Am dr. Sweta, kolkata, india. We were 7 people travelling to gaya from kolkata in 7.30am flight, we reached counter for boarding pass 45-50mins before the flight time, which is good enough time to issue domestic flight ticket. But the airlines guys intentionally harrassed us making us run from one counter to other and finally saying board gates closed.

And nobody from the airlines helped us, it was disgusting. It was intentional non-issue of the ticket and harrassment to the core and finally we got no refund and no accomodation in next flight also and finally left the airport.

    I had booked a ticket on Indigo Flight 6E - 772 from Kolkata to Surat on 10.10.2019, however due to mismanagement at kolkata airport, i missed my flight. I had reached at airport well on time i.e. 2 hrs before schedule departure of the flight, however there was so much rush at the airport as very less counter was open for check in and security check. We were there in line for long time, we noted that there is very less time for departure of the flight and complaint to the staff there, the response was that we don't know there is too much rush. We cant help. After resisting also no body helped there and when we get in the counter they told that its late and flight has gone. We complaint to the manager too however they hear our complaint as the are deaf. Its the worst experience with Indigo flight as they have only one motive that they have to run flight on time. They dnt care about the passengers, there were many passengers like us there who missed todays flight.

    We are helpless to get the refund also as the response from airline is that the flight has gone and u missed the flight. We are not responsible.

    We understand missing a flight could be distressful. Please know that check-in counter closes 45 mins prior to the scheduled departure time and it is pertinent to note that reporting on-time is the passenger's sole responsibility. In fact, our staff tries to accommodate passengers who report marginally late. As checked, all our check-in counters were open, however, passengers reported after counter closure. Hence, our staff was unable to accept the passengers for the same flight.
    Further, we endeavour to assist our valued passengers at all times, therefore with an intention to help reach the destination, our airport team offered to accommodate the passengers on the next available flight, which was denied by them. We look forward to your understanding.

My aunt name is vani ganga. As i was lying i dropped my mi black color watch in the air craft. Later, i forgot to pick up and came out from aircraft.         Hie, we were travelling from indigo, customer care called me at 10:35 that come fast your flight will leave and i reached 10.38 and they told u can't board now. My flight timing was 10:55. Counter no 22.
        I requested so much then also they didn't allowed. Those people 5 min also can't adjust,
        Not happy at all with those people. I have seen many people like this and they allowed them.
        If door is closed then why they called and told me come fast. After reaching they are saying door closed.

We try our level best to accept passengers who report marginally late due to reasons or situations beyond their control as it does not benefit us when the seat reserved under your name goes vacant. While we intend to help our passengers as much as we can at every contact point, at times it becomes difficult to achieve this goal due to various operational challenges.           My name is gaurav nagar, pune. We had a sad demise in family on 17th sept 2019. I have booked return flight for me (Gaurav nagar) my wife (Pratiksha nagar) and my son (Kalp nagar) from pune to bhopal from goibibo site (Pnr no.: hbtw2y). There were 3 flights in total as below

          First flight: from pune to delhi (T1) on 18th sept 2019 at 02:10, flight no: 6e-6698
          Second flight connecting: from delhi (T2) to bhopal on 18th sept 2019 at 06:30, flight no: 6e-2035
          And third and return flight: from bhopal to pune on 19th sept 2019 at 10:40, flight no:

          The first flight from pune to delhi has been arrived ~1 hr late in pune and then departed from pune at 4:30 because of some technical fault. I asked several times from indigo staff present on airport that i have a connecting flight in delhi and they ensure me that i will catch the flight in delhi without any problem.
          I also asked the same to air hostage in flight and they also gave me the same replay. When we arrived in delhi airport on terminal 1 at 6:15 they transferred us in transfer bus from plane halt to terminal 1, the time was 6:30.

          At terminal 1 indigo staff informed us that the connecting flight is already in air so they gave us two options either we can take next flight from delhi to bhopal which was in evening or get refund. I was not in the condition of waiting that long with my 8 yrs old tried son who has not slept from last night and also we have to attend the funeral, so i opted for refund. They had told me that i will get full refund for pune to bhopal.

