I, manjari jana, booked a flight from ccu to del for 14.10.19. I did my webcheck in and the money also deducted. Once i was at the baggage drop counter (B 09) the lady informed that i am unable to assign your seat as the seat is already occupied by a gentleman. And she asked me to contact this counter that counter. And later i got to know that they can't give room on mybooked flight. Which lands me to buy a fresh ticket again. This is just because of indigo and their staff fault and misguiding me all the time. Who will be responsible for this? As i have to pay a 6000+ more. This is such a disgusting service from indigo and need an explanation for this.

      Dear consumer forum,

      I had a flight from kuala lumpur to lucknow planned for nov 24th. Pnr bbr5fy passenger - mr t singh. This flight timings have been changed and i was sent an email stating the same that there is an operational issue due to which it is preponed. As it is preponed, i won't be able to catch the flight in time. So i requested the airline for a refund for which they are not agreeing and giving me a variety of reasons for the same. Please advise how to take it ahead in a legal forum.

      Hi Pranay,

      We are sorry for disrupting your travel plans. We always strive to keep our flights on schedule and cut down on causes of delay. But, if an IndiGo flight is cancelled or delayed for more than 2 hours or rescheduled for 1 hour earlier, you can either re-book on another Indigo flight or cancel. The re-booking is done at no extra charge and the entire amount is refunded in the case of cancellation. We hope you understand.

      Sorry, will not help. I will miss the flight.

      I too always strive to keep my flights on time and cut down missing on my flights. But if I cancel or miss the flight, then I can reschedule and repay.

      However, this was not the case. As you reschedule, you will cancel and refund me.
      (Focus on your written English. First, make spell checks and also important part is to understand what is written. )

      Take the help of seniors, as it is not in your power at the executive level. Your seniors are already intimated and you should not be wasting at least my time.

        This is regarding flight 6e 6912 from bangalore to nagpur on 12th october 2019. Three passengers were not allowed to board the flight as they were 1 min late. Among three one was a patient who was discharged from the hospital same day and had to reach nagpur so he rushed from the hospital directly to bangalore airport which is very well known is located extremely outside the city with his father who is senior citizen and his cousin. We are aware that the boarding gates closes 25 mins prior departure. Due to heavy traffic rush in bangalore they somehow managed to reach the boarding gate at 8:41 pm and the flight departure time was 8:55 pm. As the boarding gate closed at 8:40 pm they were not allowed to board the flight. Now the fault of the staffs there is when you are aware of the prolonged formalities at the airport you could have helped them to manage it quickly so that they would not have been stopped to board just for a mere formal rule. Indigo has lot of money and are making more and more money but do they at all bother from where this middle class family manage the tickets for these kind o[censored]rgency. Apart from the monetary loss they also had to suffer mentally and physically just because of non cooperation from the indigo crew.

          Good morning
          This is niranth from mysore, recently i travelled to dubai on 30th of sept (Flight number 6e 095), when i reached dubai and was unpacking my things, i could see that one goggles of mine was missing and i don't know if it was stolen or the baggage was no handled properly which was black waferer with black frame and red glass
          A sincere request to the management to take this issue seriously

          You also may ask for the bill and all to prove since it was bought 4 months back i don't remember where the bill is too

            I got a messege in my personal mobile number telling thai my profile was shortlisted for airline jobs and asked to deposit 1500 rupees a refundable amount. I paid in hat account which they provided for me

            After that an online interview conducted and the next day they called me and said that i am passed in the first round of interview then i have to pay 10500 as document varification security which is also refundable. Is it fake or real... Someone help me

              fake ticket issued by happyeasygo flight no: 6e-6323 pnr no: plupsn

              I had booked ticket on indigo flight 6e -6323, goa to bangalore for journey on 09/10/[protected] hrs through happyeasygo website. I received confirmation sms and e ticket in pdf format in my e-mail from happyeasygo.
              I reached airport at 21:30 hrs and entered goa airport showing the e ticket at security check in and also my baggage was screened by the indigo airlines. It was a shocking news for me when indigo person told me that...

