Inox saltlake city centre, tkt no. Dc - c 15 to 18.
We wanted to make a complaint against the security gaurd as he misbehaved with us while disallowing us to go inside while we were having pan, but no complaint book was available with anyone present including the manager.
Surprisingly, while we were talking to the manager, the security guard allowed couple of persons with pan or like substance in his mouth and the same was indicated to the manager but the manager was more interested in showing his powers to us rather than stopping those movie goers with pan in their mouth.
We hereby complaint against the bad behaviour of the security guard and partiality of the manager.
We would like the management to provide us an appropriate explanation.

Came to watch kanaa at Inox Chandra mall located at Chennai.. 7:00 show started late and poor maintenance .. service guys disturbs inbetween shows by standing before the screen... Bad experience

    We are regular visit at inox pink square but friest time my relatives go to the simba movie watching my relatives are blong for village he is don't know rules and regulations and eating the gutka and before exit movie my relatives mobile is dropping in od they are comeback receive the mobile but your manager irfan taking with wrong language and give order clean the od seat and treating i call police relatives are clean the and write a letter all staff is showing and after 1 hours they are call me and i coming inox 4th floor i talking with manager irfan this a wrong how you clean od by customers but your manager taking wrong with me very bad language i very unhappy for inox customer service your manager irfan clear miss behaviour very bad experiences i can't watch the any movies in inox and i don't suggest inox any one poor service very bad manager no customers respect and i hope this is don't repeat any other customers thank you

    I am retired to my mistake and verified so my relatives is wrong I so sorry and I return my complaint by mistake is sent the mail
    And very very thanks for Inox response and my problems is solved

    The transaction ended after entering the otp but amount was debited from bank but tickets were not booked.
    I WANT REFUND OF 447.20/- INCLUDING THE TRANSACTION CHARGES
    Nobody never ever picks phone at phone number[protected] provided at Inox R. D MALL, G T road, Liluah, west bengal, 711204. If nobody is there to pick the phone then why phone number is provided? I have to ask them if 4 wheeler parking is available there or not.

      Actual gst rates over tickets come down from 18% to 12 % from jan 1st 2019 . All other theatres prices have come down but at inox price has been increased from 125₹ to 150₹ . Don’t know the reason . Hope will get explanation. Even if we book online too the price is more. Food and breverages cost too are high . And the mall is collecting parking charges even though there is court order barring so.

        The behavior of staff was ridiculous, especially of mr. Venkatraman rao. They had literally no manners to talk.
        The seats were stained & literally dirty. No cleanliness was maintained in the theater as well.
        Also maharashtra government has allowed food items in the cinema hall, even then we were restricted to carry dry snacks.
        The quantity of theater is really depleted. Please take a strict action as we were absolutely humiliated by the staff.

            My friends and me were visiting goa for the new and had visited the inox goa yo watch a movie. When we entered, we were not allowed to take water inside in spite of the govt rule which allows everyone to take water inside.in spite of requesting the manager, although he was very well. Aware of the rule, he chose to neglect it and did not allow us to take water inside the theatre. He was very clear that we have to buy water from the theatre and that too at double the cost. @inoxgoa

              Hello there,

              Today we noticed a foul smell coming out of your ac vents in box 4 of dorabjee heritage mall, pune. This was very intense making us feel like vomit. We were using the recliner row.

              I guess, ac water outlet may br sharing drainage chamber.

              Please correct this asap so that patrons can enjoy the movie without getting bothered.

                Hi,
                I booked one ticket for odiyan movie @ inox thrissur (Dt:14.12.2018). All theatre's where open on 14th, but inox was closed due to hartal. The inox guys said they will refund the amount directly to the customers if they booked directly. N those who booked online will get refund directly to the bank in 7days. I didn't get any refund or something till today. It's been 15+days now. How long should i need to wait.??? U guys are not responding also. After 10days i walked directly to inox n a guy who said he is the incharge there, said don't worry just snd him the snapshot of the booking details. N he will make the refund in 2days. What's happening??? For getting this refund how long should i need to wait. At least pls respond... [protected] this was the number given by inox guy.

