I landed in chennai international airport on 14th november morning 0300 hours and had a connecting flight to ahmedabad from domestic terminal at 0455.
The baggage claim conveyor belt no.3 at terminal got stuck and our luggage got delayed by 15 minutes. We then had to run to domestic terminal which does not have any means of internal travel. This was my first time at chennai airport. After a long queue at the security check up which was not organised at all (Because of some repeated check ups of passengers others were suffering from delay). Finally when we reported at departure gate by 0445 hours they had already closed the boarding and refused boarding to us.
We then had to undergo humongous discussions and meetings with everyone present on the airport from team indigo to explain the scenario again again and again, we were then informed that for the delay caused due to failure of conveyor belt by airport the airlines are not responsible. We were charged extra for our travel stating the fact that delay caused by airport is not under the purview of indigo and for change in flight extra charges will be levied. We tried to explain our scenario where we were not in the fault. They also called up the terminal to cross check if the delay actually happened. Even after confirming the same the change fee was still charged from us. They informed that we can claim for the fees from airport as it was caused due to delay on the side of airport.

    Hello.in reply to my complaint regarding cancellation of my flight and rescheduling of the same, i received a call from an indigo airlines executive today offering me a voucher of 1000 rupees each in lieu of the trouble caused due to cancellation of the flight.
    I appreciate that indigo has given a quick response to my complaint. But i am not too satisfied with the voucjer offered to me. I have borne expenses of 15000 rupees for my stay till the next flight. I would like to see a draft of your cancellation policy and compensation offered to passengers for my referance. I would like to see the clause mentioned for compensation to passengers as i have had a lot of difficulty finding rooms for my family with my wife, 2 small children and one senior citizen.
    Would appreciate an early response for the same

    No Update on my Request for Draft of your compensation policy in regards to cancellaltion of direct flight from goa to Ahmedabad, Having to book two rooms for my Family For a Day and Half, Taxis to Airport from north goa And then booking us under a midnight flight from GOA- BANGALORE-AHMEDABAD where two children and one senior citizen have to stay awake the whole night to board two ongoing flights and we all are not even being offered a meal or a transit room to rest...AND WE HAVE TO OBLIGE BECAUSE WE DONT HAVE ANY OTHER CHOICE BUT TO ACCEPT IT. Truly unhappy with an otherwise perfect airline indigo airways.

        Dear sir/madam,
        I have booked my air ticket on[protected] from hubli to ernakulum on[protected]Pbbyfb) and from ernakulam to hubli on[protected]Sil5xz). To my surprise,[protected] i have received msg from the airline that the ticket has been cancelled. As the same is not initiated by myself and nor aware about the same, and my travel plan remain the same, request you support for fixing the issue. I have even made request to indigo call center[protected] on[protected] from 11.01 am to 11.33am, sorry to mention that, the call center has avoided my call rather than solving the issue they made me hang up for 30 minutes without any resolution. As my travel dates are approaching, request interference for solving the issue.

        Some fact about the security features of indigo is as follows.
        1. Any one can cancel the air ticket with pnr, mobile no and email id from indigo site, no authentication is required. Even irctc had much better process (We can cancel by login in with user id and password with which we have booked the ticket)
        2. My air ticket has been cancelled via the ip used from punjab 223.185.40.226 (As confirmed from indigo, so my data has been leaked from the indigo or their tied up partners site.
        3. I have booked my ticket from my icici bank website with all authentication, but for cancelation not even a confirmation from my side has been taken.
        4. I have spent rs 4518 for booking and after canceling without my authentication the refund amount comes to rs 180, as a comman man, i cannot afford to such amount being taken out with out my concurrence.
        5. I have attached the ticket and cancellation mail from the respective airlines for reference

        As now i have been kept in darkness, request an urgent intervention for the matter concern

        Nandita thakur ( [protected]) call me n told me that your documents has been verified now you have pay some registration fees n airport accessories such as mobile, dress etc at RS 4000/- n she told me tht after completing your payment you will get call latter n latter was also send to me but it is totally fraud guys plz aware of airlines job..

