e aadhaar card invalid dcumnts for travel

Pnr no al2cwq bbsr odisha airport at checking counter one the staff informed that e aadhaar card is not a valid document to travel thru indigo airlines. She refused to accept my e aadhaaar as proof for travel and was made to wait long and i had to furnish other proof of documents we request pls educate our staff regarding rules of e aadhaar card this will help not to harass the travelling passengers pls provide all ur staff with copy of section...

This is nitish kote narasaiah with regards to my pnr - qfeg2s

As you may already know, coronavirus outbreak took several lives, and many are still fighting for their lives. I really appreciate the efforts taken by indigo for india - china routes. I would urge for similar efforts for passengers travelling to other affected countries like singapore, thailand.


As a tourist to singapore, i was about to visit places like marina bay, gardens by the bay and sentosa island where all the 7 cases of wuhan virus victims were registered.
As per ministry of health - singapore, about 57+ cases are still under investigation and govt. Announced yellow dorscon level. Among 57 many are believed to be tourists like me and visited popular attractions. Corona can spread by human to human contact or visiting infected areas. This is the only reason why i had to cancel my trip.

Indigo charged me more than half of my ticket price inr. 9000/- towards cancellation fee. As a privileged customer and considering the virus scare, i am hoping to get a full refund or atleast travel points equivalent to cancellation fee.

    I am daksh mishra. I am studying in 11th std. A call from hr department came to me and it stated that i have applied for the job on thr base of 10th pass so we will take some interviews. They asked me to submit my id. Then the called me and said i was selected for the telephonic round after giving the test and it would cost me 2500 rs. Then after the telephonic round to submit my training conformation letter they told me to pay more 7500rs. After that a mail came and it stated my training conformation. Then a person called and told me to pay 13500rs as a security amount and all these amounts are refundable and i have to pay it for the uniform of airport staff. Should i believe him or not.

      Now that its been already clear that the pilot himself was not informed of the action taken by indigo to ban kunal shows how much of a coward they are and the extent to which they can go just to please some stupid minister and his tweet. How do you justify your actions? You have totally disregarded the dgca rules. Shame on you. It this how you treat your customers? Is this your work ethics indigo?
      Anyways, thanks for showing your true colors.

        We were about to book an open ticket in Indigo Airlines and in that process we have got a help line number through google and that guy has cheated us and had taken Rs 10000/- through online transaction.
        So, we would like to lodge a compliant regarding this.
        He came to know our Internet banking User ID, Account number, Pass word, Profile password and Phone number in this process. The same thing was communicated to the SBI. SBI have blocked the account, internet banking.

        I booked air ticket in indigo. I lost my boarding pass and i need to submit it in office. So i am trying to apply for travel certificate from indigo air lines. So this complaint is about that.
        I am trying to request for travel certificate but it is showing error. Please provide me a travel certificate by today itself.

          I want to know on what basis was kunal kamra was banned from the flight for six months. What procedure was followed? When was the complaint registered? When was the committee formed? And under which rule did you ban him for 6 months. Please give us the information. This action is totally unacceptable. How can you be such a coward and not stand for the right. Why not take actions legally?

            To whom it may concern:

            I was scheduled to fly by indigo 6e 345 to bangalore on 26th of january etd 0930 from kolkata.

            In view of travelling on 26th of january and keeping the regulatory and stringent security procedures in mind, i reached nscbi apt well in advance with my 4 yr old daughter to avail indigo 6e 345 etd 0930 hrs.

            No sooner, i got inside the terminal, i got my registered baggage screened, queued up for check in and picked up my bcs 17e/d with printed boarding gate no 22.

            Adhering to the prolonged security procedure single handedly i was through and inside the departure lounge with my child to board 6e 345 much ahead of the boarding time.

            All through i was stationed in front of gate no 22 waiting for the departure call and the gates to be opened for boarding.

            To my utter astonishment at around 0930 hrs i was intercepted by an indigo ground staff who tried to clamp a “gate no show” on me, whereas, on enquiry i was briefed that the aircraft had left at 0930 hrs.