                    I have booked 4 tickets using inox website inoxmovies.com on 18.12.2018 for movie 2.0 for show at inox city mall 36 raipur on 19.12.2018 3.50 pm show.                     Kindly liaise with your issuing bank for refund as the transaction done was not verified /authenticated on our gateway hence the payment was not accepted on our side.                       The morning show of kavacham movie were cancelled on 7th december in rmz galeriya yalahanka bangalore but the amount has not been refunded yet. I am unable to reach any kind of customer support also submitting the form on the website was useless. There is no communication regarding the refund except what they told at the venue that they will do it within 3 days but it has been more than 11 days

                          Being a regular patron of inox i would like to bring to your kind notice that there is a time lag of half hour in show timings mentioned and actuall screening of the movie. The reason that they give is advertisement. Please show ur advertisement before the mentioned timing as half hour delay causes lot of inconvenience to the movie goers who have other committments after the movie. Committements like bus train tutions etc...
                          I hope this issue will be resolved or else you will be loosing a loyal customer.

                            Visited rmz galleria banaglore on saturday fr 2.0 show of 12.50pm show. After 1 hour.. Ordered a round mexican pizza at counterand paid rs330. C. M no 28873.
                            Got inside audi after 30 mins. Had 1 slice. It was poor in taste. No flavour of pizza. No proper cheese. Capsicum is not im right taste. Came out and informed d gal to add cheese and re do and send. No one came more 30 mins. Came out nd asked abt it. The chef said rudely what do u want? This is okay. I told him to call manager. He said no. He is at meeting. He spoke very very rudely. And said paisa chahiye kya.. Paisa le ke jao.. Hum aisa hi banata..

                                  I went to watch 2.0 with my family on 5th dec 9:30 show. With starting of the movie there was problem in the 3d projection it was very irritating many people complained including me. They solve the issue but after interval again the projection malfunctioned and i complained for 3 times they solve again but not properly and we saw rest of the movie little glitchy there was flicker whenever the scene changes. Manager came to me personally to ask but i told him the issue is still there but he did nothing.

                                    Focre by inox staff to buy combo
                                    Excessive amount of charge
                                    I visited today at inox tapdia aurangabad, i wanted to watch mulshi pattern with my friends in morning. I asked for 3 tickets and they charged me with combo, so i again asked for without combo, but they refuse to it, siad it's our scheme that you have to buy tickets with combo for morning show.
                                    That's totally untolerable. That's my choice if i want to or not. It's totally unfair to deal with customer. Do whatever you want to want but in my opinion that's totally wrong and if somebody go, i'll say never...

                                      Hi inox, i had come to watch 2. O at inox, palm beach galleria, vashi for a night show at insignia screen. The show finished at 11:30 pm and i got a call from inox at 12:30 about my wallet which was left behind.
                                      I immediately came back to pick it up, the staff was very prompt, helpful and did not accept any cash from me which i felt i should offer considering how honest they were.
                                      They also checked my identity and asked me for required details before sharing my wallet and asked me to check whether all my belongings are present.
                                      While inox, palm beach galleria has already one of the cleanest screens which had made me a regular visitor, this kind of service reassures me making inox the first choice always.
                                      Would really appreciate if you'll could reward or appreciate the staff for their commendable work ethic.

                                        The inox movie theater in darjeeling is one of the most dirtiest movie theater. The seats are not cleaned and have stains on it. Its feels very dirty to sit on them and the floor have stains of drinks and other food items. I would request you to please look into the matter because it is the only movie theater we have in darjeeling. And darjeeling being one the main tourist attraction place creates a very bad image because of this.

                                        I had bought tickets from Inox movies online for Burn the Stage movie, on 19 the November, for 5.30 please show, 2018. Amount of 621 was deducted but ticket not received. Please refund the money back as soon as possible.
                                        We find we during interval par purposefully they didn’t keep the water bottle at canteen because u wanted to sales 60 water bottles we don’t mind that to buy but it’s totally unethical behaviour of your
