Dear sir,
I have flight with indigo, flight number is 6e157 (A320) pnr no is ylwrfq from delhi to ahmadabad at 6.30 am i reached airport on time, our nightmare with indigo started from delhi airport. I enter terminal 1 from gate no 6, when i reached counter g, after over an hour when it was our turn we were told for code sharing flights we had to go to counter h, no one or nowhere it was displayed that code sharing flights with the same counter that was told by the airport staff. We were then told our some amount is pending. I still don't understand how did indigo issue tickets if our amount was pending. When i argue for the same to not to pay any pending amount, which was false. Then after few more minutes they told me that you cant proceed, when request him that i need to go ahmadabad its urgent for me but they denied to give boarding pass after continue forced him then they said to paid the 8000 rupees then after they provide me the boarding pass for 11 am but i asked him for confirmation of same then they said they can manage with that amount. One of indigo staff previous told me 14000 for same. I am not only the single person who suffer for same, they are two more person who suffer for same but after receiving cash for that they given to boarding pass, i think this is not good attitude by your staff indigo. Request you to refund the amount for same.