          I am shashikala yadav from surat. I booked indigo flight from dehi to surat on 1st nov. For 10th nov. Flight details are as under:
          Flight no. - 6e-5034
          Time for fly - 6:25 am
          Pnr no. - wgrnwc
          Two passengers - ms. Shashikala yadav
          Ms. Dolly yadav

          Issue - i reached airport at 5:26am and reached indigo counter at 5:35. There was a huge traffic jam before terminal 3 thats why i reached at your counter at 5:35. I was in queue and when i reached counter, i was spoken that check in for surat flight has been closed. I said that i am before 45 minutes, but i was spoken that they have closed the entry before 40 minutes only. Then i was sent to different counters to different persons to take help. Everybody was sending me to others. I was sent to reservation counter. She replied that it is not her task. No body replied properly. I travelled hours to reach airport with my 10 years daughter.
          This was wrong and not acceptable at all. I discussed this with 4-5 customer care executives on phone and explained it again and again but no solution.

          Indigo listened to me they provided me a voucher for future journey but they didn't arrange another flight for me to reach Surat. They didn't value my time and I suffered with a loss also due to that . I left hope so accepted their decision. Shashikala Yadav

            Indigo airways has charged me 800 for luggage overloading but it has shown in my ticket that luggage limit should be 15 kg but they have charged me for 12.5 kg only saying that its overloaded. They have charged me 800 rupees in cash. I need my refund in my account in my base account.

            We are sorry to hear that you feel this way. Based on our records, you were carrying checked-in baggage of 17 kg which is 2 kg more than the standard baggage allowance. Hence our staff requested for extra baggage charges INR 400 per kg. Hope this clarifies.

            As our flight was at 9:45am we entered the terminal before one hour because of heavy traffic. Indigo staff refused to give the boarding pass. They charged extra 5k for tickets.
            This is not the right way to communicate. All this timing problem should be intimated early.

              1) our flight from udaipur to bhubaneshwar via hyderabad timings : 15:40/18:10, airline 6e/6916, 6e-785: pnr "cijn8t" was delayed dt:-1 november 2019, and indigo shifted us to another flight from udaipur to delhi @ 6 p. M and next day from delhi to bhubaneshwar around 6 a. M.
              Problems we faced :-
              1) we were said that we will have hotel stay and transport facility in delhi, despite of asking so many times, kindly share details of hotel, we were assured that " don't worry we will not give 4 or 5 star stay, but we have arranged good hotel for you. But the details will be shared, once you reach delhi.
              We reached delhi at 7 p. M and approached the indigo staff, they said they have no information for our stay, and it took them 3:30 hours to get the mail for making arrangement of our stay. After getting the mail it took them another 45 minutes for making arrangement for the cab, at 11:15 they told us that they are shifting us to dlf 14, gurugram at the company guest house, which was 15 kms away from airport, it was shoking for us at it was already 11:30 p. M, when we will reach? When we will have dinner? When we will sleep and than we have to come back as well, so we said it is not practical to just go and come, kindly make arrangement near airport only, they denied and simply said we can't help it and left.
              2) i was travelling with my 18 months old kid, no lunch, no dinner, no stay, no convence by indigo.
              3) we already had our hotel booked in puri, which amount was lost.
              4) cab from bhuwaneshwar to puri was booked which amount was lost
              5) at 12 p. M night we booked hotel near airport.
              6) mental harassement was there a lot.

              These people have no regrets, they can't make other aircraft wait for you for 5 minutes but can spoil your entire day.

              Resolution:-
              1) my amount of puri hotel and cab should be refunded.
              2) my amount of delhi hotel and cab should be given
              3) all my eating and beverages expenditure should be given.
              4) for all this mental and physical harrasement, strict action to be taken, as 12 midnight in new city for me i. E delhi i have to hire a cab and hotel.

                When we were returning from calcutta to udaipur on 7th november 2019, indigo again gave the same reason of operational issues and delayed our flight 6e-2127 from 1:25 departure to 4 a. M departure. I had my important work which again got mismanged due to indigo poor services.

                These people have no regrets, they can't make other aircraft wait for you for 5 minutes but can spoil your entire day.

                Resolution:-
                1) my amount of puri hotel and cab should be refunded.
                2) my amount of delhi hotel and cab should be given
                3) all my eating and beverages expenditure should be given.
                4) for all this mental and physical harrasement, strict action to be taken, as 12 midnight in new city for me i. E delhi i have to hire a cab and hotel.

