First i got a call from [protected], they told me to pay 2500rs to attend the online test, and the gave me account holder name - indigo airline account no.- [protected]
Ifsc code - fino0001001, since account holder name was indigo airlines i believed and payed the amount and i attended the exam.. Later they told me as i was qualified in first round and later they told me to pay 8600rs for document verification and only if i pay that i will be able to attend the hr interview,, so i payed and attended the hr interview.. After 2 days i got a call from [protected] and they told me as i have been qualified in 2nd round and to receive the appointment letter i have to pay 12600rs for job security.. After paying that they have sent me appointment letter and now they are asking me to pay 22000 to get login id, password, but now i am scared to pay tht amount... I have already paid 21900. They are telling me after paying 22000 my 21900 will be refunded and after 15 days of training my 22000 will be refundable.. Is it true, is it a job process at indigo airlines

    First i got a call from [protected]
    And they told me to do registration fee of 2500 rs to write online test, then after paying and finishing online test, they told me as i had qualified in first round for further process i have to pay 8600rs for document verification like that i got a call from [protected] after paying 8600rs, i had hr round.. After finishing that.. After 2 days i got a call and they told me to do 12600rs to go appointment letter.. Today i got the appointment letter.. Now again they are telling me to pay 22000 to get login id and password.. Is it true job.. I am really scared now... Please confirm me, whether indigo airlines job procedure is like this..

      My boyfriend and I travelled from Bangalore to Tiruchirappalli on the early indigo flight 6E7236 on Sunday 1st of March.

      During the boarding of our flight we received the message that one of our bags was picked out by Bangalore airport security and was kept by the airport, due to a lighter that was included in the check-in bag.

      At the gate we where asked to give permission to remove the restricted article (lighter) from the registered check-in baggage. We gave permission to remove the lighter and where informed the bag would be send on the following Indigo flight to Tiruchirappalli at 5.30pm that same day.

      We received the bag around 7pm and found out that not only the lighter was removed from the bag, but also the wedding sari we bought for the wedding of one of our friends. The complete sari /wedding outfit is stolen from our bag. I’ve included a photo below of the sari as a reference. I’ve also included a photo of the plastic bag the sari was in. The sari was one of a kind and very precious to me. It had a golden top and the sari was pink with thin red and golden glitter lines. It was wrapped in a white plastic bag and included in the top part of the check-in bag that was opened to remove the lighter.

      You can imagine this situation has ruined a very important day for me!

      This was our first encounter with Indigo and I’m very disappointed in the way our belongings are treated. I’ve found several stories online about stolen luggage during Indigo flights, I hope sincerely that this will not be an addition case to the list of complaints and that you are able to track down my belongings.

          I just made a booking under the students category for 31st march but my itinerary does not reflect that it was made under students category. The baggage allowance also shows 15 kgs which should have been 25 kgs. The whole purpose of making this booking under students category was to avail the facility of carrying 25 kgs baggage. It is highly inconvenient at this moment. The website needs to be fixed and i want my itinerary to reflect the said changes right away.

                I was travelling from Chandigarh to Patna via Delhi on[protected] with 2 year old Son Atharv thakur.
                I kept my 10000 Rupees in my check in baggage .

                When i came home and open my Baggage i see 10k rupees is taken away .
                It is clearly visibly that some one has open my baggage and taken it from there .

                When i received my baggage i suspected something is wrong with my luggage and airline strip was also open but i had one more hand luggage and my Son became very cranky in travel so i believed Airline and moved to home .

                My home Madhubani is 200km from Patna so i reached very late night and now when i opening my bag my doubt is reality.

                I stay in Bengalore came Mdhubani to my home town for a week .
                so i would like to request Airline to investigate into this and help me with my issue .

                    I had job offer on indigo airlines. They said that pay pay 1700 i paid the amount and conducted an exam. I qualified in that after that they said pay 8900 which is refundable after your joining.in case you didn't join in this position they said we would refund money within 45 days but they didn't refund the money till now. I paid the amount on november. I paid totally 10, 600. Till now they didn't refund my money. The phone will hitting switched off now. Please help me. Please refuns my money as early as possible.

                      Last year, june 2019 i have received a call & next day call letter through a mail id. Then i word with kunal desai.
                      He demanded a security, dress code, documentation, bank account opining etc total amount i was paid is 70000+.
                      And i will ask about to meet then i pay the next amount he told no i don't want to meet you without complete the process. I pay the amount in the hope of a good job. But i received only fraud and fraud. Help me please how can i complaint against this fraud. Please help me.

                        Light no: 6e-597 date: 27/02/2020, departure time 17:20.
                        Reached airport at 3.40pm and i waited too much time for boarding place but there is no person on desk after some time some gurd told me to go with gate no 57 and i go there but there also same thing happend. And finaly i got message to my mobile board gate no 7 at 4:20pm then i go again gate no 7 they saying gates already closed and go next flight with paying flight ticket., how it can possible even i tried several airlines asking huge fare where unable to pay at that time, such in situation i have only two days to expire my visa, because of this, my question flight starts before why not announced and ensure boarding finished all passengers are reached, in my case really your team nothing done, evidence for above said statements all i have, awaiting for your reply. And i need to reach with connectiong flight at kochi, how can i do i will go for complaint with all evidence.

