Hi inox team,

I am from andhra currently living in coimbatore.

I am a movie lover and frequently visit [protected]@ prozone mall coimbatore.

My problem is subtitles are nit being played for tamil movies even though it is mentioned in licence

Movie name with english subtitles

I tried reaching out team,

They are not responsive and are telling that they don't play subtitles for tamil movies

I request you to okay subtitles for every movie for which licence was provided

you need to get the subtitles from the distributor as you are paying them the money which you are receiving on tickets.

it's your responsibility to get it checked for every movie whether subtitles are being received or not as per the licence irrespective of language

i have been requesting you as i am a very frequent customer.

i watched almost 50+ movies in INOX in span of 3 months

    A new inox galaxy mall has opened near our l&t office and in this opening week me and my colleague very enthusiastically went for endgame in 3d english 6:20 pm show based on promotions displayed everywhere. But to our utter dismay the show was completely changed to hindi 3 d. This is highly disappointing being such big company and in opening week 3 to 9 may after so many advertisements, shows being changed end moment has created a very bad impression on our mind.

    I just booked the tickets around 11.54pmtoday for tomorrow’s show 2nd may 2019. And I received the otp but after that I didn’t got any confirmation message. But money was deducted from my bank account. 3 tickets were booked(amount rs. 1198.68) for avengers end game at inox eros one, jangpura. What nonsense is this.

      I was at the first show on saturday 27 for endgame with my family, the people behind me were let's say not able to maintain civilized silence i'll say, i agree there are scenes like that in movies where we scream n all i call it acceptable but these people were laughing and talking loudly on topics of infinity war, iron man 3, captain america and tons of previous movies and even laughing on jokes about previous movies in a way it made me and the entire unable to hear anything in movie,
      Not just us but even the people next to us were annoyed,
      This was my complaint in the interval that i raised to prakash rajani,
      Answer i got was as follows..
      We came in and checked no one was filming and everyone was quite, if they were laughing and talking that's their way of enjoying and we can't ask them not to... That was the answer i got..
      So my question is why is the "keep your phone's on silent" still played cause it's okay and people can get drunk and then come in theatre and dance on seats as it's thier way of enjoying?
      Inox should have understood the difference between acceptable disturbance and irritating disturbance but seems i was forced to digest as the same most important question,
      When i complained during interval why was it avoided by providing idiotic answers is that how inox answers complaints by asking us to rethink?
      I feel inox needs to change its name or put something like do use phones, drink, dance, fight or whatever u feel to make your movies experience better!
      Inox makes u feel way better than home (Do whatever u want and nobody listens to you or even your complaints)

        Hi inox team,

        Recently visit the inox pink square mall jaipur where one of the guard named bablu and your coordinator harendra misbehaved over the discussion for child ticket.

        The guard stops us that's where he is done with his duty and shouldn't keep on doing sarcastic comments even i told him his limits even then he continues and is pathetic.

        Had word with your inox head jaipur charan and the response was poor as well.

        400bucks for 3year old child is simply a loot on weekdays even on weekends. Most of the time they sits on parents lap. Kindly amend your policy and make it work with public.

          Hi,
          Today I went to watch a movie in inox, forum rangoli mall, belur.
          I kept some packed material I purchased from spencer to the security. Once movie gets over they don’t allow me to go back way. Told me to go to exit & come upward again to collect ur goods.
          I request them many times that if possible you please bring the stuff from security but in vain.
          I have to make a round trip of the mall to collect my stuff from the security after the movie gets over.
          To my surprise manager also supports the staff behaviour & told me it is our ( inox ) rule.
          I am watching movie at inox from my college days in pune. Talking about the year 2006. From that time I am watching movie in inox frequently. Almost 13 years but till now I don’t find this rule. Mostly I go empty hand but sometimes If I carry anything inox give me return easily. I don’t have to move round way to collect my things from security except today.
          So I request the higher level managment to look at this matter otherwise people like us may start to move to another multiplexes because of staff behaviours.

