    I booked a movie ticket of Dr. Strange and the Multiverse of Madness at Inox, Sunny Trade Center, Jaipur.
    Booking ID : TLAJG3X
    The issue is I booked the show for 09:45 PM and It started at 10:05 PM that too in english language instead of hindi when they realised this they again stopped the show and started again at 10:17 PM.
    Due to this reason I had to skip movie because of this I had to leave the show early and I'm requesting a refund against this case of ₹442/-.
    Please look into this matter.

      I had booked two tickets for Doctor Strange on 6-05-22 morning 10:15 show -A9, 10.

      I regret to inform that after paying ₹1200 for each seat the experience was very bad. The recliner seat of A10 was not working. I have made the video of the same and can share the same.

      Even after complaining the same to the staff initially no one addressed to the issue. But after being persistent with the query after long someone finally came to resolve the same.

      Thereafter, they kept checking for the fault but at last they were helpless.

      While they were trying to resolve the issue, most of the interesting part of the movie was anyway missed.!

      In this regard, after this horrible experience, I want full refund of my tickets or else we will be forced to take legal recourse as there was major deficiency in your services and we through consumer protection act we can take action against you.

      Therefore, once again I urge you to make the complete refund and amicably resolve the issue.

        Today we have our Ticket for Doctor Strange Multiverse 3D at Inox Madhyamgram, Kolkata At screen 4 and We Had our show at 7:15am we reached there and the show started at 7:30am at first we thought that we are having problem in our eyes After Sometime everyone started to tell that the Picture quality is Hazy AND then They kept us waited for 2hours and after that the management is telling that they have a problem in their Projector and 2d movie will only be at Hindi voice over, Soo our Question is that why we will watch 2d by paying for 3d

          I am one of your regular visitors on all of your outlets especially in south Mumbai, everything about your cinema is amazing- be the food, ambience or your service at counters, it’s only A/C nearly in all of your outlets not be setup properly, it’s usually leave me and my family exhausted, kindly change your system.

Keeping these in mind, our company policy states that a ticket once booked cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded. Unless the same is specified and is as per the booking norms. As your ticket is in eligible we regret the same cannot be done. Kindly note only registered users who have not availed of any prom offers are eligible. However you done a guest check out hence ineligible for refund.

                Screen 1 at City centre Inox RK salai is with broken seats and very poorly maintained. Even though the ticket price is 240 per ticket which is way higher than other theatres. The service is really poor. I would like to get refund for my ticket.

                      Very rude behavior with own rules & examination.
                      They can asked me the Seat charges was increased after booking of 50 seats and it's slab system by default of Inox.

                          Dear sir / madam
                          We saw a movie today at the insignia /inox at the the Mantri mall, rajajinagar in Banglore.
                          It was awful to note that even after paying almost INR 1000 per ticket, the insignia here had no dedicated proper toilet within . We were brusquely asked to go to the common & crowded toilets …far away .
                          I think you should correct this urgently or charge INR 100 less on yr tickets in this particular unit of insignia as It’s disappointing and a slur on the luxury brand of Insignia .

                                I have booked the tickets for RRR movie from book my show and i wanted to book the ticket for 29th april 10.15am but by mistaken i have booked the tickets for 10.15 pm and after booking the tickets immediately i wanted to cancel my tickets i raise the ticket from bookmyshow chat section no response from them i called them they told me we can’t do anything from their side it’s is cinema’s policy.what pathetic policy inox have that customer can’t cancel or get their refund or own money..i want my money back from inox and also will never book any ticket of inox this is very pathetic policy i have ever seen.

                                  I'm a resident of Belagavi, Karnataka. Here Inox movie theatre is one of the main movie theatre from many years. But in the recent times, the projection quality and the maintenance of movie screen has been not good at all. Pathetic I must say. It has 3 screens and all of them have the same condition. I request the concerned people to take the immediate action so that people lose interest in Inox.

                                        I went for movie recently to Inox which is in marina mall OMR. I ordered a pop corn and coke for 510 and paid it through gpay. The order didn’t get placed from there end and they the amount will be refunded. They also gave their manager number saying if the amount is not refunded They will gpay it back.

                                        Now it’s been almost three weeks I contacted the manager sent numerous emails, they are still checking and working on it. They are wasting my time and don’t know the value of time
