I had placed an order on f&b for a sum of 400rs but the money has debited twice which is 800 and I still didn't recieved the 400rs back and my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com

Sir/ madam I have booked 2 movie ticket of rs 224 rs in inox but it took 2 payment
Only one is successful i didn't get 1st payment refund

Recently I went to a movie in S-mall Tumkur which have INOX cinemas. There was no availability of online payment in the ticket counter. This made me shock because the whole country is going through cashless and online transaction and why not it is available in the public place. Mainly they say they don’t accept UPI id and they say it’s not available. They justified me that only card or cash is allowed . I request you to take responsibility charge against INOX S-Mall TUMKURU.

There is no ac.. thinking how to complete the show... What about the amount we have given

The lady was forcing me to purchase Combo with regular tickets
Otherwise no tickets for me
I complained with Higher authority man Sandeep Bhati
But no solution from their side
Even he was saying we r doing the same with everyone
And u hv to purchase combo
Or pay online payment

Matter is not this that i should book online
But how they can force me for purchase combo

BOOKING ID:T5APG6E at Chitralsya vizag, the parking staff claiming to be manager is very harsh and used abusive language with the customer and also came forward to damage my car if I don't listen to his words in the premises instead of my request to show me the parking place. He looks muscled and also threatened us. Rediculous behaviour

Hi I have watched movie in Inox : sattva necklace mall, kavadiguda (screen 1 ) on 5/6/22. I have purchased nachos combo for 500 rupees .. I was not provided the bill.. I have requested them to provide the bill.. they said they will send me the soft copy.. after 2 hrs I have went and spoke with the manager that I still didn't received the bill... He informed me that he will send me the bill yet I didnt received the bill... I have observed...

I have booked movie tickets of prithviraj chauhan of amount 1400 on paytm and when I reached the theater they again took 997 rupees from me asking that my paytm amount will get refunded soon.

I have booked 4 tickets of samrat Prithiviraj movie for 4th june 2022 (9:00 am show) but on 3rd june 2022 I got a call from inox shipra mall that your tickets are cancelled as the movie becomes tax-free. But I did not get any official mail or message regarding this nor refund of my money.

Kindly refund my amount or at least any mail regarding the concern as soon as possible.

I am a regular customer of Inox Kolkata... I have visited south city, city centre many times... But Inox Hiland park is pathetic... This is unacceptable... You are taking so much money for tickets, food... But the service is ridiculous... Please improve these basics, or else a negative impression on this brand is accumulating in not only me, but lots of other customers...As a loyal customer of Inox I am informing this... Please take necessary actions

Today at 7 pm when I entered with my family to watch Bhool bhulaiya 2 movie, the ticket checking staff I;e lady misbehaved with us

My bookings got failed, but amount got debited in all 6 bookings.

I booked tickets for vikram movie money got deducted from my account but i didn’t get any tickets.
I didnt get the refund money too.

Washroom not clean. Hand soap dispenser also not clean. I have pic of same but not upload due to size issue kindly share your mail ID so i share pics with you.
In refuel only single billing counter work. Staff behaviour very bad and rouf

Worst thing about inox is you don’t allow people to take water inside theatres and selling water bottle at 80/- rs per litre

Shame on you inox, a water is universal for each and every individual, and you guys are selling it 80/- rs

If In india you ask water at any needy people he /she will give it free of cost
And you poor fellow charging at higher rate
Should boycott your are theatres
Then you people will realise the value of customer

Worst experience!

This is to provide information about the Inox chitralaya visakhapatnam. I have visited this theatre multiple times and encountered service issues number of times and asked the floor manager to rectify but none was done as i observed. On 28 may 2022 i visited Inox chitralaya theatre for top gun marviek movie at interval I was thirsty and went to drink water where the water filter was not working so I have asked floor manager for an explanation as I'm paying full tax for the movie and I have every right to ask but the manager said "I know it is not working and if you want water you drink the water from the filter which is not working or else leave it you can complain whom ever you want" which I was not expecting the answer. I have encountered multiple times. Few years back back i have found an cockroach 🪳 in the theatre where I have asked the manager and he has given me a vaild explanation and resolved the issue but now I have faced a very different floor manager who doesn't care about customer. I need a very good explanation from your department. I have video reference which I can provide on request. Without a quick response i will approach court of law filling a consumer case against Inox movies

Ac is not working in inox theatre, lepl icon, vijayawada

I hv tried to book 3 tickets and fst payment was done through paytm and second was through upi both transactions got debited but no single ticket has been booked
