I flew by indigo flight no.6e432 from delhi to ahmedabad on 11th september, 2019. I kept my power bank in my suitcase, which the ground staff objected to. Therefore, i requested them to hand it over back to me for carrying it with me in my hand baggage instead. They declined my request and confiscated the same. The cost of my power bank is four thousand. It is requested that either my power bank is returned or its cost of rupees four thousand be paid to me as it was an unfair practice on part of the ground staff. Submitted please.

    Ndigo pnr is cljsyk - 6e 882 on today evening (22 sep-19) maa (T1) to vtz (Chennai to visakhapatnam) 17.55 hrs -19.15 hrs for my family members of 7 nos whose boarding pass is not issued even they had reached 1hr before the departure, request was made at indigo luggage counter at terminal 1 domestic chennai air port.

    I want to book the complaint on indigo-chennai airport on the above incident, we have paid the amount rs. Which was entirely ruined.

    At the same time and the same flight one of my sister mrs. Alagammal bose was got the online boarding pass but who did not allowed to check in by indigo rep. Details: pnr no. Ziw1sz 6e-882 22sep the advance booking paid amount was rs.3591 which is also ruined at the indigo luggage counter in the chennai domestic airport.

    We are the regular customer of indigo got the critical situation at the chennai airport because of the way indigo reps. Are acted turbulently. The same complaint is also booked on indigo-chennai airport.

    The return ticket of the one of the family member by tomorrow indigo flight no.6e-6001 pnr5vrh 23sep for an amount rs.2707 is also got ruined.

    We imposed to book again press ticket for the next day due to irresponsible indigo reps. We booked the ticket for 7 members of the family again for rs.19393 from chennai to visakhapatnam flight no.6e-6835 pnr: hjfg2q 23sep.

    All the above tickets are booked through makemytrip.com.

    I request indigo-chennai and makemytrip.com should go thro this and take action to refund the ruined amount as soon as possible and reply at the earliest.

    We regret the experience you had with us. Please know that the check-in counter closes 45 mins before the scheduled departure time. Our staff has no reason to deny boarding to passengers who report on-time. In fact, they try to accommodate passengers who report marginally late. As checked, passengers reported at 1725 hrs to our counter for the flight scheduled to depart at 1755 hrs. Since our check-in counter was already closed, our staff was unable to accept passengers for the same flight. Further, our endeavour is to assist our valued passengers at all times, therefore our airport team offered to accommodate passengers on the next available flight subject to payment of applicable charges, which was not accepted by passengers. We hope for your understanding.

    Passenger are ill, any misshapening who is responsible.

      This is to be informed that the fraud people capturing the innocent people who need the job am also one of the members of it. I received the call with the name of aaisha siddiqui from the confirmation department ([protected]) please check the mail with the registration number: ais/igo-072725smn6807. Next call regards the hr conclusion mr. Rahul indigo send with the id proof, i accepted (If you have any reference id letter head, signature, id of any hr at hyderabad airport then provide us.
      Otherwise you have to generate or create a reference id via india jobs.
      This reference id is available for 30 days at the given date for which you have to pay a charge of rs 2000/- this amount will be refund after your joining.) after paying the amount send me the quation paper to prepare ask me about few quations after selected will send the profile verification mail asked the amount rs 5700/- for verification after paying the amount delay to lift the call with the name ragav sharma inform training letter send through mail. Please help me about it. Need the amount

      I am rajat nagpurkar want to register a complaint, that I booktickets from Chennai to nagpur, money deducted from account but I didn't get tickets confirmation as customer care continuously giving fake promises as I am facing serious problems !
      Now I booked another tickets so requested to refund money deducted as soon as possible .

        I had a flight at 7:40 from delhi to ahmedabad with pnr ibdm2l and the gate was 9b but at the end moment gate was changed and i didnt got aby information and missed the flight and now indigo members arent helping me in overcming the situation nor helping im any manner nor arranging another flight nor refunding money. Hopeless staff members and crew. Very bad service by airlines. Fooling customers

However, to ensure a hassle-free experience for everyone, we have to follow certain protocols like closing the check-in counter before 45 mins of flight departure. Sadly, you had reported at 0812 for the flight scheduled to depart at 0740, hence we were unable to allow you onboard. Please understand that re-accommodation is not followed as a policy and subject to seat availability. Kindly connect with the travel agency used while making the reservation to claim the refund towards no show taxes. We sincerely hope that you will see this matter in the right spirit.