            I have booked movie tickets for Avengers-Endgame movie, at Inox, Amnoara Pune through Paytm. One day prior to movie I recieved SMS from Paytm, saying your show is cancelled by Inox itself.
            End-game movie is in boom and I have booked those tickets 4-5 days before, to ignore inconvenience. Now I am not able to get specific show, just because of Hopelessness of Inox, Amonora. This is worst thing ever experienced by any multiplex cinema provider. I will never use Inox while booking next movie tickets.

              1st of all the price of movie ticket is 100 and price of one veg puff 110 at what extent you think this is fair...2 samosa at 110 while just outside of theater price is 7 rs per samosa... Its not fair at all and i am complaining about inox reliance, aurangabad so please do something to retain your customers otherwise you r going to lose number of students...

              I was watching Avenger end game movie in Hindi 3D at INOX Metro Junction Mall kalyan on Friday 26/4/2019(morning 8AM)Show. They played first half in 3D but after the interval they were play movie in 2D and then when i complain about it they said its not our problem its the print issue.I hope superior take a right action in this matter.

                I do not know why you serve such stale popcorn. If i am payin 500 rupees or whatever for a bucket of popcorn, give me fresh at least. I ordered cheese popcorn, the cheese was scattered, stuck to barely 1-2 popcorn in the whole tub. And the popcorn was old. And rubbery. If i am paying extra for cheese popcorn, then at least make sure there is cheese in it.
                It is not a one time incident. This is recurrent. Whether it is, the inox at cr2, or marine lines. Both of each which i frequent
                Should this happen again what should i do. Eaach time i get an apology. I want rectification

                Yesterday watched kalank in vashi raghuleela 9am show no sound during national anthem n start of movie need to call staff b4 they notice n interval ads for 39 mins from 1022am to 1059am. Guys are you trying patience of the customer or trying to kill them. Such a bad service n no Professionalism very very lame reaction need to improve very badly.

                  Me and my friends went to see avengers endgame today. There were some minor issues early on but they were of very short duration. Apart from that everything was going smoothly and i was enjoying it up until the audio went out in the most important scene of the movie. The suspense was spoiled. Everyone was shouting. The staff took about 10 mins to respond. A ruckus was created. But it was too late. Had a very bad experience. Never going to inox again. You need to improve on this.

                  While, I went to Inox Jyoti mall, kurnool they forced me to purchase food combo pack otherwise we will not issue you advance booking tickets. Which is very unfair practice going on in Inox, kurnool

                      We have booked a tickets which was 18+, my daughter was 17 yers they scan our tickets without checking her age and did not allowed us to enter for the movie and kept us 1 hour waiting outside, they did not refund the money, and no afford to do any favor for the customer who spend there money to enjoy the movie, there was manager his name samsung standing there helpless really bad staff next time we will not book inox theater to watch movie third class service

As per the conditions laid down by the Censor Board anyone who is under the age of 18 years cannot be allowed to view the movie.                       I was trying to book tickets and payment process was successfully done but it is showing that seats gave not been booked but they have charged 941 rupees from my account.

                        I booked a ticket for kalank yesterday, 23.04.2019 at 5:40pm in city centre, rajarhat, kolkata. So i wanted two recliner seats but the guy who booked the tickets asked us to pay for the food as well when we didn't want it in the first place. So we paid ₹1240. We were given a popcorn tub and 2 coke. We ate it and i am suffering from food poisoning now. I need some action to be taken.

                        We took nachos and coffee at your theater which was really bad in taste. Please improve the same. We found it to be unreasonable to spend so much and getting worst taste of coffee and nachos. Coffee was better till you didn't put machine of Georgia. And popcorns were not hot and crisp.they we're old and not crisp.

