I booked two tickets of fast and furious 9 for 10 September 2021, at lakecity mall
But I was never told to carry vaccine certificate for my little sister who is just 12 year's old Because of that I was denied entry, I am vaccinted but my sister ain't, as you know there are no vaccine for 10 year olds, but the lady guard at the cinema hall yelled at me that these guys don't know anything you should read carefully and many more things, the way she talked is really rude and unacceptable, either replace such untrained staff or give them a good training, such a shame, even pvr cinema as way better staff than you guys
