Same seats were allocated to for different people and show was delayed for 25 mins and very poor management people were coming from different screens to one screen

        I have booked a ticket at Inox Kacheguda (Maheshwari Parameshwari) for Veera Simha Reddy movie at 12:45PM on 15.01.2023.

        At about 12PM on the same day i have received a call from INOX stating that the show is cancelled due to technical problems and i will receive my refund.

        I just wanted to know my refund status

          I and my wife saw the Movie Avtar yesterday at the INOX movie screen 2 at Garden Galleria Lucknow at 1.45 pm show. But to our utter surprise the 3D effects of the movie Avtar were not working through out the movie. When we complained to the INOX Staff about this, they told us to lodge the complaint with your website as they were helpless. We had paid Rs 420 @ Rs210 for each. Please refund the amount of Rs420 as it was a 3D movie but the 3D Effects were not working. We were utterly disappointed.

            We bought two ticket of avatar Hindi 3d of 2:20 show at inox city plaza mall, bani park, jaipur. A lady (surname Meena, forgot the name) told us to pay 510 instead of 360 as she added pizza as a combo by herself.she said we were the only one who came to see movie.we bought the ticket when we asked security she said no there are other people inside.we went to box office to ask so the lady started shouting that this is the rule and you’ve to pay .when we told her we’ll complain in customer care.she asked for our ticket and delete it from our phone and gave us our money.and said jao online Karoo after the movie started is spite of knowing we would not be able to do it . Why these kind of people are in your company? We prefer inox over any other cinema but this theif just ruined my Sunday for which I’ll never visit that inox again.

              Inox theatre at metro mall kalyan is in a very poor condition. The seats are broken, hand rest is broken, seats are not clean. Seat numbers are not visible. Stairs lights are not working.

                  For movie avatar at 1:35 pm at umrao mall mahanagar lucknow up
                  They told me to buy food item for ticket otherwise no ticket and they told you will get your food in interval time at your seat
                  Instead they delivered me after movies. They told sir we will pack your food and you can eat here or outside and they gave us 2 potato puffs which are rupees 15 at outside

                    I took tickets for 10:40pm show to Dhamaka on 4th Jan. After interval movie smoothly run for 20 mints and then this audio cut happened.Everyone shouted for 15 mints no body took seriously from staff members even no one was there in projection room after 30 mints of delay one of their employees came and told us it will take 20 mints to resolve that issue we waited for approx 40to45 mints nobody came. After that one guy came and told us go to another screen when I went there somehow but now that flow was not there .so I asked that refund. After that there were like that's not our policy...so I want my refund back and 20000 compensation for the time they waisted and becz of that my sleep got disturbed...

                      On 30-Dec-2022, I booked a ticket of avatar movie for next day on date 31-Dec-2022, but I don't know why they booked a ticket of same date of 30-dec and I didn't check the date, because I did belive on ticket booker counter person. But when I go to watch a movie show that day they don't allow us, so I want my refund back. Because they made a mistake. I didn't please refund my ticket price total amount is 480/- 3d show date 31-dec-2022, time 5:15. Here is my registered phone no as per the ticket book no [protected].

                            Requesting you to pay heed to two requests:

                            1) Inox has charged a service charge even when we had booked the tickets from theatre itself

                            2) Is the movie announcer allowed to announce our personal number over mic which is audible to all, I don't think so.

                              Location: Garuda Swagath Mall, Jayanagar, Banglore.
                              Movie: Avatar 3D (10:30 PM)

                              3D glasses were not cleaned & sterilized. Glasses were dirty with finger prints.
                              Myself & my friend have Developed Eye Infection the next morning because of the same.
                              Unsterilized glasses can spread several infection, diseases & it's highly contagious.
                              Kindly address the issue & do the needful.

                                    Free refill Tuesday offer - false advertisement

                                    We know that in INOX Tuesday big tub popcorn unlimited refill offer is still going on but in Chennai Marina mall they are not providing it. They are just escaping by manipulating us. Please avoid giving false advertisement. There are lot of people got disappointed by this cheap and false advertisement. I watched Avatar movie at Bigpix 7.05 PM show @ Dec 21st with my family members - 6 tickets. You have a wonderfull staff and manager at place...

                                    We know that in INOX Tuesday big tub popcorn unlimited refill offer is still going on but in chennai Marina Mall OMR they are not providing it. They are just escaping by manipulating us. It is very disappointed and dont know why do you want to cheat everyone by giving false advertisement. Worst service on the snacks counter and even manager is not bothered about people waiting on queue.

                                      Very disappointing and ridiculous procedure for ticket booking.
                                      Doesn't have UPI or other online payment options for ticket booking, only food counter has active UPI for online payment which is inappropriate.
                                      I had to buy a combo at food counter so that i can buy tickets online!
                                      Online payment options should be valid and open for all sort of payments.
                                      My Booking Reference Id is 1555341 (Kolhapur Inox).
                                      Take my concern and work for the same