        While traveling from Lucknow to Chennai on 16th September 2019 with my family I get the three different middle seats Booked with single PNR allotted by your check in staff even after request to change he did not change & misbehave .Because of all middle seat no one is ready to exchange.pl take proper action.           With hope am raising complaint here please update positively.
          We had booked 2 flight tickets in indigo airlines (6e 2132) for 21.09.2019 and departure time of the flight was 6:05 am with amount of (Rs.8990) and we have been reached airport by 5:15am itself (Before 45mnts) with scan copy of boarding pass, since we booked the flight in night we couldn't able to take print out and thought to take morning inside the airport since it's early morning flight schedule no shops and also weekend (Saturday). While entered pnr no in boarding pass screen by 5.15 am unable to take print out and it showing as gate closed.
          We were shocked and started running to counterpart and argued with manger and staffs when we have reached before 45mnts why not allowing us but they have not bothered about our concern and feelings casually they were telling we can't do anything and they have not help us with hard copy also for 1 rupee print out they thought so much to grab money from us and they have not think about our fare charges which we have already paid to airlines for the trip.
          Rather than helping the customer they were keep on telling as per the policy gate closed and for we can arrange rescheduling flight which is available on 10:10 am.
          Since we were newly married couple i felt very bad in front my spouse and to do not disappoint her i have agreed for rescheduling flight but they have charged us around rs.11, 732 which is more than a ticket charges of previous booking. Totally we spent rs.20, 700 for one way trip.
          At 6 am we have called indigo customer service for refund there also same kind of attitude and they were telling we have reached late to counterpart by 5.32 am so we can’t help if they want the footage o[censored]s tell them to check in airport cctv facility by what time we have entered and checked about boarding pass.
          We suffered a lot (Mentally and financially) due to their act of negligence. Even i booked other flight my mind was fully disturbed because lose of money and the way they treated us literaly very painful and its spoiled my trip mode.
          As you aware money is most important and without having any use we have lost our money (Sorry correct word is indigo airlines has did robbed our money) and harassed mentally.
          We have carried some amount in card for trip whereas almost 12k we spent for rescheduling itself.
          Hope you understand our concern and take a complaint on serious note and help us for the refund it will help me a lot financially.

            I flew from goa to bangalore on indigo on the 17th september. I was carrying 2 liquor bottles extra than the allowed and was harassed by an indigo staff - caitano. He says rule is only 5 litres per person. If there is such a rule, it should be displayed prominently and passengers should not be harassed by security staff whose duty is not to count bottles! I was never ever harassed by any airline before including indigo, and i took the same amount of liquor travelling alone in the month of august... One cannot expect to go online to indigo website and check every fine print. Such harassment from an airline that too by security staff is embarassing. Liquor is not a prohibited item to carry, and passengers should not be put to inconvenience for carrying a couple of bottles extra. If there is a rule, it should be displayed!

              During the boarding from kolkata airport on 20/09/2019/at 17.50 flighti was harassed by your staff. When i try to join the que she stopped me and told me to go for self check in. Here she waste my time. I was fail to self check in. After that i join the long que for check in. There also i requested your staff that my flight time is very near, give me a space so that i can check in and received my boarding, she didn't help me. When i reached the counter a male staff did take my baggage. As a result i fails to take my all belonging to agartala. Instead of helping they harassed me in every steps. Kindly injury the matter and take necessary steps against them.

                Harassed for 2 kg extra hand baggage after check in seeing that i am female travelling alone even though other passengers were passed. Was about to miss my flight.

                Mr nair at bangalore airport and ms geetha were extremely rude and not ready to listen.

                      We have booked our ticket from raipur to goa on 2ndoct i. E 6e309 in the evening as we all are cuming from kolkata to raipur with friends and family in the morning 11am, the revised itinerary is now 6e-245 on 2ndoct, therefore its not possible for us to board in that flight. Please provide us flight from kolkata to goa on 2ndoct because we are 9people including female and 2years old kid travelling with us and also our hotel is already been booked at goa. Therefore its not possible for us to take long hour journey in flight. So, once again i request you to make our journey convienent please provide us flight from kolkata to goa on 2nd oct 2019.

