I am currently watching shang chi at inox phoenix pallasio lucknow screen 2

AC not working and 3 or 4 goons at row C are constantly shouting and abusing, is this the family time we deserve after spending 600 rs...

Today I visited inox reliance mall, udhna darwaja, surat. There's no air conditioning working any where. Not in booking area neither in waiting area and not even in movie hall. I asked manager many times to switch on air conditioning but they didn't switch on. Very disappointing. My booking ID is

I had visited Shipra Mall Indrapuram Ghaziabad JAM yesterday on 06.09.2021 for watching movie Fast & Furious 9. On booking counter it was advertised that 25% off of payment done through Bank of Baroda Credit Cards. I made payment if 2 tickets &no discount given. Ticket booking counter guy didn’t knew anything about offer displayed. This is pure cheating. I have full proofs along with pictures of advertisement displayed....

We watched shang chi at screen 1 of the bhilwara inox, at bhilwara, rajasthan...we complaint to the manager about screen clearity...but our problem were not solved and we had watched whole movie as blurred quality...it ruined our day, and our 200 rs. Per head...and that was my worst experience to any movie threathe so far now.
Do something from ruining inox reputation....

We booked tickets for a movie on inox. 5 tickets were booked by us and we were told that those who are vaccinated are only allowed. 3 were vaccinated 2 were under age of 18 (under 18 are not being vaccinated by government order) yet we 2 weren't allowed.
We filled our age before booking ticket as below 18 and yet we weren't stopped at that time and money was deducted from our account.
And now they turned their back and said...

We go to movi on friday 3-9-21 show time 9.35 fast and furious 9 ssart movi than we all r complane to manager about sound n AC so he told wait 10 min than all problem sole but no soun n not ac work than we all people interval go to meet manager n told but he did not any ans than he call police but very bad behiver to all costmer my cont no [protected]...

I came for movie with my friends and the air conditioner of the hall was not working. Despite complaining 2-3 times. They did not switch on Air Conditioner.

I want to know weather there is night vision camera or not inside movie hall.. If yes then will my privacy be compromised? Please reply.

I gave an order via the QR displayed on the movie screen yesterday (4:15 PM - BELLBOTTOM- SCREEN 2- SEAT A4, A6, A8- QUEST MALL KOLKATA - Rs 570) which l didn't receive.
Please refund my money....

This complaint refers to the [protected]@Marina Mall, their food & beverage system is unfair and they are not provided the clear cut information while we make a purchase, Intentionally they are selling the high cost beverages to customers. No clear details regarding food & beverages is posted in that area.

Right now I watch .."Nobody" move in star mall ...15 August 2021..show time .6:00 pm.

I came to vizag CMR theatre for watching timmarusu movie at screen3..Bad smell experienced through out movie watching..unbearable smell...

Recently i watched movie mumbai saga firstly we had to tell them that movie has not started yet it was 20 minutes late secondly ac was not on i had to complaint 2-3 times and after an hour the ac started and that to was not satisfactory and the managers language was rude he was very arrogant...

I have ordered food at the counter and it was not delivered till the movie completed and when I have came to counter to check.but the response from employees are very worst and not acceptable...

Dear Sir, Bangalore RMZ Ticket No 1373109 dated 12 Apr 21 for Vakeel Saab Movie at Bangalore RMZ Galleria mall. Ordered pre purchase promo for refuel worth Rs 380/-. The same was not delivered and the reason being quoted as Miscommunication. It's horrible as it's my Kids Birthday today.
Worst experience being the first movie in Bangalore.

INOX Manger cheating me, intial he informed show canceld, now treating me if you sit 300 people will fight with you...i never seen this culture in Vinox..manager name:Mr.siva kumar

after sitting seat also they are sending bottom rows .this very injustice..300 tickets sold in black tickets..

plz take proper action on management......
