Currently watching movie in Inox Ozone Galleria mall Dhanbad jharkhand but service and screen is very bad.plese do something my no is [protected]

My movie show of gangubai at 17th March 2022 7.10 pm got cancelled and I received a call from Inox r world at 5.30 pm because the show Kashmir files were gaining more popularity they decided to keep running that show. I m talking about inox r world rajkot. This is ridiculous I m not going to watch movies at r world anymore

Came to watch kashmir files in the theater at Darjeeling after a while and her it black outs.

I had booked movie ticket if 11pm and during the interval I bought salted popcorn tub and nachos and to my experience it was the worst popcorn that was served. Stale popcorn and nachos were being served which was kept in open from a very long time. Despite complaining there was no redressal of the issue, they kept serving cold and stale things without taking any effort. No tray, no serving, horrible experience.
If I am paying money, I do expect a good experience, but this was pathetic and disrespectful.

When we enter to inox jaswant tuli mall,
Staff and manager mr.neeraj asking to don't watch movie bcz of intimate scene. Staff and manager behaviour was rude.
We told them "this is our responsibility if anything happened with child"
They ask me to write declaration form.
i asked them for form but They have any declaration form. they have given register page and deny to give pen to write declaration and saying go home.

This happened with me, may be don't know how may people get return back even after book tickets.

Popcorn is Rs.290. A brownie piece is 240. These prices are so unreasonable. The prices speak for itself. There have to be measures taken to make sure things are priced at least fairly.

Today 13 March 2022 in 6:40pm show, I observed around 20-30 kids and minor watching this movie, which has very intense scenes and it can affect kids mentally & psychologically.

I went to watch The Kashmir Files at Burdwan Inbox on 13.03.2022 at 2.30 show. The ac was not working properly. I drew attention of the floor manager who assured me that he will resolve it forthwith but he did not. Previously i had seen various movies but this experience I had never before.
I personally felt that it was intentionally done so that people do not stay at the hall to see the entire movie for which the situation has been made uncomfortable to the public.
Please take care of these type of behaviour when people are excited to watch the realistic movie like The Kashmir Files.

Foot rest button not working

We have been to Bheemla nayak movie at INOX Blegavi and we were Surgerical Mask, we are disease free, Temperate normal and no sympotoms.
There was entry restricted by your team for not wearing N95mask.
They told to buy the mask where are sold in the theather.
Is this side businesses of INOX is my question.
You can mask is mandatory but not N95and any others and what ever you provide at theather is also not an N95.
Give me a proper explanation else will be going to consumer forum

Had booked 3 Tickets 3970626 wid a combo offer Trm. No. 47258 dat was supposed to have 3 Burgers
On interval dey conveyed dat dey don't have burgers in stock. Dey asked to compromise for 1 Hot dogs instead of burgers.
I paid payment of rest 2 Hot dogs Trn. No. 841136
After waiting for long time, I was conveyed that dey don't have raw material for hot dog tooooo.
Hopeless Experience. Will suggest to close the Tuck Shop/ Canteen of all Inox so dat parents don't feel ashamed in front of der children, dat too after paying for the stuff.

We were watching gangubai kathiawari at VR mall Inox in Surat, 3:50pm show.
The movie screen glitched mid way and then the sound stopped and then the screen crashed. We were continually telling the manager to look into it but the technical glitch continued and the manager gave deaf ears. We waited for over 30 mins, but to no heed

Very disappointing to watch show at 10:45 pm
in sunny trade jaipur INOX today with family specially with small kid.as person sitting just back to us a lady and man kept on touching their feets on our chairs again and again even after stopping them to do the same they start using abusing language as well said to my husband for killing him outside.
If you are allowing such people than we will feel very unsafe to come at INOX
