I tried booking tickets for KGF 2 of price Rs 228.54 . But the transaction failed from INOX app still amount got detected from my account. I recieved a mail stating refund amount is Rs 222.78
Why is GST charges taken when the ticket is not booked?

      Dear,
      On 26th march 2022 i tried to book the movie ticket for RRR. Somehow the transaction could not be cleared that time. It showed that it may take few minutes but i didn’t receive any ticket. The transaction was made throught kotak bank credit card. Today while going through my credit card statement, I found that the transaction of ₹640 has been made to inox while i didn’t get any ticket booked on 26 th march. Then on confirming the same from bank, i get to know that the transaction was made cleared and successful on 28th march 2022.

      The transaction id is VT220870200004580000098. On confirming again the bank shared one more transaction id 104209. Since, I didn’t get any tickets for the movie and payment has still been made, kindly refund the said amount. I have already talked to Inox customer care but their reply is not satisfactory and very irresponsible.

        We saw RRR today at INOX Omaxe CP Greater Noida at 1:55pm.
        I ordered small Fanta and small popcorn for my kid. I was billed for large for both the items. On enquiring, staff said our small is large. Ridiculous.
        Staff Mr Nagar and Mr. Bhatia were at the counter.

          Waited 30 minutes for a ticket.after 30 minutes ur associate Santosh come to counter saying that my santosh sir called me upstaire for other work.how can someone leave ticket counter for such long period of time..as a premium customer of Inox I am sorry to say such a poor service has delivered to me ..pathetic..

            Inox thakur cinema standing here since 30 minutes for movie ticket.however ther is noone in ticket counter.after 30 minutes mr sharma came to assist me for my ticket saying that Santosh sir called me inside theatre for other work. as a premium member of Inox I have to wait such a long time for just a ticket.poor service by inox

              I watched Kashmir Files in Inox Central Mantri Junction JP Nagar Bengaluru this afternoon.

              It was disappointing to see the security staff allowing children to watch this movie when this has been certified adult.

              The Security and Supervision didn't want to counter argue against parents who brought children. This is illegal. Even if parents insisted, INOX's responsibility is to ensure they are not allowed!

                  I am getting difficulty in understanding the English slang used in the Hollywood movies, and that is not only my problem but so many people having the same problem while watching the movie the Inox leisure in my area that is Vizag where the local language is telugu and the theater is also providing Telugu and English show .we the north Indians facing the language issue while watching the movie so please provide us atleast a single show in Hindi dubbed

                    Royal seats in screen 1 of Inox chitralaya mall Visakhapatnam are very badly maintained. Seats are smelling and recliner function of seat are gone. Had a very bad experience watching movie at this theatre.

                      I went to inox cinema in orion mall gorakhpur. I went to box office I asked one ticket. I gave the ATM card and she made the transaction and amont 160 Rs deducted. But she told me ticket not booked.

                      Kindly liaise with your issuing bank for refund as the transaction done was not verified /authenticated on our gateway hence the payment was not accepted on our side. The amount that is debited is on hold with your issuing bank and will only be released back if you state a chargeback. As the same cannot be initiated by merchant we are requesting you to do the needful time frame will depend on your issuing bank.

                        I bought tickets for Morbius (Hindi) at Taksh Galaxy mall's Inox theatre (vadodara).
                        When I was doing the payment checkout at the box office they told me that I have to compulsory buy a food and beverage, otherwise they won't sell the ticket. What kind of compulsion is this? I was in a hurry so had no choice than paying for it, but I want a solution to the money I paid for the food an beverage which I didn't want.

                              I’m Christopher, & a regular customer of Inox. I watched a movie today in inox & My ticket details are mentioned below.
                              After watching movie I went to parking n realised I forgot my 10k Tommy shades back at my seat. I rushed immediately bck to hall & a security escorted me to d seat. But housekeeping was done n all the plates, tissues including my shades were not there.
                              They told me leave ur number n we will call u, for which I requested to see d manager. The manager came n told me to wait for 5 mins n after 5 mins he said there’s nothing we found n I was standing there too when ur seat was clear by housekeeping, May be someone else took it.
                              Such a reply form a customer service manager of inox is not accepted. My 12 yrs old son listing to all this feels really bad and says that’s something bad n how can they just easily put a stealing accusation on other customer rather then questioning there own staff. I made him a promise that never ever we will watch a movie in inox again. You just lost ur very old customer, all thanks to your customer service team.

                                I visited Inox Ghatkopar Neelyog Square mall for Me Vasantrao movie on 1/04/2022. During interval my mother and I stopped out to use washroom. I agree the sign saying mind your step were been displayed on floor but it was hard to locate washroom for ladies. My mother had a fall and none of the staff came in front to help at the very moment. I asked if they had any ice so that I can apply to her knee. Unfortunately, the ice was not available as well as no first aid box also. A staff lady came with a spray after 10 minutes. It's a basic necessities to have a common first aid box and to have a ice pack if some one falls.

                                  As of for gold tier member the reward points is valid for 100days.
                                  I have earned a reward point of '31' on 25th March 2022 and '36'reward point on 27th March 2022..
                                  It doesn't complete even a week.. but as of April 1 2022 my reward points becomes zero...

                                        I watched Rrr movie at inox cinema at bhiwadi (Rajasthan) but there is ac is not working... and I get to know that ac is not working properly from last one week... Tickets counter system also not working I get manual tickets