                          This is in reference to indigo flight 6e5317 pnr-fifinj dated 18/02/2020, departure time 13:15 from mumbai to lucknow.

                          I, dhanesh ramlakhan pandey reached at gate by 12:35, but staff of indigo deliberately stopped me to board in flight by saying that i am late while the gate closing time was at 12:50 and i reached at gate well before (15 minites) at 12:35 on 18/02/2020. Can be verified from cctv at airport.

                          By this act of airline i faced big mental stress and financial loss. So asking them to compensate this by reimbursement of rs 25000/ in my account.

                            I had reported around at 9.05 for getting boarding pass (Flight departure was 9:50). I was present at boarding gate at 9.20 and sitting there due to sudden high bp problem. There was no person from indigo side. There was no announcement or any body from indigo side to assist to find out the left out passenger. It is general practice that 20- 30 minute before the departure time boarding are allowed. As there was no passenger their, i though boarding has not started yet. Suddenly at 9:26, got alert over phone from my wife no, which was given by me in ticket detail, to whom staff has called at 9:25 (Record may be verified and may be provided if required) for immediate reporting of the passenger (It was done intentionally after 9:25). Within second i reached to the person from indigo who was calling. My wife called him back within second and informed him that passenger is there only. After reaching within second, i asked him to disconnect the present call and do the needful to allow to board me. The person (Named told as mr prasad no [protected]) continued the call and argument and behaved rudely and ask that u will not be allowed to board. He intentionally continued argument to waste some more time and asked his colleague to close the gate and close the boarding. After pleading with folded hand in front of hundred people to him, the person to just fulfill formality called the flight attendant and conveyed that one person is here left out. I guess that either no seat was available as flight was overbooked or due to personal ego the person asked the fligt attendant to confirm the boarding close. After wasting 2-3 minute he recorded that your reporting time is 9 :30 and indigo has right to deborad or not to allow to board whoever is not reporting before 9:25. I requested him being exception case boarding allowed up to 20 minute before flight departure time. Even if i have reported at 9:30 (As they recorded however i had reported earlier i. E at 9:20) well before i. E 20 minute departure time, i must be allowed to board. I beg for this and conveyed all my issue and requested to allow as exceptional case. They challenged me, mocked at me and all other staff refused to listen and discuss and ask to leave this place immediately. Their supervisor at ticket counter mocked at me with all their group members. He was showing as if i was matter of fun for them. They told indigo never be wrong and you better know what happens if you complain at customer care (It means it is useless to call to customer care). After repeatedly requesting, the supervisor ([protected]) ask to take either gst return or take ticket of any date within 04 days to same flight but they refused to give full refund of this also.

                            Now they are not even trying to cross check the facts at least for once. Got a reply from indigo through this app that since u not reported at 9:25 but reported at 9:30 (Flight departure time 9:50), you are only at the fault and. U will not be given any refund and another ticket etc also which was offered earlier. I am not able to understand the following :

                            1. If i was late, why boarding pass was given at counter.
                            2. If i was late whether they assisted me to guide me to reach the boarding gate at the earliest. Actually they misleaded me there.
                            3. Why they call me at 9:25 and not before that. If intention was to trace me, they would have done earlier also.
                            4. Why they called me (Through the no which was with my wife) if i was not to allowed to board even if i had reached there within a minute. Is there any announcement for me.
                            5. There supervisor later offered free ticket to patna on same pnr, why this is being denied now.
                            6. What is the compensation of cancelation of my return ticket from patan on same date.
                            7. What if i had been with luggage. Wether or not they would have extended the boarding for at least 05 minute to remove the luggage.
                            8. This ticket was taken at last moment, they is many chance they were overbooked.
                            9. This ticket was purchased with 4 times higher price in comparison of the general price of the ticket, which implies that journey was very urgent. Wether should not be considered on humanity ground.
                            10. If the person is having health issue, on humanitarian ground indigo should not consider it as a exceptional case.
                            11. Weather indigo have never ever allowed boarding before 20 minute of departure time in their any flight due to any sort of constrain.. If that is confirmed, then please give confirmation at their web site.

                            12. Weather indigo shall never ever allow their passenger for boarding before 20 minute of departure time in their any flight due to any sort of constrain in future. If that is confirmed, then please give confirmation at their web site.

                            I want my hard earned money back on humanitarian ground.

                              Dear concerned,

                              I am joyichan kozhukkatta joseph. I had mentioned the below complaint in feedback form. But, as the character limit was less, i wasn’t able to explain the whole issue and hence i am writing this mail. Hope we can get justice.

