I want to have popcorn and coffee during interval while watching movie. I was asked to eat it outside and then continue with movie. It was no way for me to finish a whole box of popcorn and coffee in 10/15mins of break.

If you have new rules in place, please publish them before hand. This is so inacceptable. I had watched a movie in PVR last week, there was no such fuss. I am not going to inox ever..!!...

Hey i have not find any other place to complaint about an Inox theatre located in Amritsar at VR Ambarsar mall. In this theatre Audi 1 is really in bad shape and no one doing anything about it. The brightness levels are so dim.. it's hard to watch what's happening on screen. Many movie goers are complaining but the staff says that we have told the higher authority about this but they reply by saying.. it's content problem not screen problem....

Today I visited RMZ inox Cinemas because very bad experience while watching the cinema it was very hard to sit on the chair which have inox provided now i could not able to sit there and i just came back in off after cinema...

Watching movie at JTM mall Jaipur. Suryavanshi 4:01 pm show.

The show stopped in middle around 6:00 . Still not started...

Ive asked the person at the refuel counter to clean up the mess, when they served the food at my seat. They spilled the popcorn everywhere under my seat. I still have no one to clean up here. Plus I've asked the guy to give us extra tissue papers but still .the same response that is "NO RESPONSE"
Worst service I've seen at a INOX (Ajmer) in CSM mall....

My seat number was CL 10 in screen 4 of INOX LAKE CITY MALL UDAIPUR RAJASTHAN watching SOORYAWANEHI 12:35 PM show.The AC is not working from last 2 hours and no staff is present inside hall to whom we can complaint.Very very poor behaviour from staff....

There was operator intended cut of many scenes and song(tip tip barsa pani) of movie sooryavanshi. i have confirmed it with other attendees also. Despite of paying and being a loyal regular customer, this act can't be tolerated.
I need full refund of my movie ticket.

We booked tickets in Varun inox visakhapatnam. But the movie is not displayed . The show is at 2.05 pm and not played till 3.15 pm and then left nobody answered properly the issue. The manager didn’t showup...

The light were on for the first 15 min of the movie.. then someone stood and told the worker to switch it off.. even the AC was not on for the first half.. i went and told the worker to switch it on.. this is very irresponsible behavior...

Inox Ahluwalia Kota theater screen 4 has been stopped suddenly. It has been stopped since 17 minutes. Still not working the screen.

Where is the management of acknown Inox Aura ?...

Today I visited INOX GT central Jaipur booked 2 tickets and went to enjoy movie Suryavanshi .
Excellent Multiplex but Employees are pathetic is hospitality .

We ordered for Rs650 combo which includes 2 pepsi 2 popcorn and 2 samosa .
On the billing screen I saw some coupun applied by the person named Yatendra who was taking order mentioning combo rate as 620 and plus 30 Cadbury ... Than...

Yesterday I have watched ETERNALS movie on dorabjee heritage mall, NIBM pune.
Screen quality in this theater is worst so much dust on it I was hardly able to see the faces of characters and other things in movie this is 2nd time happened in same mall.Ita not matching to ticket price which is 360rs in theater....

I have booked my inox at inox vaibhav amarpali circle, jaipur movie(eternals) on 05 nov 21 a total of 04 tickets.
On reaching we were made to wait outside the Hall since the movie was already running.
Aa soon as the movie got over, we were made to rush in without cleaning the hall And without sanitation which is a major violence of govt orders.
On starting of the movie, the movies print was in bad...

This complaint is regarding one of the inox leisure (Varun Inox) part in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. India.
The washrooms are not maintained properly and they are unhygienic. I do have all the pictures and videos that are captured and will certainly email as I am unable to add them in the attachments.

The same has been discussed to the maintenance staff as well. Please kindly ensure to maintain the hygeine...

Still sitting in Hall and Movie not atarted.
Noone is responding from Inox.
pl let me procedure to Lodge an official complaint againt Inox Adminiatration....

I have ordered for nachos and ice tea, but nachos are Deep roasted and not good to consume as it tasks burnt...

Today I had booked the ticket for dune movie and I didn't get the message of seat number....

The staff inside the hall are misbehaving and abusing inside the hall...

Went to doctor movie to Chandra metro mall on Sunday, oct 17, 2021 3:55pm show.
The intermission was at 5:15pm and went to the counter to get a bottle of water. There was 3 intermissions at the same time. Hence thrice the amount of queue. Only 2 tills to manage the crowd. Till 5:45pm still in the queue and the movie started. This is the worst management and employee experience I’ve ever had. Can’t you guys plan a proper till management....
