On dec 2nd, 2021, while booking ticket at inox cinema in The marina mall, omr chennai, money was deducted twice from my account
First the ticket booking was tried card was used to made payment but the transaction was failed and then tickets were booked from counter and then the fare deducted was twice as per the charge. Tickets purchased were two but money deducted was twice of the two tickets. I had attached Photo of messages from bank showing two different transactions.
Please look into this and refund the remaining amount (Rs 305.12) asap.
