    I went for movie recently to Inox which is in marina mall OMR. I ordered a pop corn and coke for 510 and paid it through gpay. The order didn’t get placed from there end and they the amount will be refunded. They also gave their manager number saying if the amount is not refunded They will gpay it back.

    Now it’s been almost three weeks I contacted the manager sent numerous emails, they are still checking and working on it. They are wasting my time and don’t know the value of time

        I undersign Mr. Neeraj S. Punjabi [protected].
        I visited Inox of Kalyan Metro Mall today for KGF 2 ( Ticket Ref. 4273722).
        I experienced a very patethic atmosphere in Screen 1.
        Even though after complaining to Staff Mr. Shivam on the counter about the non functioning of AC our suggestion was not carried on, so I'm writing this to you for better improvisation but i literally felt my money wasnt worth it, as inox is the brand i did not expected such poor atmosphere unfortunately local theater has way better services. But i hope you will consider this as constructive feedback and can work on it.

          I have visited inox food area to eat there since 3 days, i donot have tickets for the movie but i pay after eating there and stay for 15-20 minutes and go from there but today one of food stall person told me to go as i am not here to see movie as per his saying, i just want to know that can we eat in the inox food area or this service is for movie viewers only

                I have been in vizag since long but since last few month, m seeing vizag Inox theatre is not casting any hindi movie.
                Why it is so, why this discrimination. When south movie has been casted in all india n people are appreciating them why you are not giving even 1 Hindi movie show per week.
                I just want to highlight Bollywood industry about this. The major failure of your movie not to become hit is because it's not casting.
                Even if any show be casted it's on very bad theatre where one could never think to go.
                Even RRR, KGF2 not casted in Inox apart from all Hindi show are full. And people waiting for show.
                I had seen many people who couldn't go bcoz of non availability of show as it's only casted by 1 cinema mukta which is not that much good and clean.
                This is totally wrong n if it's so even other sate should caste ony their state movie.
                I had complained many times over book my show customer care regards caste of show but they say it's up to state to caste or not.
                Are we not voting when election comes in south. If book my show is pointing to vizag government then please don't ask for vote at the time of election.
                I am not understanding never our freedom fighter or anyone showed this discrimination that we will only give independence of our state, rest let them fight. Why this is happening now.
                I just want ceo plz take some action should be Taken otherwise will highlight this issue in next level. I can understand profit and all but at least 1 show can be cast in a week in Hindi in Inox theatre.
                Plz consider my request as it's very serious issue. Below showed proof . That theatre is not good in mentainance wise too. Plz do the needful

                    This is to inform you that I went Shipra Mall Ghaziabad for watching RRR. During interval period i went for ordering some snacks but at the time of payment the swaping machine was not working properly & my money got deducted from my bank account. I raise this concern to their manager and he assured me that money will be credited within 7 days in my bank account but it's been more than 8 days already but not a single rupee were credited by your side. They also gave me contact number of Sanjeev ([protected]) but he is not responding my calls. I have attached screenshots of ticket & money deduction for your reference. Kindly look in this matter & initiate refund asap.

                    It was very unexpected behaviour form your staff because they were not supporting and they also waste a lot of time of mine.

                    We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. There may have been a connectivity problem, as a result of which your booking did not get confirmed.

                    Kindly liaise with your issuing bank for refund as the transaction done was not verified /authenticated on our gateway hence the payment was not accepted on our side. The amount that is debited is on hold with your issuing bank and will only be released back if you state a chargeback. As the same cannot be initiated by merchant we are requesting you to do the needful time frame will depend on your issuing bank.

                      I have been stopped from taking my water bottle inside theathre with harsh manner.
                      I never expected such kind of service from Inox movies Manipal. I had been to Inox in Bengaluru earlier, i was satisfied with the service. But the service which I got from Inox Manipal i never experienced anywhere till day. It a basic human right being an Indian citizen i can take water of my own anywhere, no one has to right to stop it. Each body is allergictic or cannot cope with outside drinking water . But Inox is treating people animals in this case by not allowing them to taking basic need ... I have to spend 3 hours of time inside theatre without water as I'm not comfortable with outside water.

                      Being an Indian citizen it is my right to have basic need, i have right to take my own water inside theatre..

                                    Worst experience ever. i couldnt stand the loudness n decided to leave for complaning within the first 5 minutes of movie.

                                    I did my booking for KGF Chapter 2 from book my show for date 14 apr 2022. timing 02:00 PM.(Screen-4) @ INOX Jaswant Tuli Mall. Since it was House full myself and a friend got seat in 3rd row having seat no. EX-N13, N14 . first i thought it was just the advertisnment which is loud, later when the movie continue with that same insane kind of loudness it was unbearable to sit there. i decided to go and complain about loudness. when i went back and ask the person to reduce sound. he did something but it was not sufficient and he start telling me we can reduce more or u wont here the dialogs. i believe the problem was none of the back speakers was working there. . one guy in popcorn counter told me you took the place near the screen thats y u are facing this issue. later i asked for a refund . so i went to manager. instead of resolving my issue he was telling "was there a problem in clarity" if no i cant do anything about the loudness. he told me to go and ask refund form book my show. so i decided to leave because arguing with them was usesless. as they were not ready to resolve the issue.

                                      Helo guys. I tried to book tickets for the movie kgf chapter 2 at Inox Coimbatore.
                                      When I was booking payment was deducted from my paytm wallet but I haven't received my ticket through mail or sms yet. I tried calling Inox Coimbatore ticket counter but I haven't got any answers regarding this issue. Please help and send me my tickets. I have given the details and the paid screenshot below.

                                      We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. There may have been a connectivity problem, as a result of which your booking did not get confirmed.

                                      Kindly liaise with your issuing bank for refund as the transaction done was not verified /authenticated on our gateway hence the payment was not accepted on our side. The amount that is debited is on hold with your issuing bank and will only be released back if you state a chargeback. As the same cannot be initiated by merchant we are requesting you to do the needful time frame will depend on your issuing bank.

                                        I tried booking tickets for KGF 2 of price Rs 228.54 . But the transaction failed from INOX app still amount got detected from my account. I recieved a mail stating refund amount is Rs 222.78
                                        Why is GST charges taken when the ticket is not booked?
