    I went for 9:15 am show on 19th nov 2022. At the ticket counter, they charged me more than the actual price of the tickets. As early morning are not expensive I asked why. They answered that's the rate. Toh which I refused and told them to check online. They replied by saying that's the rate here otherwise book online. They further refused to sell tickets without combo . Earlier they didn't mention the combo added in our tickets. The employees were extremely rude, at their worst behaviour. Highly disappointed by the Inox staff. Manager tried to manage things but i was not able to file a written complaint against those two at the ticket counter. #worstexperience

    It happened with me as well, i think the manager and the seller both are indulge in frauds
    Both manager and the attached image of lady is fradulent

      In Salem ₹60 Tickets are available for all movies.But only 4 or 5 seats only available, others are booked. But in cinema theatre, that ₹60 seats are fully vacant. And i watched 3 movies in Inox and same problems have faced.please make a solution.

        Today nov 17, 2022 - we booked a movie ticket in inox counter at marina mall chennai for the movie kanthara - 11.50 am show. We got snacks and waited for the movie in the seats around 1 hour finally due to some technical issues show not started and got cancelled. Getting refund is very difficult, I would like to receive refund that I paid by card using my phone [protected]

              Dear Sir/Madam,
              I want to take your attention towards the TICKETS MANAGEMENT of INOX PVR . They are providing tickets of higher amount than the actual ticket price . On 11th November 2022 I asked for 2 tickets at INOX MEERUT for the price 260/- which was shown on your website but not available at the counter. Then the ticket seller provide me the higher cost ticket with added beverages and snacks with the ticket price without my concern and when I asked to remove the beverages from the ticket price they told me that this the company policy which I don't even agreed . They charged 470 each for my 2 tickets which they made compulsory without my concern. I'm totally unsatisfied for this forcefully applied action of your staff. Kindly look into this matter and refund my money back or unless I'll take legal actions against your company and your staff Of INOX MEERUT through consumer court .

                Person selling tickets on counter deny to provide ticket without popcorn and coke combo due to this i told him about booking ticket online at that time he said it's best option.
                So what kind of practice is this even after reaching cinema we have to buy ticket online by giving convience charge.
                Inox management have to look into this matter. Or else next time i will contact consumer foram to look into this matter.

                              Respected sir / madam
                              I was visited to the Inox kalyan multiplex theatre. Booked Ramsetu Show on 10/11/2022 at 2:01 PM . Spending 170 Indian Rupees, but i felt regret about it because the screen no 4 Is isn’t working properly. The screen was stopped working more than 4 times. All are audiences frustrated for this issue. We spent our valuable time and money also . So it is not our right to watch movie peacefully ? No one staff who solve the issue therefore i made decisions to leave from there
                              This is the humble request please maintain your screens and other instruments properly for no one facing this issue and feel regret in future

                                I am in Korum mall INOX for PHONEBOOTH Movie scheduled at 11.00 PM...and it is late by more than 15-20 minutes...wat is meaning of such late start and that too late night show...and due to late start...previous show eatables also not cleaned up properly on row I5-6-7 Seat.

                                There is no way to resolve such incidents ..just you can either refund partial amount of ticket or like.

                                  We have watched Ramsetu movie on Sunday 11.45 show with family and experienced a very bad sound quality at screen no. 4. We come to inox for big screen and high quality sound but previous 2 -3 shows had worst sound system.We have seen Avatar and vikram vedha 3 to 4 times but in 10 years we have never seen such worst sound as we are experiencing it now in inox.Earlier complaint has been raised by me and my fellow collegues but no response has been observed. Its advisable to make a stable changes in the amlifier Or increase the sound and find the solution to our inconvenience.

                                      I want to take your attention,
                                      it was all about yesterday, when I asked for 2 tickets at INOX Gorakhpur they add beverages with ticket price without concern,
                                      and when I ask to remove beverages form ticket price they said it's a company policy,
                                      tell me one thing if someone has to eat burgers or anything why he go with popcorn and colddrink.
                                      and it's winter time and they add colddrink in my ticket😡😡
                                      I have to eat something else, but i couldn't
                                      They changed 300 for 2 ticket which was compulsory because I said them but they charged 300 extra for beverages, which is not good
                                      I'am totally unsatisfied and my experience about movie and hall is good but about company policy of forcefully adding beverages (popcorn and colddrink) with ticket price is totally wrong

                                        Address: Inox theatre, Reliance Mall, 5 roads, Salem

                                        The INOX theatre in Salem inside the Reliance mall has all the its snacks items over priced. Also :

                                        1. Example normal filter coffee (normal) - 130 ruppees
                                        2. They don't provide us a bill or any kind of acknowledgement receipt.
                                        3. They also don't allow to bring our own snacks.

                                        I know their rules and regulations of not allowing outside snacks but this kind of causes demand issues and the prices inside the theatre are sky rocketing (highly priced).
                                        Please Kindly take action with this particuar Mall theatre so others eventually drop the prices too.

                                        If they feel they provide highly quality service and experince then they can charge it in the ticket price not in the food, especially when the food is same and no improvement or extra work is done.
