Hi indigo, my collegue miss neelam yadav got a mail from [protected]@aircraftmail.com for shortlisted for ground staff.
The hr she was telling her name ms gauri or miss radhika rajput.
No is available.
They asked for the security deposit of rs 3000.
Does it fake or real?? So that we can do the payment.
Right now i stopped my collegue to not submit single penny.
Please confirm me if possible.

    I have received a phone call from indigo airlines as a ground staff accountant. They told me that i'm selected for a telephonic round interview. And they asked me i'm interested or not. I told them that i want to ask my family members first. Next day they call me again for my answer. I told them ok i'm interested for the telephonic round interview. For that i have submitted my i'd proof my mark sheet and all. After few minutes a received another call from a person. He told me that i'm selected for the post for that i have to pay rs 2500 to my hr pankaj singh. I tell him that i can't pay right now. He told me ok we are cancelling your recruitment process. Few minutes later again i received a call from a person named (Esha) she told me that when can a able to make that payment. I tell her i f i able to make the payment then it will be after 5 p. M. She told me ok then we are creating your job id after your payment it will be delivered to you, and she asked me my father name my mother name my blood group. I told them all. After that i discussed with my family and decided to continue my study. Then i call the person mrs. Esha and tell her that i can't do this job now because i want to continue my study. Then she tell me that we have transferred your job id in the hr department now you have wasted our time because of that we will blacklist your documents for five years and you will not be able for job in any government and non government sector. I tell her that you didn't tell me this before. She hang uped my call. After few minutes i received a sms on my inbox.in that sms it was written that i have wasted companies time due to that i have to pay rs 40000 and i was blacklisted from civil ratio and i may visit my nearest police station and collect the legal notice. (I have posted the screenshot along with this complaint).

      I got a call on 9 sep to till time there are in contact to me, i believe them i payed huge amount now there not responding through call
      Almost all transactions done through gpay with there shared account number, one is done by neft mode through sbi in andhrapradesh,

      After that i informed i cant pay singel rupee them u can gst charges will applicable then i payed two days bk 15000

      Will u please help me out, u saved one middle class graduate life...

        My brother stays in hongkong with wife n 2 small kids,

        My original flight from hk to ccu is on 24th oct morning which was total journey of 4 hours.
        Indigo has suddenly changes it.

        New flight from hk to bengaluru at 8:55 am reaching at 13:10 pm (Journey time of over 6 hours) and then connecting flight bengaluru to ccu via bhubaneswar at 15:20 pm reaching ccu at 19:10pm
        Is its a joke or wat
        Would await a reply from your end asap.

          I was booked on hong kong to koltata in flight number 6e1792 which was direct flight with ajourney time of 4 hours. I booked the direct flight as i was travelling with 2 small kids. I choose indigo and booked the tickets on 1st august 2019 as they had recently started this service instead of choosing my regular airline of cathay dragon which also flies directly to kolkata everyday.

          Indigo sends a message to me on 3rd oct that the direct flight has been cancelled and we have been rebooked on flight no 6e 1774 from hong kong to bengaluru (Flight time of 6.5 hours) and a connecting flight from bengaluru to kolkata via bhuwaneshwar on flight no 6e411 (Flight time of 3 hours 55 mins) with a halt at bengaluru airpost for 2 hours 10 mins. So a journey initially stated for 4 hours has now changed to 13 hours for a family who is travelling with 2 small kids. The flight doesn't provide any free food and drinks so it means we need to be hungry for the entire 13 hours, or pay an additionaly exhorbitant cost to buy anything onboard.
          I requested indigo to put me on 14:55 pm flight from bengaluru airport to kolkata which is direct flight (Flight no 6e997) which will atleast save me at least 2 hours of the oevrall journey time which they had directly refused and asked me to cancel the tickets if i do not want to choose this travel itenary.

          At this moment all flights price for kolkata has gone up and its a loss for any traveller who would cancel the ticket and buy new ones. The airline had an easy option to introduce a flight first and take bookings in advance and then if they see its not making a business sense, they can cancel the flight and have to pay no penalty to anyone. Whereas if a traveller cancels his ticket, they are charged heaviliy by the airline.

          I urge the indian government to take strict action against such airlines who are introducing new routes and then cancelling it without any liability.

