I tried to book a ticket for lucknow-hanoi and hanoi - lucknow route
Departure 25 november
Return 5 december.
23, 764 indian rupees was deducted from my account through net banking on indigo mobile application.
Money was deducted but the ticket was not booked
I have not yet tecieved the refund
Kindly please refund my amount

    I had my travel plan to Hyderabad on 18th November at 16:00 from Ahmedabad (Indigo Airlines). I had checked in airport by 14:45. By 14:55 got into que to collect my boarding pass. At the entrance Mr. X (staff of Indigo) commented that Maam you have just 15 mins to check in and also stated that there would be given buffer time to check in, he got this confirmed from their customer support (Nidhi Desai - Assistant Manager)

    By the time i reached the window it was 16:20 (Also in spite of continuously letting them know that i have flight: The process was very slow- which also led the customers ahead of me to remove his extra items from the baggage and shift to the other) and by the time it was my turn the staff said very conveniently, "Maam the window for your flight is closed. You will not be able to travel". There was no announcement that was made in the airport. Neither did they call out passengers who had to travel to Hyderabad at 16:00.

    This kind of irresponsible and miscommunication was not expected from Indigo staff. Also due to their fault i was charged extra INR 1500 to travel by another flight. It was really very disappointed, because when you were on time and because of the airlines fault i had to travel by 19:45 flight and that got delayed to 20:25 and on top of that bearing extra charges/expenses.

    I even confronted the same with the staff. The response that i got was. Maam you should have contacted us and not Mr X (who was at the entrance of boarding point) since he is staff of Indigo airlines who only checks the tickets, he is not aware of the procedures. An employee/staff of airlines are not aware of the system, then whom do we (customers) rely on and ask queries when in doubt. Very disappointing response from the Assistant Manager, and not ready to accept the fault. Also another reason for not letting me in was because the flight is shut now and also full.The day while i was returning from Hyderabad i had got popup message to collect boarding pass 25 mins prior to my departure.

    Request to kindly keep trained employees, so that customers like us when in doubt can connect/contact them freely. Also would like to request a refund/waive off the amount that has been paid extra, as i missed my flight due to careless behavior of customer support of Indigo airlines.

      I purchased two tickets online from australia on the 14 sept19 ref dl1192009bl11148 to travel from delhi to varanasi on the 20 oct 19. We reached your delhi airport counter in time which was processing passengers prior to flight on the 20 oct 19. By the time we reached the counter 45 mints later we were told that our flight gate is closed and as such, we need to purchase a new set of tickets. Your staff member then stated that she did see us in line but did not ask to come forward as it was a no announcement area. I had to purchase a new set of tickets ref no dl11920108bt90541at a cost of rs 21868 ($260.49 aud) as our hotel in varanasi was already paid for. The new fight was arranged via jaipur and reached late afternoon instead of early morning.
      Your staff should have called us to complete check-in and in my view, the extra cost of two tickets was entirely due to the lack of care and procedure in place. Please issue a full refund and advise how

      We totally understand your angst. Please know that late reporting was the only reason our staff could not accept the passenger onboard. Further, our staff offered the next available flight. Our endeavour has always been to assist the passengers in the best possible way. Even if the passenger is late, we try and accommodate them on the same flight if time permits.       There was enough time to board if your staff had called rather than spending 45 minutes in the queue. No annoucement does not mean that there is no responsibility on your part. At another counter on another flight of your airline similar placard was displayed for passengers waiting in the queue to come forward for check in. Your response is inadequate and didn't address the issue. Why there was no consideration given for passengers in the queue waiting for 45 minutes to board a domestic flight on a priority basis when your staff was taking their time in processing ? I suggest that you please review this matter and provide adequate formal response.

      We understand your frustration but reporting on-time at the counters/boarding gates is the passenger's sole responsibility and in case passengers fail to report within the designated time frame, our staff cannot accept them for the flight. Since Delhi is a silent airport, no announcement was made. However, you reported late at the check-in counters but our staff re-accommodated you in the next flight as a gesture of goodwill. We are hopeful that you will understand that re-accommodation is not followed as a policy and was offered purely to help the passenger reach the destination at the earliest and save the cost of making a completely new reservation. We request for your understanding in this regard.

