I am in kakinada(Pincode : 533003), East godavari, ANDHRAPRADESH state.Yesterday i went to SRMT mall INOX BoxOffice for RRR movie tickets.They are selling tickets in black per ticket price is Rs.1000/- for first 3days.This is a illegal matter. I asked them for tickets but they asked me recommendation of higher persons with Rs.1000/-
Is it correct way ?
I will complaint about this in consumer court

Nachoes quality was too bad, coffee was terrible same with the popcorn, ac was not working in lobby area their was no hot food to serve

I tried for book a ticket from inoxmovies. Com and i done my payment through UPI and amount of 700 rs debited from my account but transaction is failed. Please refund my payment as soon as possible.

Hello this is regarding RRR Imax 3d screening in mumbai . Unfortunately Imax 3d show of r-city inox ghatkoper has been placed under Regular 3D section on Book my show mumbai . Due to this people are unaware about the show and are thus booking in other Imax 3d screens. Please place the screening under Imax 3D section itself so that people would be aware about the show and book the tickets. Please solve this issue

I visited INOX, Mantri Mall, Bangalore on 15th March at around 5:30pm and swiped a card for INR 810 and money got debited from my account but the person informed that money will come back into my account within 24 Hours. Until 18th March, 72 Hours had passed but there was no reversal into my account after visiting my bank and updating my passbook. So I visited INOX and met Mr Ashok and handed over him all the evidences and he said he will get back within a day. But today is almost 7 days from when my money got debited but Mr Ashok calls to direct me to Mr Loknath Reddy who informs me to wait for 7 working days and then go to the bank. My question is in this era of technology where transactions like UPI payments happen within seconds, will it really take so much time to investigate and initiate a refund ? Also will INOX give me tickets if I promise to pay after 7 days ? Attaching all evidences and expecting a speedy and timely refund.

I was told by the Manager of Inox Megaplex Pheonix Pallassio Mall Lucknow Uttar Pradesh, regarding the full refund of my money shall be credited in 48 hours but now it has been to much delay from there end.
AC was not working on that day and after so many requests, no positive reponse was received from there end.
I need the full refund of my tickets ASAP otherwise I will file a complain on consumer forum regarding thism...

Yesterday I was watching a movie at neelyog mall, ghatkopar, mumbai(screen 1 seat A-2) movie time - 3:30pm show kashmir files. While leaving the theatre I bymistake dropped my wallet in the theatre. After realizing I immediately ran inside the theatre but couldn't find my wallet. As soon as we left the cleaning team entered the theatre and I think that one of them has got my wallet. I request you to please help me find my wallet. It's really important for me. It has all my important cards in it.

AC was not working in theatre

My family went for movie James movie in s mall Tumkur 6.40 show in dt 20/03/22. there were several problems which I faced low maintenance. No cleaning inside the theatre in between shows, No security guards and manager to discuss about the issue.moreover AC was too low and couldn't reached centre of the theatre hall, we face a lot a suffocation inside while watching show. No one is there to ask our complaint .. what kind of Inox management system this is . Really it's not good experience for my family. First time we visited with our family. It's felt bad experience. Kindly take a necessary action regarding above mentioned. Your service deeply regretted and unsatisfactory.

Ac is not working and service is worst at chitralaya mall vishakapatnam

Today we have visited to see one of the movie and asked two seats in premium seats. But the ticket booker said I can't give to ticket priced 60 rs each. Rather this ticket comes as a combo offer with combo leading to a ticket price of Rs. 155/_. Inbox office price is Rs 60 and how can you tell that we can't offer to ticket at normal price. We don't need pop corns as combo. We are normal public just want to see film at a affordable price. This is just ridiculous stuff and disrespect from your team. This can't be accepted and should take action against them.

Very power security checkup I had seen guys drunk full and they don't have any kind of knowledge also what they are doing worst ever experience even ac was not working after giving so many time complain they don't even started they the ac aslo worst worst I hope authority will look in to it

I went for movie Kashmir files there were several problems which I faced like brightness of the screen was low moreover AC was too low moreover I ordered pizza firstly I didn’t got the bill for that they said we don’t provide bill and I was promised to get it in 15 min which I got in 40 min not a good experience

I was standing in a Q to buy a samosa one person came and he said u place a order and will deliver order to the seat. We gave him 200rs later on he came and gave the order he said he was not knowing the name so he asked my name and he said he will bring bill with change later he came and gave only 20rs but he was supposed to give 70rs as it was very dark we couldn't check the amt he gave during the movie. In the bill his name is mentioned as kumaraswamy. Bill name is Arpitha

As i booked my ticket through call, & I received a link i payed 1st it was debited and credited back but again i tried and got debited but again i had to pay in box office where i payed cash,
Today i call twice they assured me a call back in an hour but both time they fooled me . So give me a solution

Came to see movie on 18/3/2022 in Screen 2 8:15 PM movie, seats are smelly and unhygienic

At the start informed staff, who assured to send someone, but no one came till interval and till the end now.