                              This is regarding an issue we had with one of your employee mr. Sharon alex at hyderabad airport. We had booked a flight from goa to kochi and due to some of your maintenance issue, the direct flight got cancelled and we got some connection flight from goa to kochi (Goa to hyderabad and hyderabad to kochi). One of our members had some health issue and as it was his first time in flight, we had to stay with him. When we saw the final call on board we ran to the check-in area, where mr. Sharon alex was standing. By the moment we came, in-front o[censored]s he cancelled our ticket in his system and told us that we cannot board this flight. We begged him literally as we had to go for work the same day. We reached to his place at 4.00 am, the departure time of flight was 4:20 am. I have had used flights many times before and i haven't experienced such an arrogant attitude from any employees. He then cancelled our baggages and took it out from the flight. If he had that much time left we could have easily sat in the flight. He was literally showing off in-front o[censored]s by cancelling our tickets. Because of this we had to book 5 new tickets (Obviously not from indigo anymore). That costed us more than 27000 inr. We spoke to air asia team regarding this, they said they wouldn't have done this to their customers as for everyone to stand in the market, they need customers. They tried their best to depart us to kochi on time.

                              27000 may not be a big amount for him, but for us who save every bit of money to explore the world, this amount is huge. Every single rupee is hard earned. He was actually doing it intentionally we felt as he saw us coming and when we reached he cancelled our tickets. If he needs to understand the pain he should stand in this position. He should be thrown out of his job. Then only he will understand the value of money. We are from kerala, even he was from kerala. I am not saying like, he should help mallus in a wrong way, but he could have seriously helped us. Air asia people even asked it this what your mallu bonding is for which we where speechless.

                              Is it the way one have to deal with a customer? The staffs should be kind to customers, then only you can get customers and be in the market competing with others. I never had such a bad experience from indigo before this. But trust is something which should be kept strong. Today morning at 5.00 am we paid 27000 to air asia for the new tickets. I had an important meeting. We spoke to sharon alex regarding our work. Still he was not allowing us to take the flight. The loss we had was not just money, but also our work related things and trust in indigo.

                              After we booked air asia flight, i went to him to speak about this. He was then again justifying himself by telling that we didn’t reach at 4.00 am to his place. For that i asked him to check for cc tv footages as i am 100% sure that at 4 am i was at his place. He again changed his words, he said i wasn’t there at 3:55 am. He could have easily helped us in this situation. This is for what customer support officers are there for. I really feel that, he is not suitable for this job.

                              I (We) demand justice for the loss we had. Hope we can get a satisfactory reply from indigo. We humbly request you to give our 27000 back as all the money are hard earned. Taking action against him is your call. But the things said in this mail are 100 % truth and you can verify that with the cc tv footages in hyderabad airport.

                              Please let me know what action you will take against him for the loss we had (Work & money). Hopefully waiting for a positive reply from you said.

                              I would wish to get a call back from indigo regarding this if possible.

                                Hi this is logesh, my baggage damaged due to mishandling by indigo staff,
                                (22feb 2020) i traveled from pune to bangalore by indigo 6e 103 flight (Seat 5d) airlines: pnr pgggks
                                Airport incharge mr. Pradeep assistant manager assisting us very cheaply by saying 500-700 rupees can be our option for your damage attitude is very cheap
                                I really hurt by their answer, i carry my lagage with damaged bag due to indigo people, indigo staffs are not able to resolve their customers compliants
                                I need bag replacement asap

                                    I had placed a cancellation request on 19th jan-2020 for 2 passengers.
                                    As per the conversation on 19th jan, i had i was supposed to get a refund on my credit card within 5 working days as i had done the booking on indigo website.

                                    Its 22 feb-2020 today and i have not yet received the refund in my card. I had called the customer care multiple number of times.

                                    Every time i call i received a different reason from different agents for the amount not being refunded the latest reasons (Being 4 weeks for the refund to process and a gateway migration that has been happening for over a month!!!

                                    Another 4 weeks means 2 months for a cancellation refund, which is not acceptable.

                                    Will seek you look into the matter at the earliest and process the refund asap.

                                      I have booked round way airticket of indigo flight 6e-6314 from kolkata to jaipur and jaipur to kolkata with pnr nwtk5u. My return journey from jaipur to kolkata is on 20.02.2020 but i want it to reschedule on 01.03.2020. But my mistake i have rescheduled the journey on the previous schedule date 20.02.2020 without any change in flight and date. The airline has charged me rs 5741for it. Since the date and flight has not changed so i was expecting that the indigo will not charge me for the change of flight and date in next processing. But to my surprise airline has again charged me for rescheduling on 01.03.2020 on flight 6e6155 with rs 3179.
                                      It is a unethical and fraudulent practices. My contention is that airline should charged me for 01.03.2020 rather than 20.02.2020 as i didn't change flight and date. I request kindly ask flight to refund me the amount as they have charged it wrongly.