          I also request you to make indigo to change our onward joueny from bengaluru to kolkata via the direct flight scheduled at 14:55pm

            I, priya garg - pnr: alkc9x, delhi to kozhikode, was taking indigo airlines from delhi airport t3 and due to unforseen circumstances, i reached the airport 45 minutes prior to departure. And your staff just straightaway asked me to go and take another ticket. And i actually begged them is there any alternative available. I literally begged them and they said no everything has been closed. And later on i found our there is web check-in system available. And none of your staff told me about this. I paid extra 6700 (Approx) to buy a new ticket. Is this how you make fool of your customers to get more money? Is this how u train your staff like how to extract more money? Will make sure that i will post my complaint in each and every of portal of yours. Now my new ticket timings 2:55 pm.

              On 9th october we had a flight 6e-844 at 9th october 2019 at 4.45 am. We completed our security check in before 1.30 hours of the stipulated time. We had some initial confusion and we sat in the wrong gate. The flight was from 23e gate number but we waited in front of gate number 23. When we noticed it, it was already 4.25 and we took the help of security persons and rushed to gate number 23e by 4.30am. However, we were told that the gate was already closed by then. No announcement was performed or no last call was given. We performed the security check in before 1.30 hours of the flight still we were not informed. We had a conference in the same day thus we wanted to book the next flight but the next flight was at 15.20. Thus we had to book another flight in a higher surge amount from other airline. We had booking ids gmg1yk and nmklpk. Today i have a flight from kolkata to guwahati by indigo itself, i have seen that for a chennai flight the ground staffs are continuously announcing the names as well they brought some persons from upstairs so that there flight is not missed. Since we have trusted your airlines we expected a better service. We were at 32k loss for the flight miss.

Please know that boarding gate closes 25 mins before the scheduled departure time of flight and Kolkata airport is a silent airport. Therefore, our staff make manual paging announcement at the boarding gate for the passengers.                 This to launch my complaint against indigo airlins. I booked my tour to turkey in which my base travel was by indigo airlines the tickets were from mumbai - delhi - istanbul and back.
                On 15th september 2019 evening i landed in istanbul around 19.00 hrs. The inflight staff announced details about the conveyar belt to collect the check in baggage all passengers were waiting at that belt to collect the baggage but to our surprise the baggage did not arrive with lot of difficulty we learnt that we should meet the lost baggage department of indigo counter part in instanbul airport.
                On reaching this department, there a lady staff gave each one o[censored]s one page note in english stating that " sorry your baggage from delhi airport has not arrived on the same flight...
                On checking with her she informed that indigo staff did not load the baggage of all passengers so we need to fill up form registering our details about the baggage and the baggage may be will arrive on 16th morning. She was not sure of the same. All were told to file the details and were informed, that as soon as the baggage comes it will be informed to you and baggage would be sent to communicated address. All this episode took more than 3 to 4 hrs and finally i left to my hotel paying higher charges of taxi, with the hope next day morning we will get our luggage. But to my disappointment there was no communication from indigo nor there was response to my communication with indigo through out the day.
                I tried communicating to their turkish partner through my hotel receiption several times finally in evening i got to know that baggage has arrived and i need to collect the same from airport and to do so i had to spent around 9000 inr, i had to forgo with my site seeing of 16th as there were no clothes, had to suffer with food on 15th & 16th as me being vegiterian had all my ready to eat food packets inside my baggage further i had to suffer with my health being diabetic all my medicine was in the baggage.
                Along with mental agony had to suffer monetory losses for late night taxi travel from istanbul airport to hotel, lost money for no show at site seeing, again taxi charges to n fro hotel to ist airport to collect the baggage.
                As i had flight to cappadocia on 17th.
                My leasure tour started on dirty notes purely due wrong deeds of air indigo.
                I would request you to intervene and take strong action against indigo to compensate me for spoiling my leasure trip to turkey.

                I am filing this complaint today because after lot of persueation indigo is just offering rs. 8000/- voucher as compensation sighting their policy, than i think their policy itself is need to be changed and i expect much better compensation in comparison to my sufferings and monetory loss suffered by me.

