Today i went a movie in vijaywada inox screen 2 7.20 pm show iam surprised related cleanness of the chairs it is worst. Full of dust on seats u may find clearly visible to every body. They collect highest amount for ticket in the city.

I'm writing this to make you aware of the scam that is going on in inox (Abs mall), jorhat, assam. Whenever a good movie is released inox people pre book all the tickets and then few people who know about this scam, buy them as in black market. This scam is currently ongoing for regional assamese movie "ratnakar". Please take appropriate action against these people....

I've always been satisfied with the service that INOX provides. But, today I went to INOX Cinemas (Crown Interiorz Mall, Mathura Road, Faridabad) and asked for three tickets of Dream Girl. I went to inox theatre gardens galleria, lucknow. The ticket price of joker movie was 150 but they were charging 300 per ticket bcoz of compulsory food addon. Why the # i'll buy food coupons when i don't want it. What kind of monopoly is this. Kindly take strict actions against there * cinema theatre. Many of the guests who came to watch the movie were either forced to buy compulsory add-ons or they didn't...

I went for war movies with my family and after that we have to go somewhere very important.
The movies start after 32 min of actual timing. When i ask reason for late start the staff over there is very rude and say this happens regularly.
So we need to leave the movies end and leave. What type of commitment and service is this.

Recently, i observed one of the security staff manager in inox marina mall chennai, mentioned outside food / snacks are not allowed inside inox theater.

If outside food is not allowed in inox theater, why the same snacks are served inside the theater. Its a looting... If snacks are sold there, why there is no price regulation there.

The inox is earning illegally from public. We need supreme court or governing...

I purchased tickets from inox gsm mall hyderabad at window and made the payment though paytm. My money got dedcuted but the person at the window said that the ticket isnt booked (There is some error from inox server) and advised me to re-pay the amount again to book the same seats (The apyment was successful this time through paytm only). Hi yesterday night my hubby and me went for movie (Night show) with baby while entering the entrance they asked to take ticket of 3years baby she already sleepy and we have informed she dnt sit separately and dont want seat but the denied forcefully we bought ticket same amount charged but our baby slept within 10 minutes in my laps... If we want another seat then we will take another ticket what is the big deal we know how our toddler comfortable...

I have booked 2 tickets using inox app for gang leader movie on 13th of september mistakenly instead of 15th september at varun inox, vizag.. So i cancelled those tickets which were booked on 13th... Can you please verify my refunding process.. I have already contacted your customer care.. They have said that the money was refunded... I got message during ticket booking about the deducted money.. A serious issue related to the butter used in sweet corn.. Inox in siliguri charge rs 100 for sweet corn but the butter used in the corn is a vegetable oil... This is a serious issue since inox is misleading people by using vegetable oil known as delicious butter in the sweet corn they serve... The same shall be informed to the food department to check all the ingredients used in the preparations of inox......

Yesterday i went to inox sector 83 gurgaon in audi 1 and seat no h-18 10:45 pm show here i forgot my kungix earbuds black colour but they are denying that it is not there of which i am sure are lying. They are not ready to co-orperate with us. I reached the place early morning but they are not even checking the camera and not even trying co-orperate with us. I would like to know if the inox theatre has a night vision camera installed inside the auditorium because i have seen a red dot appearing and then went off. It was at the top corner. Is it true?
Kindly justify, since people who visit has their own privacy or else a signboard should be displayed stating that you are monitored under night vision camera....

I went to watch a movie in pune ionox theatre screen 3 film sahoo.
I am forced to buy a snacks combo of rs 110 (I never drink cool drinks, or eat out, but forcefully taken amount for coco cola and some thing else). Apart from this service charge is collected without option (Mandatory).

This is against public interest and govt guidelines,
Kindly take necessary action and return the amount immediately....
