Everything shown was out of focus and was missing clarity. I guess it might be the issue in placing the projector properly. I had taken 3 tickets for the movie and none o[censored]s could enjoy the movie because of this issue. But the sound quality in the theatre was much appreciable.

    an 9 July
    the ticket booking person said it is compulsory to buy a popcorn and coke combo if you want to buy a ticket ...
    So its not done ..
    why is it compulsory
    do you want me not to watch any movie at your cinema ...

    Person selling tickets on counter deny to provide ticket without popcorn and coke combo due to this i told him about booking ticket online at that time he said it's best option.
    So what kind of practice is this even after reaching cinema we have to buy ticket online by giving convience charge.
    Inox management have to look into this matter. Or else next time i will contact consumer foram to look into this matter.

    Yàaa it's clear warning. This not first time they are doing this type of practices.

          I had visited inox after 3 yrs
          Amount of 220 had been debited but ticket not issued. Further I asked for cash payment but staff was not ready for the same. Movie had started and they were just arguing for their defence and telling that it was not their mistake.
          Moreover senior staff mr. Ram was not able to understand the issue. Inox bhopal had spoiled my family time and my mood for outing also. I don't know my amount debited from my card will get reverse or not. Staff is just rude and not supportive and senseless also

            Went for Top Gun on 4th of July at 10.30pm at Inorbit INOX. I am a filmmaker and specifically wanted to enjoy the screenX cinema. Initially two of the side projectors weren't working. After some time one started working. During the interval, my brother went and told the staff that the front left projector wasn't on. So after the interval, the side projectors were having random graph images being projected! During the movie?!? There was also the screenX logo being displayed for a long time on the back left screen. We pay so much money to experience a movie. Not to be distracted by random technical practice. It just seemed totally unprofessional and ridiculous.
            I hope Inox knows the importance of the movie watching experience and this doesn't happen again. I wasn't able to even recommend this screen to my friends who were curious about it!
            A refund doesn't suffice as a resolution. Would leave it up to your customer team to give me an appropriate treatment.

                Hi INOX today i have recorded worst video of your staff for misbehaving and arguing with the customers. And after wasting of 40 minutes of my sunday i missed my show with my entire family and this folks were busy in arguing and making fun of the other customers.                     We regret to complain that inox theatre at bilaspur 36 mall are forcefully compulsing the customers to buy combo along with movie tickets which the customers do not want to buy because combo are additional expenses for the customers and without combo they are not selling tickets and stating that it is our policy. kindly attend the complaint as soon as possible and take necessary actions or we will forward the complain to consumer forum because this is a harassment of consumers who do not want to buy combo with tickets.

                      Hi, last week I booked 5 tickets for veetla visesam movie using book my show. When I enter theater they stopped me for not taking ticket for a baby who is 3 yrs 5 months old. I believe the policy says above 3yrs which means 4yrs. I didn’t want to take ticket for the baby but requested refund. The manage didn’t honor refund or didn’t give the direction to get refund . Instead I had to get a ticket for the baby and put her on lap.

                          Hi I visited inox insignia recliner seating in C21 mall, Indore today and I bought the tickets at the counter. The ticket provider lady asked us if we want to add any food and drinks with the tickets and we agreed upon 2 drinks and 1 medium popcorn. When we entered the theatre we also ordered bunch of food like fries and loaded nachos.
                          Even after we ate the fries and nachos, our popcorn and drink didn’t arrive. Upon asking the server said he will have to check again because he never received our order. After the interval they brought us 1 medium popcorn and only 1 drink and said this is what we ordered. I did specifically told them about my conversation and showed them the amount that I paid no one listened then I called for that lady who booked the tickets and she came and was yelling at me that I didn’t charge you extra you for what you paid for. She never explained me at the counter but she claimed that she did, she was loud, rude and everyone started staring at me in the middle of the movie. This service sucks. I asked her to speak softly but she wouldn’t listen then I asked her to leave she smiled and left. Mean, awful and terrible customer service of inox that I have never experienced. First she didn’t put the right order, then I was disturbed four times and everyone kept asking about the issue when they came and atleast when that lady came she yelled and never got me my drink. If money was the issue for me why will I buy all the other food items and the most expensive tickets of recliner. She would have politely given me a small water bottle or a small drink and said sorry but she never even apologized and then even yelled at your customer. Oh my goodness, That’s horrible!!!

                              Almost 2 week not casted 777 Charlie in Hindi in vizag.
                              Again n again same complaint i cannot make.
                              Atleast one Hindi show can be casted by till now it's only in telgu, today also no show in Hindi.
                              Is Inox in south means telgu movie theater
                              If not kindly rectify it

                                  I have booked ticket at Inox GVK hyderabad, screen 1 for 3:45 pm on Tuesday 14th June, 2022 and during intermission i paid for veg grilled sandwich through Paytm wallet txn id [protected] and order Id[protected] and they said they will deliver the food item to my seat i.e, G5, screen 1 but they haven't showed up

                                    No cleanliness, They won't clean the theatre after the previous show especially the smaller screen, all the leftovers will be lying there only.Photos will be attached.The service at the inside food counter is dead slow.. Interval time won't be sufficient to get popcorn despite lack of crowd & options are very poor.Obviously the costs are too high, they may be same as in city Inox but belagum is a small town where people won't opt for such high costs.Covid rules still ..?? That too in belagum..?? Seriously..?? Disgusting & full time waste.Ergonomics of the screen 2&3 is very poor..The layover of seats is too worst.

                                      This is the first time ever that I had to write about INOX regarding any complaint.
                                      This is regarding my last movie booking for Jurassic Park (Tickets attached).
                                      Also, please note that I may be amongs the few who emailed you but, I'm not the only one who is unhappy with INOX for this movie.
                                      Firstly, the movie play resolution was only 60% of the screen size making very uncomfortable for us to watch. It seemed like we are watching the movie in a cropped resolution.

                                      Secondly, the movie was trimmed by 10 mins after the interval. This was also complained by a lot of people in my audi (Audi 8) as well to which the manager assured a refund.

                                      And lastly, the picture wasn't looking like a 3D movie at all... It was the same with or without the 3D glasses. Trust me, I haven't seen such poor 3D quality before.

                                      If you really care about your loyal customers, please look into this and take the necessary action.
                                      Also, I'd like to be refunded fully/partially for this poor experience and waste of my time.

                                        I brought home food with me, which they are not allowing me to take inside the hall. As per the clear guidelines of Supreme Court, there is no restriction on bringing any food and water in the hall.