But, if an IndiGo flight is cancelled or delayed for more than 2 hours or rescheduled for 1 hour earlier, you can either re-book on another Indigo flight or cancel.                         Our flight was scheduled on 19th sep 2019 at 955am me my husband and our infant reached the airport before time to proceed to the checkin counter the indigo employee sitting at the counter was very slow and somehow disintered in doing what she was doing we kept waitingthere were several queues with unhappy comstumers as continued to wait it occured to us that we might aswell get late so my husband suggested that we look for another counter with lesser amount if people and faster service we shifted to another counter where we had to again stand for our turn when we finally reached the counter the indigo employee sitting there saw our tickets and asked for our identity proofs which we gave her right away she weight our luggage put the bags on them and directed the helper there there to place them properly when we were almost done she happens to ask her colleague sitting in another counter to help her with something after which she tells us that the counter or window for our flight has been closed and we need to reschedule we couldnt understand what happened we kept asking her but she wasnt herself sure so she sent us to another counter where the lady sitting dint dint care much just said that we should go to another counter and this moving from one counter to another and asking them to help us out continued finally we were led to the counter where there were may like us standing and asking for the reasoning and some way out but the employee sitting there were rude and clueless just that they were sure that we had to reschedule in the next flight and pay the difference in flight it was out of blue for us completely unacceptable yet they somehow chose not to listen to anything we or anyone else said we kept telling them that their employees kept waiting us in the queues first and later kept sending us from one counter to another we also told them to check the cameras. But they couldnt care less later we were directed to the conter were we had to book the tickets yet again the lady there was quite rude and just told us that we had to pay 5500 more for the next flight it as it is was not convenient for us so we denied to pay that much and then the guy sitting in the counter where he was dealing with such queries just to # us up said he will help us out with that and so he sent someone and told her to make it to 1500 per passenger with came out 3000 in total this has happened to us earlier on srinagar airport with indigo itself that time i was travelling with my sister and the difference of fate they were asking that time was 30000 i didnt know of this being tenor usual behaviours back then but by now i know for a fact that they have made it a habit fo do this to their customers and then make them reschedule their tickets again with the difference in the fare which is a huge amount at times and most customers are helpless in such situations and they do as they are told after a lot of begging and harrassment this time i found it mandatory to being it in notice of the higher authorities and this has become a norm for such money mongering companies i expect justice from the government authorities at the earliest regards

Our staff has no reason to deny boarding to passengers who report on-time. In fact, they try to accommodate passengers who report marginally late. Since boarding was already closed for the flight, our staff was unable to accept you for the same flight. Further, we endeavour to assist our valued passengers at all times, therefore with an intention to help to reach the destination, our airport team offered you to accommodate on the next available flight with minimum charges. Already i'm lossed 21, 000/- amount, and again after loss amount also some fake recruiters sending interview letter. Most of the people believing indigo airlines, but these fake people cheating job searchers on ur company name, ur company will get bad name. So please take any action on this sir.

                            My self chacko sebastian, today i had a flight ticket 17/9/2019 from delhi to cochin 21:05 pm departure 12:20 arrival cochin.
                            Unfortunately i lost the flight. I reach airport by 8:45pm i saw out side television it's showed final call i run in side went to the indigo counter befr i reach counter the ladies staff showed me hand sign go to other counter we closed doesn't want to hear anything. I went to other section of counter they ask me t stay in line. I reach another lady staff ticket counter, she was busy with her mobil phone i explain her am late it's written final by that time it's 8:50 pm.
                            She was very careless seems like not interested, ask my ticket id.. Slowly check in computer. Then said to me your flight gone " you may stand in last corner we don't have anyother flight... I begg to that lady please contact any authorised person please help me. She repeat the same word to me step a side flight gone.
                            If she could have little mre cared i belive i won't miss that flight.
                            Thanks to god, one gentleman spicejet manager he was on the corner hearing all this seeing me pain, came to me took me to their counter ask spice ject staff is there any flight available we can help this man. All staff were soooo kind nice with me. Then he book another ticket that to airindia flight ticket for me from their counter.. Give me print out copy as well.
                            Make me feel good talk to me very politely.
                            Guide me to next flight.
                            This is my first time i faced such a horrible insult service from a well known company indigo airlines.
                            Never trusted anymore. If the staff could have little help me i won't miss my flight.
                            Realy a bigg thanks to spice ject all the staff in indiragadhi airport delhi. Especially the unknown gentleman.
                            I suggest all staff indigo involved this matter should learn from spicejet staff what is hospitality.!!!

                              I was booking a multiple trip flight ticket from delhi to bengluru in 19th september 2019 and 26th september from bengluru to amristar. Payment was successful. The amount was deducted from my account for that i received the confirmation message from my bank and also checked my account. Here also i found that the amount was debited from my account and as i have paid through mobiwik upi and also mobiwik mailed that transaction is successful. After the payment was made, the system filed to generate the itenary the details of the information rceived from mobiwik is given below. Merchant order number:llo5bngmvucoldsef-kneq. Bank reference number: [protected] order amount: 23, 364 inr transaction date & time: 16/09/2019 12:41:24 pm. I have not received the pnr number for my ticket. When i contacted customer support they informed me that the money is not credited in indigo account and i got mail from official mail of indigo regarding my payment will be credited in 5-7 working days. For the privileged customer, indigo is not informing the status of the money. When will i get back the money. Please i grantly request to indigo team to refund my amount to my bank or mode of payment as soon as possible. Looking for positive response from team indigo as the amount is high for student as i have paid. Please refund soon!!

