I missed flight just 20min i requested as i was met with accident den also they didn't accepted... But airlines took 2hrs just to wait crew... Even i paid extra money and took next flight but now u ppl delayed 2hrs moreover as i got delayed by your airline i lost my business and client i need your airline to refund my flight amount coz it was delayed for more then 2hrs...

I booked a flight ticket on 27-aug-19 from hyderabad to brussels from indigo airlines through makemytrip portal. amount deducted but ticket not issued

When i called indigo they said call the bank.
Bank tells me to check with indigo
Please look into this as i have lost around 12000 rs (Booking two times)
I received a mail saying if deducted will be refunded, but when i called indigo they tell me they haven't received any payment.
What do i do?

transaction was successful but pnr not generated

I have made booking by using indigo airlines app but unfortunately my money was deducted from bank and there was no generation of pnr from indigo airlines and then i got only this transaction id - mjvxfsrjqem5ofsaazra4g. When i contacted indigo services they are not accepting this transaction id which they prompted on their own app when the transaction was done.
I request you to resolve my problem and refund my amount please....
