BOOKING ID:T5APG6E at Chitralsya vizag, the parking staff claiming to be manager is very harsh and used abusive language with the customer and also came forward to damage my car if I don't listen to his words in the premises instead of my request to show me the parking place. He looks muscled and also threatened us. Rediculous behaviour

    Not providing the bill for the snacks

    Hi I have watched movie in Inox : sattva necklace mall, kavadiguda (screen 1 ) on 5/6/22. I have purchased nachos combo for 500 rupees .. I was not provided the bill.. I have requested them to provide the bill.. they said they will send me the soft copy.. after 2 hrs I have went and spoke with the manager that I still didn't received the bill... He informed me that he will send me the bill yet I didnt received the bill... I have observed...

    I have booked movie tickets of prithviraj chauhan of amount 1400 on paytm and when I reached the theater they again took 997 rupees from me asking that my paytm amount will get refunded soon.

      I have booked 4 tickets of samrat Prithiviraj movie for 4th june 2022 (9:00 am show) but on 3rd june 2022 I got a call from inox shipra mall that your tickets are cancelled as the movie becomes tax-free. But I did not get any official mail or message regarding this nor refund of my money.

      Kindly refund my amount or at least any mail regarding the concern as soon as possible.

        I am a regular customer of Inox Kolkata... I have visited south city, city centre many times... But Inox Hiland park is pathetic... This is unacceptable... You are taking so much money for tickets, food... But the service is ridiculous... Please improve these basics, or else a negative impression on this brand is accumulating in not only me, but lots of other customers...As a loyal customer of Inox I am informing this...                   In furtherance to your concern, Presently there is no rule/ regulation/law, which mandates the Cinema Exhibitors to allow the patrons to carry the outside eatables and drinks into the cinema theatres. The restriction / prohibition on not allowing patrons to carry into the theatre premises outside eatables and drinks are imposed taking into consideration safety, security, health and hygiene of the patrons and the issue is currently sub-judice before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.

                  We do make allowances for infants, elderly and guests who have a medical issue/special needs.

                  We are hopeful that above, satisfactorily addresses your concern.

                      Are you selling amutjal?
                      Shame on you inox, a water is universal for each and every individual, and you guys are selling it 80/- rs

                        This is to provide information about the Inox chitralaya visakhapatnam. I have visited this theatre multiple times and encountered service issues number of times and asked the floor manager to rectify but none was done as i observed. On 28 may 2022 i visited Inox chitralaya theatre for top gun marviek movie at interval I was thirsty and went to drink water where the water filter was not working so I have asked floor manager for an explanation as I'm paying full tax for the movie and I have every right to ask but the manager said "I know it is not working and if you want water you drink the water from the filter which is not working or else leave it you can complain whom ever you want" which I was not expecting the answer. I have encountered multiple times. Few years back back i have found an cockroach 🪳 in the theatre where I have asked the manager and he has given me a vaild explanation and resolved the issue but now I have faced a very different floor manager who doesn't care about customer. I need a very good explanation from your department. I have video reference which I can provide on request. Without a quick response i will approach court of law filling a consumer case against Inox movies

                              I booked 6 tickets directly at inox marina mall for Sarkarevari paata on 14th May 10.40 pm show. Amount was debited from my account, but ticket was not booked due to some system issue at your end. The Manager assured that the refund will be initiated from inox within 48 hours.

                              Attached is the payment transaction details for your reference.

                                  On 25.5.2022 I went to inox crown mall lucknow for Bhoolbhulaiya 2 movie at 7:10 pm show. At ticket counter I asked for 4 tickets and the person at ticket counter booked tickets and asked me to purchase snacks . He pressured me for purchasing and said if I dont purchase snacks he will not book tickets. Then I booked tickets from paytm. I want to know that is there any mandatory policy to purchase snacks with movie ticket a d if one should not purchase snacks then he/she will not get ticket.

                                      Watching bmovie don in marina mall inox, screen 4. while interval almost waited in 3 queues, session expired in all 3 queues. almost 25 minutes waited and they said coffee machine is repair. we took other items and movie already started. is this the way to handle customer?
