I tried booking a flight for my brother from Pune to Delhi on 21-Dec-2019 at 18:53 PM. Transaction ID: 3e6fbcb4b[protected]. The payment was on the Indigo website via PAYTM and was successfully debited but due the Indigo payment gateway issues, the PNR could not be generated and the ticket was not booked. However, the amount debited (INR 11, 901) is still not credited back. I have spoken with Indigo almost everyday but they could not help and advised to wait. They say that they have received the payment but it got stuck and they will initiate the refund. I have my credit card payment due date on Jan 3-2020 and this amount is deducted and no scope of getting back.
IndiGo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
We always advise our passengers to carry their valuable belongings and cash in hand baggage only. Please confirm if the same was reported to our staff at the arrival and also, share PNR via private message.
