I visited at ghatkopar east nilyog square inox multiplex today to watch movie ashi hi ashaqui show timing 2:15 pm. Show was started without national anthem and lights are on when i realized i informed on of the staff then after 5 mins lights got off.

Then in interval i visited at sandwich counter he don't have bread to serve sandwich having wide range of manus but no availability of stock of food. Not even. They only have veg momo's and french fries in other counter.
If you are not able to keep stock of food then why you are showing a verity of foot you have on menu card.

I need the solution for these both concerns.

    It's very irritating.. To be seated in inox..

    Giving bad experience with timings movie is supposed to be started @10.30 now it's 10.52 still advertisent is going..

    Are we here to see advertisements of course not..
    And we still know that advertising is source of income to theatres but it must be within a time.. Not approx 25 mins..

    Even I had experienced leaving a movie in between due to these kind of time management

Since this schedule is fixed for the entire week, during the week days it may seem to be a little longer interval as the turnaround time taken by the guests is relatively shorter when compared to weekends. Although the inclusion and timeframe of advertisement content is done with this approach, however, with the inclusion of movie trailers that add to the entertainment and excitement of the guests, and certain internal and statutory communication for the awareness and knowledge of the guests and society in general, the interval time may have appeared to be longer.

    Let me assure you that all the activities, events, programs and operations at INOX are done with guest centric approach and we are extremely sensitive to the overall quality and experience that our guests have at our premises.

      Sir,
      Yesterday at nasik road inox multiplex screen 3, i visited to enjoy gully boy hindi movie, my ticket nos are[protected] tickets) show time was 10:45 pm with my family to enjoy some delight time, but there were group of people who were drunk and allowed to enter in the theatre by the concern staff/management/security staff of inox. This people were making nuisance sound and making vulgar comments very loudly while the movie was on, still the staff didn’t not took the notice and care of it and the whole time there was a nonsense going which created a unsecured and threatening environment. The staff ignored this things which a shameless part on inox standards.
      Such things is always happens in your theatre, i have personally experienced this second time, should i make a written complaint to the police commissioner nashik against you as you allow and entertain such anti-social elements in the theatre always, you are requested to do needful so that such thing will not happen in future in inox mulplex. You can observe the standards in cinemax at colleges road and city centre at nashik and see how one can freely enjoy the watching the movie in multiplex.
      Secondly seats are smells of bad orals and no one can seat their because of bad smells. Thanks.

        But when i was buying the popcorn the man at counter said he didn't have rs50 change with him i told him arrange it from somewhere else but he told me i will give you the change after the movie i didn't received the change please take appropriate action regarding this matter i want my refund

          I had bought nachoes the sauce the cheese dip and the red sauce was just tasteless and thin like water hopefully water was mixed with it. I had it lot of time in the past but it was horrible. I hope the authorized people will look into the matter soon as we pay 109 for a product worth 50.
          Please look into it to upkeep the brand.

            I went for gully boy at inox inorbit mall malad.
            Show was supposed to start at 9:15 pm. They played ads for 30min straight and movie roughly started after 9:45pm.

            Fast forward to the interval, the same ads were rerun for another half an hour. For 2hr 33 mins movie that is one hour extra of ads.

            This is unacceptable and ruined the whole experience of the movie. And made me late for miss my train.
            9:15 pm movie ended at 12:45 am
            One hour ads and 2hr 33 mins movie.
            If this is the state of inox then i will watch movies else where.

            1 hr of ads is too much .
            Please realise that and u are driving away movie goers.
            I went to purchase three tickets on 19th February 2019 for 12:30pm show(gully boy) in inox manipal through my debit card but then the transaction was shown as unsuccessful, but Rs 552 was debited from my account.Please refund the same amount to my account

              I have always booked and loved to watch movies in an inox theatre. I have always loved the experience but this time i felt like i should bring this to your case.

              I stay in kondhwa, pune. Nearest inox theatre is royal heritage mall, undri. I booked recliner seats for me and my wife. Seat number were a16 and a17. I paid ₹783. ₹700 for 2 tickets (Expensive as they were recliners) and ₹83 for online handling fees which doesn’t matter to me. I reach at the theatre on time. Comes to my presence that a17 recliner isn’t working at all. I got so frustrated that i had to really bring this to your attention. The money i paid was of no use at all. I told my wife to sit on my seat so only she enjoyed and my fun was destroyed by the poor condition of the seats which aren’t taken care of by the useless staff.

              Please make sure that all the seats are in good and working condition or else next time i’ll be forced to go to the consumer court. Utter waste of money for not getting what is paid for.

                Pathetic experience! This is for the second time non stop / never ending endless advertisement. Very bad movie experience. All advertisements played it is very annoying and frustrating keep watching irritating ads. Will never buy products advertised in your theatres. Real waste of money everybody, fellow movie watchers were irritated too. This review is going e erywhere no doubt. Purely dissatisfied.