            I am left to allege that if as per aviation norms for a departure of 0930 hrs, the doors should close at 0920 and that too after the ground personnel's confirmation that the tnb (Total number on board) has tallied.

            This means the tnb for 6e 345 did not tally on 26th jan, 2020 and the gate point, boarding tally control was surely short by 02 pax, still the sop for departure was maintained by clearing the flight to close doors at 0920 to be pushed back at 0930 in order to maintain the otp (On time performance) at the cost of leaving behind 02 pax and overriding the special security procedures on a sensitive day by not even bothering to off load the baggage of the left out pax thereby causing a tremendous lapse in terms of flight safety.

            There were no indigo ground personnel stationed in front of scheduled boarding gate no 22 to assist and redirect passengers to the changed gate which was at the ground level as the incoming aircraft must have parked at the outer bay iso of a nose in parking for the gang way of gate no 22 which must either have been occupied or must have been unserviceable.

            The strangest part that astounded me was lack of interest, inapt handling and careless attitude of indigo departure staff who did not even bother to come to the originally allocated gate to even look for the missing pax when there was no announcement, no update on the screen and no indication of availing the reallocated gate. There was no call over my mobile too to track me for boarding.

            As a regular air traveler, i am quite sure that indigo would not have decided to accommodate me and my child by the 2nd flight and would have promptly dealt with me as a gate no show pax had the airline would have been right in handling the situation.

            Last but not the least, exposing me to a 4 and a half hour waiting at kolkata airport with a 4 year child in all sorts of distress, it never dawned on to the management that i should have been intercepted and should have been extended some hospitality in respect of the child atleast by means of providing a lounge or by offering some refreshments to sustain the harrassment.

            I feel, as a bonafide passenger of 6e 345 wherein i have been assured an airworthy seat, i was cheated and the entire flight was exposed to flight safety hazards whereby indigo has willfully flouted meeting the contractual obligations of extending a safe flight to all other passengers as well.

            Mere keeping up to the sop and flouting the bcas and other regulatory laid down procedures can rate an airline outwardly the best but it actually indicates and points to a very unsafe airline instead.

              I had cancelled an international indigo flight (Singapore to lucknow) on 7th dec 2019 and there was an amount of 293 sgd to be refunded.
              Refund takes 7-10 working days but my amount was not refunded until 9th jan 2020, hence i called indigo customer care again. The customer care executive mentioned there was some issue from indigo side and the refund was not initiated (Problem was never mentioned). The executive initiated the refund on 9th jan 2020 and said to wait for 7-10 working days.
              I waited and i called again customer care on 28th jan 2020. The customer care executive 'sharan' took some time to fetch basic details about my itinerary and cancellation and then said from their side there is no problem, refund is already processed and go check with the bank. I mean seriously is it the customer's responsibility to go and check with the bank about the refund for which i do not have any reference number as well.
              I disconnected the call and called the customer care again. Then the customer executive 'atul' picks up the call and said he can see there was some error from indigo side and the refund was not initiated on 9th jan 2020 but it is processed now (28th jan 2020).
              I have to wait again for 7-10 working days.
              This is the way of troubling customer and giving them wrong information about the refund and hiding the errors from indigo.
              They are not able to initiate a normal refund.
              When i asked atul to provide me the reference number of refund or proof that refund is initiated, then he said they do not have any such information and cannot provide.
              Is this some kind of manual paper work going on that do not have this information.
              I am really really really disappointed and irritated when i have to chases for my own money.
              I have no idea even after waiting for 7-10 working days again will i get my amount or not.

                I book tickets from bom to ixa via ccu for my aged parents flight 6e-374 (Date: 26.01.2020, seat no. 9e, 9f), with corporate meal option, since journey time was 4 hours approx. I did web checking and verified cpml option one day before travel. One of the ticket was appearing with cpml cptr (Pnr: veesky) while the other cpml (Pnr: pfgirf). As my parents were not familiar with onboard services, i told them specifically what item to tell to flight attendant. My father took a sandwich+tea and my mother took sandwich+paperboat. On board flight attendant served foods to my parents and gone away. After sometimes flight attendant came back and asked 400 bucks from my parents stating one the pnr:pfgirf was not prebooked with food and it was actually for seat no. 9a. My father did not argue and given money.
                Please let me know the reason for this inconvenience.
                Ps: my parents were occupying seat 9c, 9d instead 9e & 9f due to inconvenience to fellow passenger (One child and mother was given 9c and 9d). However, my parents had shown their boarding passes.

