Good evening,
There were totally 5 ticket counters in Inox Prozone mall Coimbatore, but only two counters were in operation and we customers are waiting for so long which is making more frustration, also there is no air condition in ticket area which is making the customers more anger . Being a regular customer I got frustrated with today’s activity.

    I mr pundorikaksha bora, when booking my inox show on 11august 2019 at 5.50 lions king on online through sbi net banking they will book my seats and i get the transaction success messages and immediately bank debit my amount, but i not get any email for booking confirmation then i immediately call the front office of jorhat inox and details described the matter on telephone, then they informed me that your booking is not confirmed if you want then we booking it manually and your bebit transaction will be refund automatically within a week, but one week is over still no refund is made from inox site. Now what is the legal procedure i will take to refund my money... Kindly explain as early.

We request you to kindly liaise with your issuing bank for refund as the transaction done was not verified /authenticated on our gateway hence the payment was not accepted on our side. The amount that is debited is on hold with your issuing bank and will only be released back if you state a chargeback. As the same cannot be initiated by merchant we are requesting you to do the needful time frame will depend on your issuing bank.

    I would be very much interested in knowing weather the patrons can carry outside snacks and water bottles, and soft drink's to avoid paying more then the ticket prices for a bottle of water and other snacks which is looted from people??

      We at inox inorbit mall malad were not allowed to carry the food inside the theatre. The person was very rude to talk to us his name was devashish sarkar. We asked him if he is nt allowing us dan refund my money back of the ticket. Finally the matter was in the police station and dey have setting der also so at the end we lost to the power that dey have. Dey don't abide the rules of the govt.

      We have taken note of the concerns raised in your trailing email and would like to clarify that the restriction / prohibition on allowing patrons to carry outside eatables and drinks into the theatre premises, is currently sub-judice. Presently there is no rule/ regulation/law, which mandates the Cinema Exhibitors to allow the patrons to carry the outside eatables and drinks into the cinema theatres.

      You may be aware that, for the convenience of our patrons, we have installed free purified drinking water (RO) facility along with disposable cups, inside our Multiplex and patrons can avail that facility at any time. We do make allowances for infants, elderly and guests who have a medical issue/special needs.

      We are hopeful that above, satisfactorily addresses your concern.

      Special need was there bt still didnt allow
      Than when u dont allow food dan should have refunded my money... u want to take money widout letting us see the movie..its like u forcefully want us to buy from inside or u forcefully want us throw what we have got. I[censored] are not allowing dan give my refund for the ticket. You didnt allow than refund na. I toh didnt see the movie y shud I pay than.

          Yesterday i went with my family to inox multiplex in capital mall, misrod bhopal seat nos d 6-9.

          At least 10-12 persons were making videos of movie mission mangal in screen 3 10:15 pm show.

          I think it is illegal under copyright act to make pirated videos. There was no one from inox to tell them not to so. 3 guys just in front of me in e row 6-8 seat nos were making videos. I told them not to do so as it is illegal and backlight of their cell phones was disturbing my viewing.

          They threatened me to shut up. And when i called security petson mr jagdish prasad from foyer called 3-4 guys in hall, took rounds and just went away without taking any action. I could not watch climax of movie properly bcos of these guys.

          After finishing of movie i went to foyer and told security person mr jagdish prasad to stop those guys and check their mobiles. He was such a coward, he just stared at them and let them go.

          I want action to be taken against those guys who were making videos as well as security person mr jagdish prasad. Otherwise i m never going to this multiplex if my family is not safe and such unhealthy environment is encouraged.

            Please do not allow childern below 5 yrs of age inside the therater as they keep on crying and talking loudly and doesn't let other people enjoy the movie. Please its a must stop it!! Inox having such good reputation n such things just makes it irritating! Or else there wont be any bad seeing the movie in the house or in the theater so kindly see to it. So will wait to see what step inox india take

              I m staying in jamnagar. My request is most of the hollywood movies are screened in 3d formats but i would like to see the same in 2d. Instead of keeping all shows in 3d, why not give us option of atleast one show in 2d.
              It is ok if maximum shows are in 3d but atleast give one option. Quality lost due to dark view on account of 3d formats is too much.

