It is having some dirt and things in it...

Hlo.. I m from madurai.i really need to complain about the staffs behaviour in Madurai Inox theatre. Because of this we donot like to watch in Inox.. they treating couples as disgusted one. What they did....

We identify that staff cheating, so staff taking revenge on us...

I have booked tickets for sarkaar vaari paata at inox leisure CMR Central Visakhapatnam at 10.50 pm on 14th may. they have switched off air conditioning after intermission. When approached and asked regarding this issue, there was no response amd no supervisor was present. And an irresponsible reply from the officials that the electrical department must have switched off the Airconditiong but not action was taken....

INOX PHEONIX PALASSIO cinema hall seats are very dirty and uncomfortable.
The royal recliner seats make so much noise and the royal seats are very dirty & uncomfortable.

The F&B staff was absolutely unprofessional when they came DURING THE MOVIE to ask all audience one by one for food orders at a very high pitch voice and disturbing everyone.

Dirty seats and unprofessional staff absolutely ruined my movie...

I had visited INOX Cinema at INOX Umrao Mall Lucknow and Forced to buy snack with ticket they told us that they will not give ticket without that snack combo. This is against the rights of consumer. Please look into it....

As my phone was switched off when I purchased my ticket from Inox ticket counter, it was inform by the ticket officials that the ticket will come to my phone number but even now I didn't got any ticket by phone number. So, please resolve my issue and help me to get my ticket via phone number....

Very Dirty and unheigenic washrooms, 3 times we visited and all the times it was unheigenic....

I booked a movie ticket of Dr. Strange and the Multiverse of Madness at Inox, Sunny Trade Center, Jaipur.

The issue is I booked the show for 09:45 PM and It started at 10:05 PM that too in english language instead of hindi when they realised this they again stopped the show and started again at 10:17 PM.
Due to this reason I had to skip movie because of this I had to leave the show early and I'm requesting...

I had booked two tickets for Doctor Strange on 6-05-22 morning 10:15 show -A9, 10.

I regret to inform that after paying ₹1200 for each seat the experience was very bad. The recliner seat of A10 was not working. I have made the video of the same and can share the same.

Even after complaining the same to the staff initially no one addressed to the issue. But after being persistent with the query after long someone...

Today we have our Ticket for Doctor Strange Multiverse 3D at Inox Madhyamgram, Kolkata At screen 4 and We Had our show at 7:15am we reached there and the show started at 7:30am at first we thought that we are having problem in our eyes After Sometime everyone started to tell that the Picture quality is Hazy AND then They kept us waited for 2hours and after that the management is telling that they have a problem in their Projector and 2d movie...

Respected Sir/ Ma’am,
I am one of your regular visitors on all of your outlets especially in south Mumbai, everything about your cinema is amazing- be the food, ambience or your service at counters, it’s only A/C nearly in all of your outlets not be setup properly, it’s usually leave me and my family exhausted, kindly change your system.

Today I'm visiting inox cinema msx mall Swarn Nagri my screen number is 3 a 11/12 but number 11 chair is not working properly it's very important for me and any guest so I'm not happy today

Screen 1 at City centre Inox RK salai is with broken seats and very poorly maintained. Even though the ticket price is 240 per ticket which is way higher than other theatres. The service is really poor. I would like to get refund for my ticket....

We have booked a show of 2.55PM but its not started till 3.45 PM on 1stMay2022...
