I’m Christopher, & a regular customer of Inox. I watched a movie today in inox & My ticket details are mentioned below.
After watching movie I went to parking n realised I forgot my 10k Tommy shades back at my seat. I rushed immediately bck to hall & a security escorted me to d seat. But housekeeping was done n all the plates, tissues including my shades were not there.
They told me leave ur number n we will call u, for which I requested to see d manager. The manager came n told me to wait for 5 mins n after 5 mins he said there’s nothing we found n I was standing there too when ur seat was clear by housekeeping, May be someone else took it.
Such a reply form a customer service manager of inox is not accepted. My 12 yrs old son listing to all this feels really bad and says that’s something bad n how can they just easily put a stealing accusation on other customer rather then questioning there own staff. I made him a promise that never ever we will watch a movie in inox again. You just lost ur very old customer, all thanks to your customer service team.