                Seats are dirty, dusty. Difficult to breath due to dust and smell. Charging so much money and providing facilities like a b grade movie theatre. Pathetic. Will not recommend anyone to watch a movie here. Waste of money. Same amount of money is charged at pvr, cinepolis, etc. But condition to cinema hall in pvr/cinepolis or any other theatre is 10 times better. Feeling cheated. 260 per seat wasted.

                      I booked ticket for thaneer mathan dhinangal at inox virugambakkam, chennai through booking id tzatcun in bookmyshow.
                      In the film certification it was mentioned as "with english subtitle" but was not displayed and upon inquiry the manager informed it was not part of the content transferred to them.
                      Felt let down by the service. Need to see action at least for the future.

                        Today i happen to visit your inox theatre at mall de goa, porvorim with my wife. During interval i thought of buying coffee from your food counter, moment i was about to get up one of your staff walked towards me who was taking order inside movie theatre, i gave order and while he was taking order i asked him cost he said 140. I had all rs.500 and one rs50 so gave him one he asked for change so gave another 50 rs so that it will be easier for him to get change. He left and came after abt 10-15mins after show started and gave coffee and returned me rs 20/-. I mentioned to him that i paid you rs. 550 how come you returning me rs.20/-, he said sir you paid rs.150, there was discussion between us over it and as people on neighbouring seats were getting disturbed i walked out of theatre with him towards food counter, person at counter who seems to be his superior i mentioned same infront of him he directly denied at 1st instance saying i paid rs150. Later he walked inside i assume to meet his superior, he came out saying sir i'll check cctv camera and if found will come to your seat and return your cash i agreed to it thinking it's best option to sort the matter as things will be clear on camera, saying that he handed over me rs 20 and payment receipt of rs. 130, for which i mentioned i am not taking it back let you'll check cctv and return my balance amount and i walked towards my recliner seat thinking they will come during movie and return my rs.420, but no one came.

                        After movie i saw same boy whom i gave money waiting down stair, i asked hope ull checked cctv and sorted for which he answered sir is waiting for at exit. I saw the guy at counter and probably other guy who seems to be their superior. I asked him did you check your cctv he replied sir we checked our cash and everything is perfect you paid 150 only, i was angry for same as it was sort of embarrassment coz even after he said i'll check for cctv he was talking about his cash and proving me liar. I was very angry for same and refused to take even rs 20 and told him that you show me your cctv 1st m not accepting any cash he was like we checked cash. Told him please give me rs 130 bill i'll see the rest thinking for sure i'll drop mail at your complaint centre, i mentioned to them that m really not happy with your irresponsible behaviour and i started walking out as it was getting embarrassing as 1-2 people stopped by at door watching us. As i started walking away the manager told the person whom i spoke at counter to go and get rs400, it was really embarrassing was not atall in mood to speak directly walked out of there
                        Without taking rs400 nor remaining amount of rs20 which he was returning.

                        It's really a embarrassing situation for me and careless & irresponsible attitude of your staff, while taking order he mentioned me cost of coffee is rs140 and later said rs.130 and also your senior staff who din have courtesy to check cctv as mentioned by them not me that they will do so but dint do. If i was wrong by any chance they should have proved to me which they never did.

                        Real bad and embarrassing situation. I expect my refund back.

                            By mistake i had booked 4 tickets for a movie on saturday instead of sunday and u went for that movie on sunday. It us only then that i realised. But nevertheless i purchased 4 tickets again on sunday at inox itself and watched the same movie.

                              Inox managemnt is charging very high on food items. Today i tooked one popcorn and two cool drinks thy charged 667/- rs. Only 700ml cool drink thy are charging 225rs. Its very high charges. No one is taking action on them. No other theatre are charging this much rates.