                  I received a text message regarding airport jobs on my cell phone.in that message all the description as well as contact person's phn no. Was given. I called on that number. There was lady divya who picked up the phone and explained me about recruitment process. She told me to submit my documents on that id. Next day i submitted it, after few hours i received one confirmation mail by indigo stating that your documents are selected for interview. You have to pay 1800//- for the reference id and interview question-answer sheet. I deposited money in the a/c which was given to me by divya. Next day i attained the online test and then she asked me to pay rs. 6500. Next day a lady from indigo took my telephonic interview.
                  Next day she called me again and asked me to pay rs. 18500/- for offer letter modulation (Refundable). I again deposit that money in the same a/c which was given by divya.in the evening i received offer letter from indigo. Next day i received the call from divya and then she connected the phone o mr. Rohit, who said that he is from the hr department and then i was asked to pay rs. 28500/-. Should i deposit again or is it fake?? Plz help me...

                    I deposited two luggage bags in trichy airport with properly locked and pasted sticker from your end.
                    Inside bag along with clothes i kept my cards pouch contains 3 credit cards and 2 debit cards pouch

                    When i received luggage at hyderabad airport seal was opened and even stickers were removed and pouch was missing

                    Immediately visited indigo counter and lodged a complaint and necessary photos were taken

                    Immediately blocked my cards
                    Please inspect the thing and let me know how it was happened and what was action and how you are going to justify me

                      We were traveling from port blair to delhi. The flight got delayed by 45 min and we were told that you will only be left with 30 min to change the connecting flight which will be risky so they provided us with another flight after almost 8hrs of the original flight. My parents were traveling through it who are senior citizens and diabetes and bp patient and an 8hr delay is way too much which i informed them. However when we reached chennai, they had allowed few passengers to board the original connecting flight. I am not getting any response from the staff at the airports or customer service agent or a mail

                      My flight from Delhi to Varanasi was cancelled. Your helpful staff could not provide me with a hotel. I had to also pay for my hotel in Varanasi.

                      I was from Patna to Dehradun on 5 November 2019 from flight number 6E 2325/246. I found my baggage to be damaged at Dehradun airport when I collected from belt number 2. And also due to flight delaying I paid extra fare for my pre-booked taxi.

                              For that he has asked for certain amount of money to be deposited as a bin and everything.

                                  My son a student of skuast, srinagar was travelling by above mentioned fligsts, and the flight 6e-554 was cancelled from jammu. The boy was purely new in the town and the flight authority left him without any help and he was moving in the town to get one hotel to stay from 11 am to 3 pm with his capability and which is almost impossible. When i asked to customer care of indigo they replied that they can refund the freight partially and nothing can be done by them. Imagine a new person with out sufficient money with him how precarious the condition prevails. I want the justice from the authority neither i will complain with civil aviation ministry of india.

                                    Dear sir,
                                    I have flight with indigo, flight number is 6e157 (A320) pnr no is ylwrfq from delhi to ahmadabad at 6.30 am i reached airport on time, our nightmare with indigo started from delhi airport. I enter terminal 1 from gate no 6, when i reached counter g, after over an hour when it was our turn we were told for code sharing flights we had to go to counter h, no one or nowhere it was displayed that code sharing flights with the same counter that was told by the airport staff. We were then told our some amount is pending. I still don't understand how did indigo issue tickets if our amount was pending. When i argue for the same to not to pay any pending amount, which was false. Then after few more minutes they told me that you cant proceed, when request him that i need to go ahmadabad its urgent for me but they denied to give boarding pass after continue forced him then they said to paid the 8000 rupees then after they provide me the boarding pass for 11 am but i asked him for confirmation of same then they said they can manage with that amount. One of indigo staff previous told me 14000 for same. I am not only the single person who suffer for same, they are two more person who suffer for same but after receiving cash for that they given to boarding pass, i think this is not good attitude by your staff indigo. Here is my indigo flight detail

                                      As per my next itinerary plan from ccu to nanning via kunming (Connecting flight, no. Mu556 dt. 06 nov 2019, 00:35am and mu 5589 dt. 06 nov 2019, 23:20pm) boarding counter closed to cause of delay indigo flight as stated above.

                                        Hy i'm sasha from chennai. I had received a msg from indigo stating that i have been shortlisted for job on 6th nov 2019 morning for a interview held on 16th november and i had to pay rs.8900/- as a confirmation that ill be attending the interview and will be refunded with the same. I had paid the said amount and later i received a call stating that i have been directly appointed and i can join in directly on 16th of november at banglore. And i was asked to pay 50000 towards a bond payment which i refused to. And asking upon the address of the place of interview to be held at chennai i was not responded back with any information to attend the interview and get my refund.

                                        Is there any possible ways for me to get a refund of the amount deposited?
