This is to inform you that i had purchased a ticket for jeddah to kathmandu. (Pnr - wnv9fh). At the time they send the baggage allowance was 30 kg and cabin 7 kg. When the passenger when at the airport, he was forced to pay sr. 300. I have a copy in which it is clearly mentioned the passenger's name and baggage allowance 30 kg.

After sending a complaint to the indigo airlines, it is refusing to refund the amount by saying that the jeddah passenger can carry only 25 kg. This is really not correct. Kindly take an action and the amount should be refunded.

Dear Sir,

No use the indigo airlines customer relations only say that it is 25kg baggage allowance.

If this was so then why did they mention 30 kg baggage allowance along with the name of the passenger?
No one is removing this problem. In terms of money they don't want to refund it . Why ??

Yesterday I was traveling by Indigo 6E 2139. When I collected my luggage it was torn and dirty. I complained and they said I'll receive voucher of ₹1000 within 24hrs as a compensation. I gave my email and phone number to them and I've received nothing after 24hrs.

    Hello my name is pasha, one o[censored]r indigo members have contacted me name miss sonia and anurag gautham, they asked me to pay for reference id 2600 rs and then they again asked money 6600 to pay for the documents verification and one of the hr has taken an telephonic interview and said again to pay 18, 500rs for security reasons for training... The person who contacted me here are their numbers ([protected]) and one more number is ([protected]) and mr anurag gautham is the hr they said... And after that they aren't answering my calls and they said they ll refund my money and they are not even responding... I want u guyz to take strict action against them or i ll ho near cops and file case against the airlines... And i need my money back as soon as possible.. Please hoping for the help from u in getting my money back... Thank you

    Yes, the job ll be provided if I go to the career in indigo...But my point is when I have given u their contact information and their Bank details..this organisation being such an reputed and the big turnovers and u cannot even catch that people who are spoiling Ur brand name ...i[censored] won't take action against them, they ll fool lots of people then, , Ur job is to stop this things being done by others to spoil Ur reputation, , y can't u get some hacker and catch them and or by complaining to the cops ...what's the use of being on top without solving and taking actions by Ur side ...It's very shameful to hear this type of response from your brand ... disgusting
    Please take quick actions or else they ll spoil alots of people's hard earned money !!! I request you guyz to take action and drag that bloody Fraud people into the court of law and make sure that they suffer for life long ...

        Please just me clear that today i got a mail from indigo from delhi for ground staff job in patna. They also demanding 3000 for conducting interviews. If not selected they will be refund amount. I think this is fake please give me responce as soon possible they always call me for confirmation of payment. Offer later got from @aircraftmail.com....

        I had a flight along with my friend from delhi to nagpur yesterday (Pnr gdj27f) at 7:10 am and we had reached the counter gates at 6:30, we just had handbags with us so there was no problem about the baggage check-in but despite the availability of 40 mins time the receptionist who was really ignorant just overlooked at all this factors and just uttered this well rehearsed line "sir, there's nothing that we can do and according to the policy the passengers are supposed to board before 45 mins of their departure, you are late sir (Just 5 mins) but you can still book for another flight today" so here's the case since when have they turned so true of their time, it was just a matter of 5 mins but who cares? And it's totally fine and just if they make us wait for hours citing their problem of 'technical malfunction'. All he had to do was give us the boarding pass but he was busy caught up in getting out another bunch of tickets from us. We pleaded like beggars there, humiliating ourselves in front of the other passengers but all he had to say was "it's not possible sir, just book another ticket, i have a lot of customers to take care of (Just 2 at that moment precisely). I mean they won't even hear out your problems and just shamelessly ask you to book another ticket. I don't know if the whole airlines is to be blamed for it but if this kind of ignorant, incompetent employees are recruited more in number then the downfall is not far away. And it's just another long, complex story for the refund procedure. Just explain this to me"how is rs 182 anyway near rs.3600?

