Attended a movie in pink sqaure inox... We had our interval... I wasnt allowed to go out of the theatre otherwise they wont allow me to re enter. I wanted to step out to smoke a cig but they didnt allow me to re enter... Is this a school that we need permission to enter exit... What a # brand... Never coming to this theatre or any other inox then i called their call centre number... I was replied that the office is closed told me to call next day...

    Hello sir,
    Today i visit at inox jamnagar at crystal mall, to watch pagalpanti movie but the air conditioning system which is present is totally switch off so comfortableness is not so much as other inox cinema. I visited other inox cinema present at rajkot but it is maintained properly and air conditioner is working properly but here in jamnagar it is worst i do not come again.

      The lift elevator at inox jalgaon is not maintained properly, it gets stuck on several occasions, moreover the staff is also not trained what to do in such situations creating problems for the guest wanting to go for watching the movie, we went for 10.15 pm show of hotel mumbai screen 4 on 29th november and we're stuck in the elevator, we had rescue ourselves, the escalators also don't work often.
      Please take due cognisance of the same

        I booked the movie ticket of commando 3 on 29 nov 19 at 10.15 pm with ticket no. 641939. I selected the seats for front row and asked the amount for the seats to the ticket issuing person. So firstly he neglected to issue the ticket but after i forced he issued the ticket. As i made the payment of the amounted bill i asked the fare o[censored]pper seats. So the ticket issue person said u r not able to book so and reacted as we have asked him to book for free. The staff is not behaving properly with customer

          I was thoroughly humiliated because of your employee mistake. I had booked the ticket for frozen-2 for 5.45 pm. But the lady at the ticket counter game me the ticket for 3.30 pm which i came to know only after entering the movie hall. I was thrown out of the hall by your employee because of the mistake done by your employee. Is this how you serve your customer. And to add there is no regret from your employees’ end. Do take some action because it’s just intolerable from such an esteemed company. And to add up i had reached counter at 3.45 pm and the ticket given by that lady is of 3.30.

              I would like to get to your notice that i and my family have had a extremely bad experience here in inox rmz when we came to watch a movie.

              We have watched more than 100 movies in the inox theaters from more than 10 years now and not once have we been treated this way.

              We had purchased the hard tickets for today (27 oct 2019 saand ki aank - 9 50 show) as we came for another movie yesterday (26 oct 2019 - housefull 4) and i forgot the tickets at my residence (20 minutes away from the mall) we were 6 people (3 elders of which one is a high court advocate and 2 older women) and a 2 year old.

              The people here refused to let us in without tickets which i understand but they dint even try to check the payment number or message or phone number which was used to book the tickets and blandly stood and argued when we expected a bit of cooperation from them considering the fact that we were ready to share the information of billing and card number which was used for payments.

              Never in my life have i been insulted this way and i feel like never wanting to watch any movie here in inox theaters from now on as my parents felt extremely bad about their way of interaction.

              Request you to add a feature where people still need not face this kind of problems just because they got hard tickets and forgot them (Feature like a message to the customer who has paid the bill for the ticket).

                This is the second time i am facing the same problem.
                I am giridhar karanam from mysore. I went to mall of mysore in mysore.
                There is no proper maintenance of ac (Air conditioner). They turned it on at the starting of money and at the last.in between they stopped and let us to breathe the same air.
                I never expected such poor service from inox. This made me not to go again.

                  So we went for a movie on the 16th oct 19 which was a wednesday for screen 3 and 2 seats were booked rr - a7, a8 for joker and there were these 3 adults 1 male 2 females who stole our seats and when confronted asked us to relocate and use some other seats and when asked again created a scene and moved and then later on during the movie started they were threatening and harrassing and they were goans with an other nationality and they started speaking rudely against us in their language and eventually spoiled the whole movie... Luckily i didn't react and responded calmly but there is no security or order maintained in the screening area by the management... If it had to escalate and they had to come on my body i would have opened their skulls and this would have happend due to the theater not having proper management and letting people do as they want... And these people have done this several times because when they finally moved they said if someone comes here also we'll move again... Now tomorrow i am going for a movie again same timing show and i book online and i see that there are only 3 tickets booked way down in the club area and all other seats are empty just like last time... Which is mostly the case for that time of the day show... And if they do it again i will make sure to make this a big issue!! Why?? Because it's not right to steal someone elses seats and first of all recliner seats aren't cheap and secondly people steal your seats after you have paid for it!! Better do something about it!!

