On 13/08/19, I tried booking ticket for my sister, in Indigo airlines thru net banking. My account got debited with narration PAYU-www.goindigo.[protected]@515170, but recd msg from Indigo that they have not recd the money and hence ticket booking with held.
After repeated follow ups with the bank I have been notified that I have to take up the issue with the merchant, Indigo Airlines

I am Padmaja V Sarma. On I tried booking ticket for my sister thru net banking, an amount of Rs.3232/- got debited but recd a msg from Indigo as follows:
Dear IndiGo customer, we have not received amount of INR 3232.00 for the transaction ID e46cd2f6a[protected]. However we are holding a PNR TLKWGN at the sae price until[protected].20 AM IST. you may click here to make your payment. http://19f.in/5bhvq39331j. In case your account has been debited, the amount will be refunded within 5 working days. Please note that the refund timeframe varies across banks.
Subsequently I made another payment thru debit card and booked the ticket.
On follow up with the bank, I have recd email from them that the debit was successful at their end and I should take up the matter with the merchant, i.e. Indigo.
there are 3 different itinerary :
MD3JVY 13/08/19 04:29:39 with narration payment status approved
RE55NV 13/08/19 04:56:30 with narration needs payment
TLKWGN 13/08/19 04:50:43 with narration payment status approved
whereas the message recd from Indio stated that TLKWGN needs payment, which is contradictory.
I request you to please look into the matter and update.

    I have received a call of hr neha from bengluru. She asked me for indigo airlines job procedure. She asked me for registration charge. I have paid that. After that they demand for 13900 and 25500 rupees for training. I have also paid that. After that they demand me for uniform charge. After that some email sends me for joining process from akash bhatnagar from delhi. They are fraud or not please clarify me

      It is in regards to our flight with 3 seats. We were traveling with kid and booked three tickets as anyone else would have done it. But indigo seat allocation is so bad that we were allocated 3 seats on different rows and when we checked with the counter they said they don't have a control. I told them we are having kid with us and do you expect me to make her sit separately and how safe it would be, to they said sir you can see it on board as they cannot do anything. My point is that is that business and earning money is the only thing that is important and they don't even care about passenger. It is weird that they don't even give preference to kids and mother. I want to know and complain regarding the same. When you have a passenger list beforehand and you know the kid is travelling how can that be possible that the kid sits separately. What is the worst logic behind the code or behind the business so that you can earn money to each and every thing.

However, please understand that seats at the airport are assigned as per the availability and our staff assists the passenger with the best seat possible. You can pre-book your preferred seats in the flight or reserve your seat together in case you're travelling as a group. We look forward to your understanding.

        I was also complain customer care service of indigo. They told me money would be returned

          Dear sir

          Please find the way that the airline services in india - how well they are cheating the passengers.

          I have planned for a air travel from hyd-vadodra for 6 members of which
          During which, not selected option of ' zero percent cancellation ' fee charges (Which if chosen is adding an additional overhead of 400 rs/- plus) per passenger.

          Unknowingly i am suppose to cancel two tickets of my parents who are senior citizens where the changed amount of 10, 449/- of which they are calculating refund of 790rs/.

          That is to say the airlines and intermediat agencies (Makemytrip) here charging 93% as cancellation with in 3 hrs and planned to return 7% to the passenger. Incase, if the passenger might have paid the 'zero percent cancelation' fee of 400/- per ticket - even in that case not sure how much they are will be giving back.

          So what it he service that they are giving from "choose zero percent cancellation" vs not choosing is it 100% vs 7%,.

          Can you please accept and study this case

Please know that our cancellation policy is designed in a way to give our customers the freedom to cancel their travel plans according to their own convenience, exigencies can occur at any point of time. Therefore, we allow our passengers the flexibility to cancel or reschedule a reservation up to 2 hours before the scheduled departure time. Further, please contact the respective travel agency used for making the reservation for more clarification.