          (PNR No.FE9FGS) Myself Vaibhav Anand coming from coimbatore to lucknow connecting indigo flight(19/10/2019).At delhi, flight landed at T1 terminal.My connecting flight 6E5003 is from T3 terminal.
          I am with my family, my father faced some medical issues, so i asked about T3 terminal from indigo staff counter.They told to wait there at T1 and said that airport bus will come and you easily reach there on time, but after some time when i asked again they said that now you have to book a cab and reach there on your own.Immediately i went outside of T1 terminal and booked a cab at rs.500 to reach to T3 terminal.Cab driver said that it took 45 minutes to reach to T3 terminal as due to heavy traffic.At that time it was 4pm.I am unknown about delhi terminals distance as i had never visited delhi airport and it was my 1st time.As my baggages are already checked in so i think that we can easily pickup the flight.I had reached to T3 terminal at 5pm.( and flight take off time is 5:30 pm)
          In security check it was very crowded.So it took 10 minutes there.Also, my boarding pass had no mention about the gate no.Some how by seeing the display i came to know about my gate no.As 49.As i was unknown there, so i asked cisf staff about gate no.49.Some how i had reached there at 5:20pm.I requested indigo staff to get us entry but they refused to do so and asked me to collect my baggages from indigo counter.
          After us, three four other passangers came of same flight, and they said that they gets delayed in security check.
          Till now its ok.I had asked them to transfer my ticket to next flight(as i booked in flexi fare).I also requested and tell them about my father medical issues.
          They said that you have to buy new tickets with full fare and flight is at 5:30am.I agreed, and pay them rs.12000 to buy tickets with same pnr.
          In morning i met with these three four passangers who had missed the flight like us.They also came about 5 minutes late than us.I became very much disappointed when they tell me that indigo staff had transferred their ticket to morning flight 6e6612 free of cost.
          I want to ask indigo authority why they do such discrimination.As they had missed the flight, we also missed the flight.I have my genuine reason also about my father medical problem and unknown about distance between two terminsls and also got misguided with indigo staff.(in my openion indigo should clearly mentioned about terminal distances, as i had visited many airports in which terminals are close by)
          I am also attaching two of the customer's boarding pass( mr.Taukir bakshees ali & mr.Mohd shami FLIGHT NO.6E5003) and reservation details whose indigo staff had transferred ticket to morning flight(6E6612) free of cost BUT charged us(total four Family Members) Rs.12000.
          I also attached my and my fafily members boarding pass and reservation details.
          I am preferring indigo flight travelling for a long time and also recommended it to my friends and relatives due to good services, on time and affordable price.
          But, after that incident I becomes very much disappointed due to such discrimination and misbehave & misguide by indigo staff present at Delhi Airport.
          For indigo all boarded travelers should be same and should be given similar facilities.There should be no such discrimination thai i had faced at delhi airport.
          I just want to ask Indigo's higher authority that why this discrimination?
          That tour becomes pain full for us due to this incident.I except a quick reply from Indigo Authority about that issue.

            Hi i’m dhanush i got a call from indigo on 16/10/2019 regarding job at the bangalore airport for ground staff and for the interview they told me to 2000₹ in phone pe and i ve paid, 1st round was online interview i ve cleared 1st round, then on next day the 2nd interview will be done they informed me and i ve accepted accordingly to them. On 17/10/2019 they called me and transferred call with their senior department for telephonic interview and i have cleared 2nd round also so later they told to pay 6000₹for documents verification and i sent all the documents of my graduation to them and paid 6000₹ in phone pe and on 18/10/2019 they called me that i ve been selected for job and mailed me offer letter and before that for medical check up they again asked me to pay 12500₹ and told every money which i pay will be refundable in hr manager round so for the next procedure they asked me to pay 12500 for medical checkup i paid again thru phonepe which they have shared details to transfer his account holder name - karamveer singh with all bank account no and ifsc code they shared me for sending money. Later, i haven’t done with medical checkup and hr round also and when i called them they told for training period (45days) have to pay final process of 25000₹ later all the money will be refundable i had doubt with this and i called indigo customer care number and they told me not to pay any amount to them and we are not charging any amount-for interview so then i realised it’s a fraud call which i got and then i called them to refund the money but they are saying it takes min 40-45 days to refund money so please assist this query.

              This is regarding the flight from chennai to kolkata (Indigo 6e 797). The flight was scheduled to start at 7.55 and the boarding was scheduled to close on 7.10. Myself (Dr. Diptonil banerjee) and my aged mother (60 years) due to some unavoidable situation reached by 7.20 with only hand baggage and requested several times in the boarding counter to let us in. Because boarding gate was kept open up to 7.30. However, every time we were rudely refused and we had to take a new ticket to come as my mother was ill.
              It was well within their hand that they could allow us as we didn't have any heavy luggage but simple hand bag. However, they didn't show any cooperation.
              Now my complain is if they can not allow our 10 minutes later in an unavoidable circumstance in a new city what compensation the airlines give us when the flight gets late several hours?

