Hi, this is bouvaneshe from salem, tamilnadu, i have booked the tickets in inox cinemas at reliance mall in the mobile no.[protected] and bought 4 tickets on Tuesday 2.50pm show and paid for the ticket but i didn't receive the confirmation message i waited there for a 10 min and asked the counter again they again sent me a message but i didn't receive it and left from there hoping i would receive it a bit later but i booked the tickets at 11.30 (18/12/21) and i haven't received it yet. Pls help me.
