting our full refund as promised by the government of India, which has taken commendable measures measures to contain the spread of this disease.

                              I look forward to your response and early redressal of my grievance.

                              Dear IndiGo,

                              Thanks for your e-mail dated 19/03/20 in reply to our grievance on MoCA / DGCA “Airsewa Portal” grievance reference no. ZW576629. I understand that the airline must be following all safety procedures to prevent spread of the corona-virus declared as a global pandemic.

                              However, I would like to bring to your notice that the refund asked for is for travelers who are senior citizen and are all above the age of 70 years and also the fact that all three travelers have a medical history and health problems.

                              My father, Shri SM Kaul, 74 year old has been a Cancer patient; mother Usha Kaul goes for her regular Dialysis thrice a week, and my aunt Girija Madan also has a weak immunity because of recent Illness. In case necessary we will be happy to share their health record.

                              They decided not to travel following the Government advisory on avoiding travel to places of religious congregation or places of large public presence (airports/railway stations etc.). Abiding with the Government advisory we went ahead and cancelled the tickets as they were at a greater risk of catching the virus and also spreading it to others while travelling.

                              “We were acting as responsible citizens of this country, and were expecting a positive and more understanding response from one of the most preferred airline.”

                              Unfortunately, that does not seem to be the case. It is extremely disappointing and insensitive on your part to expect senior citizens to travel during such extreme global pandemic conditions and if they fail to abide by your airlines policy or instruction they will be forced to pay for something that they are not responsible for.

                              I urge your esteemed airline to reconsider your decision regarding refund of entire amount of INR 8541 wrt. PNR KFDSKV.

                                I have requested for a travel certificate and paid for it too, and Indigo has the same answer everytime, you'll get it by tomorrow. I already told them I need it urgently.

                                For some reason, they are unable to generate my travel certificate online and keep saying you'll get it by tomorrow.

                                  Inspite govt declaration as well as indigo declaration reschedule charges taken from me.
                                  Flight from trivandrum to kolkata 22nd mar pnr no jfe8nf reschedule to 18th march because of corona virus incidence at kerala.
                                  Tried to resolve over customer care through phone but as customer care was not reachable for last 30 hours over phone visited their office at kolkata airport & their they have taken charges.
                                  During discussion they told they are from different departments & if i need to reschedule then have to contact customer care over phone.
                                  How come same information which indigo airline is mentioning as caller tune not been informed to their staff at airport i cant understand.
                                  Finally taken 25926 extra again for rescheduling the same.

                                    Dear sir/ madam
                                    I returned to patna from delhi, on flight 6e 494 (A320), seat no. 6f, which arrived today i. E. 16/march/2020 at 8:15 am at jayprakash narayan international airport, patna, bihar. Unfortunately my luggage was exchange with some other passenger named kumar saket who is in same flight i. E. 6e 494.
                                    I was not able to inform airport authority at that time because exchanged luggage is same as of mine so, at that time i did not recognize that my luggage was exchanged.
                                    All of my clothes, documents, hard disk and laptop were inside the bag. I need my documents urgently please help me to get back my luggage.
                                    I hope that the bag will be located and sent back but should it never turn up and be reported missing indefinitely, i believe that i am entitled to some form of compensation from the airline.

                                      I booked a ticket from Chennai to Shirdi yesterday for 17/03/2020, PNR number SW8G2X. I booked the ticket under student benefits and while booking the allowance shown was 25kgs but now the ticket shows an allowance of 15kgs. My summer vacations have started early due to the coronavirus threat and I need 25kg baggage allowance as specified earlier. Very poor service provided by indigo considering they provided me wrong information while booking the ticket as otherwise I would have booked from another airline. Now even of I cancel the ticket they'll deduct cancellation charges so I have no option but to pay for the extra baggage.