              In this circumstance i'm claiming our ticket fair should be given back.

              I do hope that you will take the necessary steps regarding this.

                refund of flight ticket charges

                Hi indigo airlines,

                I booked a flight from hyderabad to goa on 11th oct 2019 with pnr ofdsms (Flight no:6e 6913 departure time: 21:10). I had taken online boarding pass but missed my flight because i strucked in traffic. I spoked with airlines in the airport obout the refund of ticket money.
                They explained that the indigo airline refund only rs 3500 only out of total ticket charges.

                Kindly refund 3500...

                सेवा में निवेदन है कि पैसेंजर नाम गिर्राज यादव फ्लाइट टिकट नंबर - ak1vjq फ्लाइट समय 8:30 भोपाल to दिल्ली था पैसेंजर अपने सही समय पर 7:45 पर एयरपोर्ट काउंटर पर पहुंच गया था तब काउंटर चालू था प्रार्थी को 15 मिनट लाइन में खड़ा किया गया इस के 15 मिनट खड़ा करने के बाद प्रार्थी से बोला गया आप इस फ्लाइट में उड़ान नहीं भर सकते प्रार्थी को भोपाल से मुंबई होते हुए दिल्ली की उड़ान भर भाई जिस से प्रार्थी समय3:00 बजे पहुंचेगा प्रार्थी की दिल्ली में अर्जेंट मीटिंग है 12:00 बजे मीटिंग कैंसिल करवाई जिससे प्रार्थी एक करोड़ रुपए का नुकसान हुआ और समय 7:45 पर सीसीटीवी भी् चेक करवाएं जाएं प्रार्थी एयरपोर्ट काउंटर पर ही उपलब्ध था
                अतः श्रीमान जी से निवेदन है कि दोषियों पर कड़ी से कड़ी कार्रवाई करने का कष्ट करें

However, to ensure a hassle-free experience for everyone, we have to follow certain protocols like closing the before 45 mins of flight departure. Sadly, passenger had reported at 0755 hrs, hence we were unable to allow the passenger onboard.
                Further, to make it as hassle free for passenger as possible our airport team put you on the next available flight with minimim charges. We hope you understand.

                  I was 1 min late to boarding place due to security check queue. Indigo person did not allow me to board flight saying boarding closed. Though bus was standing in front of me. After that they send to us to another. She send to reservation counter so that they can mint money from us by booking next day flight. They are fraud and cheaters. I need refund and action against them for harassing pessangers

                    I had called today to customer care regarding transferable of my ticket to my mother on 23 Oct as she was I'll, and I was about to do booking of my father also.
                    Customer person was so polite get agree with that, and he took my mother's detail..he transferred the call to billing department.
                    The billing department person was highly rude, and told it won't possible.
                    I mean if it is not possible than u have to clear that in first instance through customer call and please improve ur way to talk with customer...I was just requesting and no one has right to talk other in this way.

                    Highly dissapointed with Indigo.

                      Hi indigo, my collegue miss neelam yadav got a mail from [protected]@aircraftmail.com for shortlisted for ground staff.
                      The hr she was telling her name ms gauri or miss radhika rajput.
                      No is available.
                      They asked for the security deposit of rs 3000.
                      Does it fake or real?? So that we can do the payment.
                      Right now i stopped my collegue to not submit single penny.
                      Please confirm me if possible.

                        I have received a phone call from indigo airlines as a ground staff accountant. They told me that i'm selected for a telephonic round interview. And they asked me i'm interested or not. I told them that i want to ask my family members first. Next day they call me again for my answer. I told them ok i'm interested for the telephonic round interview. For that i have submitted my i'd proof my mark sheet and all. After few minutes a received another call from a person. He told me that i'm selected for the post for that i have to pay rs 2500 to my hr pankaj singh. I tell him that i can't pay right now. He told me ok we are cancelling your recruitment process. Few minutes later again i received a call from a person named (Esha) she told me that when can a able to make that payment. I tell her i f i able to make the payment then it will be after 5 p. M. She told me ok then we are creating your job id after your payment it will be delivered to you, and she asked me my father name my mother name my blood group. I told them all. After that i discussed with my family and decided to continue my study. Then i call the person mrs. Esha and tell her that i can't do this job now because i want to continue my study. Then she tell me that we have transferred your job id in the hr department now you have wasted our time because of that we will blacklist your documents for five years and you will not be able for job in any government and non government sector. I tell her that you didn't tell me this before. She hang uped my call. After few minutes i received a sms on my inbox.in that sms it was written that i have wasted companies time due to that i have to pay rs 40000 and i was blacklisted from civil ratio and i may visit my nearest police station and collect the legal notice. (I have posted the screenshot along with this complaint).

