Me and my family was entering to Cinema hall after purchasing ticket in raipur city 36 mall raipur, I was been informed prior purchasing ticket that AC is not working, I just asked let me check how much. AC is working then we will think of seating or not, we didn't ask for any refund he started to argue with us why u have buy ticket i[censored] don't want to seat we want refund any money ...even I didn't ask for any amount refund .his voice was too loud in public we reported to manager of Inox raipur

    Hello sir I m riddhi kariya from rajkot. My complain is about ticket booking for first row it means A row. Last Friday I wish to book movie ticket in inox R word cinema which known as dharam cinema..when I book my ticket online there in no sit available in A row means first row.. but when we went for the movie A row is totally empty. And when I complain to the manager he said that A row is only for VIP person.. it is very amberancing to me.. we give a money for watch movie in first and high row.but manager sir give not respect and only insulting behave with us..please take an action for him. Otherwise I shall complain in consumer court.

    I booked tickets via Inox app tickets not confirmed but amount debited from my bank account.
    Air conditioner was not working and as there were only 5-6 people were there this does not mean that they will put a standing in front of a row a ask everyone to sit in that row they charged the regular ticket i paid 190 rs for a coldrink and 130 rdmomos and when I was sitting in the Hall I was sweating its 46° outside worst hospitality ever seen.

      I booked two tickets for Xmen dark Phoenix in inox regalia mall bbsr. They did not allow us as the booking reference showed invalid. I had booked through Paytm. After talking to some higher authorities they allowed us after the 20 mins of the movie. If customers book for a movie and see 70% of movie then do u think it’s the right thing they do? When I have complained the same thing to Paytm then they said they were just a medium and inox did not respond to my complaint.

      Inox Bharuch, refused to play godzila -II, due to sales less no.of tickets. When I entered to ticket counter .. person behind window said... Show will not be played as min.15 nos.of tickets has to be sold out.
      What a shame Inox...

        Screen 3 Godzilla 2. Date 7/6/19 . Five people are sitting on royal recliners and they did not actually buy royal recliners ticket and there is no one to check the tickets inside .
        I believe it's a cheat with your consumer who is paying for royal recliners and then all of a sudden few people come and sit on royal recliners and they have the recliners ticket . Despite of informing the same to your staff no action was taken. .

          Played sub titles for monster movie

          Now on june 5,

          Seven movie sub titles are not played

          In license it is given as seven (Tamil with english subtitles)

          But didn't played subtitles

            We went to see pm narendra modi at r16 inox, sector 16, gandhinagar at 9:45 pm show. They told that as number of audience is less you have to buy combo. We denied then he told it is compulsory. Why it is compulsory?? We askes him to call manager again he denied he said you can go upstairs and talk. But without tickets how we can enter?? We asked him to call him. Then he said we are nkt allowed to call when before 5 minutes he was using phone. Everytime they ask us to buy combo why it is compulsory. Very disappointed..!!!

              The IMAX screen in South City Mall, Kolkata claims to be so but the screening of movies are not done on the ratio of IMAX.

              Only part of the screen is covered and which feels like just an ordinary experience. Please either fix the issue or be fair with the consumers or don’t put the IMAX tag with the screen.

                My family of 4 went to watch a movie at 9.40 pm inox theatre belgaum - modi and there was a drunk man with his friends in the theatre.
                First he started hooting which is normal i guess and then he started commenting on every dialogue vivek oberoi started saying.
                Not one word was heard by us as the drunk man was extremely loud and couldn’t hear anything properly.
                It started to get more and more violent. The man had now started abusing loudly even with children in the theatre.
                We called the security and told him.
                He gave the man a warning to keep quite.
                He was quite about 10 mins and then again he started.
                A lot of people after us complained about it but the security guy did nothing.
                The entire movie he kept commenting and giving such bad words we couldn’t even listen to.
                We couldn’t watch the movie in peace.
                After the movie we and many other people complained to mr. Gomes and he just stood there and said it’s an entertainment centre for everyone and we cannot remove anyone out of the theatre.
                I complained to inox mumbai the next day and after a lot of days the main manager mr. Kumar called me, i told him that the money i wasted on the money i wanted it back by giving me my 4 tickets to the same movie.
                He clearly refused it.
                I think it is my right to entertainment and i have paid for it and deserve to see the movie in peace.

