I am canceling my credit card account with your company indusind bank credit card and i was paid the amount before 3 months november 2017 and my account balance is zero. i place a request for need closure letter on 02-march-2018 to your customer call relationship member they told 5 working days you get the letter but its take more than 7 working days but still now i never recieved closure letter from your side. So i need the closure letter for my account immediately. please close the following account in my name: Name on card: gopalakrishnan Account number: 5244 80xx xxxx xxxx Please send me closure letter that my account has been closed. Also, please confirm that you have notified all appropriate credit card bureaus that this account was “closed by request of cardholder. Hi I had given request to IndusInd bank jayanagar 5th block branch. Till now account is not opened. I have give cheque amount on 1 lakh also.