          From delhi airport i took taxi for hz. Nizamuddein railway station to catch the gatimaan exp. I booked three tickets in 3350 rs from hz. Nizamuddein to jhansi station and requested one of my relative to provide his vehicle with driver so we can reach before evening. Inspite of air ticket booking i spent almost 8000 to 9000 rs more in the trip just because of flight delayed and misguided by airline staff. And in the end i missed the funeral also. Even we haven’t got chance to see my buaji last time. Inspite of the financial loss we were harassed mentally a lot.

          When i asked from goibibo for money refund they informed me that they has been got only 2272 rs refunded instead of full returned from airlines. I have also talked with airline customer care executive mr. Akram on conference call arranged by goibibo and he told me that he cannot do anything in this matter because we had boarded one flight and gave me mail id to write all injustice done with me.

          I am not asking for the extra money what i had spent on travel. I want my money of flight from pune to bhopal back because i have not reached bhopal and airline had left me in-between on my own with my son and wife.

          I request you to help me in getting my money back from pune to delhi root.

            I was trying to book a flight online on indigo website on 3 october 2019 from on pune to kolkata, and reached the payment option page, here i used the option to pay from my paytm wallet an amount of rs 5622. The amount got debited however the ticket was not issued. I understood later that the flight was not operative. On contacting customer care i was told the refund will be processed in 3-5 working days, however the refund is not in my paytm wallet. The transaction details are ‘’aad7e6c1bde[protected]’’.
            Paytm customer care also says they are looking into this and will revert. Please support.

              Hi Indigo,
              I am Fazal khan, I applied for the job posted in quikr regarding requirement of driver. I got a mail for the job applied to send my required documents. I have sent all the required documents through mail.Next day I got a job confirmation letter. They called me up & asked for the registration number sent through mail. According to the mail & sai by them the job procedure was first the reference id has to be generated for which I have to pay 2000 as security amount for which they will send a payment receipt also after that there will be a telephonic interview & walk in interview where i need to carry my hard copy of documents with the receipt. After the selection within 2-3 days they will refund my amount.
              But now im in a dilemma whether it is true or false
              Because i have been through many complaints with the same issue.

              Please help me
              What to do??
              Is it true to apply for the job

              As i holded them to give me today one night to think over it & get back

              Also im attaching all the mails sent by them
              Please check & resolve my issue ASAP

                Ticketing executive job in indigo airlines shamshabad and they asked to pay 1500 for reference and after that wth all fake interview calls after that they says ur selected as ticketing executive and u hve to pay 5260 for profile verification after paying it and again they ll ask more money for 14000 wch is refundable then i said i already paid 1500+5260 and am not going pay money any more i said refund all my money they said after 15 days will refund as per the company terms again i have called them they said bymistake we sent to 15 days after 45days refund will hpn they dint refunded my money till now i as been completed 60 days they are not answering any calls wch i hve all proofs call recordings mails wch they hve sent me they are playing games with us wth jobs offerings quicker is a good platform for them to cheat pple this is not fare at all

                  I've booked a ticket for sep 26, 2019 - hyd (16:55) to cjb (18:05) - pnr: ug28rc. Due to some travel difficulties i've reached hyd airport by 16:30. I understood that it's my mistake reached late to airport and they didn't allow me to check-in and i had to book next flight (6e 776 at 21:05) with extra fare of rs.5393/-

                  I've traveled multiple times from hyd to cjb. This is the first time i've missed my flight.

                  My queries are:
                  1. If flight is arriving later than scheduled time - any refund being done? - no
                  2. If flight is departing later than scheduled time - any refund being done? -
                  No
                  Same day my next flight (21:05) departed around 21:50 and arrived at
                  23:00. There are cases where flights are delayed 2hrs also. But no refund
                  For customers.
                  3. If flight rescheduled to different time without customer's permission - any
                  Refund being done? - no
                  4. If flight cancelled and rescheduled to different flight and different time -
                  Any refund being done? - no

                  All of the above cases customers/passengers are heavily affected, they might miss next flight/next train/delayed travel. So their travel plan is totally affected.

