I am writing to request a show for bts love yourself concert in seoul film in inox kurnool. We are die hard fans of bts. We cant go to other cities because of exams. Please consider our request! First of all, this is not a complaint. We are really thankful that inox is releasing the movie for armies who can't watch the movie. I am just writing to plead you to release it in kurnoolinox (Jyothi mall, kurnool) please..

Visited r city inox paytm imax for aquaman 10.50 a. M. Show on 27 january 2019.

I always check my imax 3d glasses before using them. Just as last time i visited inox inorbit mall, the glasses were not clean. To that end i took c fold hand tissue to avoid argument to your employees and i didn't want to miss imax countdown. It looked like they were not cleaned in machine but just wiped with normal cloth as they still have something...

I am a defence personnel posted in kanpur. I went to see the movie "uri, the surgical strike" on 13/01/19 at z square mall, kanpur. The show timings were from 15:40 hrs but show started at 16:15 hrs. This shows the mismanagement of your company. Also waiting area of inox was not comfortable. When the movie started, many advertisements were shown during the interval. Actual gst rates over tickets come down from 18% to 12 % from jan 1st 2019 . All other theatres prices have come down but at inox price has been increased from 125₹ to 150₹ . Don’t know the reason . Hope will get explanation. Even if we book online too the price is more. Food and breverages cost too are high . And the mall is collecting parking charges even though there is court order barring so....

The behavior of staff was ridiculous, especially of mr. Venkatraman rao. They had literally no manners to talk.
The seats were stained & literally dirty. No cleanliness was maintained in the theater as well.
Also maharashtra government has allowed food items in the cinema hall, even then we were restricted to carry dry snacks.

My friends and me were visiting goa for the new and had visited the inox goa yo watch a movie. When we entered, we were not allowed to take water inside in spite of the govt rule which allows everyone to take water inside.in spite of requesting the manager, although he was very well. Aware of the rule, he chose to neglect it and did not allow us to take water inside the theatre. He was very clear that we have to buy water from the theatre...

Today we noticed a foul smell coming out of your ac vents in box 4 of dorabjee heritage mall, pune. This was very intense making us feel like vomit. We were using the recliner row.

I guess, ac water outlet may br sharing drainage chamber.

Please correct this asap so that patrons can enjoy the movie without getting bothered.

I booked one ticket for odiyan movie @ inox thrissur (Dt:14.12.2018). All theatre's where open on 14th, but inox was closed due to hartal. The inox guys said they will refund the amount directly to the customers if they booked directly. N those who booked online will get refund directly to the bank in 7days. I didn't get any refund or something till today. It's been 15+days now. How long should i need to wait.??? U guys are not...

We r regular visitor of inox theatre and we mostly prefer to watch movies in only inox but from last so many times we face such very bad attitude from ur security team and we literally feel like we r terrorist.
Even they don’t know how to talk with ladies and even they make us feel like they allow us in ur theatre in free of cost.

I have booked 4 tickets using inox website inoxmovies.com on 18.12.2018 for movie 2.0 for show at inox city mall 36 raipur on 19.12.2018 3.50 pm show. Amount of rs. 440.24 got deducted from my account when i did transaction using sbi internet banking but on successful transaction i haven't received any ticket or confirmation mail. When i checked other options to regenerate ticket i didn't find any such option.my mobile no [protected] is provided...

The morning show of kavacham movie were cancelled on 7th december in rmz galeriya yalahanka bangalore but the amount has not been refunded yet. I am unable to reach any kind of customer support also submitting the form on the website was useless. There is no communication regarding the refund except what they told at the venue that they will do it within 3 days but it has been more than 11 days

Being a regular patron of inox i would like to bring to your kind notice that there is a time lag of half hour in show timings mentioned and actuall screening of the movie. The reason that they give is advertisement. Please show ur advertisement before the mentioned timing as half hour delay causes lot of inconvenience to the movie goers who have other committments after the movie. Committements like bus train tutions etc...

Visited rmz galleria banaglore on saturday fr 2.0 show of 12.50pm show. After 1 hour.. Ordered a round mexican pizza at counterand paid rs330. C. M no 28873.