            I and my wife flew from hyderabad to ranchi on 3rd oct 2019 by 6e 717. We had handed over a hard case trolley bag for check in. When we received the bag in ranchi, the hard case bag was damaged as there was a crack in the body near the wheel. The suitcase bag is now unusable. Attached is the picture of the same.               I booked flight from bangalore to guwahati via delhi. When i got my luggage at guwahati airport, the lock of the bag was broken. I immediately complained to the nearest indigo employee. He took my number and told me that he will inform me within 2-3 days. But 10 days passed no calls. I want the explanation. Otherwise i'll have to go through other actions.

                Hello sir,
                I am mohammed qutubuddin, i have received email from "igo. [protected]@gmail.com" this related to indigo air ticketing for the job and i have paid 20, 929 rupees for training kit + training security + dresses and etc. Sir i have payment successfully through paytm and paytm numbers are name: 1. Mukesh and paytm number [protected],
                2. Lata devi paytm number [protected].
                I have screenshots of the payment through paytm in given pictures below.
                He/she told me we will provide training kit with in a day but i have not received any kit or documents.
                I have also requested them many many many times for the refund of my own money immediately because my situation wasn't good and i was facing some serious genuine problems and still.
                They said you'll get all the refund which you have paid before within 45 working days.
                I cant be able to wait till 45 working days due to my situation is not going good...
                They betrayed with me. Their names and mobiles numbers are indigo airlines hr. Mr. Saurabh mobile no.[protected], hr. Mr. Ashish rathwal mobile no.+[protected], and hr. Ms. Nidhi mobile no.[protected]

                Hence i'm ready to do the job with indigo airlines from in this month only.

                I request you to please take the all necessary actions on these guys and help me to get my refund back within 2-3 days,
                I have to pay the money in hospital and for medicnes, even i have requested them with this problem but they have not taken any actions

                  I travelled to and fro by indigo airlines last week. But i misplaced my one way boarding pass (I have the return boarding pass) which i urgently need it to submit it to the company for reimbursement.                     This is to register my complaint. My flight with bkg oel95s was missed due to poor handling at airport. I reported at airport at 4:12 and made to go to self check kiosk unnecessarily without even checking my flight was at 5 am. I lost precious 5 mins and made to walk long in long pathway when no one was at airport. Finally when i arrived at desk at 4:18 ruchita your staff told me the flight is closed now we cant give pass. This is ridiculous. I got delayed in traffic due to bridge repair work by 15 mins. After struggling to reach flimsy reason was given and boarding denied. Given a choice i will never fly indigo again. This is my resolve till i get satisfying answer. I lost precious meeting because of this attitude.

                    We understand missing a flight could be distressful. However, to ensure a hassle-free experience for everyone, we have to follow certain protocols like closing check-in counter before 45 mins and boarding gate 25 mins prior to the scheduled flight departure. Sadly, you had reported after the check-in counter closure along with the check-in baggage. Hence we were unable to allow you onboard. Further, you connect with your travel agency used while making the reservation to claim the refund towards no show taxes.

                    I got a call and the lady named monika.. said there is a job vacancy.. and asked me to deposit 2500 rs.. in the account which they had provided.. after a interview which was on a phone call they asked me to deposit 7600 rs i deposited that too.. i deposited total 47000 rs.. now they are not picking up the phone.. help me to get my money back

                      On 25 sep 2019, i booked indigo flight from indore to mumbai for 12 oct 2019 in 6e 655. Ref id - id 52ebd2976dee[protected], pnr ic5y5y.
                      The cost of the ticket rs. 2, 137 has bee debited from my sbi account, ref no [protected]/gahbwbzr2. However i did not received itinerary and on checking " payment pending ' is written.
                      Please clarify whether my booking is confirmed? If not whether i have to book again and will the debited money will be reimbursed?

                        I got call from a lady she said shs work for and they are hiring for indigo airlines...
                        Askd me to pay 2500 as registration fees them 15500 for the post i applied for... And they sent me call letter also... A guys name rahul. Sharma who said he is senior hr indigo and later they asked me to pay 13500 for uniform and other things...
                        I said i cant apy tbis much money so they said pay 60% now and 40 later... I said no... Then a lady called me and said you have to pay 150 cancellatio. N fees then only u will get ur refund i paid but still didnt get my refund pls help...
                        I want my 18000 back. I have all the mails proof with me

                            I tried booking a flight ticket on 6e 873 from bangalore to thiruvananthapuram for 14th october at 550am. The booking was made on the indigo app. The ticket amount of rs. 4848 has been debited from my account, paid via upi (Google pay). However, no ticket has been issued from indigo not a receipt for having received the payment.

