I’ve booked my ticket for maanadu in forum mall Bangalore and cancelled my 2 tickets on dec 2, the refund process is mentioned to be returned within 10days and it’s been more than 14 days and I haven’t received my refund i do know why . I asked my bank officers also they said no such process has been taken place. Kindly refund my money immediately

    Show time was 14:45 but advertisements were on till 15:15. Lights were on till half an hour after movie started. After shouting many times they switched off lights full money waste in this theater.

      All of the people that have come to watch Spiderman no way home today (16th sept, 2021) for 11:15 am show have been waiting outside for 50 minutes now. And still we haven't been allowed inside, the workers are saying some kind of technical issue in 3D screening. The movie was supposed to have started playing 50 minutes earlier and we still don't know when we are going to be let in and after the definite ad breaks finally start watching the movie for which I've paid for Rs. 300. And the air conditioning is also not working and is suffocating waiting in a crowd for that long. I am not happy with the service. All of this should have been checked and tested in prior so that the people don't have to go through this reckless service.

        I m currently watching Spiderman at reliance mall op road inox I had bought the recliner seats for privacy and comfort my seat is a-10 but atleast 9 people who haven't bought the tickets came backward and captured the recliner seats without any tickets I m feeling betrayed as paying not paying doesn't make sense this is not acceptable please look into the matter

          I bought some snacks and did not want to provide my phone number. I was not given a receipt. The manager said if you don't give number you will not get a receipt. I think it's ridiculous to force everyone to give their personal details when purchasing popcorn.

              On 8th Dec 2021, I booked 1 ticket for Tadap at Inox CC2 kolkata. They charged 242 rupees on my card but later I found that the e-ticket says the price of ticket is just 112. Attached are required screenshots. Please refund the extra amount charged.

                Tourists in margao will obviously have luggage . I had train in the evening and decided to watch a movie to kill sone time. But alas i did not take into account that INOX will not have a luggage counter. My plan fell flat and now i have 4 hours and clueless with 2 bags. Inox you are losing business here.
                Please also mention on bookmyshow etc that you don't allow luggage. Bad experience for me.

Hence, we do not have a separate luggage/baggage counter. Request you to refer the T&C stating items like carry-bags, eatables, helmets, handbags are not allowed inside the theatres and are strictly prohibited.

                  On dec 2nd, 2021, while booking ticket at inox cinema in The marina mall, omr chennai, money was deducted twice from my account
                  First the ticket booking was tried card was used to made payment but the transaction was failed and then tickets were booked from counter and then the fare deducted was twice as per the charge. Tickets purchased were two but money deducted was twice of the two tickets. I had attached Photo of messages from bank showing two different transactions.
                  Please look into this and refund the remaining amount (Rs 305.12) asap.

                      Public is being harrased on the name of move hall. A small popcorn pack is being sold for 200 rs. I think which cost only 10 rs. These people are looting here. Government should take action against this.

                          Ticket counter representative are mandatory asking to buy combo snaks to book A and B row tickets. Today 26 Nov I asked for 2 tickets and booking counter lady asked to pay 300 and forced to buy popcorn+ juice, if I agree they will book A or B row tickets.Is there any such rule Inox team has.
                          Why counter team are mandatory to buy snacks
                          The same mandatory is not there in online booking

                              Inox surat VR mall had very bed cleaning inside wash room, theatre chairs and also surrounding places inside the cinema hole. We fill that waste of our money for watching such a good movie at this well known company. There was very bad smell in side wash room and cinema hole. Also feel that there were no any proper staff for responding properly. After Corona we feel that service should be better in theatres but it’s very worst experience for me and my family. Next time we will not plan to watch movie after this experience.

                                I want to have popcorn and coffee during interval while watching movie. I was asked to eat it outside and then continue with movie. It was no way for me to finish a whole box of popcorn and coffee in 10/15mins of break.

                                If you have new rules in place, please publish them before hand. This is so inacceptable. I had watched a movie in PVR last week, there was no such fuss. I am not going to inox ever..!!

                                  Hey i have not find any other place to complaint about an Inox theatre located in Amritsar at VR Ambarsar mall. In this theatre Audi 1 is really in bad shape and no one doing anything about it. The brightness levels are so dim.. it's hard to watch what's happening on screen. Many movie goers are complaining but the staff says that we have told the higher authority about this but they reply by saying.. it's content problem not screen problem. You are such a big company.. it's not the experience we expect from you. Have some shame and responsibility.. and fix that screen or else sell your theatres to a better company.

                                        Ive asked the person at the refuel counter to clean up the mess, when they served the food at my seat. They spilled the popcorn everywhere under my seat. I still have no one to clean up here. Plus I've asked the guy to give us extra tissue papers but still .the same response that is "NO RESPONSE"
                                        Worst service I've seen at a INOX (Ajmer) in CSM mall.
