I flew from goa to bangalore on indigo on the 17th september. I was carrying 2 liquor bottles extra than the allowed and was harassed by an indigo staff - caitano. He says rule is only 5 litres per person. If there is such a rule, it should be displayed prominently and passengers should not be harassed by security staff whose duty is not to count bottles!