                  Sir/madam,
                  This is to inform you that i was travelling with my family on 6th october 2019 from kempegowda international airport, banglore to lucknow. I have booked a ticket in three months advance with the pnr - wdzlpy in rs.- 18401.00. My flight no - indigo 6e-847 was suppose to take off at 18:30 p. M. After too much traffic of banglore city, somehow i managed to reach at the boarding counter no - 19 at 17:37 p. M. I was well known that the gates close 25 min prior to flight, so i thanked to god that i have reached in time. When i approached to the mam standing at counter no-19 i shown her my ticket on mobile and requested her for boarding, she started some procedure on her computer in between her colleague form counter no-20 asked her for some help and she left her job and went to counter no-20 and did other person's job. I was getting late so i have called her and requested that "please i am getting late and having two ladies and one child with me, so please do my boarding first. She was annoyed to me and took my mobile and said me to open the ticket again and as i opened the ticket, she said that you are late and you are suppose to be here 45 min prior to take-off, i argued her that i was not late and she was busy in doing other persons job. I again requested her to board me that i have two ladies and on children with me and where shall i go in night, i told her that i don't belong to banglore and straightway coming form rameshwaram to catch flight. But she kept arguing, i asked her to take me to supervisor are some superior authority, she made a call and denied me. By the time it was 17:59 pm, i was helpless.
                  She told me to go for another flight, disappointingly i approached to reservation counter and took next flight and for that i was compelled to pay rs. 9972.00 again.
                  Afterwards i had to book a hotel 12 km away for that i paid rs. 870.00 and took a taxi form ola which cost me rs. 590.00, i also spend rs. 1240.00 for dinner and morning breakfast, and then again took a taxi for rs. 500.00 to the airport. This over expense was rs. 12302.00 in total.
                  I was extremely disappointed with the behaviour of indigo assistant and non-cooperative approach of that madam. She could do some favour with me because i was well in time according to flight rules. I shall mention that the timings are matched with my google timeline and i may provide location timings and all the expense receipt if needed by airline.
                  At last i claim all of my over expense caused by the assistant standing at counter no-19. I also demand to charge her under the airlines rules so that next time other passengers can be saved from this type of harassment. I shall mention that i always prefer to fly with indigo, and i was pleased enough till now. I hope the airline will take necessary action and pay me my claim amount.

                  We understand missing a flight could be upsetting. However, to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we have to follow certain protocols like closing the check-in counter before 45 mins of flight departure. Sadly, you had reported at 1805 hr for the flight scheduled depart at 1830 hrs. Hence we were unable to allow you onboard. We would like to clarify that it is the sole responsibility of the passenger to complete the security check and reach the boarding gate before closure to board their flight.
                  For your convenience, our airport team put you on the next available flight, at the cost of only change fee. We sincerely hope that you will see this matter in the right spirit.

                  I am very much disappointed with your reply. Besides taking necessary action on my complain you are telling me that I was present at the airport at 18:05 pm, certainly this statement is given by your own employee. however I have my time location proof from google which clear indicate that I had entered at airport premises at 17:37 pm and I had reported on boarding counter at 17:43 p.m.. Your employee at counter no-19 was busy with other business and therefore my Luggage could not board before 45 min, however I was present at the boarding counter 47 min prior to take-off.
                  I with to inform you that if you do not cover my losses I am certainly proceeding for legal help and shall start a legal procedure against Indigo. Other than I shall take this case to aviation ministry, and all these procedure shall start after 72 hrs. of this mail.

                  On 4 oct 19 at ahmedabad airport checking counter i gave my bag as luggage ..my wallet including my two canteen cards and sbi atm card is there in the bag.then arriving kolkata (ccu airport) i found my wallet missing.during packing it was taken away probably..I'm from INDIAN AIR FORCE

                      Dear sir,
                      I traveled to kokata on 14th september 19 last against pnr # iwy9te. Found my luggage in broken condition while getting the booked luggage back. Lodged complaint at your customer care at airport when they issued 'complaint receipt issued a 'customer / case detail' (Attached) mentioning voucher amount as inr 1000/-.
                      I yet not received any conversation from your end yet. Request you to pl do the needful at your end without any further delay.

                        This is to inform you that yesterday 13th october flight number 6e 2988 landed from bengaluru to new delhi around 7:30 and i had to wait for next more than 2 hours because i received the bag full of grease and crude oil stains and the smell was unbearable when i went to the counter already other passengers were shouting and yelling for the manager to arrive. They offered all the other passengers a brand new bag of american tourister and i was offered to dry clean my bag why such hilarious bious is being done. I also have the same amount to money to your airlines. I was not only tortured mentally but also emotionally. My seat number was 21b sequence 118 and pnr bc51si. They said that they will send the vendor today but i don't believe in your words. I should have also been offered a new bag instead they gave me assurance of dry cleaning and it was only me as a passenger who was given this statement rest of them bags. Wow such improper behaviour. If you do not look into this matter seriously and take actions as soon as possible then i have to file a case under consumer protection act against the airline for the emotional torture that i had to suffer yesterday.

