I have made a payment of rs. 200/- on 07.01.2019 for generating travel certificate for the pnr no. Ekz3yg. The bank account has been debited but the travel certificate has not been generated. The travel certificate has also not been sent by email later. The customer care puts call on hold every time. I remained online and waited for the response for around fifteen minutes many times.

Hi I travelled from delhi to Kathmandu.I had kept 10, 000 in bag chain that i needed in kathmandu.When I opened my bag, chain was opened and money was not there.My money is stolen after check in only.i want my money back.

    I was booking a round trip flight ticket from Dubai to Mumbai on 13th jan 2019 from dubai local time 10:30 AM. Flight details:-From Dubai to Mumbai date 16 the jam 2019 time 04:30AM return 16th jan 2020 time 01:30AM.Payment made by credit card (Emirates NBD) amount AED 1339/-.. Payment was successful. The amount was deducted from my account for that I received the confirmation message from my Bank and also checked my account. Here also i found that the amount was debited from my credit card and bank also mailed that transaction is successful.After the payment was made, the system filed to generate the itenary. I have not received the PNR number for my Ticket. When I contacted Customer support they informed me that the money is not received by Indigo. So they want me to pay full amount again for the ticket. So I booked another ticket for the same journey. I mailed my case to indigo [protected]@goindigo.in & [protected]@goindo.in on 14th jan 2019. I have not received any reply from them. For the privileged customer, Indigo is not informing the status of the money. When will I get back the money.

    I needed a travel certificate as I have lost my boarding pass for reimbursement purpose
    I have paid the fee today for the travel date 10th Aug 2019, the money got deducted, but I didn't receive any confirmation email.
    Kindly confirm at the earliest when can I receive it.

    I lost my boarding pass after my travel in August and now I need it for official purpose.
    On speaking with your customer care they advised me to pay the online fee for travel certificate
    I payed it immediately and the amount got deducted from my account, but I didn't receive any confirmation email that the certificate will be sent to my email or anything such.
    What is the time period in which I can receive the update?
    Kindly confirm at the earliest when can I receive it.
    I needed it urgently.

      My friend got a call saying that is from Indigo Airlines. They conducted telephonic interview and asked to deposited Rs 2500 as a registration fees. Later they called again saying he's been selected and as a security deposit he needs to transfer Rs 9400 which will be returned after completion of his training. However we found out it's a fraudulent calls so we didn't deposit. We also know it's not the airlines fault. I'm writing so that the airlines would take care of such frauds and not let their reputation to be drowned. Thank you

        I travelled from Udaipur to Delhi flight on 6 Jan 2020 (6E 2323) with one check in baggage and one hand baggage. As the flight was running late my hand baggage was taken from me at boarding gate and assured that it ll be handed over at belt itself. After reaching delhi and waiting for more than an hour when discussed with ground staff they told me that they left it at Udaipur only.

        They promised to handover the bag to me by 6 PM directly at my office. I had to call repeatedly to get updates. Then in evening it was agreed to deliver on 7th Jan.
        From morning, I am chased constantly without any resolution and new queries from the staff on sharing PIR, details etc.

        The biggest issue is not restrained to mistake they made by missing the baggage at Udaipur but now its pain I took to get the details without any resolution.

        Finally I got the bag on 7th afternoon after chasing with CharterX, where the delivery boy was expecting tip for delivering bag to me.

        It is a very sad state of affair and how indigo handles it is completely unprofessional..

            My name is vishnu. I got email from indigo airlines for interview in bangalore. His name is praveen who said that first you have to transfer 9900 in bank account and which will be refunded on the day of interview. And i do so then they give an appointment letter and ask me to give them 25000 rs as security deposit after paying that i think that something wrong in it is that a genuine case?

                Hi,

                Please be informed my parents had booked a flight from mumbai to bhopal flight no. 6e 264 (A 320) with pnr/booking ref: xw9bvk on 20 nov19' detailsof passengers 1. Ms. Smarjit roy 2. Mrs. Arpita roy

                Due to an unfortunate turn of events the id of my mother was unavailable at that moment. And she wasnt able to present it to the security personnel on the airport whilst checking in. We had a word with indigo ground staff and after requesting they told us it would not be possible for (Her) to board the flight as she dint possess identification but the money would be refunded back, if they dint board the flight. So since there was no option left for my parents they had to follow the advice of the ground staff. And after great deal of trouble caused to them by the ordeal they managed to reach bhopal via another mode of transportation.

                The ground staff had issued a receipt as a proof document for the refund of the entire amount of the ticket wich is inr 5, 692. They have assured that the amount will be refunded back to the account with 7 working days.

                Its been 40 days since the incident occured and so far there has been no update regarding this issue from your side. When i call to check the status of refund with your customer executive they straight away denied for the refund & hang up my phone

                Kindly revert back on an update regarding the same. I have attached the refund receipt for your reference

                  I called customer care, they suggested me to pay once again. I made payment again but not received certificate. Money got debited twice from my account.

                    This is to say that i ashish kumar s/o awadhesh kumar am troubled due to mishandling of my baggage while traveling by indigo airlines from ranchi to chandigarh via hyderabad, flight no 6e269 and 6e718 on 3.03.2020. My baggage was supposed to arrive at chandigarh but it didn't. I made a report at chandigarh baggage handling officials.

                    They told me that they will tell me the status of my luggage by 10 :00 p. M. On the same day but they did not contact. They didn't contact me till now. Due to the fault of airindigo i have to deal with a lot of mental stress.

