Sir/madam,
This is to inform you that i was travelling with my family on 6th october 2019 from kempegowda international airport, banglore to lucknow. I have booked a ticket in three months advance with the pnr - wdzlpy in rs.- 18401.00. My flight no - indigo 6e-847 was suppose to take off at 18:30 p. M. After too much traffic of banglore city, somehow i managed to reach at the boarding counter no - 19 at 17:37 p. M. I was well known that the gates close 25 min prior to flight, so i thanked to god that i have reached in time. When i approached to the mam standing at counter no-19 i shown her my ticket on mobile and requested her for boarding, she started some procedure on her computer in between her colleague form counter no-20 asked her for some help and she left her job and went to counter no-20 and did other person's job. I was getting late so i have called her and requested that "please i am getting late and having two ladies and one child with me, so please do my boarding first. She was annoyed to me and took my mobile and said me to open the ticket again and as i opened the ticket, she said that you are late and you are suppose to be here 45 min prior to take-off, i argued her that i was not late and she was busy in doing other persons job. I again requested her to board me that i have two ladies and on children with me and where shall i go in night, i told her that i don't belong to banglore and straightway coming form rameshwaram to catch flight. But she kept arguing, i asked her to take me to supervisor are some superior authority, she made a call and denied me. By the time it was 17:59 pm, i was helpless.
She told me to go for another flight, disappointingly i approached to reservation counter and took next flight and for that i was compelled to pay rs. 9972.00 again.
Afterwards i had to book a hotel 12 km away for that i paid rs. 870.00 and took a taxi form ola which cost me rs. 590.00, i also spend rs. 1240.00 for dinner and morning breakfast, and then again took a taxi for rs. 500.00 to the airport. This over expense was rs. 12302.00 in total.
I was extremely disappointed with the behaviour of indigo assistant and non-cooperative approach of that madam. She could do some favour with me because i was well in time according to flight rules. I shall mention that the timings are matched with my google timeline and i may provide location timings and all the expense receipt if needed by airline.
At last i claim all of my over expense caused by the assistant standing at counter no-19. I also demand to charge her under the airlines rules so that next time other passengers can be saved from this type of harassment. I shall mention that i always prefer to fly with indigo, and i was pleased enough till now. I hope the airline will take necessary action and pay me my claim amount.

We understand missing a flight could be upsetting. However, to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we have to follow certain protocols like closing the check-in counter before 45 mins of flight departure. Sadly, you had reported at 1805 hr for the flight scheduled depart at 1830 hrs. Hence we were unable to allow you onboard. We would like to clarify that it is the sole responsibility of the passenger to complete the security check and reach the boarding gate before closure to board their flight.
For your convenience, our airport team put you on the next available flight, at the cost of only change fee. We sincerely hope that you will see this matter in the right spirit.

I am very much disappointed with your reply. Besides taking necessary action on my complain you are telling me that I was present at the airport at 18:05 pm, certainly this statement is given by your own employee. however I have my time location proof from google which clear indicate that I had entered at airport premises at 17:37 pm and I had reported on boarding counter at 17:43 p.m.. Your employee at counter no-19 was busy with other business and therefore my Luggage could not board before 45 min, however I was present at the boarding counter 47 min prior to take-off.
I with to inform you that if you do not cover my losses I am certainly proceeding for legal help and shall start a legal procedure against Indigo. Other than I shall take this case to aviation ministry, and all these procedure shall start after 72 hrs. of this mail.