                  The people in the sales counter are not even being polite although this may be secondary try to hire better people and people with better communication towards a customer. The behaviour may lead to a bigger problem leading tona loss of reputation of your company. Kindly make sure such inconvenience is not provided in any future visits. I have never faced this kind of behaviour or lethargic responses in any of your franchises, teach your employees how to communicate with a customer.

                    I don't need to send my any details. You will call me only for solving the issue. Inox manager devendra did very ridiculous behavior. He deserve to get punishment from that lady. There was a good thing that i got this issue and who is mainly responsible for this from your inox staff. I know the name of that staff but i am not going to tell you the name of that staff because you may be fire that staff. Just because of one responsible employee i think i have to inform you all this thing nothing more than this. Devendra sir's behaviour is very dirty and intolerable towards ladies. I did my duty so please don't disturb me.

                      My self ketaki jadhav. I came at inox r-city ghatkopar on today for watching 05:25 pm uri show at screen no 4. During the interval time when i came for taking snacks, your inox staff was there and they were passing dirty comments on us also they were looking very vulgar intentions towards all ladies. When i asked about this miss behavior of your staff that who's that fellow which is in a blue shirt??? The staff replies he is our manager devendra sir. If your manager is having this kind of behavior then how can i expect from the normal staff??? So this is your very ridicules and miss behaving staff which is not being good with the customer. All this things are not tolerable. If this happens on next time then i will not going to let it go again.

                      I have recently booked a movie ticket. That is Rs.477/- for only two tickets. including Rs.62/- as internet handling fee. Which is 15% money of my monthly internet billing.
                      Also snacks are too expensive..

                          I have recently watched a movie in inox, anand. While booking tickets they are compulsory giving the food combo. If we refuse to take the combo then they will say it is compulsory otherwise ticket will not be given. My friends also faces this problem. All the refusing to go to the inox cinema due to this reason. My sister also went to the same theater she too was forced to buy the combo. If it is compulsory then write it in rules ans regulation. If it not then solve this thing.
                          I watch every movie in inox. If this continues no one will ever go to the same theater.

                            I'm sudhir from coimbatore, i've booked two tickets for vandha rajavadhan varuven today 2/2/19. The booking was failed, but they have charged me 380. They didn't even refund my amount. This is how they cheating all. Kindly take necessary steps regarding this asap. They are cheating everyone, after 10 days everyone will forget the money. Please look into this.

                                    Visited r city inox paytm imax for aquaman 10.50 a. M. Show on 27 january 2019.

                                    I always check my imax 3d glasses before using them. Just as last time i visited inox inorbit mall, the glasses were not clean. To that end i took c fold hand tissue to avoid argument to your employees and i didn't want to miss imax countdown. It looked like they were not cleaned in machine but just wiped with normal cloth as they still have something sticked on them. I would've taken photos but lights were dim at 3d glass counter.

                                    When i told the female employee about glasses she gave me and my brother an insignia hand wet tissues packet which clearly states harmful if got into eyes.

                                    Not only it's harmful to use wet tissues to clean glasses but also shows that employee had no knowledge of such material.
                                    And she gave as if we should ourselves clean glasses. I told to get housekeeper. She come back without housekeeper. As we are getting late and miss countdown i went in without arguing with her.

                                    Inside the seats we are given had had stains. Not only ours but following other seats in same row that is cl h14 h15. It looked like upholstery hasn't been done for some time.

                                    In interval i told about seats stains to one of your employees in the lobby he said i'll send housekeeper in two minutes. They both never showed up till end of movie.

                                    This is second time i have to complaint about imax 3d glasses and seat in inox r city paytm imax.

                                    For these dificiency in services i want refund for the inconveniences caused and nuisance which would've caused us potential eye disease/infection/disorder/blindness.

                                    I want the manager of this theater to investigate the matter and question the concerned female employee then call me with information on how to get my money back.

                                      I am a defence personnel posted in kanpur. I went to see the movie "uri, the surgical strike" on 13/01/19 at z square mall, kanpur. The show timings were from 15:40 hrs but show started at 16:15 hrs. This shows the mismanagement of your company. Also waiting area of inox was not comfortable. When the movie started, many advertisements were shown during the interval. I just want to say that public comes to watch the movie in hd screen for entertainment and not just seeing the advertisements. The amount is paid for seeing the movie and not wasting the time. Therefore this thing may be taken care in future because we as a customer also have our value of time.

                                      Is this way to waste people time you all are giving 20 mins interval and too much add fed up with interval even when all public is seated still add goes on and on

                                        Hi, seats in b row sofa are mis utilised by rouges during accidental pm movie during 9:50pm showtime on saturday... Pls see to it these people are kicked off fast...

                                        This is very discouraging for the people who invest their hard earn money to buy ticket. Pls take proper step in a impartial way. There are 3 persons.

                                        Don't be a critic... Solve fast. It's hardly few time left to catch them and stop such nonsense. This will have high impact on your esteem brand. Look for a fast solution.