                I travelled in indigo airlines on 30th september 2019. I lost my boarding pass. I have to claim my travel expenses in my office so i applied for travel certificate in indigo 3 days back. I have even paid travel certificate fee, but haven't received it yet.                     Hi,
                    We were group of 8 people, boarded from mumbai "flight no. -6097" t1.
                    We submitted our 5 luggage at the checking and at the time of arrival we got only 4 luggage.
                    We complaint against missing bag but only ticket is raised by the officers not necessarily action has been taken. Very very disappointing, this is not a bus or a auto that we have to take care our baggage by self.
                    If they cant take responsibility let our luggage with us and also not taking any responsibility of that fault.
                    Bag description-
                    Blue one side & neon green color other side.
                    They are not responding, not taking any responsibility.
                    They have many facilities camera why dont they check and that and confirm us whether we will get our baggage return or not.
                    We are waiting at the airport from last more then 3 hrs and counting.

                      She said that your cv is shorlisted from monster portal by indigo and we are sharing it to indigo airlines for the post of hr executive.in order to attend the interview you need to confirm your registration with us by paying inr1000-/
                      After paying to

                      Account holder:- career placement service.

                      They send a indigo recruitment form and ask me to fill, scan and send.

                      After that they given a link for attending the online exam
                      http://www.indiabix.com/online-test/logicalreasoning-test/r andom

                      7-10 marks is the eligibility for clearing the online exam and the scores are pre-set.

                      After that a person by name yogesh sharma [protected] and introduces himself as indigo hr and conducting telephonic interview and said that tomorrow i will send you the results in mail. (Hr. [protected]@goindigo.in)

                      Now he is asking me to pay inr4300 for certificate verification to the career placement account. At this point of time i got doubt and writing this to your concern.

                      Respected indigo management pls take strict action against this type of fake recruiters and save your company name. If you not take it as a serious concern they will continue to cheat more no of poor candidates with your company name.

                        Am dr. Sweta, kolkata, india. We were 7 people travelling to gaya from kolkata in 7.30am flight, we reached counter for boarding pass 45-50mins before the flight time, which is good enough time to issue domestic flight ticket. But the airlines guys intentionally harrassed us making us run from one counter to other and finally saying board gates closed.

However, to ensure a hassle-free experience for everyone, we have to follow certain protocols like closing the check-in counter before 45 mins and boarding gate before 25 mins of flight departure. Sadly, you had reported after closure. Hence, we were unable to allow you onboard.

                          I had booked a ticket on Indigo Flight 6E - 772 from Kolkata to Surat on 10.10.2019, however due to mismanagement at kolkata airport, i missed my flight. I had reached at airport well on time i.e. 2 hrs before schedule departure of the flight, however there was so much rush at the airport as very less counter was open for check in and security check. We were there in line for long time, we noted that there is very less time for departure of the flight and complaint to the staff there, the response was that we don't know there is too much rush. We cant help. After resisting also no body helped there and when we get in the counter they told that its late and flight has gone. We complaint to the manager too however they hear our complaint as the are deaf. Its the worst experience with Indigo flight as they have only one motive that they have to run flight on time. They dnt care about the passengers, there were many passengers like us there who missed todays flight.

                          We are helpless to get the refund also as the response from airline is that the flight has gone and u missed the flight. We are not responsible.

                          We understand missing a flight could be distressful. Please know that check-in counter closes 45 mins prior to the scheduled departure time and it is pertinent to note that reporting on-time is the passenger's sole responsibility. In fact, our staff tries to accommodate passengers who report marginally late. As checked, all our check-in counters were open, however, passengers reported after counter closure. Hence, our staff was unable to accept the passengers for the same flight.
                          Further, we endeavour to assist our valued passengers at all times, therefore with an intention to help reach the destination, our airport team offered to accommodate the passengers on the next available flight, which was denied by them. We look forward to your understanding.

                              Hie, we were travelling from indigo, customer care called me at 10:35 that come fast your flight will leave and i reached 10.38 and they told u can't board now. My flight timing was 10:55. Counter no 22.
                              I requested so much then also they didn't allowed. Those people 5 min also can't adjust,
                              Not happy at all with those people. I have seen many people like this and they allowed them.
                              If door is closed then why they called and told me come fast. After reaching they are saying door closed.

We try our level best to accept passengers who report marginally late due to reasons or situations beyond their control as it does not benefit us when the seat reserved under your name goes vacant. While we intend to help our passengers as much as we can at every contact point, at times it becomes difficult to achieve this goal due to various operational challenges. However, you had reported after closure, hence we were unable to allow you onboard. We hope you understand.

