Sir tonight I gone to inox cinema telibagh lucknow for movie roohi.ticket price was 112 but they are taking price 262 by saying that they are giving food items like cold drink and popcorn .when I refuce to take they said that this item is compulsary with the ticket.I want to know why.

I'm from Lucknow Uttar Pradesh I went to your garden Galleria movie hall and asked for two tickets worth rupees 15o each but your ticket representative asked for the total bill amount of rupees 520. When I asked for the reason of this increased amount he said we included combo in your tickets I said that I don't want it but he said that it is compulsory to take combo with tickets even in the afternoon shows. This is completely unacceptable and this is completely a wrong behaviour of yours If I don't want to buy combo why are you forcefully including it in my bill. I will complaint it and will surely go to consumers court for this act of yours

I went to watch Roohi in Inox Metro, Kolkata on Saturday 13th March at 11:30 a.m. At the booking counter I was given an "offer" where I would get a Large Popcorn which costs 280 at 25% discount which should cost me 210. But on seeing the Price at the counter I see that the Large Popcorn costs 240 rupees and I was being given it at that price itself despite getting a 25% discount. When I complained the entire management had no explanation and asked us to watch the movie while they reviewed the situation. After 20 mins they very politely gave me a refund of my 240 which I paid at the booking counter for the "offer" and told me on Saturday the price is not the same as displayed on the menu which I feel is a big lie. I cross question them so they have no choice but to give me a refund. And even though I got the refund I felt I was being cheated and that's not expected from from inox movies. It was a very distressing situation and a bad experience after all it is our hard earned money. Please look into the people or staff involved so that we don't face such a situation again.

I was watching roohi wit my wife on 12 mar 21 but in between movie stopped. waited for 15 mins ... jorhat INOX

I was watching The Marksman on 26th February, 10-45 a.m. show and the movie was played in crop from both top and bottom before they reset it. we could not read the subtitles either due to this

Inox one of the premier organization in entertainment industry, is not able to maintain good odour in it's screen after reopening. The seats are filled with bugs and smelling stale. I along with our family felt uncomfortable in watching Telugu Nandi movie at INOX Kurnool. We are totally disappointed the way maintainance is being done. Moreover no air conditioner are working atleast with normal temperature. What's the use for getting tickets @150 plus GST, when there is no maintainance.

As I have 1+1 offer on my card at inox
As I will get 1+1 by icici coral expression debit card at inbox
But your inbox lepl icon is not being done with that offer

Very bad behaviour of staff n harrassment of my time.when card Machine is not working then why machine is displayed in front of ticketcounter and no message has been sticked on the glass i.e - MACHINE IS NOT WORKING DUE TO NETWORK ISSUE. I just told ur INOX staff that if Machine is not working then plz don't displayed in front of ticket counter. After that he argued with me n harrassed my time to watch movie.and sound was very harsh. And ur staff told me that plz complaint to INOX CO.

This theatre is completely stinking forget sanitization we can spot dirt n mould on walls unable to breathe either

On 15/02/2021 i tried to booked the tickets, but the transaction was failed and my money has been deducted from my account, i didn’t get back my money so kindly provide the statement of this transaction, and finally i booked the tickets for 2nd time it’s successful and also i have received the tickets also

I booked ticket through book my show on 21/02/21 for inox, vadodara, by mistake ticket was booked for 22/02/21. I realised it when I reached to theatre. Manager denied to accept ticket, so I have purchased new 4 tickets from counter.

Even there are only 30 audience present for whole show. 85% of theatre is empty. Though I have to purchased new ticket and no refund for next day ticket I got .

Very bad experience compare other cinema hall.

If your 80% of show going empty then why I have to purchased RS. 400. Ticket for same day.

It's very bad policy actually.

Staff is not monitoring that it is working or not movie is getting stopped like buffering one of the worst multiplex I have ever seen im my life... After wasting too much money on it...

பொது மக்கள் டிக்கெட் கேட்டால் இணைய தளத்தில் இருக்கும் சென்று எடுத்து கொள் என்பர், ஆனால் இணைய தளத்தில் விடுவதும் இல்லை. இது போன்ற சம்பவங்கள் கடந்த 3 வருடங்களாக நடந்து கொண்டு வருகிறது.

We ordered a tub of cheese popcorn but location was wrong so it went to mumbai center we were in Gwalior mp inox
They told us to contact customer support tried various calls no one answered kindly check the screenshot attached n refund please

This is purushothaman from secretary of Mylapore VCK. Last few years your staff 60rupees tickets only given to local person and rowdy. This not a good for your theatre so please take action.

I had visited INOX GSM MALL Hyderabad on 26th Jan for 6:25 pm show in screen 1 seat number RY-A1 ; A3. I ordered for french fries and to my surprise was served a very poor quality of fries which were not only bad in taste and also very poor in quality. They were rotten.
I would like to emphasize how could such a prestigious chain of theatre have such kind of stalls and it is very shameful that in this sensitive time of Pandemic HOW DARE THESE KIND OF STALLS PLAY WITH HUMAN LIVES BY SELLING UNHYGIENIC FOOD.
I would like immediate action on this or else I am willing to pull this in consumer court.