                  If customer comes late they will be affected/will get extra charged. But if airline has involved in any of the above issues, no problem for airlines. Even those cases customer's are affected.

                  How is this ethically correct? Either you should allocate next flight without any charges or flight can depart late after i get in.

                  Please understand this issue and give refund for my 2nd flight charge (Sep 26, 2019-pnr: ug28rc - 6e 776 at 21:05.

                    I was there by 4am but i was not allowed to come out.
                    I went to the reservation center of indigo told my problem but the lady there was so rude she said if 2600rs i could pay then she would arrange the tickets or the ticket will get cancelled i didn’t had any money to pay so i said please i’ll make the payment in a while... I purchased my ticket for going home rs8500 i didn’t not have extra money so i had to return
                    It was so horrible experience this is not the way you deal to a customer.
                    My problems were only my problem nobody just listened
                    8500 is a pretty big amount for me
                    Though i travel in indigo from the past 4years i was expecting a positive nature.
                    I am so disappointed i miss going home meet my parents in dashai
                    I had saved my money from a very longtime whatever i had i did to make it home.
                    Please get a refund for me please orelse please get me another ticket

                      I was travelling from delhi to mumbai. After i got the boarding pass and gave by check-in baggage, i realised that my power bank was missing in my hand bag. Then i went to the staff to say that there might be a power bank in my check-in bag. They did not allow me to check my bag. Nor did they check it themselves. I had to take the initiative to go to the indigo helpline desk to inform them about this. Right before the boarding they took me to the luggage room and discarded my power bank. The security staff of the igi airport was ready to handover the power bank to me. He even requested the indigo staff to co-operate and return my stuff. The security staff even told that the indigo staff had returned the things of the travellers before and that the indigo staff was denying it only in my case. Since the boarding was delayed they even had time to clear the procedures and return my belongings. It is not even the case that they detected the device and called me. It was me who went all the way and took the initiative to inform them. Even then they didn't co-operate. After reaching mumbai i tried speaking to the customer care but it was of no use. They promised to investigate and call back which they never did. The indigo staff is not cooperative to its customers.

                        I Mukesh babu boarded the flight 6E 196 (pnr- KD91VY) from Bangalore to Lucknow and I arrived at Lucknow around 9:35 but did not receive my baggage. I waited on the airport for more than one and half hour and all I could know was that my luggage is still at Bangalore airport. The reason given to me was belt congestion at Bangalore airport which is totally the company and their staff's fault. The maximum I could do was file a complaint at the airport and no information about the date and time of delivery of my luggage was given to me by the indigo staff at Lucknow airport. Due to their mistake I had to suffer, I'm a post angioplasty patient and all my medicines are also in that bag along with other important things. Why should I suffer for this and pay extra for all the inconveniences caused by the indigo company.

                          Received call from lady name alisha, contact number [protected], dated 5th october 2019, that i have been short listed for indigo airlines asked to send documents to [protected]@jobsindiacareer.com (Using face id of jobsindiacareer.com), i sent documets and within 1 hour i received call that i have been shortlisted and payment needs to be made of 3500, i cross checked email id which seemed spam. Then received confirmation email from [protected]@mail.com that my interview has been scheduled for monday at 12:00 and payment needs to be done within 30 mins ([protected]@mail.com) i received multiple calls why payment not done. Account details provided are below

                          Please do not trust these people, they are fake.

                              I got a call from hr of indigo airlines mr rahul sharma. He offered a job as mechanical engineer at maintanance department. I applied for this job is on quiker. I think quiker is always dealing with this kind of fraud jobs. This is the second time i was cheated. But i earn from the first one and i just enquired in indigo airlines. They told me he must be a fraud. So i hesitated to pay the amount of 2500. He told me that he will send his comapny id card through my mail. When i asked him about the site doesn't showed any job vacancies he replied me that it is a back door entry to indigo airlines. Please don't fall this kinda of fraud jobs. None of the reputed companies ask for money for job. Thank you for indigo airline staffs for helping me by giving necessary informations.