                    Now i want that "indigo" should refund me the full cost of my baggage rs. 50000/- for the recovery of my loss immediately as i am a student of btech 1st year residing in my college hostel.

                      While travelling from bangalore to kolkata today found that combination lock is missing from luggage at kolkata airport. Indigo staff was ignoring whole matter from long time and was saying check if anything is missing which was not possible to finalize at that moment. Indigo staff were simply saying like its a minor issue and were not ready to give any written acknowledgement. After fighting from long 2 hours they raise a complain although did not provide any hard copy with signature and were asking to go to police as they can not do anything.
                      We managed to find few staff name at kolkata airport they are priyanka dhar and monisha ghose.
                      We have been listening this things but today we are the victim. It seems like they can open any one's luggage and you will be helpless while raising the complain. I know it will not make much change but people can make the difference by rejecting the airlines which i can start by today where i have been using it from last 8 years. If you get another airlines with same rate then why to opt this where there is no security of luggage and no cooperation from staff.

                        Hello,

                        I just booked a flight from chandigarh to chennai in indigo. I paid around inr 10096rs
                        But i received a very worst service and their staff behaviour is very unprofessional and flight got delayed for more that two hour and i paid seat but i received a seat near emergency exit and totally the travel was horrible and i want indigo to return the money i paid. I dont fell worth paying this much amount for this worst service.

Firstly the same thing happened we booked the flight once again due to which we had to spend more 10000 rs for flight cancellation coz of your issue.                             We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by the rescheduling of our flight. We always strive to keep our flights on schedule and cut down on causes of delay or cancellation. However, our operations dependent on various factors such as runway availability, air traffic congestion etc. which are beyond our control and determine our on-time performance. But, if an IndiGo flight is cancelled or delayed for more than 2 hours or rescheduled for 1 hour earlier, you can either re-book on another Indigo flight or cancel. The re-booking is done at no extra charge and the entire amount is refunded in the case of cancellation till 2 hrs prior to your domestic flight.

                              Hi Team,

                              I tried booking a flight for my brother from Pune to Delhi on 21-Dec-2019 at 18:53 PM. Transaction ID: 3e6fbcb4b[protected]. The payment was on the Indigo website via PAYTM and was successfully debited but due the Indigo payment gateway issues, the PNR could not be generated and the ticket was not booked. However, the amount debited (INR 11, 901) is still not credited back. I have spoken with Indigo almost everyday but they could not help and advised to wait. They say that they have received the payment but it got stuck and they will initiate the refund. I have my credit card payment due date on Jan 3-2020 and this amount is deducted and no scope of getting back.

                                We 3 passengers along with ladies and children were scheduled to travel from Jammu to Delhi and further Delhi to Hyderabad by INDIGO on 22 Dec 2019 with PNR No. WBJQSR.

                                Unfortunately the Jammu to Delhi flight was cancelled and we were forced to face lot of trouble in the chilled weather of J&K. The airport staff of Indigo has simply told that there are no further flights on the day and further 3 to 4 days also. They have told us to leave to Amritsar or Delhi by our own arrangements and they have left the passengers in a dilemma. We neither belong to Jammu or Delhi or Amritsar. We were travelling from Udhampur to Hyderabad and we were stranded in airport and we have asked for accommodation at least for one night due to cancellation of flight. They have rejected our plea and they have booked tickets from Delhi to Hyderabad the next day i.e. 23 rd Dec 2019. On the night of 22nd we have to catch a bus from Jammu to Delhi and then a taxi from Delhi outskirts to Delhi Airport and reach Hyderabad next day after 24 hours of delay. Staff at Jammu told us that the refund of amount of fare from Jammu to Delhi will be deposited to account with in 7 working days. When I have contacted the customer care today ie. 30 Dec 2019 ( after 8 days) about the refund, they have informed that there is no info about cancellation of flight and refunds. They have told that I will get refund after 7 days from now.
                                I would like to complain on the irresponsible behavior of airport ground staff regarding non provision of alternate travel facilities, non refund of fare from Jammu to Delhi to all passengers including our 3. Now they say that we will get only Rs.4450 /- for 3 cancelled tickets which is not the correct amount. We request your goodself to kindly look into matter and do needful.

                                  I have received a call from Rahul Sharma ([protected]) said he was from INDIGO Airlines HR DEPARTMENT and he said to forward my resume I need ro Rs.2000. So that they could follow up to the next round. as i have done with that round I had to pay 2000 For that after that they asked me to pay 6200 Rupees for the next round which I've got some doubt so enquired about it with the ID CARD which he has sent to me. After the enquiry I got to know that it was a fake Id. I don't know whom to approach it would be great if you could assist me to get my money if possible.

                                    The scheduled time of the flight 6e5305 dated 28 dec 2019 was delayed inordinately by 1.50 hours for take off. We had a meeting scheduled at 6.30 pm with our clients which got cancelled and hence we had to return without attending the meeting. This resulted in loss of business and hence we demand refund of full fare on the flight, as the purpose of travelling by air was defeated and we had to return back to mumbai as staying back till monday...

                                    I am bhavani. I'm a student. I got an offer letter from indigo spice jet. They said me to pay the amount of 1, 500/- for the online test and after qualifying they said me to pay 5, 500/-. And after few days again they called back and said me to pay 13, 500/-. After paying the complete amount they are not responding for any of my calls and also not refunding my money back.. I hope so you will help me this problem
