Dear team,

Myself and my relatives paid ₹3000 for 3 tickets of Mani Ratnam movie called 'Ponniyin Selvam ' at Inox Galleria, Yelahanka. The show was for 10:30 pm on 1st October.

Since the movie is in the purest form of Tamil Language, we booked to movie with subtitles so that we can seamlessly understand and enjoy the movie.

The film certificate of the movie includes "with English subtitles" in the title itself.

But the moment the movie started, it became clear that the movie does not contain subtitles. As a result of this, myself and my relatives couldn't understand whatever movie we saw and felt cheated.

Upon raising the complaint to your manager Mr. Krishna, at Inox Galleria Mall, the incompetent fellow said nothing can be done about it and the issue has been persisting only with Inox theatres.

He could not give us any resolution whatsoever despite us telling him that this was no fault of ours and that we booked the ticket only because it promised to have subtitles.

Basis your employee's suggestion to write a feedback, I'm doing so.

And my feedback is this:

1. If a problem persists at your end, then please acknowledge it and provide resolutions.

2. Hire people who know how to provide resolutions rather than give a chatbot reply. Paying ₹3000 for tickets is not something we do everyday. The waste of money will pinch any common man. Your chatbot-reply-giving-employees are of no help.

Lastly, i hope that people higher up the chain still have some basic obligation towards their consumers. And so i request you to provide a resolution to my complaint.

    I went to Crown mall to watch Brahmastra. The 3d view was not visible to me and others in the room with the 3d glasses too. I told this to the officials and also changed my 3d glasses but nothing changed about the view.

            Yesterday I.e.23rd Sep i watched Avatar in 3D, I didn't like the 3D experience at Necklace Sattva mall, this is the second time I faced the used as the lens are not properly adjusted to the glasses which I was wearing. Please try to resolve the issue otherwise I won't be visiting INOX ever again and I'll suggest my friends as well not to.

              On 14th September 2022, i wanted to watch brahmastra movie with my family in metro Inox and on bms it was showing Rs 170 for 10am morning show and i didn't booked online rather i thought of buying tickets from counter in the theatre and there were 2 staff doing their work told me ticket price is 270 because there is a compulsory combo offer with popcorn in week days morning show, i told them how it's possible on bms it not showing anything as such you can't charge me more it's wrong, still they didn't give my ticket they denied me from giving me tickets at Rs 170, I missed one show booked online and saw the movie, so my issue is no theatre can make it compulsory for consumer to purchase the combo offer ticket if I don't want to buy that offer i should be given the choice of purchasing ticket without combo offer also they can't deny any consumer from buying tickets because on bms website it was displaying Rs170 ticket, this is unfair practice to consumers choice, i would request to look into this matter and bring appropriate changes in their conduct so that many other consumers would be saved from this unfair practice, thank you!

                We went to Inox cinemas at GSM Mall, Madeenaguda, Hyderabad today. We ordered a paneer mushroom Frankie. There was hardly any mushroom in the Frankie and the guy who prepared it added lots of sauces in the Frankie. We got sick after eating it. It is the worst Frankie I ever had. And they charged 200 bucks for it.
                Roadside Franky for 50rs is much tastier and healthier than the one served at Inox cinemas. They are serving unhealthy food and they don't allow us to take healthy food from home.
                I want to file complaint against the guy who prepared the Franky and mostly the concerned management who is maintaining such low standard of their food and charging it too much. Our weekend is ruined and I demand compensation for the inconvenience caused to us.

