flight got cancelled without providing any other itinerary option or refund

Hi team,

I had booked a flight 6e 279 for 15th dec from thiruvananthapuram to bangalore (Pnr epdvub). I recently received a message from indigo team that this flight has been cancelled but i didn't receive any revised itinerary option or any email for refund initiation.

Could you please look into this and let me know if you can provide any revised itinerary or refund my money?

I was traveling from patna to pune with connecting flight and there is a layover at kolkata on[protected] and my pnr is jd2qxl but my flight from kolkata (Ccu) to pune (Pnq) is delayed by more than 2 hours. So as per the refund policy, i want a refund for the delaying of the flight.

I booked this ticket on 13-oct-2019 for travel on 14-oct-2019. But i didn't get any intimation over message or email regarding the confirmation of the ticket. The flight was cancelled less than 48 hours prior to departure and the intimation was sent in terms of a single message & a mail regarding provision of alternative flight.
When flight is cancelled at such a short notice atleast a telephonic call information is required. Since most of the mails go to spam folder...