                  First I got a message from goindigo. I did call to there company, they said registration fee 1500, 7500 for confirmation letter then 13800 for the offer letter. I have paid money to the goindigo company (14k).Now they arenot responding to my calls and messages.

                          I am hema from andhra pradesh, i got a fake confirmation letter of indigo air aviations company by the hr manager sudhir srivastav and sender by the name of some person name as divya bharti ([protected]) who called mailed me on date of 24th jan 2020. For the interview process they made me to deposit 2500rs they send me a payment link (Dear, please click the payment link:-Www.goaviation.in/payindigo/) later they send me one online test link (http://www.indiabix.com/online-test/verbal-ability-test/random).I completed online test with 18/20 marks.. And they send another link for telephonic round..in this they send another payment link for certificate verification rs.6500.. After this i say "sorry mam.. I don't have interest to do job" after this they said"ok no problem madam... I will send cancellation link.. Your money will be refundable"... After this they are not respond to my any calls. Please i kindly request to take actions for this fake id creations by the company are crime department atleast save furure students life and money. I kindly request that to refundable my amount to me. Please take actions!!!

                            I had booked a flight from banglore to ahmedabad at 17.25 on 24 january, 2020. They sent me a message telling the flight was delayed to 17.55 and check in to be done 25 mins prior. I was well before 30 minutes from 17.55 and still they didn't not allow me to check in and told i should come before 45 minutes. When they clearly sent the message telling 25 mins. If that was their policy they shouldn't send such messages and fool people. They simply wasted my time telling book next ticket. I have attached the message they sent to me. I lost around 6, 600 rs. I could attend the conference i was supposed to.

Please know that check-in counter closes 45 mins prior and boarding gate closes 25 mins prior to the scheduled departure time. Sadly, you had reported after check-in counter closer, hence we were unable to allow you onboard. We request your understanding.

                              I traveled with indigo from jeddah to delhi on 5 january 2020 when i arrived to delhi i didn’t receive my luggage i complained at the airport and i was told i need to wait for 14 days up to today there is no idea where is my luggage

                              I from saudi arabia and im going to complain to jeddah international airport consumer protection

                              Right now its the 24th of january with no idea about my luggage or compensation

                              Its really clear that there is no customer care at all

                                On 6 jan neha sharma called me your selected indigo ticket excutive job there are two round of interview in first round we should pay 2500 as security deposit and i'd get id and second of interview there willl verification and there want crf certificate for 8000 rs i dont have so i left offer there called hr radhika bisht and ask my 2500 refund there not giving money back i wait so many day and not picking call.. So my want refund

                                  We are group of passengers wanting to travel to mumbai from nagpur.
                                  The flight was scheduled to depart at 13:35 and it has not yet arrived.
                                  In our family there is a toddler who is starving due to not having any suitable food to feed. There is a cancer patient who is at arrivals wanting to just have a bed to sleep.
                                  If this doesn’t help you understand the severity of situation and provide an alternate means for passengers to travel. This is a failure not only on business grounds but also on humanitarian grounds which you guys being poster child of domestic airlines (In india) are unprepared to handle. The most frustrating part being that the information of rescheduling is being relayed every hour that a flight is further delayed.

                                    Flight number 6e5389 was supposed to depart at 13:35 but it's 19:12 and still no signs of the plane.
                                    U people have no value for your customers time and loyalty towards you.
                                    Representatives here have no clue.
                                    The flight is on the runway since past 2-3 hours is what has been told to us.
                                    We are not getting any confirmation and the flight is getting rescheduled every 15 mins.
                                    This is heights of mismanagement and lack of any services towards your customers.
                                    You are encouraging people to never fly by your airlines every again.
                                    We are highly disappointed and never willing to fly with you.
