To the CEO, Inox movies.

Dear sir / madam
We saw a movie today at the insignia /inox at the the Mantri mall, rajajinagar in Banglore.
It was awful to note that even after paying almost INR 1000 per ticket, the insignia here had no dedicated proper toilet within . We were brusquely asked to go to the common & crowded toilets …far away .
I think you should correct this urgently or charge INR 100 less...

We're feeling terrible this time to sit and watch the movie. All the seats are wet and this is the first time we are facing so much discomfort. Unable to enjoy the movie with this....

In mukta A2(Vizag) screen 1 the screen is not clear .so picture quality was not good....

I have booked the tickets for RRR movie from book my show and i wanted to book the ticket for 29th april 10.15am but by mistaken i have booked the tickets for 10.15 pm and after booking the tickets immediately i wanted to cancel my tickets i raise the ticket from bookmyshow chat section no response from them i called them they told me we can’t do anything from their side it’s is cinema’s policy.what pathetic policy inox have that customer...

I'm a resident of Belagavi, Karnataka. Here Inox movie theatre is one of the main movie theatre from many years. But in the recent times, the projection quality and the maintenance of movie screen has been not good at all. Pathetic I must say. It has 3 screens and all of them have the same condition. I request the concerned people to take the immediate action so that people lose interest in Inox....

They insulted me and treated me badly....

I went for movie recently to Inox which is in marina mall OMR. I ordered a pop corn and coke for 510 and paid it through gpay. The order didn’t get placed from there end and they the amount will be refunded. They also gave their manager number saying if the amount is not refunded They will gpay it back.

Now it’s been almost three weeks I contacted the manager sent numerous emails, they are still checking and working on...

Sir, I visited inox sunny trade center jaipur and had the worst experience. The floor is filthy, housekeeping is not doing their job. Screen 1 A2 Seat broken. Old food inside the seats. Smelly seats and very bad experience. Broken stairs...

I experienced a very patethic atmosphere in Screen 1.
Even though after complaining to Staff Mr. Shivam on the counter about the non functioning of AC our suggestion was not carried on, so I'm writing this to you for better improvisation but i literally felt my money...

I have visited inox food area to eat there since 3 days, i donot have tickets for the movie but i pay after eating there and stay for 15-20 minutes and go from there but today one of food stall person told me to go as i am not here to see movie as per his saying, i just want to know that can we eat in the inox food area or this service is for movie viewers only...

Sound is so high that we r seating closing ear by hand … not only us… maximum people in movie seating like the same … can’t enjouy the movie … sound is so so so high...

I have been in vizag since long but since last few month, m seeing vizag Inox theatre is not casting any hindi movie.
Why it is so, why this discrimination. When south movie has been casted in all india n people are appreciating them why you are not giving even 1 Hindi movie show per week.
I just want to highlight Bollywood industry about this. The major failure of your movie not to become hit is because it's not casting.br...

This is to inform you that I went Shipra Mall Ghaziabad for watching RRR. During interval period i went for ordering some snacks but at the time of payment the swaping machine was not working properly & my money got deducted from my bank account. I raise this concern to their manager and he assured me that money will be credited within 7 days in my bank account but it's been more than 8 days already but not a single rupee...

I have been stopped from taking my water bottle inside theathre with harsh manner.
I never expected such kind of service from Inox movies Manipal. I had been to Inox in Bengaluru earlier, i was satisfied with the service. But the service which I got from Inox Manipal i never experienced anywhere till day. On 17/04/2022 is booked 4 tickets for movie RRR via bookmyshow but they show traffic problem on internet. Hence I again went for booking but this time they sent me 8 tickets along with previous one which transaction was failed on account of internet traffic. Hence sir kindly help me to get refund of 4 tickets. The show is today on 6.30...

The bill of the food items amounted to rupees410 but the cashier took 640 instead. I want my rupees 230 refunded....

In Madurai why they are not showing movies in hindi language...
