1) our flight from udaipur to bhubaneshwar via hyderabad timings : 15:40/18:10, airline 6e/6916, 6e-785: pnr "cijn8t" was delayed dt:-1 november 2019, and indigo shifted us to another flight from udaipur to delhi @ 6 p. M and next day from delhi to bhubaneshwar around 6 a. M.
Problems we faced :-
1) we were said that we will have hotel stay and transport facility in delhi, despite of asking so many times, kindly share details of hotel, we were assured that " don't worry we will not give 4 or 5 star stay, but we have arranged good hotel for you. But the details will be shared, once you reach delhi.
We reached delhi at 7 p. M and approached the indigo staff, they said they have no information for our stay, and it took them 3:30 hours to get the mail for making arrangement of our stay. After getting the mail it took them another 45 minutes for making arrangement for the cab, at 11:15 they told us that they are shifting us to dlf 14, gurugram at the company guest house, which was 15 kms away from airport, it was shoking for us at it was already 11:30 p. M, when we will reach? When we will have dinner? When we will sleep and than we have to come back as well, so we said it is not practical to just go and come, kindly make arrangement near airport only, they denied and simply said we can't help it and left.
2) i was travelling with my 18 months old kid, no lunch, no dinner, no stay, no convence by indigo.
3) we already had our hotel booked in puri, which amount was lost.
4) cab from bhuwaneshwar to puri was booked which amount was lost
5) at 12 p. M night we booked hotel near airport.
6) mental harassement was there a lot.
These people have no regrets, they can't make other aircraft wait for you for 5 minutes but can spoil your entire day.
Resolution:-
1) my amount of puri hotel and cab should be refunded.
2) my amount of delhi hotel and cab should be given
3) all my eating and beverages expenditure should be given.
4) for all this mental and physical harrasement, strict action to be taken, as 12 midnight in new city for me i. E delhi i have to hire a cab and hotel.