        Yesterday i was travelling from dubai to bangalore flight no. 6e 96.
        We were 4 family members travelling, we checked in 2 bag packs and one trolley. My bag pack's zip was open when i collect the baggage from belt no. 8.
        There was nothing to steal in there accept cloths, but one of my family members having dry fruits packet in her bag pack, which gone missing.
        It's 1kg pista we bought from dubai.

        It's very ridiculous for indigo that their worker are not honest.
        Passenger's baggage are not safe in indigo any more.

          This is to say that i, sisir bag. S/o-gunadhar bag. Have visit bengalore from kolkata on[protected], by indigo airlines flight no 6e699, evening flight at the time at arrival bengalore i could not found my sky blue color trolly bag, when i enquired about the same indigo staff at they told me by mistake my bag loaded other airline at kolkata airport. Indigo staff told me waiting will update. Bt m waiting 3 hours in airport bt they were not having any correct information about my bag. At last they told me will contact u tomarrow morning. I said due to the fault air indigo airlines, am just telling what is the responsibility for your passenger luggages, and how u mistake this. Already one day lose my work. I want my bag, otherwise they will paid my full amount of ticket plus my lost luggage 10000. Total - 15500.

          The baggage tag got removed while on the flight which is why it was not even offloaded the aircraft. I had to wait for half and hour for it to arrive. This is pathetic service on your part. Last time also when I traveled the luggage got offloaded on some other destination’s conveyor belt.

            They offered me a job as ticket executive and asked to pay 2500 rs/- and now they are saying that i have got selected and to pay 6850 as verification process... Is it real or fake i cant understand... The job location is at vijaywada airport... Iam asking them to arrange the face to face interview...                 I, harish jawalkar, had booked 2 tickets for myself and ms. Tanmayee abkari on a 20:20 hrs flight from hyderabad to mumbai (Pnr - lmyttn) on 21/11/2019 which was supposed to land in mumbai at 21.50 p. M. I had booked this flight instead of an indigo flight which was to depart from hyderabad at 22.25 hrs and land in mumbai at 00.25 a. M or an airasia or spicejet flight around the same time, even though it was costlier as i wanted to reach mumbai early. My indigo flight departed late yesterday at around 22.10 hrs instead of 20.20 hrs. I landed at mumbai at around 00.00 hrs. Which would have been the same time if i would have taken the later scheduled indigo, spicejet or airasia flight. I therefore expect a reimbursement of the difference in charges.

                  I have booked a flight ticket(booking id OI9FPZ) from Bangalore to Jaipur on 2nd December(with my wife). But my daughter is pregnant and I have to reach Hyderabad urgently. I being senior citizen, can't travel frequently so I requested Indigo customer care people to reschedule my flight. But they are so reluctant to even consider my request and just refused to help. I am highly dissappointed as a customer and didn't expect such a response from Indigo.

                    My family was travelling first time by domestic flight, they had total 36 kg baggage. There were not aware about 15+7 kg allowance. Counter person not assist them about baggage allowances and charged 2400 rs for extra 6 kg which they can told to keep as cabin bag. After discussing with indigo manager they accepted their mistake but said they can't refund the amount now.

                      I have booked return flight tickets from new delhi to port blair starting on 2 january 2020 pnr no gdspvv.
                      Later due to operational reasons flight schedule was changed and i had to choose alternative flights (By calling at customer care) from 1 january and i changed my hotel booking accordingly.
                      Two days later i got a sms notification of some different flight schedule which i never choose. I checked on indigo site with my pnr number and it was showing the flights which i choose so i ignored that sms.
                      Today after one month i got the same notification sms and when i called customer care they are telling me that i only have changed my flights online to the current schedule after changing them telephonically and they cant correct it without conversion charges.
                      My point is
                      A) i have never done any changes after telephonically accepting the altered schedule
                      B) how could you allow such a change online without charging conversion fee after i have done the changes telephonically.
                      Now i demand that my flight schedule should be changed to previous one as fixed telephonically.

