INOX at VR mall screen number 6 is providing worst service for recliner & screen. screen had a huge black spot which was disturbing while watching the movie Pathan & the recliner which we booked, its motor was not working properly so I couldn't enjoy the movie with comfort which I booked by paying huge amount of money! I want to take strict action against INOX for wasting my money on name of comfort. Also previously once when we went to watch movie Drishyam, they had an offer on cheese popcorn, they were refilling it fir free but when we went for 1st refill they said they don't have popcorns! what kind of service is this? Please do help us fighting agains fraudsters like this. Here I am attaching videos of screen spot and recliner functionality which shows how it was not responding to button press.

    I have visited Metro Inox on J.N Road, Esplanade, kolkata for Pathan with my colleague. Our Show time was 5.05 p.m. Generally We go for online movie tickets but due to nearest distance from our office and ticket availability we have decided to book ticket from the hall. Unfortunately this decision was wrong as the guy charges 370 each where ticket price was only 270/-. We have refused to take food item out of our choice but that dishonest person didn't pay attention and forcefully compelled us to pay extra for food.
    But this can't be any rule. If I don't want to take food if I do follow a balance diet then how is it possible to take something out of my choice. Food selection must be optional never compulsory. All my thoughts had gone in vain and this uncanny guy won against our modesty. We have a bitter experience to visit metro Inox, and never earlier and share this with other colleges and they also refuse to go further.
    Hence Please do needful to protect all viewers from this type of person and keep the name and fame of Inox same.

      This complaint is in regards to the show I booked at 10:30pm on a Sunday night show dated 29th January 2023.

      I am in a completed state of disgust & shock by the level o[censored]nprofessionalism of your staff inside the Audi no 4 where I was rated he made me change my seat thrice for reasons best known to him.And while moving the other guest from their seat a fellow guest felt offended and a loud vocal altercation took place between them.

      To my utter dismay when I asked him what is the confusion all about he replied by saying not your concern as I have already alloyed you a seat.

      The entire experience left a bad taste in mouth & have left me in a position to think twice before booking or referring some one your theatre.

      Such a horrible experience needs to be addressed for my safety & others failing which I will report the same before a competent authority to make sure such high handedness attitudes of your so called professional employees misusing the brands image is addressed appropriately.

      Awaiting a prompt reply in this regards.

      This is without prejudice to my rights & contention.

        Watching movie pathaan in amrawati cinema Chandigarh and bought two Samosa and a combo of popcorn with coke but popcorn was really distasteful and unhealthy. Totally it was blackish which was seems like it is overcooked

Keeping these in mind, our company policy states that a ticket once booked cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded. Unless the same is specified and is as per the booking norms.                         I and my wife saw the Movie Avtar yesterday at the INOX movie screen 2 at Garden Galleria Lucknow at 1.45 pm show. But to our utter surprise the 3D effects of the movie Avtar were not working through out the movie. When we complained to the INOX Staff about this, they told us to lodge the complaint with your website as they were helpless. We had paid Rs 420 @ Rs210 for each. Please refund the amount of Rs420 as it was a 3D movie but the 3D Effects were not working. We were utterly disappointed.

                          We bought two ticket of avatar Hindi 3d of 2:20 show at inox city plaza mall, bani park, jaipur. A lady (surname Meena, forgot the name) told us to pay 510 instead of 360 as she added pizza as a combo by herself.she said we were the only one who came to see movie.we bought the ticket when we asked security she said no there are other people inside.we went to box office to ask so the lady started shouting that this is the rule and you’ve to pay .when we told her we’ll complain in customer care.she asked for our ticket and delete it from our phone and gave us our money.and said jao online Karoo after the movie started is spite of knowing we would not be able to do it . Why these kind of people are in your company? We prefer inox over any other cinema but this theif just ruined my Sunday for which I’ll never visit that inox again.

                                For movie avatar at 1:35 pm at umrao mall mahanagar lucknow up
                                They told me to buy food item for ticket otherwise no ticket and they told you will get your food in interval time at your seat
                                Instead they delivered me after movies. They told sir we will pack your food and you can eat here or outside and they gave us 2 potato puffs which are rupees 15 at outside

                                  I took tickets for 10:40pm show to Dhamaka on 4th Jan. After interval movie smoothly run for 20 mints and then this audio cut happened.Everyone shouted for 15 mints no body took seriously from staff members even no one was there in projection room after 30 mints of delay one of their employees came and told us it will take 20 mints to resolve that issue we waited for approx 40to45 mints nobody came. After that one guy came and told us go to another screen when I went there somehow but now that flow was not there .so I asked that refund. After that there were like that's not our policy...so I want my refund back and 20000 compensation for the time they waisted and becz of that my sleep got disturbed...

                                    On 30-Dec-2022, I booked a ticket of avatar movie for next day on date 31-Dec-2022, but I don't know why they booked a ticket of same date of 30-dec and I didn't check the date, because I did belive on ticket booker counter person. But when I go to watch a movie show that day they don't allow us, so I want my refund back. Because they made a mistake.