                    I went to saw de de pyar de on 29/05/2019 on 7:30 pm at inox, sector-21, gandhinagar, gujarat. When i went to the counter & asked for tickets... He told me - i book your tickets but it is compulsory to buy a combo pack of pop corn and drink (About rs.140) with tickets. I denied to take but he said 'no sir, it is compulsory, as the show is empty due to other movie - pm narendra modi.
                    I want to ask, is it my fault that particular show going to empty? Then why i pay more.

                      Item which is costing just 20-30 Rs.in theatre which u can sold in max 50-60 rs. charging as of now 5 to 6 times high in Inox even in Movie time & Carnival cinemas why so? Why making full of people ? why collecting more money from consumers ?
                      Many times costing double than tickets . Need some action for the same

                      Ridiculous above that offering combo which is 700 Rs. what a hell all this.?

                          the movie at forum inox.
                          It's very disturbing when we see couple smooching n misbehaving besides us n front o[censored]s,
                          We go to the movie hall to see the movie not to see all this. N more this was a children's movie.
                          It was a ashamed when was nephew was asking when will they stop.
                          2hrs movie we only could hear they noise.

                            Saturday show evening 7.55 pm at sunny trade centre jaipur. When i sit on chair. Chair already broken and i asked so many time to staff of cinema hall but he is not changing my seat. I have took four ticket. Very bad experience. Plz refund my money otherwise i will take legal action. Screen no.4 seat no. E15 to e 18 they are not ready to change my seat. I will not bear this type of behaviour

                                Hello sir. I'm yogesh agrawal from raipur chhattisgarh. I went to inox on 15/05/2019 in ambuja city centre mall raipur chhattisgarh. I watched student of the year 2 and at the time of interval i go to purchase some food. Your receptionist named deepak kumar removed the offer pamplate as soon as i reach his counter. Fortunately i saw that he just removed offer details and i asked him why he removed the offer he said "offer is closed as they dont have enough stock of sandwich" so i asked him how much a sandwich cost. He said 140. So i give him 140rs and told him to order a sandwich. He was ordering it. So if they dont have stock then how he can take order? He is not ready to give me food as per offer but he can give it without offer. So i called manager and he also said that we have less stock thats why re removed the offers. So offers is all about how much stock you have? You can give everything without offer but when its time to give on offer then you denied. This type of service inox (Ambuja mall raipur) are giving. At the end manager said "sir you can take whatever you want from here we'll not charge you anything" i have id card photo of the receptionist.

                                  I'm a resident of nagpur n frequently commute to inox jaswant tuli mall... There hv been umpteen num of shortcomings in this theater, but one of the primary issue is provision of cold water during this scorching heat of nagpur where after spending so much money on tkts, v expect at least hvg not only normal temp water, but also cold water cans which can help quench the thirst... Y v hv to spend additional money on buying bottles which r refrigerated just for the sake of profit making... Is that it? I did happen to have a discussion with one of the staff named mr. Sandeep who blatantly denied making such provisions n said u'll hv to buy cold water... Seriously an insane answer n i was really taken aback by such a behavior... Sir/madam, i seriously wanna mk this plea to look into this delicate, but quintessential issue so that v r nt denied of hvg the basic rights of (Cold) water during summers... Thx

                                    Hi team,

                                    Few days back i went to watch a movie at INOX Satyam and they gave a redeemable voucher after the food purchase and and was told you can redeem it it one the next visit on any weekday. However when i went there again after two days the guys at the counter didn't accept and initially said it is for same day use, when i have told him about the previous conversation of when i got that and then he made a weekday excuse.

                                    The movie was almost started and i was getting late for it hence couldn't made the complete video of the guy.

                                      Nachos were very bad! The salsa was just cheap tomato ketchup!!! Not worth the price. Coke was having no soda just sweet cold water! Very very bad food! Not worth the price. Very taste less salsa sauce and nachos quantity was lesser than usual. Just the broken small pieces of nachos were there and no full pieces! Just tasteless food and the salsa dip and cheese dip quantity was also very very less than usual! The quality has gone down! Ithe prices have risen more than 30%. This is the condition of inbox reliance aurangabad

                                      Person attending counter forced for CASH payment Even after several debit cards tried by me & other customer before, none being accepted. Transaction denied by rejection the attendant demands hard cash first attempt itself. Also bill not issued for purchase made... Really worst ever experience. INOX Surat V R Mall screen 5 Seat C15.