                                On 13/08/19, I tried booking ticket for my sister, in Indigo airlines thru net banking. My account got debited with narration PAYU-www.goindigo.[protected]@515170, but recd msg from Indigo that they have not recd the money and hence ticket booking with held.
                                After repeated follow ups with the bank I have been notified that I have to take up the issue with the merchant, Indigo Airlines

                                I am Padmaja V Sarma. On I tried booking ticket for my sister thru net banking, an amount of Rs.3232/- got debited but recd a msg from Indigo as follows:
                                Dear IndiGo customer, we have not received amount of INR 3232.00 for the transaction ID e46cd2f6a[protected]. However we are holding a PNR TLKWGN at the sae price until[protected].20 AM IST. you may click here to make your payment. http://19f.in/5bhvq39331j. In case your account has been debited, the amount will be refunded within 5 working days. Please note that the refund timeframe varies across banks.
                                Subsequently I made another payment thru debit card and booked the ticket.
                                On follow up with the bank, I have recd email from them that the debit was successful at their end and I should take up the matter with the merchant, i.e. Indigo.
                                there are 3 different itinerary :
                                MD3JVY 13/08/19 04:29:39 with narration payment status approved
                                RE55NV 13/08/19 04:56:30 with narration needs payment
                                TLKWGN 13/08/19 04:50:43 with narration payment status approved
                                whereas the message recd from Indio stated that TLKWGN needs payment, which is contradictory.
                                I request you to please look into the matter and update.

                                  I have received a call of hr neha from bengluru. She asked me for indigo airlines job procedure. She asked me for registration charge. I have paid that. After that they demand for 13900 and 25500 rupees for training. I have also paid that. After that they demand me for uniform charge. After that some email sends me for joining process from akash bhatnagar from delhi. They are fraud or not please clarify me

                                    It is in regards to our flight with 3 seats. We were traveling with kid and booked three tickets as anyone else would have done it. But indigo seat allocation is so bad that we were allocated 3 seats on different rows and when we checked with the counter they said they don't have a control. I told them we are having kid with us and do you expect me to make her sit separately and how safe it would be, to they said sir you can see it on board as they cannot do anything. My point is that is that business and earning money is the only thing that is important and they don't even care about passenger. It is weird that they don't even give preference to kids and mother. I want to know and complain regarding the same. When you have a passenger list beforehand and you know the kid is travelling how can that be possible that the kid sits separately. What is the worst logic behind the code or behind the business so that you can earn money to each and every thing.

                                        Please find the way that the airline services in india - how well they are cheating the passengers.

                                        I have planned for a air travel from hyd-vadodra for 6 members of which
                                        During which, not selected option of ' zero percent cancellation ' fee charges (Which if chosen is adding an additional overhead of 400 rs/- plus) per passenger.

                                        Unknowingly i am suppose to cancel two tickets of my parents who are senior citizens where the changed amount of 10, 449/- of which they are calculating refund of 790rs/.

                                        That is to say the airlines and intermediat agencies (Makemytrip) here charging 93% as cancellation with in 3 hrs and planned to return 7% to the passenger. Incase, if the passenger might have paid the 'zero percent cancelation' fee of 400/- per ticket - even in that case not sure how much they are will be giving back.

                                        So what it he service that they are giving from "choose zero percent cancellation" vs not choosing is it 100% vs 7%,.

                                        Can you please accept and study this case

Please know that our cancellation policy is designed in a way to give our customers the freedom to cancel their travel plans according to their own convenience, exigencies can occur at any point of time. Therefore, we allow our passengers the flexibility to cancel or reschedule a reservation up to 2 hours before the scheduled departure time. Further, please contact the respective travel agency used for making the reservation for more clarification.
