    Having parking issue with DMART both are in same complex and parking was done by same company (contractor)

    Though shopping and cinema are in same building and parking at same place but different terms and conditions and charges for shopping and cinema at the same time there is no option to avail both at same time.

    Looks more ridiculous and improper system with parking on behalf of too good companies (DMART and INOX)

    Even there is no manager or suggestion box avaiable to tell our suggestions there.

    Please do the needful to avoid complications and confusions by the customer

      Hi i am Renny susan coimbatore Tamilnadu. Me and my husband went to watch Thiruchitrambalam movie in coimbatore Inox theatre on 22.08.22 night 10.30 show screen 8. During brake time I went to buy some snacks. In the display the price of one combo was clearly mentioned as 380.00 rupees. During billing time without informing me they billed for 400.00 rupees. When I asked them the reason for price difference the sales person replied that it was weekend so they increased the price. I asked them where the revised price was mentioned. They bluffed and couldn't answer my question. I took the bill from them also I had attached the same here. In case if I am not getting a satisfactory compensation I am sure I am gonna take this issue to consumer court. But I just wanna make sure I talk to u before I move to court. Expecting a good reply

        Air conditioning was not on for starting 30 mins and then for the rest of the show it was being switched off and on.
        Top row was filled with elderly and they had to leave mid show due to suffocation.
        Please stop these cheap business tactics and charge more if required.

            Watched Karthikeyan 2 at INOX City Mall mid show today, as usual Again AC was not up to the mark, most of Audience start shouting inside. During the Interval Audience calling manager for AC problem and one Manager Sourabh came inside Audi and handled more than 200 people so smartly & pessionsfully. Appreciated for his courage and please maintain the INOX brand name, most of the time AC not working. We love to watch movies at INOX from our College time.

              On 20 August 2022, in RMZ galleria mall, Bengaluru, the ticket price charged was Rs 350/- for silver class which is similar to executive class price. Also, its more than the online price where the price is 300/-. There was no proper response from booking agent at the cinema counter at rmz galleria mall Bengaluru.

              May i know why you have two classes (executive and silver) as both class price is same and also why in online its 300/- for one ticket?

              Please look into this issue and refund the extra amount of Rs 100/-.

                I took a popcorn cost Rs 280 and i paid through paytm wallet they are saying the money is not credited into their account..so thay haven't given me the popcorn...and said the money will be refunded still its not refunded its been more than 8 days ..                   I tried to pay Rs. 708/- against 4 tickets on 15th Aug 2022, but the amount from my Phone Pay was deducted. It was told to me by the person at INOX, Chitralaya (Vizag) counter that I would receive my money within 2-3 hours. He gave me the INOX Whatsapp number so I could share the screenshot with him. When I called the INOX WhatsApp number later, I received a response that the amount would be credited within 48 hours. In the course of the call, the staff of INOX informed me that I would get a call back from the manager as well. However, I have not received a refund or a call back from INOX management. My experience with this response/service has been the most ridiculous I've ever encountered.

                  Is this how you run your business, disrespecting your customers? How long will it take for my money to be refunded?

                    I am manikandan.i am working as a software Engineer at capgemini.I am earning 6 digit salary I am a movie freak.last aug 15.I went watch viruman movie @ inox theatre salem,

                    During the interval time I went to buy the water bottle, so they said the price was 80Rs, so I tried to buy a water bottle in the next shop..

                    General manager was talking badly and he said I am a beggar.he was saying bad words to me, he was shouting at me in the crowd.he is the worst person.

                    I suffered a lot, I am very disappointed, I did not sleep well .I am always thinking about the situation.

                    one of the worst customer service.

                    This is the worst behavior..please take action on them

                        I purchase a tkt. from Inox swabhumi tkt. Counter. They told me, a sms of tkt. Will comes in your given mobile. But, sorry to say even after competition of movie, there was no massage. My Tkt. Transaction id was BO. 3802184. Show time 12.50 movie Raksha Bandhan.
                        What a shameful management.
                        Now, how could you compensate.

                        After taking amount for tkt., and not issuing tkt. for the same, is a punishable offence.

                          Paid 1600 got A5 A4 seat in Inox 8 in Rcity, movie on 13th Aug at 10pm.
                          The seat control not working and eating table broken. No one helped and I ended up paying huge some for such poor seats.

                            I went to watch the movie Rakshabandhan on 12th August in inox located at Metro mall Kalyan. As per common practice national anthem is supposed to be played before start of movie but at the show that I attended national anthem wasn't played. I can say this confimly as I had reached well before the time of the show.
                            Please look into the matter as it is a major concern.

                                  Me and my friends went to Inox movies in CMR central, visakhapatnam to watch the movie 'Seetha Raman'. We asked them tickets are available or not. Then, they replied that cancelled tickets are available with prebooked food. They were forcing us to buy food if we want tickets. we bought the tickets as we do not want to spoil our plans. This is the big scam going on with INOX MOVIES.

                                    Its been several times when we have escalated this issue with the management team but facing the same problem
                                    At kalyan east metro mall inox at every morning 1st show the guys in the projector rooms forgot to switch off the lights.
                                    And it spoils the hole move experience.
                                    Please look into it as it a serious issue.
                                    I have talk with the management guys several time but today also no change in the light where on gor allmost 30 min after the show resumes after interval
                                    Sending an short video clip.

                                      I visited Inox Margao goa G-Wing I had booked two tickets of seat no. G 1 & 2 both the seats are faulty one seat makes full wierd sound and noise and the other seat goes full behind went I touch my back asif I m seating on a beach beds plus it created problem for the guy sitting right behind as the seat was hurting his legs again and again, Very bad service to the people. Disappointed after investing our hard earned money v get this kind of service and watching the movie was no fun after thizz kinds of problems were one of all we weren't comfortable to sit. And not only these two seats are broken but there are many .. I am regular person who watch movie in Inox but now this gets worse and now on I won't be visiting anymore! Thank you