                                My name is gaurav nagar, pune. We had a sad demise in family on 17th sept 2019. I have booked return flight for me (Gaurav nagar) my wife (Pratiksha nagar) and my son (Kalp nagar) from pune to bhopal from goibibo site (Pnr no.: hbtw2y). There were 3 flights in total as below

                                First flight: from pune to delhi (T1) on 18th sept 2019 at 02:10, flight no: 6e-6698
                                Second flight connecting: from delhi (T2) to bhopal on 18th sept 2019 at 06:30, flight no: 6e-2035
                                And third and return flight: from bhopal to pune on 19th sept 2019 at 10:40, flight no:

                                The first flight from pune to delhi has been arrived ~1 hr late in pune and then departed from pune at 4:30 because of some technical fault. I asked several times from indigo staff present on airport that i have a connecting flight in delhi and they ensure me that i will catch the flight in delhi without any problem.
                                I also asked the same to air hostage in flight and they also gave me the same replay. When we arrived in delhi airport on terminal 1 at 6:15 they transferred us in transfer bus from plane halt to terminal 1, the time was 6:30.

                                At terminal 1 indigo staff informed us that the connecting flight is already in air so they gave us two options either we can take next flight from delhi to bhopal which was in evening or get refund. I was not in the condition of waiting that long with my 8 yrs old tried son who has not slept from last night and also we have to attend the funeral, so i opted for refund. They had told me that i will get full refund for pune to bhopal.

                                From delhi airport i took taxi for hz. Nizamuddein railway station to catch the gatimaan exp. I booked three tickets in 3350 rs from hz. Nizamuddein to jhansi station and requested one of my relative to provide his vehicle with driver so we can reach before evening. Inspite of air ticket booking i spent almost 8000 to 9000 rs more in the trip just because of flight delayed and misguided by airline staff. And in the end i missed the funeral also. Even we haven’t got chance to see my buaji last time. Inspite of the financial loss we were harassed mentally a lot.

                                When i asked from goibibo for money refund they informed me that they has been got only 2272 rs refunded instead of full returned from airlines. I have also talked with airline customer care executive mr. Akram on conference call arranged by goibibo and he told me that he cannot do anything in this matter because we had boarded one flight and gave me mail id to write all injustice done with me.

                                I am not asking for the extra money what i had spent on travel. I want my money of flight from pune to bhopal back because i have not reached bhopal and airline had left me in-between on my own with my son and wife.

                                I request you to help me in getting my money back from pune to delhi root.

                                  I was trying to book a flight online on indigo website on 3 october 2019 from on pune to kolkata, and reached the payment option page, here i used the option to pay from my paytm wallet an amount of rs 5622. The amount got debited however the ticket was not issued. I understood later that the flight was not operative. On contacting customer care i was told the refund will be processed in 3-5 working days, however the refund is not in my paytm wallet. The transaction details are ‘’aad7e6c1bde[protected]’’.
                                  Paytm customer care also says they are looking into this and will revert. Please support.

                                    Hi Indigo,
                                    I am Fazal khan, I applied for the job posted in quikr regarding requirement of driver. I got a mail for the job applied to send my required documents. I have sent all the required documents through mail.Next day I got a job confirmation letter. They called me up & asked for the registration number sent through mail. According to the mail & sai by them the job procedure was first the reference id has to be generated for which I have to pay 2000 as security amount for which they will send a payment receipt also after that there will be a telephonic interview & walk in interview where i need to carry my hard copy of documents with the receipt. After the selection within 2-3 days they will refund my amount.
                                    But now im in a dilemma whether it is true or false
                                    Because i have been through many complaints with the same issue.

                                    Please help me
                                    What to do??
                                    Is it true to apply for the job

                                    As i holded them to give me today one night to think over it & get back

                                    Also im attaching all the mails sent by them
                                    Please check & resolve my issue ASAP

                                      Ticketing executive job in indigo airlines shamshabad and they asked to pay 1500 for reference and after that wth all fake interview calls after that they says ur selected as ticketing executive and u hve to pay 5260 for profile verification after paying it and again they ll ask more money for 14000 wch is refundable then i said i already paid 1500+5260 and am not going pay money any more i said refund all my money they said after 15 days will refund as per the company terms again i have called them they said bymistake we sent to 15 days after 45days refund will hpn they dint refunded my money till now i as been completed 60 days they are not answering any calls wch i hve all proofs call recordings mails wch they hve sent me they are playing games with us wth jobs offerings quicker is a good platform for them to cheat pple this is not fare at all