                          Dear sir
                          I am writing this to you to ask why is it that indigo airlines doesnt extend facility of rescheduling tickets booked under defence category. All other airlines do not discriminate defence category tickets vis a vis non defence category tickets.
                          Point to be considered is that defence personnel have more probability of facing this situation of rescheduling and scheduling of journey due to service exigencies.

                              I booked online flight ticket on 11/10/19 through interglobe aviation ltd of indigo flight for 2 passengers for imphal to hyderabad for 26 nov.2019. After completing the required necessities i made payment through net banking but failed transaction, so i made payment again and after that payment was successful. But later on i came to learn that money was deducted for the transactions.
                              So, i would like to request you to kindly refund the amount for one transaction. The details for both the transactions are are as below:

                                I, manjari jana, booked a flight from ccu to del for 14.10.19. I did my webcheck in and the money also deducted. Once i was at the baggage drop counter (B 09) the lady informed that i am unable to assign your seat as the seat is already occupied by a gentleman. And she asked me to contact this counter that counter. And later i got to know that they can't give room on mybooked flight. Which lands me to buy a fresh ticket again. This is just because of indigo and their staff fault and misguiding me all the time. Who will be responsible for this? As i have to pay a 6000+ more. This is such a disgusting service from indigo and need an explanation for this.

                                    Dear consumer forum,

                                    I had a flight from kuala lumpur to lucknow planned for nov 24th. Pnr bbr5fy passenger - mr t singh. This flight timings have been changed and i was sent an email stating the same that there is an operational issue due to which it is preponed. As it is preponed, i won't be able to catch the flight in time. So i requested the airline for a refund for which they are not agreeing and giving me a variety of reasons for the same. Please advise how to take it ahead in a legal forum.

                                    We are sorry for disrupting your travel plans. We always strive to keep our flights on schedule and cut down on causes of delay. But, if an IndiGo flight is cancelled or delayed for more than 2 hours or rescheduled for 1 hour earlier, you can either re-book on another Indigo flight or cancel. The re-booking is done at no extra charge and the entire amount is refunded in the case of cancellation. We hope you understand.

                                    I too always strive to keep my flights on time and cut down missing on my flights. But if I cancel or miss the flight, then I can reschedule and repay.

                                    However, this was not the case. As you reschedule, you will cancel and refund me.
                                    (Focus on your written English. First, make spell checks and also important part is to understand what is written. )

                                    Take the help of seniors, as it is not in your power at the executive level. Your seniors are already intimated and you should not be wasting at least my time.

                                      This is regarding flight 6e 6912 from bangalore to nagpur on 12th october 2019. Three passengers were not allowed to board the flight as they were 1 min late. Among three one was a patient who was discharged from the hospital same day and had to reach nagpur so he rushed from the hospital directly to bangalore airport which is very well known is located extremely outside the city with his father who is senior citizen and his cousin. We are aware that the boarding gates closes 25 mins prior departure. Due to heavy traffic rush in bangalore they somehow managed to reach the boarding gate at 8:41 pm and the flight departure time was 8:55 pm. As the boarding gate closed at 8:40 pm they were not allowed to board the flight. Now the fault of the staffs there is when you are aware of the prolonged formalities at the airport you could have helped them to manage it quickly so that they would not have been stopped to board just for a mere formal rule. Indigo has lot of money and are making more and more money but do they at all bother from where this middle class family manage the tickets for these kind o[censored]rgency. Apart from the monetary loss they also had to suffer mentally and physically just because of non cooperation from the indigo crew.

                                        This is niranth from mysore, recently i travelled to dubai on 30th of sept (Flight number 6e 095), when i reached dubai and was unpacking my things, i could see that one goggles of mine was missing and i don't know if it was stolen or the baggage was no handled properly which was black waferer with black frame and red glass
                                        A sincere request to the management to take this issue seriously

                                        You also may ask for the bill and all to prove since it was bought 4 months back i don't remember where the bill is too