                              I need a serious action on this and reduce the charges and keep a resonable rates

                              Inox chennai city center branch. Pathetic staff behaviour. The duty manager easy arrogant in responding to AC and mosquito issues. He said that AC cannot be felt if its house full. The AC is being consciously switched off. Excessive mosquito issue that they do not seem to care about. Shameful !!!

                                The movie dear comrade was released a few days ago and inox udaipur had shows of the movie so i went to watch it. But because of tamil language it was supposed to have english subtitles so that other people can also watch it. So many theatres have also shows of this movie and they also have subtitles. How was to supposed to see a telugu movie in rajasthan without subtitles.

                                  Inox fun n shop, fatima nagar, pune no lift water droping in stairs, ac not workingproperly, escalator not working. I have problem in my leg and face inconvenience in coming to screen.

                                  I will never come here to watch movie again.

                                  Due to this i am having terrible pain in my spine and wont be able to walk propely for maby days.

                                  I want you to take action against the management of this theater they should get this solved by kumar builder.

                                    My ticket number is dated 30//7/2016, i gave 200 rs for a billing amount of 140 and i was denied a change while a stack full of change is there on the cashier table, she told me it have just now arrived at her table and she persisted for the change, when i said the movie name is judgemental hai kya she started making faces, i felt really insulted and humiliated, kindly ask your hr department to consult with her or is she suffering from any mental disorder that she beheaves so rudely with me. This incident happened in city center 2 kolkata outlet.

                                      They have put a notice saying that water bottles, home made food and helmets won't be allowed to be carried inside cinema theatre. Also, they charge extremely high prices for bisleri bottles and snacks. So why should we buy their expensive stuff? And also, there is no govt. Law which prohibits us to carry our own food and water inside any multiplex. This is open financial exploitation of public by these multiplex companies. Please help as soon as possible. Im attaching a photo of such notice published at inox cinemas, jai ganesh vision mall, akurdi, pimpri chinchwad, pune. Also, this issue exists at other theatres like pvr, carnival cinemas, etc. Please ensure that this doesn't happen at any multiplex may it be a brand or a local theatre. This is a complete loot. A violation of fundamental rights of all indian citizens.

                                      We have taken note of the concerns raised in your trailing email and would like to clarify that the restriction/prohibition on allowing patrons to carry outside eatables and drinks into the theatre premises, is currently sub-judice. Presently there is no rule/ regulation/law, which mandates the Cinema Exhibitors to allow the patrons to carry the outside eatables and drinks into the cinema theatres.

                                      You may be aware that, for the convenience of our patrons, we have installed free purified drinking water (RO) facility along with disposable cups, inside our Multiplex and patrons can avail that facility at any time. We do make allowances for infants, elderly and guests who have a medical issue/special needs.

                                      We are hopeful that above, satisfactorily addresses your concern.

                                        Inox moveis in Chandanagar ( Hyderabad) is charging more prices on 600 ml of Coco cola cool drink. For example in the market the coco cola price is 50Rs / Lt. But the Inox Liesure Limited ( on behalf of Inox I think) charging 210 Rs for 650ml Coco cola. I think this should be corrected by consumer forum people.

                                        I have encountered this situation two times. And they don't allow our food items to bring into theaters.

                                        My sincere request is to take forward this complaint to consumer forum.

                                        I went to watch movie on Saturday 13/07/2019 at Inox multiplex.
                                        They are charging 40rs for parking even though PMC said mall owner should not charge. When I asked they said PMC has allowed them to charge.
                                        Hi, Why these multiplexes charge more in weekends and less in weekdays. the difference is so huge. As I know there is a tax free for the local movies, even after that the price is so high. Single screen theater still have same pricing for all the shows irrespective of holiday or not. Why can't multiplexes follow the same? Is it not a scam 🤔