                  So i had purchased popcorn from INOX Raghuleela vashi, and i did the payment through Phonepe app, the payment got executed after their scanner got expired which they told me later on, for which i have to repay the amount, also they said the amount will get refunded but still i havent recieved the amount yet! I hope INOX will resolve the isssue. The transaction amount was 700INR

                          I pay a premium to watch movies in theatres but Inox has been repeatedly damaging my experience. It is not related to just one theatre but most Inox branches in lucknow. I pay for Dolby atmos but find out that they shut off most speakers due to technical issues or may be to save cost(inox umrao). Paid again for dolby atmos but found that only left speaker behind the screen is functional(inox crown mall). I paid 500 for a movie but the Air conditioning was not functional (Inox phoenix pallasio). The screen went blur multiple times due to fogging in projector room(inox crown mall). The movie experience should also include trailers; I was certain that a trailer should have been attached to a particular movie and I verified with people who went to a different cinema chain but Inox deliberately removes those trailers to make room for paid advertisement. Not sure, but it must be a mal practice against the exhibitors who are trying to promote other movies but Inox doesn't let them. Avatar 2 trailer should have been shown before Doctor strange 2 but inox removed it, similarly Avatar 2 and Black Panther 2 trailers were cut from Brahmastra. I am pretty sure cinema packages have trailer attached to them and should be played in the theatre but Inox is deliberately breaching that arrangement.

                            I visited inox movie theater, at reliance mall, rajkot yesterday. My booking reference number is 1796029. With name Gaurav Rathod. When i visited theatre manager (bharatbhai) didn't allowed us to enter in the theater, because we had four year old child with us. He said ticket is Compulsory for above three years child. We requested him very calmly to enter. Then suddenly he got very angry. He tried to hit us. He tried to slap me. Very poor behavior by manager of inox. Almost he hit me on face. Then everybody gathered and tried to control him. Otherwise he would have harm me very badly. I would suggest inox to take immediately action on him ( manager-bharatbhai ). And fire him from the job. He can harm anyone. I think he has anger issues. He is mentally very ill.

                              I have visitied today (09.09.2022) to INOX coimbatore at prozone mall. I was not able to pay tickets through UPI. i was told that there is issue in UPI transactions.                                   I am vikram, yesterday I planned to watch India vs Pakistan match in Aurangabad Inox Tapadia. so my friend booked three tickets. and unfortunately, I was late for that match due to rain. so whenever I went there to the theater I called my friend who was sitting in the theater and my friend told the security person that I will come and let me in After asking the name. but when I went there that security person humiliated me by giving a rude talk. and ask me to go out of the theater while I show him the ticket screenshot then also he did not allow me to inside. then I call my friend then also the lady security guard and the security guard I noted his name Ravindra waghmare talk me abusive. after they got to know the mistake of them they allow me to go inside. I am a Black tier customer of inox but I feel very ashamed by the treatment that your staff has given to me. I request you to fire this kind of staff. If you really care about customer satisfaction. our I want an apology from that security guard. I must say that all Inox staff is so rude. I feel the same experience in Inox reliance mall in Aurangabad. when we were seated on the recliner seat staff come to ask for the tickets for no reason. we always book recliner tickets Inox need to teach there staff how to treat customers and what is the manners they should know.

                                      Having parking issue with DMART both are in same complex and parking was done by same company (contractor)

                                      Though shopping and cinema are in same building and parking at same place but different terms and conditions and charges for shopping and cinema at the same time there is no option to avail both at same time.

                                      Looks more ridiculous and improper system with parking on behalf of too good companies (DMART and INOX)

                                      Even there is no manager or suggestion box avaiable to tell our suggestions there.

                                      Please do the needful to avoid complications and confusions by the customer

                                        Hi i am Renny susan coimbatore Tamilnadu. Me and my husband went to watch Thiruchitrambalam movie in coimbatore Inox theatre on 22.08.22 night 10.30 show screen 8. During brake time I went to buy some snacks. In the display the price of one combo was clearly mentioned as 380.00 rupees. During billing time without informing me they billed for 400.00 rupees. When I asked them the reason for price difference the sales person replied that it was weekend so they increased the price. I asked them where the revised price was mentioned. They bluffed and couldn't answer my question. I took the bill from them also I had attached the same here. In case if I am not getting a satisfactory compensation I am sure I am gonna take this issue to consumer court. But I just wanna make sure I talk to u before I move to court. Expecting a good reply