                        Plz reply to this as early as possible.

                            My original flight from hk to ccu is on 24th oct morning which was total journey of 4 hours.
                            Indigo has suddenly changes it.

                            New flight from hk to bengaluru at 8:55 am reaching at 13:10 pm (Journey time of over 6 hours) and then connecting flight bengaluru to ccu via bhubaneswar at 15:20 pm reaching ccu at 19:10pm
                            Is its a joke or wat

                              I was booked on hong kong to koltata in flight number 6e1792 which was direct flight with ajourney time of 4 hours. I booked the direct flight as i was travelling with 2 small kids. I choose indigo and booked the tickets on 1st august 2019 as they had recently started this service instead of choosing my regular airline of cathay dragon which also flies directly to kolkata everyday.

                              Indigo sends a message to me on 3rd oct that the direct flight has been cancelled and we have been rebooked on flight no 6e 1774 from hong kong to bengaluru (Flight time of 6.5 hours) and a connecting flight from bengaluru to kolkata via bhuwaneshwar on flight no 6e411 (Flight time of 3 hours 55 mins) with a halt at bengaluru airpost for 2 hours 10 mins. So a journey initially stated for 4 hours has now changed to 13 hours for a family who is travelling with 2 small kids. The flight doesn't provide any free food and drinks so it means we need to be hungry for the entire 13 hours, or pay an additionaly exhorbitant cost to buy anything onboard.
                              I requested indigo to put me on 14:55 pm flight from bengaluru airport to kolkata which is direct flight (Flight no 6e997) which will atleast save me at least 2 hours of the oevrall journey time which they had directly refused and asked me to cancel the tickets if i do not want to choose this travel itenary.

                              At this moment all flights price for kolkata has gone up and its a loss for any traveller who would cancel the ticket and buy new ones. The airline had an easy option to introduce a flight first and take bookings in advance and then if they see its not making a business sense, they can cancel the flight and have to pay no penalty to anyone. Whereas if a traveller cancels his ticket, they are charged heaviliy by the airline.

                              I urge the indian government to take strict action against such airlines who are introducing new routes and then cancelling it without any liability.

                              I also request you to make indigo to change our onward joueny from bengaluru to kolkata via the direct flight scheduled at 14:55pm

                                I, priya garg - pnr: alkc9x, delhi to kozhikode, was taking indigo airlines from delhi airport t3 and due to unforseen circumstances, i reached the airport 45 minutes prior to departure. And your staff just straightaway asked me to go and take another ticket. And i actually begged them is there any alternative available. I literally begged them and they said no everything has been closed. And later on i found our there is web check-in system available. And none of your staff told me about this. I paid extra 6700 (Approx) to buy a new ticket. Is this how you make fool of your customers to get more money? Is this how u train your staff like how to extract more money? Will make sure that i will post my complaint in each and every of portal of yours. Now my new ticket timings 2:55 pm.

                                  On 9th october we had a flight 6e-844 at 9th october 2019 at 4.45 am. We completed our security check in before 1.30 hours of the stipulated time. We had some initial confusion and we sat in the wrong gate. The flight was from 23e gate number but we waited in front of gate number 23. When we noticed it, it was already 4.25 and we took the help of security persons and rushed to gate number 23e by 4.30am. However, we were told that the gate was already closed by then. No announcement was performed or no last call was given. We performed the security check in before 1.30 hours of the flight still we were not informed. We had a conference in the same day thus we wanted to book the next flight but the next flight was at 15.20. Thus we had to book another flight in a higher surge amount from other airline. We had booking ids gmg1yk and nmklpk. Today i have a flight from kolkata to guwahati by indigo itself, i have seen that for a chennai flight the ground staffs are continuously announcing the names as well they brought some persons from upstairs so that there flight is not missed. Since we have trusted your airlines we expected a better service. We were at 32k loss for the flight miss.