                                This complaint about indigo airline, i reached airport at 4a. M but flight start at 5a. M. From chennai to delhi on the date of 17/09/2019. Flight was already filled with passengers so they closed boarding pass counter and web check-in online portal also not working for 5 hrs before departure of flight. I asked explanation to the indigo counter no 33 chennai, she did not responded properly she wasted our time over there. Finally she said you have book the alternate flights which is cost around 8500 rs. My existing ticket she consider as missed flight list the amount of 5000 is wasted for that journey. Also for a new ticket 8500. The way indigo cheating the customer is no good for the passengers, luckily we have money. If it is very poor person think about the situation. Same like me around 10 passengers suffered on that day. Kindly provide a solution for this type problems. This is my ticket details.

                                We understand missing a flight could be distressful. However, to ensure a hassle-free experience for everyone, we have to follow certain protocols like closing the check-in counter before 45 mins of flight departure. Sadly, passengers had reported at 0421 hrs for the flight scheduled to depart at 0500 hrs. Also, we advise our passengers to reach the airport 2 hrs prior to the scheduled departure to avoid any last min hassle. However, it is pertinent to note that reporting on-time is the passenger's sole responsibility. Hence we were unable to allow onboard.
                                Further, to save the passenger from losing the entire ticket amount paid for the booking. Our airport team put you on the next available flight, at the cost of only the fare difference and re-accommodation charges which was accepted by you. We look forward to your understanding.

But what you have mentioned time 04:21 it's not a correct time, before reaching the counter no 33 (4.21 am), i am in the queue of your indigo counter (counter 40 to 43 ) where we can pack our normal luggages and collecting the boarding pass counter there i spend 15 mins in the queue huge crowd was there, i have luggage and i don't boarding pass at that moment. Another important issues is about online web check in portal it is not working properly on the whole night(1/09/2019) and till morning (17/09/2019). If it is not working how can we confirm our presence in the airport on the time, that copy also i attached on this complaint draft for your reference. Actual scenario when i enquired this(online Portal) incident in the airport, i came to know that flight was filled with passengers there is no seat availability on that flight. For hiding this situation your indigo customer care people are diverted, we are late reporting to the airport. At that moment along with me few peoples are there going to delhi for that flight also faced this similar issues like me.

                                Yes i agree for that they rescheduled my flight, for that new booking they collected from 6944/- which is higher than my existing flight charges. So there is no point of considering my existing flight charges are adjusted for the new booking as save the passenger from losing the entire ticket. At the time of new booking they consider me, customer missed the flight and we are reschedule the new flight. The real fact on that day flight, was full to hide this incident, they redirected to the customers were in late reporting. This complete information for your look forward.

                                  My flight is on 3rd Dec 2019 vide Flight No. 6E 1784 from Male to Mumbai. The departure was scheduled at 7.00 am and was expected to arrive in Mumbai at 9.40 am. Subsequently, it got rescheduled to depart at 2.10 pm and arrive in Mumbai at 5.50 pm on the same day. The issue is that I have a flight from Mumbai heading towards Kochi on the same day at 5.15 pm, the cost of which is non-refundable. Due to the rescheduling of the earlier flight, I will not be able to take my onwards flight from Mumbai which departs prior to landing of my flight from Male. On account of this, I will be required to cancel my booking of 5.15 pm flight and book another flight later in the evening. The next best available flight is at 11.30 pm in the night of 3rd December 2019. Hence, I will be required to pay highly additional amount in booking of the later flight. With the given background, I humbly request you to get me the cost of new flight reimbursed, since the same is due to airline mistake. It may also be noted that I will be required to extend my stay at hotel in Male due to delay in flight. Request for getting me reimbursed that too. Additional cost of flight is approx. INR 7450/-, hotel cost about INR 3500/-. Total excess cost to be born is about INR 11, 000/-.

                                    On 15 aug 2019 i have booked indigo chennai to doha via calicut. Pnr yfl99c i got sms that my booking was on hold. I have used my qatar credit card issued by ibq. I called the customer care number mentioned in website and enquired. They told it is not done since bank declined. They assured that money will not be taken. I used my sbi india credit card and completed booking and travelled on the same flight. I am shocked to see a debit in my ibq credit card account for rs.34, 366. Till date refund has not been made. I have already sent a mail from my mail id [protected]@gmail.com please refund this amount immediately.
