I flew by indigo flight no.6e432 from delhi to ahmedabad on 11th september, 2019. I kept my power bank in my suitcase, which the ground staff objected to. Therefore, i requested them to hand it over back to me for carrying it with me in my hand baggage instead. They declined my request and confiscated the same. The cost of my power bank is four thousand. It is requested that either my power bank is returned or its cost of rupees four thousand be paid to me as it was an unfair practice on part of the ground staff. Submitted please.

We are sorry about this. Please know that Power bank is strictly prohibited to carry in check-in baggage and may only be carried in hand baggage. In case it is found in the check-in baggage, then the same is discarded by the security personnel. We look forward to your understanding.

Passenger are ill, any misshapening who is responsible.