                            Kindly look into it.

                            As checked, the payment was received by us. However, the PNR was not be generated for the said transaction. The amount is refunded and reflect in your account within 4-5 working days.

                            I Got 1 minute late from the boarding time and they have taken me out telling cannot do anything for you nor they can take me to the manager just telling to leave very rude behaviour never again taking indigo and telling everybody also not to use

Please know, our staff always try to accept passengers reporting marginally late, however, keeping in mind the nature of our operations, t is not always possible for us to accept passengers reporting after counter/boarding gate closure. Further, rude behavior is highly unacceptable and we know what you must have felt. We're are highlighting this right away to the Airport Manager for necessary corrective steps.

                              My 2nd visit to thailand recently with this airline was the worst experince. Before boarding from india i asked the airline if plants are allowed to be bought to india and they said yes. I bought so many plants and while checking in, the bangkok indigo airline rejected it saying plants are not allowed while i bought so many when i travelled through jet airways the last time i visited there. I had to leave all my plants there heavy hearted. Waste of money and my plants if the right infornation was given.
                              I dont know if the indigo airlines in all countries have different rules and regulations but i hoped in your own country the right infornation is provided. The cost of baggage was too much as well and no consideration. It was not my first but will be my last travel. Indigo airline you have lost a customer.

                                Hello,

                                I had 2 tickets booked in indigo flight (6e 835) from lko to pnq, dated 9 november 2019.

                                Pnr numbers were:
                                1. Dhit4d [vaibhav dixit / asham shukla / vitthal dixit)
                                2. Tdv42c [munni shukla]

                                Today (27 sept 2019) i had to cancel a ticket with pnr: tdv42c

                                I opened the indigo app on my mobile and selected the booking with pnr: tdv42c and cancelled it.
                                But to my surprise, i found that the other ticket with pnr:dhit4d in same flight was cancelled.

                                I am sure that i had selected the correct booking (Tdv42c) but the wrong one was cancelled.

                                I called your customer service immediately to save my booking of pnr: dhit4d
                                But he was not able to help because the ticket was already cancelled.

                                I want you to look into this technical glitch in your app and refund my money back.

                                Also, correct this problem in your app to save the hard-earned money of other passengers.

                                Fyi: i see there are some more problems with the app. After booking the tickets, i had not received the ticket over email.
                                The same happened with the cancellation. Though it shows my phone number and email id in my profile in the app.
                                When i book the ticket from the partner website, the tickets are shown in the app as well as i receive updates related to my bookings.

                                We would like to clarify that once the booking is cancelled, the same cannot be retrieved. As your booking is already canceled you will be required to make another reservation.

                                  I was travelling from delhi to lucknow on 21st sept 2019.in my check in luggage i had a ring kept in there which was not found when i got my luggage on lucknow airport, i wanted to highlight that when i have received my suitcase in which the ring was kept, the suitcase was slightly opened and on the check we identified that the article was missing. This is highly disappointing from indigo as this is one of the most popular company.

                                  I wanted to take strict action against the company as this is a big trust break of the end customers.

After that he told me to about to 5000 deposit amount and call mr rahul sharma and receive reciept of that and telephonic interview happened she told me you are selected we will provide you an offer letter to receive that you have to deposit 14900 as security amount first my transaction keep processing and then failed and them after he gave me another account bank name - paytm payment bank

I am surprised. Please help me.

                                      I had a flight number from delhi to vadodara on 24 september 6e-2702 in the journey of traveling in i, due to the fast ac running, the health of all three o[censored]s deteriorated. But no one heard that due to bad health, i had to go to the doctor, i gave information about this to indigo via tweet but he did not take any action on this complaint. I want all the money for the trip and i want compensation for the loss i have made, otherwise i will file a case against indigo airlines in court.