                          Dear sir
                          I reached inox, jp nagar, bangalore at 12.40pm for a 12.50pm movie (Kannada, kavaludari) today.
                          There was only one ticket counter open and hence i could get the ticket only at 12.52 and reached the hall at 12.57 and missed first part of the movie.
                          Told the lady in the counter to call another person, she did try but nothing happened. All that the manager could do was apologise.
                          The whole experience of watching the movie was ruined.

                            I booked a movie ticket for avengers endgame at raghuleela mall vashi, navi mumbai (27th april 9:30am show) from your app. After making payment it redirected me again to payment page so i made the payment again as till that time i didn't receive any amount deduction msg but on making payment the amount got deducted from my account 2 times.

                            We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. There may have been a connectivity problem, as a result of which your booking did not get confirmed.

                            Kindly liaise with your issuing bank for refund as the transaction done was not verified /authenticated on our gateway hence the payment was not accepted on our side. The amount that is debited is on hold with your issuing bank and will only be released back if you state a chargeback. As the same cannot be initiated by merchant we are requesting you to do the needful time frame will depend on your issuing bank.

                              Inox theater near by virugambakkam, chennai. Movie tickets and visuals it good. Yesterday i saw weeping woman movie in that inox theater 5th screen.in screen they mention like show ur vote mark and voter id to get free popcorn. I show that but staffs say like buy something and get that free.. I have already booked popcorn in online i show that ant get my popcorn i ask that free popcorn wat they are sayed like u want order here then only we will give like that.. Wat the hell is that i am paying and getting from u only right then how it's i don't understand u guys.. I[censored] r giving free means please inform the terms and condionts to in screen. I have fed up with u guys...

                                Inox theater near by virugambakkam, chennai. Movie tickets and visuals it good. But please try to reduce the popcorn price. Ticket price is 150 but the porcorn price is 210, 350, 450, 630. Near by people's are not rich that much.. Monthly once we are watching with family but for 2 people it takes 1000rs. Our 5days salary. So plz request u to give low price. Not only pop corn all other foods too.

                                  I visited inox to watch a movie named "robert akbar walter (Raw)- hindi film, i witnessed this issue on saturday (13.04.19) in screen -2 seated in the number 9, 10.

                                  The issue is, the 2nd half part of the film was played instead of the first half and this created a whole confusion and lost the essence of watching the movie. It was waste of time, and money. And they made a big mess by playing the film irregularly in parts.

                                    We are in inox theatere belgaum for a kannada movie kavacha for which i have paid 112 for single ticket total of 224 rs after entering i want to have pillsbury cookie which is being sold for 10 rs but the attendee refuses to give me ot saying we can't give u oly cookie we need to purchase some more us... Whts the use of paying so high amount wen u can't satisfy our hunger totally ridiculous and unhuman

                                      I booked 5 premium seats for lucifer at lido bangalore and when i asked for a blanket, i was told that he'll reduce the air conditioning and put to inconvenience the whole theatre rather than give me a blanket.

                                      You don't cost the same price for all movies in all of your inox all the time. You do provide blankets in some places and don't in others. I hope the top management of this firm takes notice that customer satisfaction is only 66%. Buck up guys, people will travel far and get a show where their money is worth.

                                      Priror to conclude regarding the use of the quality of the services of the particular air carrier or of the travel agent of the air carrier, the submitter need to demonstarte:-

                                      1. His ID. This is full name and PNR.

                                      2. Involvment in the contract. This to to show e-ticket or boarding pass, which produce the condtionas of carriage, such date, time, flight number, seat - class of the service.

                                      3. Own complaint of all 5 pasengers, which was addressed to the air carrier or to travel agent.

                                      4. The decision, which can be issued agent or the refusal of the processing of the claim in abbout 15 days.

                                        I went to dhanbad inox, and booked ticket from the counter they added the combo in my ticket without asking me or without notify me and happened so many times, sometimes i didn't received the combo which they included in my ticket price because i don't know combo is added. Today it happened again and when asked to remove the combo then she says if you didn't take the combo then you can't book the corner. What the hell. How much they are frauding the customers by fooling them and including the combo without knowing them.