                        I have traveled to bangkok from banglore through your indigo airlines on 8th november 2019 in flight no 6e-75 seat no-1b pnr no kk 6250 to suvarnabhumi airport and after landing i have went to baggage counter to take my trally bag and their indigo person gave me wrong bag and it was same as my bag by taking baggage slip and after checking out from bangkok airport i knew that it was not my bag and i have returned back the wrong bag taken by me at suvarnabhumi air port 1st floor in lost and found but they don't gave any ack for my complaint and took my address and send me back by returning to bangalore also i requested your staff but no response from them so help me to get my bag return.

                        Hi,
                        My mother in-law flew from MAA to BOM on 17 November flight 387 Ref SEQ6TV . She’s a senior citizen and handicapped so I requested assistance from the airlines. The person who assisted her a male took her boarding pass and noted that he would check in her baggage to Ethiopian Airlines as she came to South Africa. It’s 20 November and we cannot trace the mishandled baggage.
                        I’ve previously made contact with Indigo in this regard and I have yet to receive an answer. Please attend to this as a matter o[censored]rgency. The baggage that is lost is a box and a purple bag wrapped in plastic. I laid a report with Bidvest in South Africa and they are still awaiting a response from Mumbai.

                        This is not good enough. SEQ6TV Abdul Huq. I have been calling to Indigo everyday since 18 November from South Africa I always get the same response when I ask to speak to higher officer no1 is available.
                        I suggest you start with the person that your airlines tasked with assisting my mother in-law. It is not possible for no 1 to know what has happened to this luggage. Only authorized personnel is allowed in the baggage area so I need to know how exactly the baggage is able to then go missing. Bidvest South Africa notes that no check in luggage was on my mother in-laws international flight so the error lies with Indigo and their personnel.

                        Your urgent assistance will be appreciated. You’ve cause lots of turmoil to my mother inlaw and our family.

                            I travelled on 6e5376 - hyderabad - bombay sector on 17th november 2019 - leaving hyderabad 18.05
                            At the check - in i availed fast forward service my receipt no - cm7hkk-02 making credit card payment of rs 400/-
                            Since i am regular indigo traveller and borne the burnt of mis managed fast forward service twice before. I made sure to check with the girl on the desk who was attending to me if my bag will be out first since i am availing the service, i was assured of tha. On landing my bag was one of the last one out, i immediately complained to ms swati m on duty at t2 airport at 20.00hrs. She made few calls and said i will be refunded back in my account in 24 hours its been two day and i have not heard from indigo.
                            Is this another way of cheating costumors

                                1) i am a frequent flyer with indigo and have never faced any such issues before.

                                2) booked one way ticket from phuket to hyderabad on 15.11.2019. A payment of rs 22, 152 was made through paytm.
                                The money was promptly debited from my paytm wallet but indigo denies transaction.

                                3) a customer car executive asked me to book a fresh ticket again which i did and was successful. Indigo customer care so called executives are making me call / send mails to my bankers and paytm.

                                  I am trying to bring you notice that I have faced so many difficulties while travelling along with my baggage.
                                  Actually we were on Board on 9th Nov'2019 from Hyderabad to Delhi yesterday at 03:50 flight. While in Baggage Checking One of my bag got struck over there because of the presence of a Power Bank found in the bag, which is kept by mistake in that. so that Security staff didn't allow my bag to check in . for that they informed me to take this flight and reach your destination there u can collect your bag, by the next flight we will arrange your baggage to reach guwahati. So i agreed for that and took flight. I reached my destination at 04.35, and i went to baggage counter to collect my Bag, but my bag was not there . I immediately visited indigo counter and lodged a complaint regarding to resend back my Bag to Vijayawada Airport. My journey was done and I'm back to home town also. But till now I didn't receive my Baggage not even a call regarding that. so that myself i had your customer care staff number of times and again raised a complaint but no one responded properly

                                    On thursday, 14/11/2019, i attempted to book a flight with indigo from chennai to madurai. The flight was 6e 7195 departing chennai on the 17th november. The fare amount was 3019inr.
                                    I proceeded through the booking procedure and paid using a bank transfer from my dcb bank account.
                                    I immediately received 2 texts from indigo stating that the transfer had failed, the flight booking was unconfirmed and if any money had been transferred...
