    I have accidentally chosen wrong date for the Movie Tickets and for resolving it they haven’t provided any cancellation link or the number provided for query is also given false as nobody attends to it. Kindly check for that

    Login to your account > Under> My bookings you would get the booking detail and there would be an option enabled to cancel your booking.

    The same would be valid till 3 hours prior to show time and is not application on guest booking. Kindly update your App so that same gets enabled.

        I had visited Inox Theatre at facility located in Porvorim, Goa on 24/12/2021 for the movie 83. 15 minutes into the show the screen went off and it was later communicated that it was due to a technical issue. No ETA was provided and we were left waiting. We waited for more than half an hour. With the kind of money we pay for tickets to watch a movie at Inox we expect that such issues should not occur and even if it occurs it should be quickly taken care of . I demand that I should be reimbursed my ticket money for the inconvenience caused.

            Today (22/12/21) we watched spider man : no way home movie at Inox Shipra mall, indirapuram
            Sanjeev jha who was at the ticket counter he take payment on his personal no. Via google pay but not provided tickets. He himself told guard to allow us entered the theater. We asked for ticket he said that you will received msg on phone but we didn't. After movie we again went to him your whole staff was indulged in it even manager was there. When we insist for tickets they gave us ticket which are for tomorrow show i.e. 23/12/2021. How ridiculous is that, they are clearly cheating and thinking they are smart. Tomorrow they will cancel them and get money back in their accounts. I am informing you this issue as well as I will complaint in Income tax department also because it's not your company loss but it's also loss for country in the form of entertainment tax Or income tax etc.
            Please inform me what action will be taken by inox company on the staff who were indulged in such fraud.

              Today 21st December 2021 me and my brother went to watch a movie at INOX Orion Mall, Gorakhpur. When we went for purchasing the tickets at the box office they forced us to take the combo ( tickets + popcorn), although we told them we don’t want to take the combo but they were forcing us to take it and they were arrogant. They kept on saying you can’t buy the tickets on their own have to take the combo! We refused many times but nothing!
              All I want is my money back! I made a mistake that I went to INOX such a loot! I want action against this! Or will take legal action on this. Ayou can’t just force someone like this! Just can’t trap people for money!

                At box office they blocked all reclainer tickets and selling only fir those who are taking combo pack (along with Coke and popcorn) which cost much more higher than normal price
                It's nothing but playing emotion with viewer as they can't go back with family when they came with family to watch movies

                  I am a big fan of cinemas and Inox is the only decent theatre in my hometown.
                  Despite being a renowned theatre across Pan India for its cinematic experience, it's a shame to say that the 3D is not working properly. I recently on 16th December went to see Spiderman No way home and the 3D experience was crap...I wish I saw it in 2d. The movie was blurry for whole 2 and a half hours. It gave me headache and the whole theatre was complaining out loud.
                  I wish this issue will be resolved.

                    Initially, my card was swiped twice & they told it go through. Later we tried another card & it worked. After a few hours i saw the initial 2 transactions did go through ending up in 3 successful transactions.

                      I booked tickets for Spider-Man: No Way Home in IMAX Phoenix Pallasio Lucknow few days ago for sunday 7:00 a.m. And today on saturday evening they cancelled the show without any legit reason. This is not the first time they messed up with customers. They did not even give compensation. All other show are housefull for multiple days hence they cheated with customers and wasted our time and money.

                          Hi, this is bouvaneshe from salem, tamilnadu, i have booked the tickets in inox cinemas at reliance mall in the mobile no.[protected] and bought 4 tickets on Tuesday 2.50pm show and paid for the ticket but i didn't receive the confirmation message i waited there for a 10 min and asked the counter again they again sent me a message but i didn't receive it and left from there hoping i would receive it a bit later but i booked the tickets at 11.30 (18/12/21) and i haven't received it yet. Pls help me.

                                I’ve booked my ticket for maanadu in forum mall Bangalore and cancelled my 2 tickets on dec 2, the refund process is mentioned to be returned within 10days and it’s been more than 14 days and I haven’t received my refund i do know why . I asked my bank officers also they said no such process has been taken place. Kindly refund my money immediately

                                  Show time was 14:45 but advertisements were on till 15:15. Lights were on till half an hour after movie started. After shouting many times they switched off lights full money waste in this theater.

                                    All of the people that have come to watch Spiderman no way home today (16th sept, 2021) for 11:15 am show have been waiting outside for 50 minutes now. And still we haven't been allowed inside, the workers are saying some kind of technical issue in 3D screening. The movie was supposed to have started playing 50 minutes earlier and we still don't know when we are going to be let in and after the definite ad breaks finally start watching the movie for which I've paid for Rs. 300. And the air conditioning is also not working and is suffocating waiting in a crowd for that long. I am not happy with the service. All of this should have been checked and tested in prior so that the people don't have to go through this reckless service.

                                      I m currently watching Spiderman at reliance mall op road inox I had bought the recliner seats for privacy and comfort my seat is a-10 but atleast 9 people who haven't bought the tickets came backward and captured the recliner seats without any tickets I m feeling betrayed as paying not paying doesn't make sense this is not acceptable please look into the matter

                                        I bought some snacks and did not want to provide my phone number. I was not given a receipt. The manager said if you don't give number you will not get a receipt. I think it's ridiculous to force everyone to give their personal details when purchasing popcorn.
