Yesterday i booked a ticket for movie named shehzada at 10:05Pm, i booked 2 tickets in the club . I gave the guy 500 rupees who was at the ticket counter, after giving 500₹ the guy said he is out of change so he said that he will handle the remaining amount to someone so that he will give it to you in cinema hall, but till the movie end no one came there to give me the remaining amount, after watching the movie i leaved from hall and went to the ticket counter but the counter was closed .
So kindly help me with this

    We've visited your place last day with many expectations. But you didn't really meet it. Sound quality was so poor. Double sounds. Ruined all music and dance portion. Effects were died. We are disappointed. I'm claiming for the refund. My Mobile number is Google pay number.

      Been almost every theatre in Jaipur but after pandemic the quality of the sound system is very low u don't feel that u r in the theatre so it's a request just look into the matter and also the staff can't respond well Inox Sunny Trade Centre they also don't know the actual problem sometimes the movie start and the sound is not coming and even after complaining the staff took atleast 15-20 minutes to solve the issue so I'm just requesting the sound is quite very low just solve this issue in every theatre in Jaipur especially the Inox sunny trade centre mansarovar

        I went to watch antman and the wasp: quantamania on 23/02/2023 at INOX, Prozone mall, Coimbatore. The show timing was 12.30pm and in the screen 8. I missed my apple AirPods (white colour) with pairing name of Hari’s AirPods which I placed in water bottle holder. I tried to call them but the number is out of order. Please find and give it back. That will be great help.

          Mr Upendra over charged us for popcorn and coldrink, instead taking Rs. 720 from us, he handed us Rs.830 Bill. When asked abt why charging extra money, he had no reply to it. Charge minimum so that a middle class man can also afford to watcg movie at theatre. Stop looting our money over all this. Is our hard earned money for free? Take strict action over it.

            I had went 10:20 show. Screen is like mini theatre and not full size and they charged me 270 for popcorn which were very cold and prepared in morning so wasted all the money on this poor quality . NEVER GONNA EAT OR WATCH MOVIE HERE. IM GONNA COMPLAIN TO EVERYONE SO THAT I CAN MAKE MAXIMUM LOSSES TO U AS U LOOTED MY MONEY .

              I booked a ticket in sattva necklace mall screen 6 seat A14, Hyderabad. I paid 420 for it. The recliner is not functioning properly. The head raise was malfunctional due to which I had to watch the entire film by lifting my neck, thanks to you I now have head ache

                I came to watch Ant Man movie in inox centro mysore and 3d quality was utterly not good and eyes are paining. Informed to staffs but they not ready to accept the issue . So please provide my money back . The worst experience i had . Seen a lot if 3d movies but not like this ever.

                  My uncle went to the Inox lido mall at Ulsoor, Bangalore to book 9 tickets for the the Movie Avatar on 24th December.He told the person at the booking counter to book the tickets for the 2.30pm show on 25 th December 2022 Whereas the counter person had booked the tickets for 2.30 pm show on 24 th December 2022.I had sent several mails to [protected]@inoxmovies.com but didn't receive a favourable response from them.I humbly request for refund of the money spent ie, Rs.3780/-.

                    Yesterday, at the 6:40 show, I went to see pathaan. The thetre was empty so there were only 6 tickets sold ( including ours). So the staff at the ticket counter forced me to buy a 240 combo to let me inside the cinema. I had to buy the combo + the movie tickets, to watch the movie. I don't think it's appropiate that you have to buy any combo to watch a movie.

                        Inox movies Hiland park, kolkata is in the top floor of Metropolis mall. There are Smart bazar store in the ground floor. I along with my friend were there for shopping on 8.02.2023 and bought some dry foods from smart bazar, like coconut water and bread. Those were kept in my bag. Then we decided to go for a movie (Pathaan).
                        We bought the tickets and after that, when it was time of entry, I myself open my bag and showed the security (woman) all the items, I was about to keep all that in a separate carry bag that I was carrying and keep it outside but the security woman put her hand in my bag and started searching herself, and asked me she have to check if I am hinding something in my bag. She behaved such insulting manner in front of all the peoples were standing in the queue. I felt so insulted.
                        We called the manager and told all things. He apologized for all. I was given a coupon to collect my things after movie.
                        After the movie when I went to the counter for collecting my things, there was a boy who denied to give me my things back even after I have him the coupon ! He harshly asked me I have to tell him exactly what I kept !Unless I tell him all the products names he won't give that to me ! There another insult fro a security guard! Why will I tell him the products names what I have kept ? Security has kept that and gave me number coupon at the time of return he only should check the number and return the products back !

                        Being a regular in Inox movies Hiland park, kolkata, first time faced such harsh and unprofessional security person ! The woman behaved such as I was intended to hide foods and she caught a criminal red handedly!! The other man at the counter was harsh and unprofessional too who has no right to ask about all products details before doing his job of returning me back.

                            INOX at VR mall screen number 6 is providing worst service for recliner & screen. screen had a huge black spot which was disturbing while watching the movie Pathan & the recliner which we booked, its motor was not working properly so I couldn't enjoy the movie with comfort which I booked by paying huge amount of money! I want to take strict action against INOX for wasting my money on name of comfort. Also previously once when we went to watch movie Drishyam, they had an offer on cheese popcorn, they were refilling it fir free but when we went for 1st refill they said they don't have popcorns! what kind of service is this? Please do help us fighting agains fraudsters like this. Here I am attaching videos of screen spot and recliner functionality which shows how it was not responding to button press.

                              I have visited Metro Inox on J.N Road, Esplanade, kolkata for Pathan with my colleague. Our Show time was 5.05 p.m. Generally We go for online movie tickets but due to nearest distance from our office and ticket availability we have decided to book ticket from the hall. Unfortunately this decision was wrong as the guy charges 370 each where ticket price was only 270/-. We have refused to take food item out of our choice but that dishonest person didn't pay attention and forcefully compelled us to pay extra for food.
                              But this can't be any rule. If I don't want to take food if I do follow a balance diet then how is it possible to take something out of my choice. Food selection must be optional never compulsory. All my thoughts had gone in vain and this uncanny guy won against our modesty. We have a bitter experience to visit metro Inox, and never earlier and share this with other colleges and they also refuse to go further.
                              Hence Please do needful to protect all viewers from this type of person and keep the name and fame of Inox same.

                                This complaint is in regards to the show I booked at 10:30pm on a Sunday night show dated 29th January 2023.

                                I am in a completed state of disgust & shock by the level o[censored]nprofessionalism of your staff inside the Audi no 4 where I was rated he made me change my seat thrice for reasons best known to him.And while moving the other guest from their seat a fellow guest felt offended and a loud vocal altercation took place between them.

                                To my utter dismay when I asked him what is the confusion all about he replied by saying not your concern as I have already alloyed you a seat.

                                The entire experience left a bad taste in mouth & have left me in a position to think twice before booking or referring some one your theatre.

                                Such a horrible experience needs to be addressed for my safety & others failing which I will report the same before a competent authority to make sure such high handedness attitudes of your so called professional employees misusing the brands image is addressed appropriately.

                                Awaiting a prompt reply in this regards.

                                This is without prejudice to my rights & contention.

                                  Watching movie pathaan in amrawati cinema Chandigarh and bought two Samosa and a combo of popcorn with coke but popcorn was really distasteful and unhealthy. Totally it was blackish which was seems like it is overcooked
