I had booked two tickets for Doctor Strange on 6-05-22 morning 10:15 show -A9, 10.
I regret to inform that after paying ₹1200 for each seat the experience was very bad. The recliner seat of A10 was not working. I have made the video of the same and can share the same.
Even after complaining the same to the staff initially no one addressed to the issue. But after being persistent with the query after long someone finally came to resolve the same.
Thereafter, they kept checking for the fault but at last they were helpless.
While they were trying to resolve the issue, most of the interesting part of the movie was anyway missed.!
In this regard, after this horrible experience, I want full refund of my tickets or else we will be forced to take legal recourse as there was major deficiency in your services and we through consumer protection act we can take action against you.
Therefore, once again I urge you to make the complete refund and amicably resolve the issue.

He was very considerate and reciprocated me with an amicable solution.
