This is the first time ever that I had to write about INOX regarding any complaint.
This is regarding my last movie booking for Jurassic Park (Tickets attached).
Also, please note that I may be amongs the few who emailed you but, I'm not the only one who is unhappy with INOX for this movie.
Firstly, the movie play resolution was only 60% of the screen size making very uncomfortable for us to watch. It seemed like we are watching the movie in a cropped resolution.
Secondly, the movie was trimmed by 10 mins after the interval. This was also complained by a lot of people in my audi (Audi 8) as well to which the manager assured a refund.
And lastly, the picture wasn't looking like a 3D movie at all... It was the same with or without the 3D glasses. Trust me, I haven't seen such poor 3D quality before.
If you really care about your loyal customers, please look into this and take the necessary action.
Also, I'd like to be refunded fully/partially for this poor experience and waste of my time.

Person selling tickets on counter deny to provide ticket without popcorn and coke combo due to this i told him about booking ticket online at that time he said it's best option.
So what kind of practice is this even after reaching cinema we have to buy ticket online by giving convience charge.
Inox management have to look into this matter. Or else next time i will contact consumer foram to look into this matter.
Yàaa it's clear warning. This not first time they are doing this type of practices.