                    Issue 1:
                    I have beign to varun inox screen -1 seats d19, d20 on 13/10/2019 (8 pm show time)
                    Seat d-19 has spring coming out and its very uncomfortable to sit, no proper response from theater help staff, i paid money to sit uncomfortably. I received feedback link from inox where i have described whole issue, but there is no response (Felt why do they have the feedback link)

                    Issue 2:
                    Again i have beign to varun inox screen-2, seats (Ry - a9, a10, a11, a12) on 15/10/2019 (6:50pm show time).
                    Took executive seats paying 280 per seat to experience nasty smell and poorly maintained seats. I had rashes for spending 3 hours. Not sure why do this particular inox center is not meeting standards on inox brand. This needs attention and i feel bad for paying 1200 rupees for having a very bad seating experience.

                    then he said that, i have to submit my lighter .

                      The price at rk beach is 10-20 max
                      However the girl used a plastic glove so I thought at least it was hygienic
                      But the taste was pathetics
                      The person made belapuri with more chilly powder
                      5 RS muri or bhel may be 5 RS onion 3 Rs tomato 20
                      She never added palli or groundnut and coriander taste was horrible

                        Today we went for the morning show 9:15 at inox riverside mall lucknow. Online ticket showed 160 for 1 ticket. We couldn't get it online so we asked at the ticket counter and the total amount for 3 tickets that he told us was rs. 960. He told us its a combo price but we asked only for the tickets. He said they won't give only tickets as there are just 5 people to watch the movie, so if we want to watch the movie we will have to take the combo packs. On arguing for sometime, he reduced the combo to 510 in which he added samosas. The reason i am putting this complaint is that when i am asking just for tickets you should give me the damn tickets without forcing to add combos, i am not concerned whether there are 5 people or its fully packed. Worst experience.

                          The amount 2094.88 got debited from my debit card (Via paytm).
                          However booking was not confirmed.
                          Tried calling their customer care at[protected], but received no response.
                          Please look into the issue urgently as it involves a lot of money.

                            Purchased movie ticket for movie joker in inox theatres situated at varodara ellorapark show timming was 10.40 pm movie started at 11.10 pm is it a half an hour advt ...? And though manager talked us so rudely and un attendly than i personally felt so heartly so wont visit inox any more thanks for ur your great service inox wasnt expected this from you will post on every social media thanks inox thanks inox group..

                              I have been waiting since 12 days for refund for cancelation of tickets... Not yet refunded. Booked tickets using inox app and canceled the tickets on 6th of october 2019. A dialogue box apeared saying you are eligible for 270 rs refund and it will be credited in 10 days... Not yet credited...
                              . Please kindly take it to concern and make the refund as soon as possible

                                Today i went a movie in vijaywada inox screen 2 7.20 pm show iam surprised related cleanness of the chairs it is worst. Full of dust on seats u may find clearly visible to every body. They collect highest amount for ticket in the city.

                                  I'm writing this to make you aware of the scam that is going on in inox (Abs mall), jorhat, assam. Whenever a good movie is released inox people pre book all the tickets and then few people who know about this scam, buy them as in black market. This scam is currently ongoing for regional assamese movie "ratnakar". Please take appropriate action against these people.

                                    I've always been satisfied with the service that INOX provides. But, today I went to INOX Cinemas (Crown Interiorz Mall, Mathura Road, Faridabad) and asked for three tickets of Dream Girl. The girl at the counter told me that it's compulsory to purchase a combo that started from 480₹ saying, "Combo lena padega Madam". Although a hoarding banner saying 'Food is optional' was put up near the counter but she kept on insisting making false reasons. I decided to not purchase the tickets and told her to call the duty manager to which she replied that manager wasn't available. She panicked when I started recording her and then she said, 'Aap bataiye konsi ticket leni hai, mai deti hun'. I insisted that she should call the duty managaer. She called up someone and a guy came up to talk and he was little nervous to face and talk to us. Meanwhile, other three guys came to buy tickets and the service provider didn't tell them to buy the combo.
                                    The service guy who came on calling him, was actually stammering and later apologised.
                                    I request you to take strict actions against them because this is against the policy of INOX Cinemas. I don't know their names but I have the picture of that girl and the hoarding that I'm attaching.

                                      Me and my parents went to inox maheswari, kacheguda, to watch sye raa narasimha reddy movie at 3.35 pm show on[protected], where we were experienced a very bad behaviour of security.
                                      We opened our trolley to show any eatables in our bag. But they are removing each and every cloth from our trolly bag including inner wears infront of all others. We felt very embarrassed.
                                      We asked for bag counter also, but they said they don't have policy of bag counters.
                                      Really shame on inox movies to keep such waste fellows as security guards. So we want to file a complaint against this, so no other will experience this kind of embarrassment by cheap mentality security.

                                        I went to inox theatre gardens galleria, lucknow. The ticket price of joker movie was 150 but they were charging 300 per ticket bcoz of compulsory food addon. Why the # i'll buy food coupons when i don't want it. What kind of monopoly is this. Kindly take strict actions against there * cinema theatre. Many of the guests who came to watch the movie were either forced to buy compulsory add-ons or they didn't get the chance to watch the movie.
